I think the meat was undercooked as I threw up five times the day after and missed a day of work because of this. Really confused because I’ve eaten here before but very devastated.

Very nice food, always looking around and checking other places but always ending up at Shawa as their food is consistently delicious.

Avoid this place,worst shawarma you will have , is not fresh made ,they have wrapped hours before and just worm them.

Had chicken shawma wrap, really really disappointing. It was just full of salad, there were 2 measly pieces of chicken. Whoever is prepping the wraps beforehand needs to be told.

Avoid at any cost - Deceptive and potentially unsafe! Food is not prepared fresh !!! £10 pounds for this, I am actually concerned about getting an upset stomach, who knows how long that has been sitting around at room temperature (not refrigerated). Does Westfield do any health checks on their vendors?

The food was really expensive, we brought 5 wraps and 2 chicken chips meal and they charged way too much but that wasn't the issue. The issue was the wraps were thin, small and hardly contained chicken and more salad. The chicken shawarma bowl with chips should be called chips with some salad and hidden small bits if chicken. They purposefully covered the bowl with sauce so that I can't see that they put no chicken in it or hardly any. When we sat down we realised they are scamming and putting way way less chicken in e everything we brought. They hide it wirh covering everything in sauce and salad. Don't go here if you want something good to eat and don't want to pay a bomb for it and not get what you wanted. Your better off going to a bin instead. The money is also way ott for such small amounts never going back here again ever!!!! And it's not just me others are about to write their experience whi were with me and they also said the same thing about the food not having chicken or hardly any when that is what we ordered anf it wasn't a mistake. They purposefully put very very less chicken and cover it with sauce. TODAY I WOKE UP WITH A REALLY REALLY BAD STOMACH PAIN, HAD THE RUNS AND I KNOW IT IS FROM THIS PLACE SINCE THEY DONT WASH THEIR HANDS WHEN PREPARING FOOD. THE GUY HAD DIRT UNDER HIS NAILS. I SUSPECT THEYRE GOING TOILET AND NOT WASHING THEIR HANDS. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS DIRTY DISGUSTING PLACE AGAIN AND A DAMN FRAUD. SAVE YOUR HEALTH GUYS .

So I don’t eat chicken everyday for personal reasons but I saw a colleague having the chicken platter and I had to get it right away. I’m so impressed with how it was cooked, a little crispy on a few sides but extremely juicy overall. Definitely coming back. I would add a little lemon on the salad <3

Waited at the “queue here” sign for sometime with no one else in front and staff at the registers doing their best to avoid eye contact. We asked a cook nearby whether we were waiting in the right place. After he said yes and started talking to us the register person seemed to wake up. Spotting the meat cooking on the grill I assumed that the meat would be cut and a warm delicious freshly made wrap soon in my hands. Instead they had ready made wraps behind the register and I was told it would take “one minute”. My reservations started to build. When I took the first bite, it was cold inside and the ingredients were not good quality. The chicken had a battery farm / unhappy taste to it and the tomato was mushy. It is super easy to make a delicious chicken wrap and I will definitely not return here.

Awful...we close at 10pm, arrived minutes before 9.30pm and refused entry and food. Went Nandos that also closes at 10pm and not a problem. Lazy staff !
