Staff were rude. Asked for chilli in my wrap as it was very plain a little seasoning and I was laughed at. The man who served me made a joke about me with the kitchen staff while I was stood waiting. Would recommend being specific if you order from here otherwise you’ll be charged extra. Plenty of other options available for the price of a plain chicken wrap.

How Can you Be a Lebanese Grill Restorant, and not offer Lamb or Beef Glrill, is like going to Italian Restorant and not been able to order Pizza, this is ridiculous. Shame on management team. Who only cares about money, no marals here. Chicken is chea that's why only chicken is available here. They think ppl are stupid and don't notice things like that.

I recently revisited Shawa, a Lebanese cuisine, around 3 o'clock with a friend. While my first visit left me impressed with amazing food, this time, I ordered the hummus, chicken shawarma, chips, pita bread, and a drink, totaling £16.45. Unfortunately, the chicken seemed reheated from the previous night, lacking the freshness I enjoyed on my initial visit. Overall, a mixed experience this time.

Very good quality of the food! The service was very good and quick even though it was very busy. The staff was vey friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit again. Loved the chichen platter.

Tried the flafel it was amazing a bit over priced

Food was cold and inedible. When I complained to the manager he just took my plate and plonked on the side and rudely told me he was going to do nothing! I will never go there or let anyone with me go there again! Disgusting and unpleasant experience. Don’t give them your business 😡😡

Worst food ever. Shawarma was oily and fatty and not tasty. Chips were over-fried and left to turn stale. £16 wasted. Avoid at all costs.

The shawarma burger was cold and hard, no taste at all . Spend £22 for 2 burgers and regretting. Service and atmosphere was all okie.

The cost of the burger is £8.49, so I thought it would be good and worth it. However, the burger bun was so hard that I couldn't even eat it properly. I don't know if I got an old one.

This is based at the Westfield Shepherds Bush. We ordered 3 X half chicken. The breast were too dry so not marinated properly. Each one had different amount of salad portions. The sauces provided were too little. Average experience. As most of the time the food court is busy so it's more about getting quick dishes out rather than focus on taste.

I was standing to read the menu then I saw the chef cutting the roast chicken, me and my son we got hungry and we ordered it. We got our food very quickly under 2 minutes and the roast chicken was very juicy nice and delicious and you could choose 2 sides. The hummus was very nice. It was a very nice spread with the olive oil. I recommend this place.

We had to find an halal food outlet in Westfield that could cater for over 20 people...Shawa was the perfect choice, the Shawarma Wraps were delicious and the general manager Sulaiman was so helpful in getting our big order ready on time for some hungry students!

Only place i would eat again in Westfield food court. Had a chicken shawarma box . Very tasty and quick. Petronela was also very helpful and will definitely be back again soon.

I had ordered a meal with the chicken burger, chips and drink. Overall, the meal was tasty and had some good flavours. I have been satisfied with the different ranges of sauces provided besides the order which helped boost the flavours along with the meal. The workers are very friendly and fast working and the place seems clean and neat.

I'm a regular customer who has purchased meals from this restaurant numerous times throughout the year, but today I chose to go have a meal. The customer service was terrible, which surprised me because it has always been fine when I have gone there in the past. When I was being served by one of the workers, they took my order, then the worker came with the dish and I respectfully stated I wanted it to go, the server became irritated even though when they took my order, they never asked if I wanted it to go or eat in, so it's their wrong. Furthermore, when I arrived home after they had packed it for takeout, the meal was entirely cold and stale. This is poor coming from shawa.

Barbosa Ruiz’s annual birthday event is upon the horizon, Barbosa and his good friend Sho-kat Ali need attire's for the night. Barbosa suggests visiting Westfield Shopping Center will be a great idea, as the variety of genres there seems to be at an all-time high, not to mention the fabulous different ethnicities of women wondering around. Barbosa finished his work duties and collected his friend Sho-kat. They both made their way down towards the suburb of West London in their highly powerful motor vehicle with fine engineering by the Germans. The journey was rather amusing by singing jibberish and remembrance of Sho-kat's ex-wife, Monica, including firm grips on each other's thighs. Upon arriving in the Westfield Car Park, Barbosa and Sho-kat made their way to the elevator lifts, where they embraced a short roller coaster ride going up and down instead of the mall shop floor. Barbosa, desperate in need of a wee, headed straight towards the toilet facilities, engaging in a relief urination. Rejuvenated new man, he headed out greated sho-kat making their way towards the shops. The first shop to welcome the two gentleman was Armani Exchange, where Sho-kat remembered a great time the pair had spent together almost 7-8 years prior on their last visit together, where Sho-kat purchased hideous clothes for his previous marriage in Bulgaria. Embarking the shopping center, they visited several shops, including one standout shop, Zara, where the two chaps were so confused as the gents section of clothing looked very feminine and not very alpha at all, leaving them in disgust and confusion. After losing the battle over finding great attire for the fantastic evening in a week, the two gentlemen ended up purchasing a gum shield with boxing gloves, resulting in a boxing fight out of boredom. Calling a truce for a result, the two alpha’s were extremely hungry but had not much time as their pair needed to be back to their pet rabbit’s back home. Barbosa suggested a great location of food on the second floor, where a cafeteria is designated for eating of the food. Sho-kat was not very impressed but willing to listen to his great friend's suggestion to give it a chance. They both headed towards the food court, not knowing if the food was halal. The two men were curious to see and were careful of their choice. The lebanese grill caught the attention of the great barbosa. He said to look over there to Sho-kat. Sho-kat seemed to know what he wanted to eat from this fast food takeaway from the minute he woke up as he spoke without glancing at the menu once. Cheesy chips + shawama wrap for me, please, he says, while Barbosa, being a bit more hesitant and trying to stay safe, was still glancing at the menu in confusion. Barbosa, feeling a bit pressured by Sho-kat's quick order, has opted for the half chicken and chips. Before he has even spoken, Sho-kats food appears on the counter within mili seconds, as if he were being severed by a clucking bell staff member from GTA San Andreas. Seeing this gave Barbosa an instant bad gut, knowing this food was going to be an unpleasant meal. Sho-kat, scouting around the food court of a seating of his preferred choice, whipped out his binoculars and scouted an empty seat located next to a Jimi Hendrix reincarnation on his first date. Sho-kat was so upset while engaging in his food that he realized he had been ripped off for a mango juice, which was Rubicon mango poured into a bottle and sold to him for double the price. However, this was not as bad as him selling his friend a brand new Macbook Pro, which he allegedly got for free. Barbosa was so upset at his food that he described the chicken as wet and the chips as freshly overcooked bread sticks, both of which were unseasoned and had no taste at all. The pair both realizing they had made an atrocity decision and giving this takeaway a chance noticed that Jimi Hendrix on his date next to them was also having a hideous time with their food sitting untouched.

It is all the leftovers of all the ingredients, old and wilted, and a lot of sauce, pickles, and dry chicken with what they call chicken Shawarma Burger . Waste of money

Ordered their chicken sharmawa wrap, it was so cold and tasted like it was made time ago. Waste of money.

Unfortunately chicken shawarma burger was not well cooked. Garlic mayonnaise was too strong and burger buns did not taste fresh. To note, it was on a very busy Saturday but it should not have affected the quality of the food.

Chips were OK but that shawrma chicken burger has way too much garlic sauce on it.

The guy was nice and service was quick but I was surprised how tasteless the chicken Shwarma wrap was despite the high price .My partner had a platter version and that was not good either . Very dry , tasteless and not that warm . The tiny sauces didn’t make it better either . I’ve had so many varieties of shawarmas and this was in the bottom of the list . On the plus side , the side salad was nice so were the juices.

I tried the falafel wrap and although it was edible it was definitely limited on the taste front. I think perhaps if they rethought out the sauces they use, this wrap could be better. I ended up using the ketchup sauce from the fries to dip my wrap into to try and give it some flavour otherwise it was towards the bland spectrum of food. Good marks for the lovely environment though, can't take that away from them. My partner had a non veg wrap and rated it about 6 out of 10. The bill for the two of us, one wrap each and fries to share with drink and a tub of sauce was £22, so it was not bad on the price front.

It really shouldn’t be hard to do good shawarma. The food was flavourless and tepidly warm at best. Service was quick because the food had clearly been standing for a while. At this price point I would expect more.

My co worker and I decided to eat at Shawa because she has never tried Lebanese food before , so I kind of forced her to try it haha. I got the shawarma box, and I loved it! Good portion sizes and has good flavor, I also got a half chicken, although the chicken was nicely cooked, is did lack flavor and more of a “this is just rotisserie chicken feel” it did not taste bad, just was not great. For my drink I got the strawberry rose lemonade, I wish they made this in a bigger size because it was very good. PSA . If you are eating in the food court it is survival of the fittest, make sure you grab tables and seats quick because they will disappear in a blink of an eye lol

Delicious Mediterranean restaurant in Westfield

Stopped off for a quick lunch in Westfield, the service was very quick and easy, food was hot and tasted good. I’ve never had shawarma before so took a big risk and I would say I would definitely try again. For the atmosphere there wasn’t too much as it’s Westfield and it’s very busy, but I can’t complain and didn’t take from the experience.

We were clever enough to buy just one sandwich to avoid wasting more food and more money The sandwich is really bad the chicken was pre cut and kept warm and very dry that was on a Friday at 7:30 The sandwich ended in the next bin Shame all this lovely branding for such a poor product

The rudest staff ever who think they are doing you a favour by serving you. After you’ve paid, they tell you some of the items are missing from the platter. Like what am I supppsed to do after I’ve paid for it??? After I complained, funny enough the items magically appeared. So they clearly lied. Oh and one of the girls at the till was pretending to cry while serving customers. So pathetic and uprofessional. Also chicken shawarma was cold, dry and tasteless.
