I got my moutabel shawarma without lamb

Given only bread nothing inside the bread. More water in the bread than cheese and toppings

Food was banging, apart from the bone dry bread, also sent the wrong drink. But never the less was great!

Delicious! We loved it. Mix grill for two to share was on point. Tender and juicy meats, big salad and loads of pita bread. Definitely we'll order again.

My food has just arrived and the bag was split. The food leaked out and I could not accept the food. I have asked left the food to be returned to the drived . I got on the phone to the restaurant to ask for another order to be delivered. Unfortunately, the restaurant number has come as invalid. I tried a few times to no avail. So my only option is to put in a refund request through to JustEat in hope that somehow my money will be refunded. This is an incredibly stressful experience. Not ok.

still hadn't been delivered but saying it was delivered. arrived cold the food. isn't the first time they do this. wont be the last.

Salad and rice missing with halloumi order

They send wrong orders and yasterday they send the food damages and there phone number is not working so they just tack the money and send you wrong order and no phone number to call them

The soup was all over the food

This is the worst restaurant I’ve came across ordered the food and they confirmed but never got delivered and then tried to call the restaurant for an update there phone number isn’t updated so no contact very very disappointed totally disgusting

Food was old, meat was so dry and fatty bits were just horrible, I threw away most of it, half of the stuff was missing too.This used to be a really great place to eat I don't know what happened.

Normally the food and service is really good but today for Eid I ordered the Swordfish as it's a special occasion and I've never tried it before but instead was sent without warning Seabass. When I called to enquire they said they hadn't served Swordfish in 2 years but it was still on the menu. Feel very disappointed and let down as they could have called and let me know and I could have ordered something else instead of wading through the enormous amount of bones. Tasted good as usual but a let down nonetheless. :-(

I didn’t receive my order!!! They took the payment, i was waiting for 1 hour and a half and i didn’t receive my order!

The meat in the shawarma was very cold and tasted bad. I guess £4 is what you pay for but should still be edible.

Never got my order. Ridiculous. The app should really keep track and not say it’s delivered when nothing came here, called or rang.

Food was not hot on arrival the lamb was extremely chewy and inedible they still sent me the lamb with chips instead of rice even after I called them and asked them to send it with rice instead of chips it cost the same price. All orders from this restaurant are redirected to soor restaurant so be aware the number to this restaurant is not working and to call soor if any issues.

Everything tasted good. The only downside on this order. The notes went read and sharwama had more salad than meat. Aside from that all is well.

Quality food good service always recommended

Haven't had a bad meal from them yet and inshallah (hopefully) it will stay that way along with their pricing which is excellent. Really good and generally healthy Lebanese food.

Food was freezing cold, the driver didn't even want to come to the house he wanted me to meet him up the road in the rain and it was over 40mins late. Not the first time definitely the last!

Their lamb chop could ne less roasted, soup of the day always surprises and I love this option each time! Definitely recommending.

I’ve ordered a lot of food from here on my trips to London, however the food quality here is directly linked to how late in the night you order your food. I gave it three stars because last week it was a 5 but tonight the food was a 1 star meal

The LAMB in the shish wrap was outstanding today. The chunks of meat seemed to have gotten a lot bigger and way juicier than usual, lending to a really satisfying shish kebab!

It's been a while since I've ordered from Alawia; and I completely forgot just how good the "Baby Chicken" is..... along with all of the other chargrilled meats as well. A huge, butterflied, succulent slab of chicken, soaked in a tasty marinade and seared with thick smokey black chargrill lines from the BBQ....it really is quite delicious, and simple. The wings are great too, and compliment the meal very well. Unbeatable value.

I'm fasting and I order the food from this restaurant coz it's not far away its about 10 minutes by bus I order it 1 hour and 30 minutes before I broke my fast coz i knew they don't respect the time and they always late but this time was late for more then 45 minutes plus the food was cold .I'm very disappointed

I orders spinach sambosa but i received meet !!! Also the food delivered without complementary as i request a spoon and fork. Not going to order again !!! The meet was not fresh and not tasty. The salad needs more lemon and salt ...

The telephone number for the restaurant is not in service and the restaurant on google is permanently closed. The food was delivered very late and was cold and I was unable to chase it

Its the worst Lebanese restaurant i have tried in London. I’m Lebanese and I don’t recommend it , it’s just wasting money.

Absolute garbage. Every single time something is wrong. This time I’ve been scammed again ordered half pounder got quarter pounders. Last time it was the wrap came 3 pieces of meat no salad no sauce inside bread.... stay away feom the garbage pile of a restaurant.

Bless them. Food is good but they always mess up our orders. This time forgot my daughter's drink. I ordered meal and was supposed to have a drink. They forgot it. Otherwise food is tasty. We order very often from them. Just check your order when arrives.

I have to say I was kind of irritated that the food took longer than anticipated wait time twice - with children baying for food - amid kitchen works - and then the phone number wouldn't work so I couldn't get info- BUT I had not expected such great food when I was ordering. Everything was super fresh and this restaurant provides great value for money. To tell you how delicious it all is - despite the problems I will defo order again but give it more time to arrive. My driver was pleasant and I am sorry I didn't tip him this time but I can't if the food is late.

Really disappointed Iv used this place before and the food has always been good , iv had it twice in two weeks and it’s been really poor food tonight was cold late and not as fresh as in the past .So dissipated as the quality was always above average I wonder if it’s under new management .

I never leave reviews. I hate swaying the opinions of others usually as everyone’s taste is different. But this place is amazing. The food quality is superb, the pricing is fantastic, the delivery time is supreme and most of all it is the same every single time! Not once have I been upset about the quality not once have they suddenly changed their prices and moreover the food always and I mean always comes hot, properly packaged and delicious. I regularly order the family meal for my family or for when friends come over, their burgers are way better than other places and for the price you simply can’t beat it. This is honestly my go to and have been ordering regularly since starting. I used to order from another well known Lebanese restaurant but this has become my number one and for anyone reading this, you’re making the right choice ordering from here. Prepare your tastebuds for some deliciously made food.

this order was over an hour and twenty minutes late, called several times and they kept saying they were waiting for drivers.

Fresh, tasty and inexpensive. Only the fatayer let it down by being overcooked and stodgy although the flavour was good. Will definitely order again, especially the mixed mezze and grilled chicken with rice which were delicious

Food was cold...poor quality...and an hour late. The driver was rude and simply left the food on the sidewalk. Extremely disappointed.

The food arrived very late😠 When it came, the burgers were missing sauce. One burger was missing the chips/fries that are supposed to go with it, and the burger was scattered all over the inside of the box. Had to make it up all over again. The burger meat didn’t taste right. The chicken tasted off. Couldn’t eat the meal we ordered. Very, very unhappy. Especially since we were fasting and looking forward to a good meal. ☹️

Absolutely delicious. This was an order for a meal for two. A very generous amount, well presented and it was hot with lots of sauces and a big bowl of salad. We shared the platter with our co workers and every one was very complimentary as it was indeed very delicious. Its certainly comfort food for us Front line workers here. THANK YOU Alawia !!!! The "whole baby chicken" is delicious!

The food is great, tastes great, looks great and very authentic. The prices are probably the best around for the quality food you are getting. Maybe could come a little hotter bit other than that i can honestly say I've ordered 4 times so far and everytime the food was perfect.
