The best pizza I have ever eaten. Staff all very patient, it was just me and my children. Lovely atmosphere. I am hoping to go again before we leave. Thanks for today.

During our recent holiday at Center Parcs, we visited Bella Italia for an evening meal. The service was amazing, we were seated at a lovely table overlooking the pool and was offered olives and water when being sat which was a lovely touch, the manager at the door (Amy) was very welcoming. Our server was welcoming too and very knowledgable of the menu! All food was nice (the bruschetta was the best I’ve ever had at a Bella) Would highly recommend to all visiting Center Parcs to visit here!

Pretty ok food, out of the ones we tried at this center parc this is most ok. I had chicken Milanese it was good but not extraordinary, one in our company had margarita pizza but she did not like it at all, and the cutlery was dirty. But another one had the veggie pizza and that was good too. It does have a view of the pool which is nice 👍

Good service, pizza portions decent, but pasta, fries and bruschetta starters all a bit stingy. Two small garlic bread slices in bruschetta, fries served in very small bowl and pasta about 50% too small in pasta content, surprising given how cheap pasta is! Sauce was very tasty tho!

I have eaten here a few times and had great times. I have an allergy to bell peppers, so explained and gave plenty of notice. A member of staff asked me if I had a serious allergy!!! Then proceeded to be told that there were no meals available that didn't have peppers in. I felt upset and I felt like I should be there at all.

Most of the staff are really trying there hardest to provide really good service at this restaurant at our recent visit. The food was lovely too. My issue was with one of the managers on duty called Amy. She was clearly antagonistic to her staff. Embarrassing one of the waitresses on duty by telling her off in front of us. I felt the issue was a none issue and she was really unprofessional is how she dealt with it. We witnessed other similar events by the same manager. Our waitress was amazing and I really felt sorry for her. This manager clearly has zero management skills and someone in a higher position should have a word with her or give her more training!

Visited Bella Italia last night and we were extremely disappointed with the service. I had to go and ask for one of the drinks ordered. One of the children’s meals was served about 10 minutes after everyone else’s. I asked for Parmesan cheese on top of the bolognese and again had to ask twice for it. We were pushed to clear the tables. I refused to pay the surcharge in the bill. My second bill was almost thrown on the table. I wasn’t asked why I refused to pay it in order for staff to improve their service. We visited the Pancake House this morning and the staff were completely different friendly and helpful . Bella Italia need to improve on their service

Wouldn’t even bother go to cafe rouge instead! Arrived at 7:20 for our meal was seated and told our table would finished being set in just a second the lady that sat us proceeded to set another table and ignored us! Tables were coming in after us and getting sat, drinks ordered and arriving and food orders taken. The table next to us had received their food shortly after we had arrived and finished their food before anyone had even bother to come to our table. It got to 7:45 and I decided we weren’t going to bother being ignored as the waiters and managers couldn’t be bothered to serve us so I went to the front desk and asked for a refund on the deposit and explained how unhappy I was, and they tried to convince us to stay which at that point was not even an option. Amy the manager then said she couldn’t refund us the deposit or do anything with it and said we had to go to guest services through no fault of our own except their poor service. I asked multiple times for her to write a note with her name on just incase of any issues when we got there which she ignored each time I asked, so just asked for her name in the end as I clearly wasn’t going to get a note. However it turns out things could be done as we went to cafe rouge and the manager there rang guest services for us and got the deposit sorted! So in short don’t waste your time going to Bella Italia, cafe rouge has a much better menu options and for less and the service was excellent!

Rude unhelpful staff. Not a smile on anyone's face. The restaurant was half full but they acted like you weren't there. No idea about allergens or what the food actually contains. The server dumped all our cutlery (including the knives) in front of my 2 year old. There are plenty of good places in Centre Parcs, this isn't one of them.

It was fantastic we booked for6 people the staff very attentive the food was excellent are 4 yr old granddaughter polished off pasta,then she left and gramps got her dessert which was brilliant thanks to Emma are waitress who was superb we had a good old laugh with her and a great chat with her before we left

Food and drinks for both adults and children were very good and enjoyed by all. All plates were returned cleared. Service was very friendly and very efficient. This is the fourth year we've eaten at Bella Italian and have always enjoyed it, but this was the best so far.

Fast service and good food. Our waiter Stephen was great! even when we asked him to repeat the gelato flavours 3 times!

Poor greasy chicken salad swimming in balsamic vinegar desert would have filled a tea spoon no coleslaw or rose wine at 7pm

We were served by Jo who really made us feel welcome and even went the extra mile to give our dogs some sausage as a treat. Fast and friendly service. Thank you ☺️

Lovely food, great staff, decent prices. Typical of any Bella Italia, with the addition of a window view to the water park if you’re lucky. Having tried a takeaway from the other pizza place, I can say they have nothing on Bella. Definitely eat here during your stay.

I came with my family of 8 for my aunties birthday and we was able to sit down at our reservation 20 minutes earlier which was great. We was warned that food would be longer than normal as they just sat 3 other larger party’s (one of them being a table of 14 sat across from us) we ordered drinks which was fine and they got 1 of the drinks wrong but the waitress was lovely and she swapped it for us, me and my friend decided to order ice cream as the host told us the stand it would be a little while for the food, we was waiting for 10 minutes + for someone at the ice cream section for someone to serve us as another staff member came and made a another ice cream in front of us and didn’t even ask us if we was ok and what we needed as he quickly went and gave the dessert to another table we decided that we wasn’t going to wait around as the staff member rudely ignored us. The food came around 45 minutes of waiting which I think is around average time, which is great but when they were bring out the food they bought over the wrong food and it took them a while to sort out the correct food for our table. Also they asked us after the meal if everything was ok not in the middle of the meal when that question is supposed to be asked to see if they can improve the quality of our meal, I don’t understand why restaurants over book tables when they know they can’t give good customer service! if they have other large parties to take care of. When it came to paying they over charged items we didn’t even order on the menu, it took them 4 times to get the receipt correct before they had everything correct including bluelight discount. Most definitely WILL NOT be coming back with a large party which is defeating the whole point of centre parks as it’s family friendly place to go. As another fellow waitress who’s worked at a different restaurant it’s very disappointing to see staff clearly taking too much work on that they can’t handle all for a bit of extra cash for the company, not good customer service at all. Very clearly in a rush.

We had such a wonderful experience here celebrating a big birthday with family. Owen was sensational, looked after us so well and handled a massive table with multiple toddlers with ease. He's an absolute credit to you! Food was lovely and having the play area is so useful.

Had 2 lovely meals here while staying on the Parc, I'm a bit fussy going out for meals but the good here was spot on and came out really hot which tells me it was freshly cooked. Next time we come I wouldn't hesitate to dine here again.

We had such a lovely meal at Bella Italia last night. Our server Stephen was incredible and did such a fantastic job at accommodating us despite him being so busy. All of the staff were lovely and did such a fantastic job considering the restaurant was so so busy. We left with a smile on our faces! Thank you for such a lovely meal.

Nice food and arrived quickly. Our server Thiru was great and really friendly, he was really helpful. We all enjoyed our family trip here to center parcs.

Food was bland was supposed to be creamy pasta. But did not taste of anything. Very disappointed . Also the service charge was not explained that it was optional

Solid three, i miss the independent centre Parks restaurants. In recent years they have been sucked I to the corporate "well known" brands. Bad move in my opinion, Center Parcs has always offered that - you could be anywhere feeling but it's turning into ride a bike, play sports, and (unfortunately) go to your local high street. Ditch the chains (you have a captive audience), do what you do best... Holidays

Jesus wept. Service. Not really a thing 😂 the ald was nice but oh my god he was useless. Had to clear our own plates after they’d been sat there for 15 mins. Asked for him to bring over birthday cake but he came and asked for desserts twice. Comical. We all know what Bella Italia is but my lord their service was woeful here.

We were celebrating my future daughter in laws hen weekend, the waitress was lovely the service was great and my future daughter in law was given a bottle of prosecco before we left. Very impressed!

On a Tuesday night I was impressed to find the place quite full and we were greeted within seconds by friendly staff and seated on a good table. Menu’s delivered and drinks choices taken almost immediately. Food ordered straight away and it arrived very promptly. All good. Looking at the menu I have to be honest didn’t have high expectations as the choices were quite limited and I’m sceptical of chain restaurants quality. When my calzone arrived this was confirmed. Initial thoughts were they’d found the football I’d kicked on to the school roof in 1983 and topped it with highly sweetened tomato sauce. But no in fact it was a food item and not my gola sensation. This food was a bit of a puzzle for me; I was under the impression that perhaps the place would have a pizza oven. The thing looked like it had come from a freezer and then a microwave. The dough was definitely under cooked in many places and it resembled a Russian’s ar5e on the beach in Paphos rather than a crusty & delicious item the Italians have perfected over the years. This old bag of pants left out in the rain for 40 years was as Italian as Fred Dibnah. I’ll admit I arrived at the place hungry and tbh I’d have eaten my own ear wax at this stage so my chopping board (not plate) was emptied. The staff didn’t ask how it was and because I wasn’t prepared to bring the atmosphere of our party down I decided I wasn’t going to mention how I felt about the food. Btw; it wasn’t just the appearance that disappointed it tasted as good as it looked. I believe the menu suggested there was spicy sausage in there. It’d have taken Anika Rice in her prime to find it. I fancied a glass of malbec; I wasn’t prepared to pay £7.29 for a small glass; I decided on a pint of wife beater, then told it was in bottles only. So I went for the other cr4p on draught. Funnily enough I noticed a sign in the toilets saying flush twice it’s a long way to the bar. Which might explain a few things about my pint. I’m not sure why they continue to have a choice of draught on the menu when there is clearly a single tap fitted to the bar. Over all the staff were efficient; in fact I’d go as far as saying the chef was probably the most efficient person working in the centre of Nottingham on this dreary night as he’d had my calzone from box to wooden board in no time at all. Had he managed to actually cook it properly and check on its appearance before delivery to the table he’d have got a higher recommendation. Someone in our party wanted to pay for the meal for everyone and I had to kindly thank them and decline the offer. The reason being I’d then feel guilty if they were to ask me how my food was. I was absolutely not prepared to be grateful for a meal of this standard so I paid for myself although I did benefit from the blue light discount which softened the blow somewhat. We were out of there as quick as we were in and my over riding thoughts are ‘is this what people really do for a treat’? My message to the good people of Nottingham is ‘you’re worth more’; just up the road there’s a Tesco metro; grab a meal deal and sit on a wall in the rain and have a better experience. I’d sooner have a dog p155 on my shoe that use this place again #The 2* rating is because we were greeted, seated & fed quickly. Had it have been anything else I’d have been less complimentary about the place#

Seven of us ate from the lunchtime menu, very good offers and the food was hot and plentiful. The service was rather slow to say how many people were in the restaurant but the food made up for the lack of attention.

Our waiter Jack was very friendly and polite. We aren’t the fastest bunch but he gave us plenty of time to work out our order 😂 I had the Pepperoni Rigatoni as my main and the meatballs as a starter. Both were delicious and piping hot. The dessert, I had Cookie Dough, was also really nice and I loved it. Good food, good service, what’s not to like?

Bella Italia Sherwood Forest is exceptional for diners with allergies. Jack served us both times and he was thorough in making sure food was free from allergens. I really can't commend Jack enough, so many restaurants either don't cater for allergies or don't take them seriously. Jack deserves recognition for this.

We had to wait over an hour for our food which isn't ideal when you are with young and hungry children. The food was very mediocre when it arrived

In my opinion the best restaurant at center parcs.

We ate here on a wet Thursday evening, on our way in there was an offer board advertising kids eat for £1.00 on Thursday's, however after looking into it the offer is not valid at centre parcs! (But they were happy to advertise the offer and get more people inside) Food was tasty and our server was nice.

Absolutely lovely meal tonight, we were all blown away by the quality and flavours. my grandson loves a great lasagna and it did not fail to impress. We spoke to Lorna and we was able to use our Blue Light card to get discount, you can use it Sunday to Thursday and it gave us 25% discount

Service was a little slow but worth the wait, food was excellent and the staff were very polite and friendly. Very popular amongst visitors for Centre Parcs so all forgiven and if I had been staying longer, I would have most certainly booked to eat there again.

Fantastic food, rapid and friendly service. Our waitress Emily was very allergy aware, and this is a total breath of fresh air for any parents of children with allergies at centre parcs (see the allergy statement and position of other CP owned restaurants). Highly recommend!!

Excellent food staff all really helpful kind & efficient in sometimes difficult situations with the constant noise from the myriad of young children making such a noise but they remained calm & helpful even after having to repeat themselves.

Final day at Centre Parcs and final meal at Bella italia. My mum and sister were celebrating their birthdays so went here for a treat. Food was fantastic. Emily, our server, was brilliant. As its many peoples last night, it was super busy, but Emily was very attentive, knowledgeable and fun, even when my family asked multiple questions. Thank you for making our holiday and last meal celebration one to remember. :)

Went for a meal, one of the Lasagnas was cold and had to be sent back, the other lasagna didn’t have any taste. I told the waitress and she said all they do is put them in the microwave. The waitress & waiter were very good and helpful. Will I return - Definitely NOT

Good food good service this is a family friendly restaurant so it’s not a fine dining experience but for the food quality setting price and service you can’t complain!

We visited yesterday a hen party of 14 ladies and chose the 2 course bottomless brunch. With a choice of Prosecco, lager or mock tails the drinks were plentiful. The menu had a good variety of choices and catered for people with allergies. The food was really nice presentation was good and the staff were very attentive. This was my first visit to this restaurant and I would definitely recommend 109%

Visited as a family of four as part of our stay at Center Parcs. The food was very tasty but slightly expensive, whist perfectly nice it’s not great value. With a a few drinks for the adults our bill quickly reached £100. For that amount, at the end of the meal, it didn’t feel correctly balanced. Friendly service, plenty of space and as mentioned, tasty food.

We all enjoyed the food which was reasonably priced. There was a soft play area for the children, which was really helpful.

Prices are way more than any other Bella Italia found in shopping malls but that's down to Cpks rather than the restaurant. The staff are superb, & cant do enough to please, My companions answer when asked what she thought of it replied MMMMMmmmmmmm!!!! Lovely!

Out of 6 people only one person had a good meal. 2 meals were sent back as totally unacceptable. Waiting 30 minutes on arrival for a drink. One member of staff was very rude ( a supervisor) The way the bill was worked out difficult to understand. You could not order a round of drinks and pay for them at the time. A very disappointed outcome to a long awaited. Meeting up with old friends. I would never visit again. Tony Ps we were not charged for the 2 meals that were sent back.

Walked in although we were early, mega friendly manager got us sat. Alcohol cheap and they werent shy with the measures. Food hot and tasty. Came quick. Top marks for our very sweet lad server who had some change so we could leave him a tip. a real credit to the name Bella Italia.

I went last night for a meal to bella italia food excellent but the service was even better . Santino did suggest me the meal ever but the dessert was absolutely gorgeous. I will back again.

Food was good, not particularly quick but it was a busy half term Friday. Kids eat free was a really great deal. Toilets an absolute disgrace, filthy and in poor condition, thankfully I went after I had eaten.

Absolutely outstanding service from Emma, the waitress. She worked with our hen party table so deftly and with great humour. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was fine and the drinks were overpriced

First of all, it's worth mentioning that this restaurant is ideally located just a short walking distance from the Royal Concert Hall. We were served by our waiter, Tibor who was very friendly, informative and attentive and gave excellent service. The meal was delicious and our 13 year old daughter who can be a bit picky with her food enjoyed all three courses immensely, as did my wife and I.

Always a first port of call when visiting Center Parcs. Staff absolutely amazing, Service quick and friendly and the food was delicious. Lots to choose from and very good value for money. Lovely environment to enjoy a relaxing meal with the family. Everyone of our party left full and happy. Highly recommend a visit.

Pasta was not fresh. Same dried pasta we 'don't use at home - Sherwood CP Aug 2019. Overpriced disaster of a place. AVOID

We changed our booking at the last minute after our friends had a disappointing curry where we were originally booked. Clearly it's a popular place as the choice of times for dinner were 3pm or 8:45pm. I had mentally prepared myself for tired staff & maybe not the best of food knowing everyone had been flat out since 3pm and we were the last late customers but I needn't have. Our waiter was awesome, full of humour and very much on the ball, and the food was superb. Best meal of the week. We were the last people to leave and still had happy staff Thanks.

Staff were attentive and good humoured despite being over-stretched. The food was average in quality, for example my seafood linguine was short on the seafodd elements. The restaurant was at capacity and therefore very busy and felt crowded and noisy.

Accommodated us at an earlier time than booked. Good food and service. Soft play area for little ones was a bit dated but OK

Me and my boyfriend went to Nottingham Bella Italia today after visiting the Edinburgh restaurant recently and falling in love with it. However this visit was not as magical unfortunately. We booked for a table of 2 and when we arrived there was no specific place to wait for a table. When someone came to help us to our table they gave us a choice of 2 tables that were both rather small and in the way of the walkways and larger tables. We picked the one wedged between a large table, wall and office. Then upon ordering our food, I asked for a gluten free pizza and was questioned about whether I have an intolerance or not. I was rather shocked as I feel I shouldn’t have to prove this in any way. When the food came it was lovely but we just felt in the way.

The service here was good, the food was nice, but nothing special and unfortunately £12 for a bit of pasta in mascarpone sauce seems expensive.

Had a lovely pre show meal here with a great atmosphere, was looked after by the lovely Julia but all the staff was really friendly will definitely be going back

I've never been a massive fan of Bella Italia, especially at centerparcs, preferring Strada which used to be there, but our meal was really good. All four of us really enjoyed our meals. Service was good too but there were only four tables occupied that lunchtime so they weren't pushed.

You know what you’re getting from a franchise restaurant and to be perfectly honest it was great, great friendly service, good choice of meals, good choice of kids meals I couldn’t fault it apart from it’s a bit pricey being in centre parcs but on the whole it’s a good night out and it’s unlikely you’ll be disappointed

As the 'ladies' did not want to cook on arrival night and as regular Bella Italia customers, this was our choice. Especially as it was my wife's birthday, we would have liked to take advantage of one of the regular offers we are e-mailed but unfortunately you can't at Center Parcs.

We like Bella Italia as a brand, especially if your able to use voucher codes to make the meal cheaper. Unfortunately you aren’t able too at centre parcs locations.

Food was good, there was a decent menu choice and it was reasonably priced. Staff were polite and helpful.

The meals were good and wholesome, the establishment clean and tidy and the service was spot on thanks to our waiter Lyupcho who went out of his way ensure we were fully satisfied with our visit.

Our third visit over the last couple of months this time with a Groupon deal, must say each time has been very consistent with quality of food we had Pollo Funghi and Spaghetti Bolognese i wanted a bit more sauce this was dealt with quickly by our excellent waitress Kayleigh.dessert was Frementi and really good ice cream to share. All in all very enjoyable meal. Coffee was good too.

Friendly efficient service and quality food. Really enjoyed our meal. Toddler enjoyed the mini play area between courses too. Pizza, pasta and ice cream all readily devoured.

Eat in Bella Italia regularly so know what to expect. I love Marco Polo pasta but my husband had a good steak. Various size pizza suits the children and they can choose which toppings they want. The children really enjoyed choosing the flavour of ice cream plus the popping candy on the top was a real treat. But the pudding die for was the orange chocolate brownie.

We ate here with our grandchildren who all enjoyed their meal. Excellent menu with a big selection served with a smile.

I love Bella Italia even if its not at centre parcs they always live up to high standards. The decoration is always lovely and the food is classic homemade Italian deffo recommend:)
