I recently dined at Zizi restaurant and was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and made to feel welcome. The servers were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was memorable. Our server took the time to explain the menu in detail, recommend dishes based on our preferences, and checked in on us periodically to make sure everything was to our liking. The staff worked seamlessly together to deliver our food promptly and with a smile. What stood out the most was the genuine care and hospitality shown by the team at Zizi restaurant. They were quick to address any requests we had and were always courteous and professional throughout our meal. I went to Zizi for lunch a little while ago and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and food. Zizi team is wonderful and I cannot wait to return and experiment also breakfast or dinner.

I am very satisfied by this restaurant. Starting with the food, which is excellent, good tasting until the people working there. Big round of applauses for Liliana which is coordinating the entire place wonderful. Not only once I have see her very involved and paying attention to all the details.

Went mid week, restaurant was not busy. Staff were attentive. Food was served hot and quickly. Will definitely go again.

Took my daughter here for valentine day. Food was great. Service was good. I would recommend. I went around 5:30, so was fairly empty so can't really comment on the atmosphere.

This place is falling apart Shocking service and bad management! I went to visit Zizzi restaurant and this was my last time! Shocking service basically no service!! Wine was delivered to the table and left for me to open, plus dirty glasses was delivered to the table for a wine and water! Pizza was even worst the most thin pizza I have ever seen ! I been many times in Zizzi in past but this was very disappointing I called manager to the table (blonde lady ) who didn't really care about anything in this restaurant) I gave her back the pizza plus dirty glass and I never received clean one! Plus when we have ask for a bill -pizza was added to the bill I will never be back to this restaurant it's used to be such a nice neighbourhood restaurant but unfortunately went so down that I will not give a try ever again to this place which is shame!

I went inside aware of the bad reviews, instead I personally had a very good experience. Elena the waitress that assisted me she was kind and prompt. I was served almost immediately and the pizza arrived 10 min later at the latest. The only downside was the pizza itself. As an Italian I won't come back, I'm afraid. They have a good oven, so there is potential, but the way they make the dough is below basic. However, the price for a Margherita was £12.25, this is more pricy than Franco Manca and Zia Lucia (best in making pizzas). Anyway, overall a pleasurable experience.

It seems no one can serve more than 3 tables at the same time. Worst service I have ever seen, and it's the same for the last 3 years. If it's busy, avoid or you will wait hungry for over 40 minutes until someone realizes you're there waiting.

I visited Zizzi for the second time, hoping my initial experience was a one-off. Unfortunately, the restaurant never fails to disappoint me. The service was horrible once again. Despite seeing that I was waiting, the waiters passed by multiple times, completely ignoring me. It was as if my presence didn't matter. Their lack of attention and care for customers is unacceptable. I had hoped for a better experience this time around, but it seems consistent poor service is what Zizzi is all about. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Zizzis in Stratford was much better than here. The food was poorly cooked. And the service was mediocre.

It was our first time here. Everything was just ok until we got the bill on the table after 1h 12min, since we arrived, without ask for it and with 12 tables empty. If it was a busy day, I could understand it, but a Thursday at 19.40 with more than half local empty, I didn't like, so as local, I won't be back.

What a disappointment..it felt the chicken dish was microwaved.Waiter was intent on cleaning tables rather than serving. Cavernous space,filled with few customers.I wonder why?

Avoid Zizzi, or avoid anything except simple pizzas, because Zizzi may be able to cook them. We had the food in the photos which was mostly very overcooked. The pork skin was like leather.

I went to this restaurant with my partner for dinner ,amazing and tasty food. Despite the busy and short staff Muhammed the waiter did not miss anything, perfect service. My husband congratulated the supervisor Maurizio for the excellent work done by him and all the staff, we will visit again. Many thanks zizzi south woodford.

Celebrated my grandson 2nd birthday and my Mum birthday there today. Loved the food service loved the decoration. Very clean bathrooms ect. Food on time know long waits. Didn't feel rushed. Great evening out with the family.

Truly amazing place. I'm a foreigner so i was pretty lost and hungry upon going in. The servers and waiters (even cooks) were really kind. The food was magnificent. Strongly recommend it

Really lovely experience. Went for a birthday meal last month, the service is really good and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. We went for the 3 course meal. Starter was garlic bread and mozzarella this came really quickly and was very light, portion size is big for me personally but good overall! - 4/5. For mains we had the prawn linguine my favourite pasta dish at Zizzis - 5/5. Dessert was the salted caramel brownie which was nice but quite dry and cold - 2/5. Our food was brought out very quickly. We didn’t have time to breathe between our courses, our dessert was brought out whilst we was still having our mains which is why I believe it went cold. (This is the reason for the 4 stars) This was our 4th visit to Zizzi’s, first after the refurbishment. Overall really happy with the food and service. Would definitely recommend and of course come again for the prawn linguine.

Had an exceptional evening here upon their re-opening. Service was top notch and they made an a real effort with my friend that is gluten free. A few small things / touches missing, hence four starts not five (would give 4.5 if I could) like forgetting the lemon with my calamari and the chocolate sauce for my brownie!

Sorry for this review, but I think this is the worst pizza I've ever eaten in my entire life. No tomato sauce, it's just a dry tasteless pizza, it said triple pepperoni, but I only got 8 peperonis. I'm very sad because we paid £30 for 2 pizzas but we didn't eat them. it was a very bad experience

After renovation , they have shriked theire pizzas to half tbe size, it is not anymore the long ones. They do take long as hell and not anymore the quality it use to be. Stay away

The quality of food at this branch of Z's has deteriorated significantly. The Calamari wad rubbery and certainly NOT CRISP!! The Pork main course was inferior / inadequate with " crackling" which was soggy.: the diced potatoes/ veggies were ok but I got the impression the whole meal had just been microwaved and presented. When I voiced my criticism when asked if I was happy the only response i got was ' I'll let the chef know'.....not even the offer of a complimentary drink to soften the blow. If its a family franchise the establishment has become complacent. A VERY unsatisfactory experience.

This was the first time I'd been here in over 2 years as previously was terrible. I cab honestly say the my trip was fantastic this time. Lorenzo was fantastic. He was very attentive and helpful and made sure plates were tided, made sure we never had a empty glass. It was my birthday and was a brilliant night. We will definitely be back.

Thanks to super lady Esztitot who made my lunch great and that Primavera pizza was everything there after she drizzled some parmigiano !! Esztitot welcome us with great smile and food came superfast, She was amazing on the floor and made my life easy by paying from the app and we can split bill online, Zizzi should be proud by having staff like her

First time at zizi’s today and I would NEVER go back!!!!! We waited 45minutes for our starter to find out that the waitress finished her shift and DID NOT put our order in!!!! The place was very empty and the waitress who came over literally was not sympathetic at all!!! I was very shocked and disappointed

The branch by London Bridge - absolutely shocking experience. Awful attitude from the manager, waited for ages and had to repeatedly get up to ask for the bill, drinks were left waiting for over 25 minutes, no assistance on arrival, we waited at the door to be seated for over 15 minutes. To add to this - the restaurant was less than half full.

Zizzi are a large chain of restaurants with fairly decent food and a wide range of choice. I've recently taken to trying their non-pizza options and found that the artichoke salad was delicious, as was their ravioli di capra. But what stood out most about this particular restaurant was the customer service. After my wife had tried some of her food, she found that it was spicier than she liked. Not one to cause a fuss, she ate as much as she could but only managed about half her plate. Upon asking for the check, our waitress noticed she hadn't eaten much of her food. She took the item off for us and politely suggested that next time we should let them know straight away and they would get her something different instead. That's a great experience and lovely gesture on behalf of the team at Zizzi, and we'll be sure to go back.

In a word ? Avoid. So we booked for 7pm on the day before Mother's Day. Things started out badly. Clearly the management had failed to plan for a busy weekend and almost half the menu was "off" because they had run out of key ingredients. Having vegetarians in our party meant this seriously cut down choices. After finally ordering we were subjected to very slow and bad service, for example when the starters arrived we had to ask for cutlery to eat it with. After mains we wanted to have dessert but as it was already 9pm, a clear 2 hours after we arrived, we decided to cut our losses. The food we did get was good, but otherwise this restaurant has seriously gone down hill. Will be sticking to local independents from now on.

Great food, fast service, convenient location! Bit pricey but that's the times. The food came shockingly fast, and being able to pay via the app meant we could leave on our schedule.
