Admittedly we arrived within an hour of closing having been to a talk at the Royal Hospital Chelsea. There weren’t that many covers, so the buzz was missing. And about halfway through our meal the staff were intent on clearing up. I get all that… So we chose starters to share to be quick about it. Mistakenly because they were on the small side. And dwarfed by the bread. Service was perfunctory by more than one waiter which is always bothersome. The only sign of enthusiasm was right at the when paying the bill. He was really laying it on thick asking us to write him a favourable review. I wish they’d put as much energy into us during our whole visit.

the meat was very bad, both chicken and minced meat. I couldn't eat it. falafel wasn't too bad. way too expensive compared to the quality.

Nice place but not worth the value for food. Burger was bla & didn’t have cheese and everything else was really not worth the hype! Service was just ok but no one really went out of their way to make our experience anything special.

Came for lunch one Sunday, although the food was really good, the service was a let down. We came as a 4 for lunch (no reservation) and although they said it would be 45-1hr wait for a table inside, we were able to sit outside with no wait. Our initial orders were taken within reasonable time but the drinks took quite some time to appear- almost the same time as the appetisers. We orders the mezze board for 1 to share which was delicious, and enough for a small starter each (added breads). Mains arrives pretty slowly too but again, food was great. We had a selection of the salads and lamb burgers. We then felt slightly forgotten about by the waiters and had to ask for the bill. Yes it was super busy, but the waiter said it is always like this on a Sunday so perhaps they need more staff on during this time.

Me and my family members felt experimental and decided to try a Lebanese restaurant and it completely exceeded my expectations. Located in the lovely Duke of York square a wonderful communal area. Great service in conjunction with good quality food was an overall positive outcome. I would surely recommend it.

Beautiful setting, lovely water, good food but female manager wasn’t accommodating. Was a birthday but caused stress which reduced the celebration but Overall very lovely meal and much of the staff were kind and hard working!

We were strolling around Chelsea when we stumbled upon this place by chance. The menu offers plenty of options, so we decided to share a mezze platter, which came with various dips and the traditional bread...each one of the, was delicious! The hummus, falafel, yogurt…everything was amazing! For the main course, we ordered the tagine. You could choose between aubergine, lamb, chickpea or chicken tagine, paired with either couscous or quinoa. We got one each so to try them all, and they were all flavourful and generously portioned. Even though we were full, we couldn’t resist trying the desserts. We had the ice cream and baklawa, both of which had a wonderful texture and taste, and we finished with a rose mint tea. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. This place was a delightful surprise, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Happy with our meal there. Service was prompt and polite. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. The babaganoush is amazing. We also ordered tea and baklava after our meal which was okayish. The baklava was not that fresh unfortunately. Nice layout and cozy environment.

Nice outpost of this Lebanonise chain. Food is good, but not as good as you find in independent Lebanonise restaurants. Nice style, and it the weather is good, it's excellent for dining outside.

Everyone loved the food, experience and value for money. The staff made dining with colleagues a fun experience and took care of everything so we could just sit back and enjoy dining in this lovely setting.

La comida era así, pero el servicio era terrible. El servidor tomó nuestro pedido de aperitivos y rápidamente nos ignoró. Nunca volví por nuestra orden de cena. Sirvió todas las mesas a nuestro alrededor, pero supongo que no logramos el corte. Finalmente, pedimos nuestro cheque y le dije al gerente sobre el servicio y no tuvimos la oportunidad de pedir nuestra cena. Todo lo que obtuvimos fue un “lo siento” y él estaba súper tranquilo al respecto. Evita este lugar por la trampa turística que es. No vale el dinero. En realidad nos advirtieron sobre este lugar y pensamos que estaban exagerando, pero lamentablemente, todo es verdad.

Would not recommend this place the gentleman that greets you at the front is beyond rude.

We were looking for something different from pizza and pasta, and we found it! We both ordered tagine, mine was lamb with couscous, my spouse had chicken with rice. And with a side order of delicious batata harra. Service was slow and the tables were close together, impeding movement between them. The mandatory 12.5% service charge is a bit of a cheek!

Fabulous Lebanese restaurant. I loved the decor and atmosphere at the restaurant. My lamb kofta was fabulous as was my Maroccon red wine. Friendly service.

Visitamos con amigos para cenar una noche y tuvimos una comida agradable. El servicio era lento, aunque el restaurante no estaba ocupado y había un montón de personal tanto en la cocina y esperando. 2 de nuestro partido compartieron el Meza, que no fue tan generoso como esperábamos. Lo que arruinó la noche para nosotros, a pesar de esperar mucho tiempo por nuestra comida, entonces nos dijeron que no había café disponible después de nuestra comida ya que “la máquina se había apagado”. Esto fue seguido por la presentación de nuestro proyecto de ley y se nos pidió que nos fuéramos “ya que cerramos a las 10 pm” a pesar de que eran alrededor de las 9 . 50 pm. El personal no pudo sacarnos del restaurante lo suficientemente rápido. No es el servicio que uno espera en un restaurante del centro de Londres. Es un buen lugar para comer para un bocadillo rápido en el desayuno o el almuerzo, pero no lo recomendaría como un lugar para ir a una cena relajante con amigos.

We were tested to eat a tagine except that we were served bowls of soup in a chicken broth with 3 half olives really accompanied by a dish of rice on the dish supposed to be the tagine!!! I think it's the London-style tagine. It's really not good and a shame to give a false identity to a dish that we want to put in the spotlight... I don't even talk about the prices...

The food is fresh and delicious. The decor is beautiful and inviting. However, the service is really bad... After sitting for about 15 minutes, we had to come to someone at the reception to order the food. No one has been to our table to take our order. In addition, one of the cocktails we ordered arrived in the wrong flavour. I won't be back.

This is a great restaurant just off the Kings Road. Lovely food and absolutely wonderful staff who could not be more welcoming. Definitely worth a visit!

So expensive price small meals, the only good things was the waiter which her name Nancy. Never ever try this restaurant again

I visited on Nov 30th, 2024, around 6pm. The reception staff and the servers were far from being friendly, and the food was overly salty. It seems like people come here mainly for the location and atmosphere.

Parada aquí para almorzar mientras estaba de compras en esta zona, ya que me había saltado el desayuno y tenía hambre. De todos los restaurantes de la plaza, este era con mucho el más concurrido, de ahí la razón por la que elegí aquí y por el hecho de que nos gusta la comida lavantina. Estábamos sentados entre la estación de servicio y el bar que odio y evito, pero cuando pedí sentarme en otra mesa me negaron y me dijeron que era demasiado grande para 2. ¡5 minutos después se permitió que 3 personas se sentaran en él! Hice el pedido y pedí que sacaran toda la comida al mismo tiempo, lo que fue un poco apretado en la pequeña mesa. Me sorprendió escuchar que su vino tinto libanés estaba agotado, así que se eligió una alternativa. Pedí un vaso de rosado libanés, bonito pero 15 libras el vaso me pareció caro. Pedimos Tony's Hommos, ensalada de halloumi y tomate, cordero kofta y pollo taouk. Toda la comida era sabrosa y abundante por el pollo estaba seco. Luego el pastel de queso y baklava y té. La mitad del personal era amable y hablador, la otra mitad no. El almuerzo estaba bien, pero supongo que no deberías apresurarte a cenar en algún lugar cuando tienes hambre.

Popped in for coffee and cake prior to a show at the Royal Court Theatre. We both had the orange and almond cake which was absolutely delicious served with orange compote and labne. Good coffee and the rose and mint tea was very refreshing. Will go back to try their main menu.

Family friendly, food quite a standard Middle East style food, nothing glorious, but is the reason to come as well because you get a good service and attention. No waiting while your mouth is watering from watching other tables, the service is expeditious and good still fresh, not overcooked, and artistically place in your plate so you mesmerise for a minute where to start without spoiling the piece of art in your dish. Averse expense for two was £ 79, including a glass of house wine !

We came for tea and cake, we ordered mint tea and baklava. The tea was lovely and the baklava flavourful and fresh. The issue I have is the cleanliness, the teacups had dust, grease stains and lipstick marks still left on the inside. The tea pot was dusty and seemed not to have been cleaned at least on the outside. This can easily be fixed and once it is then I’d love to come back.

There were clear signs of lacking management disorganized and ineffective management The restroom was noticeably dirty , It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority in this area. The staff were exceptionally polite and kind The Baklava sandwich was amazing

We needed a quick lunch and this restaurant was fine for us. We were planning to sit outside but the breeze was cool (and pigeons a problem too) so moved into the very attractive interior. We shared a single mixed mezze with a few extra treats and delicious lemonade. We were very happy with the quality of the food and the presentation. Loved the lighting- colourful and a very vibrant interior.

Sahrin made us feel really welcomed and gave us great service . Will definitely be returning.
