Menu was subpar for the price. Many wines were out of stock when we asked. Not value for money and the tiramisu was awful! Tasted like Marzipan!

Attended Dockside site. Was very impressed with the meet and greet service. Thorough with the cleaning . Service and food quick. Food pipping hot and delicious . Took advantage of eat out to help help but would definitely go back

Fabulous time, great food and service

We were a big group (c.20) and you wonder how the restaurant will cope. We didn't need to worry. The service was excellent - friendly and efficient and the food was good (I would have enthused a bit more but the topping on my main course pizza was a little scant). Well done.

To much water was added into my coffee

Imaginarium Bistro Prescot Absolutely terrible considering bought gift voucher for people! Beef tough, roasties and Yorkshire pudding like bullet's , just thrown on the plate too. Sorry I bought vouchers! Poor service, staff weren't interested in comments when asking how was meal? Its gone right down hill since we went March!

I've had a drink here once or twice before, there is a nice outside terrace. It has lovely quite elegant decor, the staff where friendly and attentive. This time i had a meal with family, lovely and fair value pasta dishes, I would definitely eat there again. It is also in a good position on Church Road, not too far from George Street shops or the seafront.

I held a party for my husband's 40th at the Olive Tree and it was such a good choice. They were really accommodating with the food we wanted and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend if you want somewhere to host a party!

What abismal service. I cannot believe I am writing these words. Yet to have food arrive which was ordered at approx 7pm, I am certain it will not arrive for obvious reasons (now 10:30, operating hours end at 10pm). Was informed multiple times it was '3 orders in' 'the next order' or 'with the driver' but that refunds don't normally go through because 'the company we use don't like sending them'. At no point was it suggested that maybe we could arrange our own collection, or that a refund would be issued and could we agree to cancel the almost £100 order. Line was 'busy' for the last half hour before closing time and other sites gave very differing information when asked for more direct contact information regarding a higher office, beyond the seemingly inappropriate social media email given on the webpage. Would absolutely recommend you avoid with every ounce of energy you can muster. I am open to editing this review IF I can believe the business is no longer operating fraudulently. If operations are failing, let customers know, lies are the most unacceptable form of interaction from a business.

Mis amigos y yo estábamos disfrutando pacíficamente de un capuchino cuando un “gerente” se acercó repentina y groseramente a nosotros, instruyéndonos agresivamente para que nos fuéramos. La única explicación dada fue una afirmación vaga y poco clara de que se nos consideraba una "amenaza para la seguridad. " Para empeorar las cosas, nos dijeron que nuestras imágenes habían sido capturadas en circuitos cerrados de televisión y que serían enviadas a la policía si "algo sucedía", aunque nunca se explicó lo que eso significaba. No se proporcionó ninguna aclaración adicional, lo que nos dejó inquietos y tratados injustamente. Todo cliente merece ser tratado con justicia y respeto, sin prejuicios ni acusaciones infundadas.
