Had a lovely family meal at Zizzi’s, the food was yummy and delicious. The kids enjoyed the colouring.

the food and atmosphere were ok, maybe not worth the money however Andrea made a huge difference. her service was top notch and very friendly and attentive, would probably eat there again if we knew she was working

Can't say how good or bad the food, service or atmosphere is as I am unable to confirm my booking! Booked on line, recieved no confirmation email. Tried multiple times to contact the restaurant to confirm but it just rings and rings then goes to answer machine. Left messages with contact number but no-one has got back to me. The booking is for 20 so definitely worth their while to get back to me! The booking is for family the night before our daughters wedding. Was really looking forward to this.

We came for our son's birthday and always come back as its our favourite restaurant! Sam our server was very attentive. Great food and brilliant deals with Zs and kids eat free with adult main.

The food was absolutely delicious! We had the Rustica pizza and it was to die for! Crunchy, crispy, hot and flavourful! The calamari also was so fresh and tasty! I haven’t been there in some time, but it was such a treat! Our waitress Sarah was also attentive, kind and quick! She met all of our needs that lunchtime! To all the Italian food lovers-A MUST!!!

We went to Zizzi in Basingstoke yesterday. Excellent food, great atmosphere, friendly staff. We have been welcomed by Sophie. She was extremely lovely and happy. She welcomed as with smile as soon as we have opened the door. She deserve a bonus🤩We definitely will back there. Other staff - waitress ( unfortunately don’t know her name) she was very nice too.

Had a really good time the whole experience was really good as me and my girlfriend have not been out in a while the food was really good service was excellent and our server was a woman called Samantha I believe she was really nice and catered to all our needs and was really polite and professional as well would recommend it to any of my friends so on the whole the experience was really good Wil definitely be eating in there again

Me and my partner went here tonight and got served by a lady I think her name was Sam who give amazing service and created a wonderful atmosphere. She made our night really special as it was our anniversary. Can not thank her and the team enough for making our night special. Great service and good cocktails. Food was amazing. Great all round food drink and service.

I brought my daughter in today for lunch as a treat, as she's never been to zizzis before. We were sat quickly and our waitress Andrea took our order. I was a little indecisive on what to choose and Andrea made a suggestion for the pizza choice. Let's say she wasn't lying when she said it was really good. I enjoyed every bite. The garlic bread with caramelised onion which she also recommended was truly delicious too. She aslo bought over some crayons and a worksheet for my daughter which she really liked, it filled the gap before our meal arrived. Really impressed by the whole service, Even my daughter commented on how friendly and kind our waitress was. It's clear she works very hard to provide a great service. We will definitely return!!

Zizzi’s is always an amazing place to go to with fam/friends. Food was amazing, big portions for starters and mains and the puddings were delicious. Disgusting behaviour from the manager , we were four people and one child having dinner in Zizzi restaurant in Valentine’s Day , Basingstoke;we were about to leave,we payed, but we had wine in the glasses and waiting for the little girl to be ready and we were already dressed , when the manager came and said to vacate the table at once , because he had customers waiting ! We felt humiliated and so insulted ! He just ruined our evening!

Portion size was excellent to the point where we couldnt finish and was able to take home, shame the pudding we wanted wasnt avilalble but the pudding we had was more then enough to replace it, Sophie's Service was excellent attentive and the speed was perfect, a memoral early valentine meal, and we will be back

We had a good time there, and the food was good, but I'm not sure it was anything outstanding. There are plenty of places to eat/ drink in Basingstoke. Not sure it requires another trip back soon.
