**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Vibrant Taste of Lebanon in the Heart of Chelsea – Comptoir Libanais Delights!** If you’re craving **fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented Lebanese cuisine** in London, **Comptoir Libanais in Chelsea** is an absolute must-visit! From the moment you step inside, the warm, colorful decor and inviting aromas transport you straight to the bustling streets of Beirut. ### **📍 Location & Ambience – A Feast for the Senses** Nestled in the stylish **Chelsea neighborhood**, just a short walk from the King’s Road, this restaurant is perfectly situated for a leisurely lunch, dinner, or even a quick bite while shopping. The interior is a **joyful explosion of Middle Eastern charm**—think mosaic tiles, vibrant textiles, and rustic wooden tables. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed, making it ideal for everything from casual catch-ups to celebratory meals. ### **🍽️ The Food – Fresh, Flavorful & Generous** Lebanese cuisine is all about sharing, and Comptoir Libanais delivers **an authentic, mouthwatering experience**. Standout dishes include: - **Mezze Platter:** A perfect introduction to Lebanese flavors, featuring creamy hummus, smoky baba ganoush, crispy falafel, and tangy tabbouleh. The **falafel** is a must—crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and packed with herbs. - **Grilled Halloumi & Za’atar Fries:** The halloumi is perfectly seared, and the za’atar-dusted fries are dangerously addictive! - **Chicken Taouk Wrap:** Succulent marinated chicken, garlic sauce, and pickles wrapped in freshly baked flatbread—simple yet sensational. - **Mixed Grill Platter (for sharing):** Juicy lamb kofta, tender chicken shish, and flavorful beef skewers, served with garlic dip and fluffy flatbreads. Save room for dessert—the **baklava** is sticky, nutty perfection, and the **rose & pistachio cake** is a fragrant, moist delight. ### **🍹 Drinks – Refreshing & Unique** The drinks menu is just as exciting, with **homemade lemonade, minty fresh mojitos (non-alcoholic options available), and traditional Lebanese wines**. The **pomegranate & rose cooler** is a personal favorite—sweet, floral, and incredibly refreshing. ### **🛎️ Service – Warm & Welcoming** The staff are **friendly, attentive, and happy to guide you through the menu** if you’re new to Lebanese cuisine. Dishes arrive promptly, and the team ensures you have everything you need for a relaxed dining experience. ### **💰 Pricing – Great Value for Quality** Given the generous portions and high-quality ingredients, the prices are **very reasonable**. The mezze plates are perfect for sharing, making it a great spot for groups. ### **Final Verdict: A Little Slice of Beirut in London** Whether you’re a Lebanese food aficionado or a first-timer, **Comptoir Libanais Chelsea** delivers a **vibrant, delicious, and utterly satisfying** experience. The combination of **bold flavors, cheerful ambience, and excellent service** makes it one of the best Middle Eastern restaurants in London. **Highly recommended—I’ll be back soon for another feast!** 🥙🍋✨ **Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5)**

Asked server for a glass of water, she did not bring me one. I am disabled, walk with a walking stick. So I got up to fetch one myself. Had to leave my bags at the table as I cannot carry a glass of water in my left hand with my handbag. My left hand does not grip things well.

Well where do i start, we visited here as a family of 5 for Sunday lunch 30th June, i do not like exessive amounts of fat on my meat so enquired about the pork dinner, credit to the waitress who asked the chef who said it would be quite fatty and he wouldnt be prepared to cut any excess off which was fair, i asked about the beef dinner and was told this would be much better as regards fat content (at £22 you would like to think so), it came and to my dissapointment it was at least a third fat content, this was cut off by myself and shown to the waitress who said she would speak to "chef about it", at the end of our meal she returned for the bill with no comment from the chef or any form of apology from the staff after i told her it was probably the worst beef id ever had before, quite shocking customer care and service!. On a seperate note, my sister had the fish and chips and quite frankly the chips were burnt and the peas like bullets. We are a mature group who never complain, but at £150 for what we had was totally unacceptable, we shall not return here, youve been warned................

Good service, food definitely not up to standard We went to this restaurant for lunch on a Sunday, ordered a selection of Iberian hams, which I must say were very good, definitely the best part of the lunch, two gazpachos, which were quite good, then unfortunately I was tempted by a ‘paella de mariscos’, something completely unworthy of the name paella, the rice was overcooked, greenish in colour, with aubergines and broad beans, ingredients I have never seen in a paella in Spain. But above all, the squid was rubbery, the fish was clearly frozen and of poor quality and poorly prepared, as was the Galician-style octopus, which also seemed to have been prepared days ago, thrown in the microwave and then drowned in olive oil and paprika... unspeakable. I think the 3 stars are for the 3 types of ham we were served and the friendly service, but as for the food, it was definitely an experience to forget. Considering the high prices, the quality was not up to standard.
