Tasty, fresh and flavourful to-go Lebanese food in the heart of Westfield White City's food hall upstairs. Omar served me and had great customer service as he took down what I wanted quickly and in a friendly manner. My order of a half grilled chicken was ready quickly and was cooked well that wasn't too dry, tender, nicely seasoned and with a very generous amount of chips and salad on the side. Recommended.

HORIBLE The food was HORIBLE, The services was HORIBLE. We order a wrap and a Shaorma box, without to exagerate was 4 small pieces of meat and the box was only chips ( that was for 13£) I wouldnt pay 2£ if I knew, and the wrap was the worst i ve ever had, 2 tomato 3 small pieces o meat and some salad, they give us only one fork and lots of bad exeperience there. But the most important, the food was Unacceptable.

In Chicken shawarma Box, you rarely find chicken pieces in it. It's fully loaded with fries with too many sauces. that's it for 13£. Not recommended. when you ask, there is no chicken in chicken shawarma. they said its like this only. Never go there

For only £10.95, I ordered 1/4 chicken (came with Salad, Turkish bread and 2 small portions of sauces- chilli, garlic) and 2 sides (Hummus & Chips)- Great value for money. The sauces were delicious! The side of hummus was great. The Lebanese spiced, grilled 1/4 chicken tasted so good and was very filling 👍Highly recommend! Would definitely come here again!

This is genuinely the most traumatising food experience I’ve ever had. The shawarma was absolutely disgusting - 0 flavour, cold and looked like leftovers. They give such a small portion of it as well and everything was cold and tasteless. It was a very stingy experience and will definitely never ever ever come back here.

The worst chicken shawarma I ever had It’s not even a shawarma it’was a few pieces of chicken that you could count! One of these pieces was like a piece of wood! I paid £10 for an empty cold wooden pieces of what they called chicken shawarma! Small portions of everything one piece of bread for two persons, a few chips, few pickles, no tomatoes at all on the salad as it was falafel dish! Food was cold and when I ordered shawarma sandwich I saw the guy who took orders put a sandwich in the grill behind him so the sandwiches were ready no wonder why it was cold and empty and dirty! They can’t even called that a lebanese food and the founder said our family food!! that’s a big mess. After this very bad experience I wonder why all that crowd of people are still queuing to order that kind of scam?

Ok - I am so impressed. Ordered a delicious vegan falafel -- and the guy threw in a free order of chips. Just to be a nice human. These guys are putting my faith back in humanity! Great food - great service - and kind guys. As Arnie said -- I'll be back!

Sharma box was a micro portion , tasty but very small for £13 handful of chips few bits of shredded chicken covered with plenty of sauce. Ripoff

I want to clarify that my feedback is not about the store or the food, both of which I have always appreciated, but rather about the behavior of your assistant manager, Ramel. On the evening of December 13, 2024, I visited your restaurant and approached Ramel with a professional query regarding a specific staff member. To my surprise, he responded aggressively, stating, “I don’t know.” As an assistant manager, I would expect him to be familiar with his employees or at least address my inquiry with professionalism. When I politely asked him to confirm whether the staff member was working, his response escalated further. He approached me aggressively and demanded that I leave the store immediately, even threatening to call the police. I was shocked by his behavior and replied that he had no right to address me in such a manner. While waiting for security, Ramel continued his unprofessional behavior by displaying an obscene gesture (showing his middle finger) in front of other staff members. This behavior is not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable, especially for someone in a managerial position. It reflects a lack of respect for both employees and customers and tarnishes the reputation of your establishment.

We had shawarma platter . Chicken shawarma and bread was very dry. Portion is very small ,not worth £15.95 .

Chicken shawarma for £9 something and was ridiculously small, pre made and just heated up to order. Basic fillings, all in all don’t recommend.

The shawarma plate is delicious with amazing. There’s a noticeable imbalance, with more chips and less chicken, which feels disappointing given the cost.. Great taste, but better value is needed.

Amazing choice of food in a huge mall. A gem of a place to enjoy authentic shawarma meat and it also tastes exactly like the ones from UAE or Lebanon. The service is super fast and they have many options. The half chicken is the most tender and soft chicken ever roasted. Their rose drink lemonade is amazing. It is a little pricey but that's what you pay for being in London and Westfield mall.
