Tapas Revolution in Hammersmith and Fulham

I’m sad to say that this once-great Spanish food outlet has completely lost its charm and standards. It used to be our go-to place whenever we visited the shopping centre, but our recent experience was beyond disappointing. The service was disorganized and indifferent. We weren’t given any tissues or cutlery with our food, which was both frustrating and inconvenient. It seems like the management has changed, and unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill. What used to be a warm, inviting spot with great food and friendly service is now a shadow of its former self. Sadly, this outlet is no longer worth the visit, and we’ll be looking elsewhere for our Spanish food cravings in the future.

Had the rudest waitress ever. After sitting waiting for service I asked for a drink she said hold on a second. She carried on tapping away at her till ignoring us. When I said again can I have a drink she said wait a second. I said I have waited and now I want a drink. One of her colleagues then came over and helped us. I then had the unfortunate luck of this rude creature serving our tapas. No eye contact pushed the plates as far away as possible to where I was sitting. When I said my potatas bravado was cold she rolled her eyes. No apologies just took them away and brought back hot ones about 6 minutes later. Rudest waitress ever.

My facility visited week ago or so and the customer service was great as well as the food. The service was also great. Cristal spoke nicely and great customer service

Good food and attentive service, calamari and pork ciabatta were excellent, as was the PX ice cream. Patatas bravas were a bit heavy on the garlic mayonnaise, all around good experience.

Had a really good time at tapas, Cristal gave us a good Service. Will come back soon

A nice place to have a snacky bite with a drink while your partner off enjoying shopping more than you. Not a proper restaurant though, and the staff can take a long time to notice you've sat down.

Came here to get a light snack & drink with a friend who's in a wheelchair. Theres a few tables opposite the bar & bar stools. When I went to make order the young lady at the bar asked if was takeaway or eat in. I said to eat in & she said you can sit at bar. I indicated that my friend in wheelchair so not suitable & as no tables will take to eat at the other communal ones. She said you'll have to bring our plates back very abruptly so I said forget it. Awful service & not inviting. I don't recommend this place. Plenty other eating places in the centre.

I've frequented this place multiple times over the past year or so and it never ceases to provide excellent food, drink and service from the bar staff! Millie and Jessica are one of the many staff that are able to make you feel welcome and provide friendly chat whilst you enjoy your wide range of Spanish-inspired food and drink. I will, of course, be back for certain in the future.

Very disappointed!!.. the young lady serving was more interested in the young man she was chatting up… Pina colada was half full!!.. I waited 20mins for my drink & I had to ask!!!!.. said they was busy the shop was closing!!!.. the chef just went here you go!!,, shocking service won’t come again…

We were served by a woman named Cristal, who was very attentive to her clients and very kind to us. The other woman who was also extraordinary was Caleb with his kind attention and energy. Everything from mother pita 👏👏👏👏❤️🙌🔝

The food was delicious, with the flavours of the dishes and sauces standing out in particular. Each bite was a delight! The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. A special shoutout to Jessica, who provided great service with a beautiful smile! Tapas has definitely become a favourite of mine, and I will make it a point to come back every time when I’m shopping at Westfield. Highly recommend!

Absolutely ridiculous price for only little food, I bought chicken kebab, small amount of rice, tomato salad, and two house lemonade and one pineapple juice costing me £56.98..?? Absolutely ripped off and disgusting, is not even a bloody decent restaurant ...I'll never go back there ever again. Hated being scammed ☹️

Amazing food and hospitality ! Would definitely recommend coming here after a busy day at Westfield, for a nice drink and food. However, the person that struck us the most was Patricia, as she was consistently helpful and attentive, and really helped bring such great atmosphere to tapas. From just that, I will definitely be coming back again !

Staff had headphones in their ears! The place is so dirty, there are dirty dishes in front of you! Food quality has dropped massively. We use to come here all the time and we loved the place, they have ruined it now. Would never come back here.

As a regular customer of tapas I continue to be amazed by the great customer service and the great recommendations by the staff. Patricia recommended me croquetas which were delicious. She made sure to check in with me and ask me how everything was and her and the lovely Juan gave me the hospitality I haven’t had anywhere else in London. Always recommend this place to friends.

This place has lost it's way. Zero customer service. They charged me £3 for 2 pieces of bread... I've never had a tapa in Spain where bread is not offered. I think all the Spanish staff have gone, and with them, the warm, happy faces :-(

Came for the cocktails, stayed for the staff! 🍹🍸 Akhil and Patricia were fantastic and when we say they made the best Strawberry Daiquiri and Espresso Martini of our lives, we weren’t kidding. Between shopping, we ended up having 8 cocktails because they were incredible! We didn’t stop for food but the people around us all said the food was great. The atmosphere was great; the bar staff were keen for a chat but respected your privacy if you wanted space. We’re from Australia but when we return to London, we’ll be back! 🤩

Two beers on the menu, one not available . Diet Coke not available. Who is managing the place? It’s a busy Thursday afternoon,0plenty of people around, you would think they knew how to keep stock and make it available. Unimpressed.

I had such a great experience at Tapas revolution, Westfield. The food was exceptional and the staff service was even better. The supervisor Jessica was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend the chorizo a la ajillo and beef slider. I will definitely be coming back here for sure 😊

The most terrible customer service form the staff. I felt like begging even though I was paying, will never go to that place again. Today, April 2, 2024 at 17:00 the girls at the counter were arguing against each other as to whom would be bringing the drinks we ordered, their long faces and their disrespectful behaviour towards customers were so terrible I actually had to ask one of them to smile and be happy. Terrible people.

My friend and I stopped for just one drink, but ended up having several plus some tapas. We were very impressed with our cheerful and experienced server, Rea. She was very knowledgeable with our order and provided a great service. Thanks to Narcisa, the chef, food was excellent and nice and hot. Thanks for a memorable evening, we've now decided we'll visit more often.

Really really enjoyed this. Sree and everyone were fantastic... food gorgeous, drink lovely... and being a very tight northerner from yorkshire it was worth the money. I WILL BE BACK.

We visited the Tapas at White City and were very impressed with the food and service. I would like to say a special thank you to the staff who attended to us on this day. We were shopping in Westfield and went there for lunch when finished. It was perfect for what we wanted. A leisurely drink and light tapas, that were very tasty. The patatas braves and tortilla were particularly good

As a fan of Spanish food and tapas chose to eat here as looked the best place to eat in the food hall. Served by Cristal and had the beef sliders which was enough. Service was enough without being too pushy. And enjoyable atmosphere even though it was in a food hall competing with other restaurants. Definitely come back and visit the other places.

It was quite good, the food was normal, the girl Rea was the best, she served us and made the place happy as soon as we arrived, I can say that because of her it was a great service for me and my friends.

I ordered the Dining with a Purpose package and selected the tuna tostada, Gilda and montadito de cerdo. The sauces and spices were delicious, and the prices very reasonable. Akhil’s service was excellent and the next time I come to Westfield, I’ll most certainly be back for more!

Absolute crap. Service Terrible.Only beer available was San Miguel. I had 2 pints and 1 small orange juice, for which they wanted to charge me £24.02!!! WTF?! They said I had had 3 San Migs when I only had 2, eventually they relented and refunded me £5.95......but it still seemed too expensive to me They didn't mention a service charge etc Definitely would not recommend and won't be returning!

We visited the Bluewater branch, food excellent and the Pina Colada's superb. The service was second to none, Danielle was happy, attentive and far exceeded my expectations!

Had lunch there today.. it was an absolute disaster. Out of five items ordered only one was edible. Totally disappointed.

Good place to eat and drink Spanish food in Westfield London. I recommend the Calamares and croquetas, and forget the paella. Good selection of drinks.

It is a disastrous place, I have worked there and I can say first-hand that the food is not worth the price, it is frozen food and poorly prepared. I was born in Spain and it is not Spanish food at all, as they make you believe. The treatment of workers, in my experience, has been unfair. Furthermore, having decided to resign from my position, I have not received payment for the total amount worked. It is not an ethical place nor one where I recommend ordering food, in addition to the hygiene of the establishment being practically non-existent. It is much more profitable to go to Spain and try real food than to eat here for this price.

Il menù aveva disponibili solo una parte dei piatti indicati ma noi lo abbiamo saputo solo al momento in cui la cameriera Patricia è venuta a prendere l’ordine, dovendo riprogrammare le scelte abbiamo impiegato qualche minuto e lei si è dimostrata irritata e scortese. Il risultato è stato che un piatto lo ha sbagliato e uno se lo è dimenticato. Nel mentre ragazzi dello staff si aggiravano svogliatamente davanti ai commensali. I piatti (che non erano Tapas perché erano finite tutte!) erano assolutamente scarsi di quantità (calamares fritos: n.6 anelli sottili per £ 7,50). Abbiamo mangiato nel complesso mediocremente, la nostra vacanza londinese si è conclusa in modo deludente.

I had lunch here the other day after a lifetime! It was fabulous! It seemed to me it has improved a lot since my last visit ♥️ Sangria was very good for UK standards (Brindisa still does it better IMHO), but the rest was spot on!! They now have salmon ceviche (which was scrumptious 😋) and I had some tasty calamari too. To finish it up, I had a G&T with Mare Gin which was served with a delicious Olive Tonic (you can really taste the olives 🫒, impressive). Overall, a great experience and the tap beer was top notch as well. Great job guys! Keep it on!!

A great place to stop for food and drinks whilst shopping, the food was lovely and the staff were very friendly....all in all spot on 👌🏻
