Excellent meal as always at this restaurant. Service and food were excellent and plenty of choice on the menu. We had lobster ravioli and then the toadstool dessert.

Everyone please be aware that a lot of thieves are targeting this restaurants outside tables. Had a wonderful lunch with a friend and had my i phone stolen off my table after a person approached our table and distracted us. When the police were called and the lady manager informed, she wasn’t interested in the theft at all . Her response was it happens regularly. When I challenged her and said we had 3 beggars approach our table , and none of the staff moved them on, she said they could do nothing. I was so upset and asked why weren’t all the customers sitting outside warned about the situation, she just said we do warn customers. Absolutely rubbish. No one was warned. All the people on the tables around us were angry and said they will think twice about eating outside this restaurant ever again. They handled the situation very poorly. PLEASE PLEASE be aware!

Food was wonderful and we enjoyed every minute. We were looked after by Relja who showed us how to choose the perfect cocktail with 3 dice. First time visiting this restaurant but hope to be back again soon.

Loved every bit of it. I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and it went beyond our expectations! We were greeted by the manager on arrival and were warmly welcomed. We had impeccable and incredibly friendly service from Felix and he took really good care of us the whole night, would say one of the best bits of service i’ve ever had in a restaurant. He even made it very special for my partners birthday and food was delicious on every course. Will defo be coming back! 10/10

The food is delicious. I recommend the pasta and pizza.. The appetizers, the risotto balls, are less than normal. I do not recommend them.. The waiter service is very, very bad 🙂

Harry’s has done it again! We went to Harry’s Dolce Vita Victoria last night. It was the opening of this wonderful restaurant. We have been going to Harry’s in James Street for years and this new restaurant did not disappoint.. In fact it was rather special..As usual the decor in Harry’s restaurants is superb, as well as the food, but the staff are exceptional, particularly GM Matteo, Rudolpho and Francesco in his fab Green stripe jacket. The food was at its usual high standard and we were introduced to chef Simon. We were welcomed back as old friends. The position of this restaurant is amazing taking a corner very close to the buzzy Victoria Station.

I've been eating here for a few years and have recommended it to many—it never disappoints. The staff are friendly, the food is amazing, and the ambiance and atmosphere create a wonderful dining experience. The food is wonderful, especially the tiramisu and ice creams. Keep in mind that it gets busy, so it's best to book in advance. If the weather is good, get a table outside to enjoy some people-watching. Plus, it's conveniently located just across the road from Harrods!

Very rude hostess gave us the absolute worst table in the back by the server station, even though we had reservations! To show you how bad it was, the restaurant was very busy and no one sat in the table next to us which was also bad, and remained empty. We asked to be moved but she said was full and would move us when a table opens up. Of course that was a lie because she never moved us even though tables opened up. Terrible treatment!

We ordered burrata, insalate caprese, garlic bread, fungi and margarita pizza, risotto, ravioli, rib eye steak. Dishes were perfect, everyone loved it, Italian cuisine is the best. Service was very kind. Thanks a lot.

I had dinner at Harry's Bar Knightsbridge on Friday, June 7th, and it was fantastic. The food was delicious, but the service from Sedi and Relaja (hopefully I wrote the name right) truly made the night special. They were incredibly friendly and professional, with Relaja offering spot-on food recommendations that we loved. Their attentiveness and warmth made us feel valued and well taken care of, turning a great meal into an unforgettable experience. This kind of service is rare and definitely worth mentioning. We're looking forward to our next visit, thanks to Sedi and Relaja. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

The receptionist was a bit rude in my opinion. You might say not welcoming. The food was nice but I thought it could be better and the portion was small but the flavours was great for main course. For desert, the dark cake is not so good. I would avoid it next time.

Truffle pizza is fire and sparks, tender and affectionate. Don’t forget to order calamari. Pizza is not the time of honesty

As a local I have visited many times, but last night topped our experience thanks to exceptional service from George. Looking at other glowing reviews I can see his positive and fun attitude has not gone un-noticed. Will be back soon!

The margherita is delicious and the pizza in general is beautiful Excellent and delicious truffle chicken Al-Faryaz is also excellent The best is pasta with truffles. I will come back for it 👌🏼 The dessert looks beautiful and tastes normal.

The treatment is very bad and the employees treat them badly and I need to take a course to learn the art of dealing with customers. The reservation was canceled because I was 15 minutes late and without communicating with me. Upon my arrival, I was informed that they called me and I did not answer their call. After reviewing the calls, it became clear that there was no communication and I asked the employee working in the restaurant where The call and I gave her the mobile phone to show me the call because I was really certain that there was no call. She was content with us calling!!

NOT RECOMMENDING!! We made a reservation a day in advance and when we arrived we were 16 minutes late. The waiter refused to let us into the restaurant because of the delay and said that the reservation had been cancelled. she said that she called and told us about that, but no one called. We took out the phone and I made her look at the call log that no one called us. She said That you should be calling???? the recipient should be trained how to explain in more professional way for the guest that the booking was cancelled (she was a bit rude) short blonde hair.

I had such an amazing time and the service I received from George was exceptional. I’ve never felt so welcomed and respected in a restaurant. George is an amazing host and an even better person !! I hope he is getting all the praise he deserves for his amazing hosting skills.

Bad treatment from the reception today, Tuesday, May 14. I asked for her name, but she did not accept to give it to me. She refused to offer me a table even though the restaurant was empty, and when I asked her for her name, she refused, and the timing cooperated with her. Two bad elements

What a perfect lovely lunch we had with our friends at Harry’s Dolce Vita, especially because of our host George. He is the most professional, outstanding, positive and friendly person we have met in a long time. The recommend food was perfect, we ordered the same dish directly a second time because it was out of this world, the signature truffle tagliatelle. We will definitely come back because of George. If you happen to be there, please ask to be seated on his table, you will have the best time.

George gave the best service and food recommendations, and really went above and beyond to make our dinner amazing! I would’ve never selected originally the options he gave but we trusted him and were very impressed by his selection of choices tailored to our needs. Absolutely exceptional restaurant! Staff is helpful and kind, place nicely designed and the food is superb. Every time we have the chance to visit Harry’s Dolce Vita while out on shopping we are excited. Our son Alexander is quite fussy eater but he loves their chips;-)

Everything was great apart from an inattentive server. We waited 15 mins for anyone to come over and ask if we wanted drinks, then we ordered them along with all our food, and we had our starters come out… No drinks. Finished starters, asked about drinks again as still hadn’t come. Mains arrive… Still no drinks. Asked a different server about them, and our drinks came instantly and he was very apologetic. Unfortunately our original server Bhargav wasn’t apologetic at all, didn’t apologise once. It’s slightly overpriced here but you pay for the location! Food is amazing, drinks are 99% ice and cost an arm and a leg.

A classic Italian atmosphere. Busy and vibrant. The food is excellent and so is the service. Try the courgette flowers as a starter. A friend enjoyed trying some of mine so much that she had it as a side with her main.

We visited today and were greeted by disorganised waiters who we struggled to get the attention of. There were a lot of them walking around but only one was allowed to serve us and he was a bit distracted. Food was good. The worst thing, and why I am writing this review, was the ladies toilets. One was “out of service” and the other was full to the brim with horribles.

We were shopping in harrods and chose Harry's over the grill which is our fav a friend who was with us said let's go Harry's as we went in got a table order 2 starters Truffle pasta was more like truffle sauce in cheap noodles. Fried chicken was dry Sea bass was dry no sauce at all Dry seabass on a bed of courgettes We paid half cash half card and waiter actually followed us out thinking we running away without paying the full bill Only till he came out and embarrassed him self realising we did pay the full bill Not a good experience at all

Great service, we were seated straight away despite arriving 20 minutes early prior to our reservation. The food wasn’t up to our standards and appeared to be sub-par compared to other Italian’s however I cannot fault the customer service, not sure whether we would visit again though as it wasn’t worth the price.

I came here for dinner with my family to celebrate my birthday. The waiter practically ignored us all evening. He never asked about our meal all evening. Regrettably the ribeye steak was awful. I had asked for it to be cooked medium rare. It instead arrived burnt and overcooked. It seems they don't care as every review about the ribeye has been the same as mine. It's just unfortunate I read the review too late.

Nice location near Harrods and restaurant decoration but staff were very snooty indeed on both the initial welcome and the servers. Risotto main course was cold and tasteless, served on a cold plate, and the seafood pasta had very little seafood in it. Would have expected more from the location and customers who would use this restaurant.

Genuinely the worst ever dining experience of my life. I went to Harry’s alone to experience the food that is so raved about. I was firstly given the wrong meal but I told the waitress it was okay, the pasta was awful, cold, bland and not worth the money. I allowed the waitress to choose my drink as she was adamant it was nice and refreshing- it was overpoweringly sweet. I tried my best to eat it as I’m not one to complain, however what really ruin the dining experience was the fact that I was seated next to a couple who were clearly talking about me being a Muslim hijabi and saying the most Islamophobic thing's. This couple then started arguing extremely loudly and then picking a fight with another table, I was quite scared as I was alone and it was quite late in the evening so I then asked to be seated elsewhere. I was placed between 2 tight tables where I could hear everything that was being said on both tables and genuinely could not enjoy my food. I had to leave and left my entire meal, as it was cold and I was so put off by the environment. The waitress took my money and knew I was quite upset as she did ask me if I’m okay, I did tell her I didn’t like the food and it was cold but she just said “ah im sorry maybe next time try something else”. I was very disappointed with this entire experience and have since contacted Harry’s multiple times to request a refund with no replies back. Genuinely the worst customer service from a restaurant that’s meant to be renowned. Avoid at all costs :/

Our first time at Dolce Vita was absolutely fantastic. Lovely and authentic atmosphere and food at great prices and with amazing flavors. Additionally, my partner and I had the pleasure of being served by the fantastic George, who not only brought delightful and good humor but also provided some fantastic recommendations for both food and drinks. A huge recommendation for Dolce Vita if you are in London. And if you are lucky, you get to meet the enchanting George.

Overall the experience was okay but the main courses lacked flavour. The Tagliolini Al granchio was & bolognese was watery. The highlight of it all was the mushroom dessert definitely recommend.

Harry’s Dolce Vita has a wonderful atmosphere, both cosy and intimate, great for meals with friends or a partner. We were particularly impressed by George. He radiated the most kind, jolly and helpful energy and that in itself is an understatement. We have never had an experience with a server like we did with George, nor even close! He is absolutely fantastic and made the experience 20x better. Thank you George for your hospitality and for making me want to visit again soon!

What an experience dining here! The Food was really good but what made our day was George’s amazing and friendly service! His attention to detail and his smile throughout the service was outstanding! That is Greek hospitality!! Wish there would be more people in hospitality with George's friendliness, attention to detail and culinary knowledge!

The ambience was amazing. We tried the truffle pasta which was really good and the arrabbiata sauce pasta was good too. The desserts were fantastic especially the mushroom one which we ordered twice. The staff was friendly and helpful and very professional. The only downside were the restrooms which were very very messy and dirty.

Restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere with a terrace. We received a warm welcome. Very pleasant service, the waiter was really friendly and knew his job perfectly. As for the cuisine, everything was delicious, the truffle pasta, the pizza, the veal Milanese... We recommend this Italian restaurant!

Love this place dim lighting sets the tone for a relaxed mood. Food was spot on the carpachio was perfect ! We had Geroge looking after us. Although all the staff were amzeing. But Happy Geroge as we decided to name him was something else .. he was such a lovely person and so jolly.. I understand hes not in a good mood every Mondays so i will see you next Friday Geroge !!!

My wife and I sat on the pavement tables for two consecutive days. The first for lunch, followed by cigar and coffee. The second just for drinks and coffee. During our two visits we had interactions with about 6 members of staff, from the receptionist at the front, to the waiters both junior and senior. Every single person was extremely friendly, helpful and proactive. The food, drinks ambience and seatings were all excellent. Heaters were turned on, blankets and ashtray offered. Nothing was too much trouble. They seemed genuinely happy for our modest custom. This was in stark contrast to many other chic London establishments, all the more surprising given Harry’s location right outside Harrods.

I knew it would be welcoming when I saw the manager giving his decorators a coffee each. I should've taken a picture because it was beautiful, cooked perfectly, every member of staff was welcoming and friendly start to finish!

Harry's has perfectly captured that old world Italian vibe, and its such a beautiful restaurant. The food was exceptional, and every single dish was perfect. Service was very efficient and staff were great. The only downside was the bathrooms - they clearly had not been serviced for a little while and there was toilet paper absolutely everywhere! Unfortunately this took away from the overall elegance of the place, but we still had a good time.
