Costa in Birmingham

Siempre un ambiente muy agradable y el personal es muy amable y hablador. Entré hoy y mi bebida normal no estaba disponible (la temporada había terminado) pero Jak fue muy servicial y recomendó una gran bebida alternativa. Sin duda recomendaría.

Pedí comida para mí y mi pareja antes del trabajo, y enviaron un muffin en lugar de un pan tostado! ¡Ni siquiera se molestó en llamar para ver lo que queríamos! ¡Vagabundo!

The staff here are consistently friendly, great fun, very efficient, never flap even when the queue is very long very convenient also for shopping at the fort

Sadly, they don’t have wifi to offer to their customers. This is ridiculously unacceptable in this 21st century. Hence just 1 star. Good customer service though.

Today we were having a bad day, when me and the wife discussing our order between ourself Sean had already picked the ordered before we even ordered it by his collogue. He interacted with his lovely character and change our day. Thanks sean

Cadena de cafeterías con menú bien conocido y café confiable. El personal aquí se destaca como un servicio de mesa muy agradable y amable para los necesitados. Razonablemente limpio y ordenado para el final del día cuando lo visité. El café era bueno y probé uno de los pasteles, de nuevo bueno. Mucho en oferta. Evidencia de compromiso comunitario. Cafe muy popular.

Visited with my son, had a latte, millionaires shortbread and my son had a frostino. Excellent service will come back again.

Stopped here on my way to a meeting. Typical Costa. Friendly staff. Decent food. Good atmosphere. Could be anywhere really.

Previous visits have always ended with staff cleaning and moving furniture around you. It makes you feel uncomfortable as if you shouldn't be there. This visit was awful & was told I had to have a paper cup as the dishwasher was broken. You may as well be a takeaway store as I'm left feeling unwelcome by the staff!!

Lovely well prepared coffee went back more than once. Staff very polite and clean environment. Great for the first coffee to get you started

Arrived early so very clean and quiet which is what I like. Coffee was lovely and hot and the staff friendly.

Usual standard of beverage However they were stacking chairs in anticipation of their closing time so experience not great Surely they could wait till actual closing time to do this

Popped in for a coffee and it was fairly busy and there was one person serving and preparing the drinks. He was extremely friendly and polite and even though you had to wait you didn't feel inconvenienced

My son was on melt down - newly 4 years old, Autistic, traffic jam and stressed wanted to Buy a new toy and go home, so could not leave due to the cars being stationary all the tie i was in Boots- could not stay...

Always use Costa when at the fort but it's about time they had bigger premises as you can't swing a cat lol I know there is another at the other end of fort inside a shop but prefer this end staff always friendly

My local when I come to Birmingham to visit family, have been coming here since it's opened. Friendly staff and just the perfect place for a good coffee and something light to eat.

Use this place often to meet my daughter as it quite relaxed...But no more sadly as it has been redesigned to be a transport cafe with different colours seating and tables etc. The designer must have been blind and the marketing department drinking too much...

Lovely place to be , chilled atmosphere and friendly staff. Clean quite and cosy. Batista are fast to serve your drink and tables are clean always. Would definitely visit again. You can connect to o2 WIFI for free and use your device.

Never been in and found any of the staff disgruntled always laughing and happy. Costa is costa on food and drinks can never faulty

I love this Costa, I work a short while away from this branch and I come in regularly for a toastie/sandwich, drink and piece of caramel shortcake. I have always had impeccable service especially from the manager (with the blonde hair) she is always friendly...

Wow. I love costa cappuccino. You simply can't beat it. It's a little expensive though. Plenty of seating and can always find a seat whatever the time off day you visit.

I love Costa! The best for me is the hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows! Very nice! White hot chocolate...

As far as cost as go this place is very clean and tidy and they make great coffee. Slightly slow behind the counter but worth the wait. Friendly staff.

Great place to take a rest during shopping, FRIENDLEY staff and nice comfortable chairs, with all the great costa flavour 's.
