Came here for a works do, staff were incredibly attentive and it was good value for money.

Very nice and classy restaurant. The service was excellent and friendly. 100% recommend

Food was OK Service was very slow We ordered a pizza which was half cooked with plain chiken seems to be boiled chicken with now taste or flavor. Fundo ptatos was nothing special. Staff were unprofessional and roaming and chating arround

I am so not happy with the food! I ordered lasagne through delivero. There was hardly any mince meat in it and the portion is so small for the price, it was basically lasagne sheets and bechamel sauce. On top of that it was burnt. Very disappointed

We came during a weekday so was fairly quiet but service was very good and I like that they have a few vegetarian/vegan options to choose from. The veggie carbonara was nice.

We had wonderful service from Vicki during our most recent visit to Ask Italian in Basingstoke. Very friendly and professional service, and especially considerate of managing allergy requirements. Vicki even leant me a pen to write a last minute birthday card before my friend arrived! 😊 Forduna potatoes and rigatoni pasta were excellent. No need to review the puddings, they were gone in a flash! Many thanks!

Staff were very welcoming from the beginning till the end of our time here. The food and drinks arrived in good time. The decor inside the restaurant was beautiful and lighting was nice and atmospheric. Food and drinks were very good. Would recommend to anyone to come here and will come back here again !!!!!

Understaffed so not their fault. Everything took so long. Pizza came out cold and undercooked. Calzone came with no sauce inside so was just bland.

Ordered lasagna for a quick lunch. And it’s not the same lasagna anymore unfortunately. It’s very watery and feel like no meat at all, portion is very small. I don’t recommend. Also, I ordered a flat white coffee, the taste was very bitter and no foam at all.

We had a lovely lunch! We were a large group with children, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Although the food service was a little slow, each dish was freshly made, served hot, and in generous portions. We all had a wonderful time, and I'd especially like to thank the entire team for being so attentive and kind. Thank you very much for a delightful Sunday meal!

Never dined in this restaurant before, but I definitely would recommend it. The pizza I had was really good and everybody at the table enjoyed theirs too. The waiter Emanuel listened to our requests and brought the food and drinks fast. I had a good experience.

Really good food and fantastic service. Staff very attentive but not in your face and over all very good value in terms of price and quality.

My friend and I ordered the same meal but on separate phones. The kitchen thought it was a mistake, didn't think to ask and only made one. The team member then proceeded to make it seem like that was our fault by explaining that "you should've have known to order on one phone"... They then offered us a free dessert but took 30 mins to clear our plates and give us new menu!

I had a lovely meal here for my birthday and our server Kasia went above and beyond to make us all feel very welcome and had a great sense of humour which kept us all entertained. We were a large party of 7 and we were seen to attentively and the service was excellent, very fast and the food was delicious. Kasia even went the extra mile and bought out a birthday candle for me on my dessert and sang to me. Everyone in my party thoroughly enjoyed their visit and we can’t wait to come back.

Had to wait as just turned up at 5.30pm on a Friday evening. Sat outside under the heater lamps browsing the menus until called to our table. Sat upstairs. Service was good and had the option to order via the QR code and table no. via mobile. Food was good with clean plates all round!

Vicky served us and she was so lovely and made us feel so comfortable. This was a small gathering for our engagement and she made the experience so memorable.

Weren’t greeted when we came through the door had to ask do we just sit down or wait. Lilia the waitress seemed disinterested. Service slow then drinks and food came out really quickly one after the other. Food was tasty but the service not up to scratch at all.
