You must try Bella Vita, food wonderful, all freshly cooked, smiling helpful staff, and service excellent. We were made to feel very welcome. Highly recommend. Our group had to find a place for two weeks whilst repairs were carried out on our usual venue, the Bella Vita rose to the challenge, we would like to say a huge thank you for accommodating us. We are hoping you will have us back in the future. We all loved the food, the staff and will be booking again. Lv Kay & Ladies.

Our party numbered ten family members. From the moment we arrived Ali and his female colleague were extremely friendly and the service throughout was attentive ,but not obtrusive. The food was delicious with all the dishes being delivered in quick succession, bar the last two which were shell fish based. I don't know whether that was the reason? When Ali, by chance, discovered we were celebrating a 21st birthday, he disappeared and speedily re-emerged with a small cake and a candle to the tune of Stevie Wonder and 'Happy birthday to you". Fabulous! I will definitely eat here again.

Unfortunately it’s lost its charm. The food is now average, atmosphere is dead and it’s just overall average. Please bring back the lively atmosphere, great food and the family restaurant we all loved!

Took a good hour and a half to come, food come stone cold. Didn't overly mind the longer delivery time, but the cold food is poor customer service. Only positive bloke that delivered it was lovely xx

I had a fantastic experience dining at Bella Vita! The food was excellent – full of flavour and great value. Alina, the waitress, was incredibly helpful with her suggestions and made the experience even better with her friendly and attentive service. Highly recommend this place for a delicious meal and wonderful hospitality!

We don't live that far from Ollerton but had not come across Bella Vita until friends suggested we meet there. We do like Italian food and Bella Vita did not disappoint. Service was good and the price was more than reasonable. We will go back again

I went in with my fiancé and was greeted by staff and seated in a nice corner to make our meal intimate. I enjoyed this. The staff looked professional, especially the small one with her tie. We couldn't choose from the menu so asked the staff for preferences. Our server advised something from the special menu. My partner choses the fillet steak in a pepper corn sauce, I ordered the fillet steak with pasta. It had prawns and was in a tomato sauce. Omg it was devine. Our server kept coming up to us asking how we are doing, if we wanted drinks when she saw our glasses were empty. She was friendly and my partner did her usual thing and made her laugh which I thought was nice as she felt like family which was noce5

Two words Wow Factor I took my fiancee for a surprise meal, as we were being led to our table by this funny, engaging woman her name was alina and right from the start she made us feel like family. Congratulating us on our anniversary. I ordered the fillet steak wrapped in parma ham in mushroom sauce alina said I would love it and I wasn't disappointed It was cooked to perfection I asked for medium rare and that's exactly what I got the sauce wasn't over powering. I'll be honest we were made to feel like family and alina was funny and so warm. If I could give this restaurant more stars I would and I'd highly recommend this picture perfect place. We are going to make this our regular spot thank you so much for having us.

Must have been at least 20 times! Never a bad meal and friendly staff! Prices are average but hey, we keep going back coz of the great food! Allergen friendly too!

The food is excellent as was the service BUT the ladies toilet was DISGUSTING, the floor wash covered in water, some toilet seats were loose, the sinks were dirty and generally a health hazard, you would not want your guests to use them.

Food always good here. Lady who was on service gave the impression of not wanting to be there. The place is looking tired needing some painting and a touch up. Will always come back as the food is great but hopefully some improvements elsewhere.

This authentic Italian masterpiece is hidden in the center of old Ollerton in a quiet location with car parking. Nice warm welcome from Andrea, front of house, great menu and excellent food. Nice homely atmosphere with plenty of willing staff. Wonderful soup and bruschetta for starters, pollo fettuccine and pollo cacciatore. Decent wine list, Peroni on draught. Overall pleasant experience and would recommend. Booking recommended.

This was our 3rd visit and has been just as good as the previous 2. We both had fillet steak in parma ham with a Dolcelatte sauce which was one of the evenings specials. Absolutely excellent, the extra sauce was enjoyed on the lovely al dente vegetables that we have enjoyed each time we have visited. At each visited we have been warmly greeted by the friendly team here who provide excellent attentive service and look forward to our next visit.

Went yesterday for the first time in a few years. Traveled from quite far out too. The atmosphere had really gone down hill and playing the most obnoxious birthday music really killed the vibe. Took over half an hour to have our drinks order even though we booked in advance to then not have the wine we wanted, took another half hour for them to take out food order. Bought out the starters and one of them was wrong, when we said this the lady came over and said we'd ordered something different (definitely didn't) and what my partner ordered they didn't even have. Most of the servers did not look old enough to even be working there in the first place. Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.

Well where do I start , the restaurant is very tired . The food was ok but the service was so poor . Faulty Towers comes to mind . The young waiters and waitresses had not been trained at all . It worked out at £50 per head and I would not recommend The staff did not know what they were serving and the tiramisu was bought in . Appalling for an Italian restaurant

Very nice owner and delivery but really didn't enjoy the pizza or the meat in the kofte kebab. At nearly £18 per pizza I expect homemade meatballs or ones that taste of good quality. Couldnt eat the pizzas and the base wasn't freshly prepped. Never a

Really sad looking food that tastes as good as it looks. A picture paints a thousand words and after seeing our food two words came to mind: “Oh dear”. To have to wait thirty minutes for a starter like this fills someone with exceptional disappointment- a clear indicator of the quality of the mains to come. As such, we cancelled the remainder of our order. All in all a meal not worth waiting for.

Food was generally good, but the interior decor could do with some modernisation. There are tables outside next to the river, and this is lovely.

Lovely afternoon with a real authentic Italian - we love this place - close to our holiday cottages Mill cottage and Savile house - many of our guests come to taste a true Italian! Ali our waiter was wonderful - thank you - we will be back!!!

This is not Italian food, don’t waste your money,! Poor quality products, really poor pizza, worst pizza on shields road. The only thing ‘Italian’ is the flag on the signage! Very disappointed ☹️

It's a great spot to eat good food and take in the views by the river.

We have been to Bella Vita a few times and always have a lovely meal. We usually go for dinner but this time was for lunch . Food was great, authentic Italian, along with great service.

By far one of the best takeaways we order from. ordered two calzones with bolognese sauce and could have eaten it again the next day it was that good. highly recommended.

Once again this restaurant has successfully satisfied us.

A lovely meal with attentive staff. My wife and I had two differing but equally delicious chicken meals. Nice presentation, tasty.

Service was great, albeit slightly overbearing with a continuous ask whether we were okay every 5 minutes. But the actual meal was extremely disappointing. For the absurd amount of money spent on basic 'Italian meals', i.e., spaghetti bolognaise, homemade garlic bread, or even a pasta carbonara, I'd expect to be wowed for restaurant quality. Yet I could have prepared the same meals for under £8 at home and been happier. However, if you're going in for the chef special of fish on a stick, I suppose you get your moneys worth. Overall, I won't be returning as the price doesn't justify the cost / quality of the meal, but I'm glad to have tried.

Postcode entered was no where near location of this pizza place. Food was not collected. Severely disappointed with the website and loss of funds.

Food really nice and delivered on time as always. Only downside is the large chicken kebab and chips only came with about 5 small pieces of chicken which is why I only put 4 starts instead of 5. If there was a bit more chicken it would have been 5 stars but I’ll still be ordering from here in the future as the taste is delicious

A great little spot for some food, had a really good steak and starter. They’ve always got a nice pint of Peroni too! Looking forward to the sun coming out to go and sit by the river too!

I've been to many Italian restaurants. Often food is average and usual menu. However, you can normally depend on great atmosphere, service and welcome and enjoyable experience. This place was the opposite. I had to check that it is owned by an Italian, although he was not visible. Poor service, dead atmosphere, depressing, in fact, and very poor food.

2nd time at Bella Vita.. Wonderful meal for 5 both times. Service brill, Food out of this world. Really nice, we had 2 seafood platters, kids had pizza, which was also delicious! Beer garden has a lovely stream at back, great for a paddle on a hot day!

Unbelievably good Italian food. A few new serving staff but no issues at all, we even went back a second night!

We went for Wednesday lunch and had a two course meal off their special menu and was served by the excellent Ali who really looked after us so well! The food was so good & delicious at such a reasonable price we will be back 🙏

Service was horrible, took 30 minutes for someone to take our drinks orders while other people were served right away, the main guy also seemed very angry the whole time. Food was awful, carbonara was more bacon than pasta which made it really salty, pizza was okay but there was so much sauce that you cant taste anything other than the sauce.

We went to Bella Vita for Mothers Day. It was my daughters suggestion as she had been before and said the food and service were good. The food and service were very good indeed. The food was quite simply delicious. I had 2 x starters, a main and a pudding. It was that nice. Highly recommended! The service was also how it should be, attentive, friendly, and welcoming. I'm definitely going again! I absolutely could not fault the place. Well done, Bella Vita!

This is probably one of the worst Italians I’ve ever been to I ordered a starter and a pasta carbonara from my main, I never got my starter and the mains came down the food tasted very weird. I took two bites and I got up and I walked away. I come here with my wife to have a nice meal. The services is very bad the people walk past you like you don’t even exist very bad I don’t know how this place have a 4 1/2 star rating

What a fantastic place, we were a party of 8 and we were made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble, the food was absolutely gorgeous, service was brilliant, well worth a visit.

Lovely restaurant, which was open on a Sunday evening. Extensive menu, wide range of choices. Excellent sized portions & reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Didn’t have to wait too long for each course.
