Today is my first day but l love everything about Zizzi.

Came for my birthday lunch for the second year in a row and can’t recommend enough! Sam and Skye made us very welcome and even brought me a mini birthday cake! Can’t wait to come back next year

I thought the lunch time christmas 3 course meal was great value and the food was amazing.

We went last night 20th December as a party of 13 people, our table was booked for 5:15, once seated & people had looked at the menu & chosen their meal we were told that so much of the menu was not available, including potatoes with the sea bass, so people were having to decide again (why not tell customers on arrival) some cocktails were off the menu as was some desserts.. but to cap it all off NO COFFEE. Terrible state of affairs, don't think we will return in a hurry. Dissatisfied customer's.

Came to Zizzis for a birthday dinner with my cousin and had a lovely experience! Food was delicious, atmosphere was lovely and customer service was top tier- shoutout to Andrea, she was so kind and made the night feel special :)

My pizza was like a biscuit so hard to bite and chew and when I was cutting it, the pices of bread were all over the table as it was like super crispy. My mouth was so tired after eating this. Considering the price, this was unacceptable but as it happened only to me can't blame everything. 4 of my friends also had pizza and they were really happy with what they had so I guess I was just unlucky.

Waiter, Honey, was excellent and really patient with the kids.

When we sat down we were not informed of the unavailable food. We assumed everything was in stock. Upon ordering the items we wanted we were then informed it wasn't avaliable. Chose our meals and one of the main meals was orderd without cheese. When the meal arived it had cheese on it. My partner was eating whilst I had to wait for my replacement which is not nice to experince watching someone else eat. He Finished his before mine came back out. Nothing offerd to rectify the issue. If a bad experince can be turned into a good experince I wouldn't be writing this review

Andrea and her colleagues were absolutely fantastic. They were really busy but instead of turning us away they gave us a tight turn around option which we agreed to and we had the most amazing service and food. Even better than our favourite Pizza Express! Thank you so much!

Went in for dinner with my family, we were served by Amelia and the service was absolutely exceptional. Food was amazing, it was served quickly and the flavour was unbelievable. Amelia was so helpful especially when it came to my allergy, she explained everything I could and couldn’t eat, and made sure we were always topped up on drinks. We would 100% return.

Came here November 2024 with the family for my nieces birthday, 3 adults 3 kids and had a really nice meal all round. Food was nice (maybe a little too much paprika on the pasta crisps) and we all went away full and happy. The absolute star of our visit though, was the waitress Andrea. Super nice, extremely friendly and gave us great advice on starter sizes, even holding our mains order until the kids had decided whether or not they’d gorged on too much garlic bread to eat a main course. Turns out she also shared her birthday with said niece, instant birthday friend! Absolute credit to the restaurant and made our time there more enjoyable! Thank you! :)

A traditional Bolognese, and you won't find better in Bologna. Excellent and unobtrusive service, a large glass of organic Primitivo from Puglia, and to finish: That old favourite, Tiramisu. Soft and mouth-watering, I washed it down with Zizzi's organic Chardonnay. After a meal like that, you won't care about the bill. But if you want to find out, then go there. A perfect way to spend a damp, November Sunday.
