Please do not go to this restaurant if you want a vegan meal as I was only offered a plate of vegetables. When I stated that the menu said vegan options available I was told that there weren’t any. Can’t comment as to the quality of the food as I had to cancel my booking. They are not great at responding to emails or ringing back when they said they would.

Nice enough place. A bit dark on the north side. Lovely cannoli.

Visited on Friday evening with friends. We booked a table for 5. On arrival we were given the choice of 2 tables which were both for 4 people. We chose what seemed the area less cramped and they added an extra chair on the end of our table. Ordered food and drink. I had the antipasti and my friends had mussels. The meats looked very pretty but they were dry and hard. The mussels were slimy and sauce was watery and no flavour. Steak was bland, lamb cutlets were ordered medium these were overcooked. Sea bass was flavourless and not fresh fish. Waitress brought the bill at the end of meal and asked if we enjoyed. We said not really. She said she had never had these complaints before and stormed off! If you don’t want feedback then you shouldn’t ask. If you want a gorgeous home cooked Italian meal visit Ciao Bella in Romford. Service fabulous, food divine and wonderful atmosphere. Followed by a complimentary limoncello.

Our quest for good value lunches continues. And Piccolo certainly offers good value at £15 for two courses (and a tenner for just a main). And a goodly bit of variety – a dozen starters, followed by a range of salads, pizza and pasta dishes. It’s been there for years in the building built in 1841 as a Methodist chapel. So, bruschetta to start for one of us. Crisp, toasted bread topped with flavoursome chopped tomato and onion, drizzled with balsamic. That was followed by a very decent lasagne. For the other, fried squid rings in a crisp coating, with garlic mayo, followed by a Chicken Caesar salad. Good lunch

Went here on a Sunday evening with some friends great customer service food came out fast and portions are healthy Service charge not included insured we left a reasonable tip service received

We went to prezzo yesterday with our 18 month old Grandson. The young man who served us was so nice & nothing was to much trouble. It makes such a change these days to get good service. The young lady sorry I didn’t get either of your names was also lovely. Food was delicious & prompt. Music was fantastic right up our street. We will be back. Thank you.

Go here with my grandad as its basically his second home 😂 the staff are great with him and always look after him and also the food is always good! No Complaints 😄

I've been here plenty of times before with work, beautiful food, lovely gentleman who prided the establishment for customer care. So I brought my husband here telling him how wonderful it was going to be. What happened?? We were pointed to a table, not seated. No water brought to the table. No coats hung for us. No welcome. No discussing the menu choices ... The steak was amazing but tiny, the roast veg I had wasn't pleasant. After the meal my husband who doesn't eat dessert said he was going to have to have dessert as he was still hungry. But alas we were not offered coffee or dessert, the plates were removed and no one came to us. Eventually we gave it up as a bad job and called to an all night supermarket for snacks. A really lack lustre evening, £27 for a steak and left feeling hungry, customer service? .... well I just felt we had interrupted someone's quiet night.

Five of us called in while in London nearby for a business lunch. Very different as you have to do down into an underground area. The decor is modern but with an industrial/classic feel. I am not a fan of pizza but we all ordered pizza as recommended by one of our group and I am glad we did as it was very good - as far as pizza goes. The atmosphere was great and the service was excellent. Highly recommend for somewhere interesting and quirky. The only down side was it was a bit pricey but I suppose we were in London!

Our second visit to this fine restaurant. We arrived really early and received a very warm welcome from the attentive staff. The service was first class and the meal was superb. Cannot find a single negative thing to say about our experience. We are not local … but we will be back!

Returned to have dinner after eating here a few years ago on vacation. Same great food and pleasant atmosphere. Even had our same waitress. Quick, safe walk from the Marriott Courtyard. The North end is always fun and vibrant. If we ever make it back to Boston, we would absolutely return.

As we had been in Liverpool for the day looking for somewhere to eat near the station. This was chosen due to selection on their menu. Not just pizzas or pastas, many other dishes, I chose Stroganoff and my wife a Veal based dish, both were excellent. Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Would certainly come again when in Southport next.

Cuando entré me sorprendió la decoración y la forma en que se veía, simplemente increíble y colorido y brillante. Nos sentamos en nuestra mesa y nos dieron tiempo para pedir bebidas, cuando llegaron las bebidas nos dieron unas patatas fritas giratorias, que era agradable. Pedimos comida, un entrante y un plato principal. Cuando vi que se comenzaba a cocinar (estaba frente a la cocina) pensé que los principales looks de alguien eran encantadores. ¡No, eso no era un tema principal, era mi entrante! Wow! El entrante de mi esposo era igual de grande, pero ambos platos eran lo suficientemente ligeros como para que no se sintiera lleno antes de su principal. ¡La red era increíble! El chef en ese día pensó que su juego A porque los sabores eran hermosos, bien presentados y simplemente wow! Sé que sigo diciendo “wow” pero si lo es es! No puedo esperar a volver aquí y probar algo diferente con mi marido. Gracias por hacer nuestro almuerzo increíble!

First visit and I’ll definitely come back. The staff were really friendly. The food arrived quickly and was a good portion size. I had veal in a mushroom sauce served with potato’s and tenderstem broccoli and my friend had the ravioli…. Both tasted great. For dessert I had a chocolate torte type thing which was also nice!
