If the menu mentions truffle, I expect to be able to actually taste truffle.

🌟🌟🌟🌟 Came for a breakfast meal. We were greeted by friendly staff and got a lovely table by the window. I ordered the Energy Bowl with fruits, and my colleague went for the Eggs Benedict. We paired these with two Neapolitan Flip coffees ☕. Unfortunately, the coffee experience was a bit of a shocker—when I tried to pour it, only water came out, no coffee 🙈. While they did replace it, another letdown was that both coffees were only lukewarm and not hot. Overall, the food was good, and the atmosphere was nice, but I hope these small issues are ironed out in the future. Food & drinks are usually ok. Bar staff clearly has an attitude like they own the building, specially the Italian guy with a thick beard, totally unprofessional, dry and passive aggressive. Too bad, place was nice

The experience of the restaurant is very nice. Reservations are required. The order was pizza, truffle pasta, and pasta with meat. The truffle pasta is very, very delicious. I return every time I order it.

One of the worst places I’ve eaten at in a while. We made reservations weeks in advance and somehow ended up being placed right at the back of the restaurant. The pasta was okay, the bread basket was as good as a basket of bread can be. We ordered Harrys toadstool for dessert, the thing was literally Rick solid, the cream inside was also rock solid and crystallised. The waiting staff were nonexistent the entire time. I definitely would not reccomend.

I visited Harry’s quite some years ago and had a great experience, but visited more recently and found both the quality of the food and the service had gone down. The dessert was still delicate and instagram-worthy, but we were not asked if we’d like another drink throughout our meal and had to flag the waiter for our bill after waiting for quite some time, only having to wait even longer. I ordered a pasta truffle dish, which was absolutely doused in lemon - I felt like I was eating a lemon drizzle! For the quality of both the food and service, I found the whole meal overpriced.

The employees make you feel that they are being kind to you, and the pasta I expected was delicious, but it was ordinary. I give it 7 out of 10, as if it was vermicelli, even if it is not fresh pasta from a restaurant, you are only allowed to try one. The stuff is not welcoming, they act as they will pay for your meal 😅!! Truffle Pasta 7 out of 10

Awesome, but it is larger than its size. You must make a reservation and their prices are expensive. They make you feel like they are being nice to you when they allow you to eat with them 😁

An unpleasant welcome. Overall poor service. 15 minute wait to get my coat back. When I told the manager I was advised "it's not the end of the world - it could have been 25". Supercillious, patronizing manager.

We took our guests here for dinner yesterday. Food was well below average, everyone was uptight, and we found a piece of long hair in our pasta and they replaced that of course. Everyone was rushing, running around and our reservation was at 19.30, we had our meals as much as we could and at 20.37 someone brought the bill even though we hadn’t asked for it yet. I was so shocked and asked her “Are you kicking us out? And she said, “No, we are really busy and you have the option to sit at the bar or outside.” I mentioned reservation rules in London and for 4 people reservations for 2 hour slot is a general rule and she kept repeating our other options (bar or outside). We all were shocked and I spoke to the manager about all the disappointment then she apologised and took 1 main and service fee out from the bill. It was a very disappointing evening for us. This is not London quality standart at all.

I stopped here for breakfast on my last visit to London and I was pleasantly surprised to find a place which exceeds my expectations. This doesn’t happen often.

To be honest, it's just a gift and the food is very less than normal. From the truffle pasta that has become a trend to Smurfs desserts, it has been greatly promoted and it is very normal.

One of my fav Italian restaurants in London. The food was good and the service by Sachit was exceptional.

I’ve been eating here for a few years and have recommended it to many—it never disappoints. The staff are friendly, the food is amazing, and the ambiance and atmosphere create a wonderful dining experience. The food is wonderful, especially the tiramisu and ice creams. Keep in mind that it gets busy, so it’s best to book in advance. If the weather is good, get a table outside to enjoy some people-watching. Plus, it’s conveniently located just across the road from Harrods!

Very bad experience , without respecting clients and children !! I came with a confirmed reservation inside the restaurant and because it’s full they asked me to sit outside , it’s so cold and I do have 3 children with 1 infant of 2 months ! And they didn’t care … being out side at very cold temperatures wasn’t the main issue as the ladies next to us are smoking cigarettes directly to the baby’s face and I asked the restaurant staff to change the table but they refused with a very very bad attitude not respecting the children rights at all ! What a shame on you

My experience at Harry’s Dolce was excellent as always! Dora our server made our dining experience so comfortable ! She attentive and ensured everything went smoothly on our dinner. Just wanted to say a big thank you to her as she made sure our food was what we asked for and always had a smile on her face which was very warming. I would give Dora a 5 star on the service and I will be coming back for the 3rd time soon! Thank you for having us!

Harry’s dolce vita nos fue recomendado. El restaurante en sí se encuentra cerca de Harrods y la estación de metro más cercana es Knightsbridge. Las cosas buenas son: 1 : La comida en sí era buena, mi familia y yo tuvimos boloñesa y fue increíble! El tamaño de la porción era perfecto. 2 : La cesta de pan y el baño de aceitunas era bueno y el entrante de calabacín era increíble. 3 : El servicio fue bueno, con el camarero siendo muy atento. Las cosas malas 1 : Sentías que estabas comiendo en el metro, ya que el restaurante fue diseñado así, donde los camareros y camareras se apresuraban a pasar por delante de ti, las mesas estaban realmente hacinadas en este restaurante. El restaurante estaba muy oscuro! Casi como si estuvieras comiendo en la línea Bakerloo. 2 : El postre del taburete de sapo era increíble, aparte de que el relleno del taburete era solo queso mascarpone - tal vez la mousse de chocolate o la mousse de chocolate blanco sería una mejor y más interesante opción. 3 : Al restaurante le vendrían bien algunos inodoros más: había una cola masiva para los inodoros y podían invertir en agregar más inodoros. El restaurante en sí era bueno y volvería por la comida - probablemente iría a un lugar diferente, aunque como me siento como este restaurante podría salirse con la suya con el diseño, ya que está cerca de Harrods!

Great service by Luciano, he was professional when it came to dealing with a small issue todo with a past duplicate payment. He was friendly, and understanding but most important patient with us through out the difficult experience we had in getting our money back. He is a great asset to the company, as a regular customer to Harry’s this was the best experience to date. The food and Luciano hospitality was satisfying, and made us feel like home. Thank you for a lovely experience and we hope to visit your location again.

First resteraunt after we landed from Boston, had a quick nap and headed out. Delicious!!! Eggs Benedict, steak and an egg, bacon, chips, and a mimosa were all great. Service was spot on. Great pick for weekend brunch!!

Prime location and nice atmosphere but the food is the worst I’ve had in a long time. Starters were okay but we had to send the mains back as the chicken was part raw/part grey/tasting horrible. I’d expect this quality from a £5 greasy spoon cafe, not a restaurant in this location and of this price range. If you want to have a drink, fine, but if you’re out for a nice meal, it’s not the place

Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra comida casual aquí en un domingo. Gran ambiente, muy buen servicio y los dos disfrutamos mucho de nuestra comida. Compartimos una ensalada caprese con pan y luego tuve el atún cocido y mi marido tuvo la pata de pato con lentejas de puy. Un lado de las patatas fritas era del tamaño justo de tal manera que no dejamos ninguno. Todo lavado con una bonita botella de grillo. Hubby tomó tiramisú para pud y yo tomé un martini expreso. Para una tarde de domingo cuando estábamos entre el almuerzo y la cena nos ofreció un gran menú. Estaré feliz de volver.

We seat outside table. I know it is can smoke outside. We are ok with that. But the smoke directly on my face. And I am pregnant. I ask stuff to switch the table. But he said all table booked and can’t switch. The man keep smoking and Smoke is all over my face!!! Because of the wind direction！ Again we ok with smoke but not on my face. They do nothing. And the smoke “men” do nothing after we told him this situation. He said there is no sign to say no smoke. OMG!!! So rude. And he need go back to Receiving education to learn how to have qualities outside. I met many people from Middle Eastern are very kind but not him:(((I wonder if we're two Asian girls and he thinks we're easy to bully. Shame on him！

We normally love Harry's bar, but our experience on Saturday 12th wasn't good. Our server was so rude and abrupt!! She plonked the menus down, and didn't engage with us, except to ask for our order. This was my bday weekend and she ruined our visit. My husband tried to talk to her, but she just walked away!! Rude!! She had very short dark hair and glasses, but l didn't get her name. She s in the wrong job!!!

The employee is not polite and speaks to us in a very rude manner. I am writing this comment before the order is delivered.

Service was good at the beginning but less attentive towards to end of our dining experience. Food was average and nothing special. The shocking part was as we were about to pay and leave, there were mice running around the restaurant, which was of no surprise to the staff and they said this happens often and they just chase them out!!! Ridiculous excuse! This is a restaurant and should be of high hygiene standards ! Shocking !

The reservation call centre is useless, nobody picks up the phone for modifying reservation. Taking your credit card number and doesn't pick up the phone.

Luciano and Felix made our dining experience unforgettable! Felix, the waiter, was attentive and ensured everything ran smoothly, while, Luciano, the manager on duty, was an absolute gem. Both were incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, Felix & Luciano went above and beyond to address my partner’s allergies with care, offering perfect recommendations. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine attention to detail made us feel truly valued. We couldn’t have asked for better service!

Happened to walk past and dropped in for lunch, and was blown away. Great service, speedy chefs, and the food was literally the best we’ve ever had.

A nice break from our shopping, tasty italian food good service but difficult ti get outside table. Equally good choice for brunch or dinner.

Only the toadstool is worth trying

It was very busy when I visited and the tables were cramped together. The food was nice but the staff kept asking if we wanted wine and starters which we didn't want because we didn't have enough time and I needed to go to an appointment so I thought it was better not to have a drink!. The food was nice but all sides had to be paid for so it was just chicken in a mushroom and truffle sauce and sole swimming in butter. The stairs to the toilets are very steep

Harry’s is a “must do” London culinary experience. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we were treated like royalty. The staff is classy and superb at great service. The food was excellent. We ordered the chicken Milanese and also the sole. It was my birthday- and the manager, Francesco personally greeted me and made sure that I received a special dessert- which was the best tiramisu I’ve ever eaten in my life dusted with chocolate powder on the top. It was all Perfection; and it made my birthday such a beautiful experience. I will definitely be returning to my favorite new restaurant in London! Thank you Francesco and thank you Harry’s - grazie mille!

We usually dine at Harvey Nichols when in Knightsbridge, but they seem to have gone downmarket with their restaurant, leaving us to find another venue. What a gem we found! This is a marvellous place to eat. There is a heated outdoor area, as well as indoor dining. The staff are attentive, efficient and friendly - even on a very busy day. Our meals were all wonderful, and we had to finish off with Harry's Toadstool, which we all loved. We will undoubtedly visit again on our next visit to London. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Disrespect for reservations and unprofessionalism

when we saw the curb appeal and name Harry’s on the front , we were intrigued by the extremely inviting frequency of this corner property with wat appeared to be 240 degree front windows wrapping the peninsula of plz come inside and enjoy open arms frontage … stepping in was even more comfortable! we were sincerely & warmly greeted by djuciella , a lovely friendly young woman who then showed us to a very special booth for my ladies late afternoon birthday sip & bite ..wat we did not know was wat was to come !!!! Luis then eloquently arrived to continue the “welcome to our home” vibes and offered us our wine and brought a couple sips over to make sure it was pleasing to our palate prior to choosing .. it was ! and we commenced into the upscale relaxing atmosphere of a perfectly executed glass of wines - the chicken Milanese was exactly as I often tasted and enjoyed while living in Milan ! yumm !! wen it was time for my lovely dates sole alla vongole a manager appeared as a knight in shining armor and offered to table side filet her masterpiece!) the time spent , food , drink and staff was one of the most enjoyable experiences we had ever spent in a foreign place with strangers wen we walked in and transformed into friends & then family by the most professional , friendly , accommodating makes you feel like you are the only people in the entire place was us : FRANCESCO !!!! if you ever want to make sure your meal out is like coming home to an 8 star experience and have a great time and 7,000 laughs for an evening ..ask for this guy !!! one of the best in the business .. anytime in london , we will always stop in Harry’s ..maybe several times , as the menu can accommodate every flavor , choice with culinary desire & expertise each day of any week & it will be with a warm hello & hug from francesco !! he is the type of person you would immediately like to fly off onto vacation with !! but he probably can not go ..he is too busy helping to make Harry’s one of the best places in the world and certainly london to have one of the best experiences & meals in your lifetime ! tell him ward says hi !!!

A very bad experience. You must reserve a table according to the available times, and you can only reserve for lunch or dinner. You cannot only eat desserts, and you cannot order desserts to take with you (my travel).

We went to Harry’s La Dolce Vita with high hopes for an exceptional dining experience. Things started well enough, as we were seated immediately, even though we arrived 20 minutes early for our reservation. We had planned to enjoy a drink before ordering, but I felt rushed by the waiting staff to place our food order. I began with the burrata and prosciutto, which was decent, but nothing particularly special. For the main, I opted for the sole with vongole, expecting it to exceed my expectations. Unfortunately, I was left slightly disappointed—the lemon beurre blanc sauce was overly salty, and there were more vongole shells than actual meat. On the plus side, the sole itself was cooked to perfection. For dessert, I chose their signature pudding, though it arrived 10 minutes late—my friends had almost finished theirs before mine even appeared. The presentation was excellent, and while the dessert was good, it didn’t quite live up to its reputation. The real letdown came when I was just starting to enjoy my dessert, and Roberto, one of the waiting staff, asked my friends if he could bring the bill. I found this incredibly frustrating, as I was still eating, which my friends also pointed out. Rushing guests to leave is unacceptable, especially at a restaurant that prides itself on being one of the best. I spoke to Roberto about the lack of basic hospitality, but the damage was done. Overall, while the ambiance was classic with an elegant Italian flair, the food fell short of my expectations and seemed sub-par compared to other Italian restaurants I’ve been in London. I would have expected more from “The Ivy” group of restaurants to have their staff have soft skill customer service training.

7.39/10 The food was good, I mainly came for the truffle pasta and it was not as expected. The mushroom ravioli was great though definitely recommend. The pizza was alright not bad. The service was great and the place is nice. Worth a visit

Had drinks here. A wonderful alternative to the expensive alternatives at Harrods! Bartender Chris was phenomenal in crafting a drink after I gave him my favorite spirit. Cool trendy environment with friendly attractive staff!!

Food is quality, drinks are enjoyable

Highly recommend the seafood pasta and the toadstool! Clams linguine and cocktails were average. Service was great but one star off atmosphere as a street person was able to come up to all outdoor tables to ask for money and the staff was too preoccupied to notice/ take action.

Excellent meal as always at this restaurant. Service and food were excellent and plenty of choice on the menu. We had lobster ravioli and then the toadstool dessert.

Upmarket Ivy with a good menu and great service. Don’t be put off by being opposite Harrods and if you like that kind of thing you can sit outside and people watch to your heart’s desire.

Awful service We were regular customers of this restaurant and advising all our friends and relatives to go there, unfortunately we had the worst experience tonight. We booked at 9:30 pm and because the Central line wasn't working we had to take another line and then a taxi to reach the restaurant. We called them many times but the answer machine said "just know that we hold your table at Harry's for 15 min ". We run and reached there at 9:42. How surprised we were when they told us that the kitchen is closed!!! When we said it is not normal, we came from far, we showed them how many times we called and the fact that we reached before the 15 min, their answer was we cannot do anything, if you are not happy, complain to the headquarters and these were the words of the manager that felt "pressurized by us" while we were only in our right. Last time we came at our reservation time but our table wasn't ready and we had to wait a few minutes. We did patiently without arguing. Tonight both the manager and the waiter on the reception were arguing with us for more than 10 min without any solution and leaving us hungry with a very bad experience and even insulting us at the end and putting the fault on us. What a great way of treating customers!!!!

I am italian so I usually eat good food and I can say that this food is delicious, I love it. The service is perfect, the waiters are very kind and helped me choose what to order, in particular, the restaurant manager Francesco helped us choose the food, very kind and nice. I highly recommend everyone who can to go eat at Harry's.

The truffle risotto balls are sometimes delicious 👌🏻 and the pasta with tomatoes is also delicious. The truffle pasta is medium cooked once and looks like noodles and the pizza is less than normal...their service is fast.

I went to the restaurant and the waiter's name was Ali the manager . He welcomed us with all love and he is the best waiter in Harry's restaurant. I went to Harry's Restaurant on James Street

Popped into Harry’s for a simple drink and I stayed for the service - I loved it here. Chris and Antonio made my bad day so much better, I will definitely be coming back here.

Everyone please be aware that a lot of thieves are targeting this restaurants outside tables. Had a wonderful lunch with a friend and had my i phone stolen off my table after a person approached our table and distracted us. When the police were called and the lady manager informed, she wasn’t interested in the theft at all . Her response was it happens regularly. When I challenged her and said we had 3 beggars approach our table , and none of the staff moved them on, she said they could do nothing. I was so upset and asked why weren’t all the customers sitting outside warned about the situation, she just said we do warn customers. Absolutely rubbish. No one was warned. All the people on the tables around us were angry and said they will think twice about eating outside this restaurant ever again. They handled the situation very poorly. PLEASE PLEASE be aware!

Food was wonderful and we enjoyed every minute. We were looked after by Relja who showed us how to choose the perfect cocktail with 3 dice. First time visiting this restaurant but hope to be back again soon.

Food is average at best. Location is a show stopper, especially for outside dining on a summers day - second to none. However the food needs major work and service being generous, is OK. Costs are quite reasonable. The pizza we ordered had cold mozzarella thrown on and a handful of tomatoes stone cold as in straight out the fridge. We did send it back and the waiter was very kind to swap it for their signature truffle pasta although that was not great either.
