Fabulous food, decided to have a three course meals (Starter, main and dessert) The food was delicious and the service was so friendly and excellent. 10/10

My third visit in the last few months with different people and for different occasions.. food is always fantastic as is the service. Today Ian was waiting on the tables in our area and his service was impeccable. The food we had and his recommendations were flawless and we all had an amazing time.. his attention to the guests dining is clearly important to him and he is constantly over seeing and making sure everyone is looked after. This has been the case on previous visits where I didn’t remember to name someone individually. Thanks we will be back.

Brilliant night at Bella Italia, Exeter. Food really tasty and great value, especially set menu. Atmosphere warm and cosy. Our server, Ian, was friendly, attentive and nothing too much trouble. Definitely recommend!

We visited for my son's 16th Birthday and were really impressed very friendly and great food most of us had 3 courses and 3 of us had bottomless drinks and it worked out about £30/35 per head so was really good value too everyone was happy would highly recommend a d go back x

Had a brilliant trip to Bella Italia in Exeter, food was delicious, but the meal was made by the fantastic service from Ian, who despite being the only server on the floor took the time to make us great cocktails, chat with us but still keep service fast. He clearly works so hard to make it a great experience for customers.

Did not have any vegan pizza options again, apart from that food was okay, I'm not sure if £88 is expensive for 4 people, I suppose when its £5 for a few fries it soon adds up.

Entered the restaurant to a warm and friendly greeting by Aga. Iain was incredibly helpful and informative on the menu and the offers/discounts provided to us. The food was honestly amazing and all together was a really enjoyable experience. Will definitely come back again!!!

Food was very nice but very busy place which was fine but the waiter (Mario) needs a personality upgrade. He was very abrupt and made us feel like a total inconvenience, cheer up man!

Our favourite pizza delivery outlet had long waiting times, so we decided to give Bella Italia a try. Cooking time and delivery were excellent, and we liked the topping, but the pizza dough, which should have been crisp, was flabby. Very disappointing.

Absolutely beautiful food. The best garlic bread with cheese I've ever had. Wanted a dish without one ingredient and it was no problem at all.

The interactions with the staff were very awkward and a bit rude…. Which was confusing. Waiter spoiled the surprise of the cake i bought for my friend’s birthday. I expected more effort considering it was a special occasion. For example Rosa Thai was a wonderful friendly experience ! I did call and email the restaurant in advance… :( but the food was tasty !!

Travelled up from Cornwall for a birthday shopping trip for my daughter and I had pre-booked lunch at Bella in Exeter. The food was delicious, nothing was too much trouble and the lady who served and looked after us was fabulous...so HUGE thanks to her. We will be going back for sure. X

We were served by Ian who was probably the most pleasant and friendliest staff members you could find. We've eaten in some high end places and it's so refreshing to be served by people who are genuinely that kind, all the best to him!

Many thanks to all of the staff here at the Exeter branch! We came for my daughters 21st, we were late all 10 of us!! But it wasn’t a problem. IAIN our server, made us all feel like nothing was too much trouble, and was so patient when none of us knew what we wanted sooo long! Our food was absolutely faultless, my god!!!!! Wow!!! And not a single complaint or problem- fantastic all round especially considering there was 10 of us! Iain’s attitude and attention to detail while serving us, was the best we have had while out for a family meal in years!!! A huge thank you all of the staff at Exeters Bella Italia - we cannot wait to come back!! 🫶🏻✨🤩

The £3.50 ‘Fresh orange juice’, is straight out of a carton. Felt very mislead when as I watched the bartender poor my ‘fresh orange juice’ from a carton in the fridge into a small glass and added lots of ice to top it off. Apart from that it is a a standard commercial Italian restaurant, food was good and the prices are inline with competing restaurants.

Can't comment on anything, as we were refused entry due to not booking - could understand if it hadn't been completely empty, at 4 p.m on a Sunday. Spent our money somewhere else, that were only too happy to seat us despite being really busy!

We asked for and got our usual bay window table (a great place to people watch) in Exeter. My wife had the prawn starter as a main and said that they were very nice and I had meat balls in spaghetti which was piping hot and very tasty. We had the choc sponge as one dessert and doughballs as the other which were delicious...salted caramel can't be bettered. We finished with a complimentary coffee (for me) and lemon shot (for her). Our waitress, George, is a charming young lady who looked after us very well and her lovely smile and cheerful demeanour were much appreciated. The meal is best summed up as "Another excellent lunch in a restaurant we have been to many times before and will continue to do so in the future".

Absolutely brilliant meal and pleasant but professional service from all. We visited Exeter and was surprised to find Bella Italia. Obviously dinner plans were made. So glad we did would definitely recommend this place - especially Rhianna(who came before the artist) who couldn't do enough for us.

Great early evening meal. I had a very enjoyable speghetti bolognaise and my partner really enjoyed her pizza. Was offered £10 off our meal just to download the app...which was a bonus. Would come back for sure.
