Booked a table just incase... had the best afternoon celebrating our anniversary, the food was excellent, had all three courses, the chicken main was cooked to perfection, the staff could not have been more attentive and friendly also the restaurant has a good ambience with quiet background music so you can chat.

Gutted we were sat under the air conditioning. But great staff, food and company. Thanks Ellie

The food and service was great. As a gluten free person, I can fully trust that they take care in all the food they make and make sure you see to the right menu. Any questions you have they are happy to answer. Gracie was a lovely server and no ask was too big or small. She had a massive smile on her face even though it was 10pm.

Went for sisters birthday in Exeter. We were served by Jocey (hope I’ve spelt her name right!) she was amazing and made our experience and Zizzi so lovely. The whole evening was great and we left feeling very full and happy! Thank you!!

We went to Zizzi for my daughter’s birthday, there were 5 of us and we had a lovely time. The food was good, the service was quick and the restaurant was great. I had a great 30% off from the Zizzi points which was a relief as it is pretty pricey!

First time at Zizzi but won’t be the last 💜 I will take credit for finding it, but we both rated it as excellent. Eva and the team work tirelessly and the food was amazing, what a find and will now be our go-to place when visiting the city centre.

My first time at Zizzi and it was really good value for money, great atmosphere, super friendly staff - Ellie put up with us while we were chit chatting away and stalling our order. Will definitely come again!

Had a great time this evening with a group of us. Elly was a fantastic waitress 10/10 and was super patient whilst we tried to organise things. The chef was also great and allowed us to make some amendments to the dishes. A really nice experience. The food was tasty too!

A good night was had by all 8 of us on the 11th April 25. Staff were very efficient, attentive and friendly... I would definitely recommend Zizzi's. Quite hard to find good restaurants these days and good prices too. 😁

Restaurant was nice. Staff were really slow and the restaurant was empty. Also twice I’ve been now and twice they haven’t honoured their offers. First time they put it through wrong and said they would sort it and they didn’t, this time no idea why but kids don’t eat free at this branch, (a current offer in all the other branches) even though they advertise it and we met all the terms and conditions. A shame because it’s a nice place, maybe just needs better managers at this branch.

The host was exceptionally helpful when I asked if there was a quieter area we could sit in with our autistic son. He found us a lovely snug area away from the noise. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. Food was fabulous. It is a very noisy restaurant and perhaps soft furnishings or acoustic ceiling tiles could help with this? Also was disappointed to discover we couldn’t use our Tesco vouchers, this wasn’t one I’d the restaurants mentioned on the list that doesn’t accept them.

Came here for mother’s day and had the best time and wonderful 3 course meal. Our waitress, Hope, was fantastic - can’t thank her enough!!

Had a lovely time at Zizzi's for a catch up with a friend! The restaurant was quiet when we arrived, however got busier quickly- you could see that some staff found this slightly overwhelming. Hope was a great host, made us both feel welcome and relaxed! She very smiley, happy and chatty! She coped well with the high demands from customers and had excellent customer service to all! Over all great couple of hours:)

Eva was an absolute delight from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, she also really looked out for my little boy who is two, letting him stretch his legs. Just a real asset to your team. I had a really lovely early evening meal to celebrate my birthday, I’d booked in advance which given it was a busy Saturday was definitely worthwhile. As a solo diner I’d say I got the best seat in the house as I love to people watch while I dine and the placing was perfect. The starter, Calamari and main Chicken Casareccia Della Casa were both delicious washed down with a very pleasant Pinot Grigio and then finished with a delightful Espresso Martini. Finally I’d just like to thank my lovely waitress Karina for looking after me so well.

Very good food and I would have given five stars if the plates weren't so cold. I did point this out but it fell on deaf ears. Shame.

Staff were nice, so was the atmosphere. I was expecting something tatier for my butter squad with grains salad. It was lots of lettuce, not even a variety of leaves that could have make it more interesting. The pasta and pizzas were good though. I found the general experience pricey for what we had. Sorry to sound blunt.

I went for dinner here on Monday 10th March with my mother to celebrate picking up my new car! Big fan of Zizzi’s the food is excellent and as a coeliac they have always catered for me so well, never any issues after visiting. On this particular Monday we were waited on by Issac, he was so lovely and professional and was helpful when we asked questions about certain dishes on the menu, he seemed pretty knowledgeable. Also we had only been 2 weeks previous to that and were dealt with by Ellie who on this night recognised us and came over to have a chat which was great…..she also provided an excellent, professional service during that previous time. Zizzi’s really is a fab place to eat love the decor and atmosphere! The staff are a credit to the company! We live in Plymouth and use the Plymouth one regularly, but equally love coming to the Exeter venue!

Order was not delivered. Called a person at zizzis, he was lovely and very helpful. The delivery driver was awful, very rude and never gave me the order. The driver called me to say he was outside when he wasn’t
