This restaurant is in a stunning location on the banks of the Thames with views of the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and many City office blocks. The service was excellent. Our waiter was very friendly but I was not so impressed with the food. Sorry.

The food was very good and reasonably priced, and I was really enjoying the experience—until the end. I was offered water in a way that made it seem complimentary, but the waitress brought a bottled one without clarifying the cost. In the end, I was shocked to see that £5 out of my £21 bill was just for the water. That’s outrageous. What started as a great visit quickly turned sour due to this dishonest practice. I won’t be coming back to a place that treats customers this way.

The location is very beautiful with a spectacular view of Tower Bridge. As often happens abroad, when you enter an Italian restaurant you expect some Italian to work there... or at least you find the menu in Italian too. Well! This is not the case in this place, never mind... the shocking thing was the fact that as soon as they brought the first courses, we still had to start eating, they told us if we wanted anything else because the kitchen was closing (10.00 pm)... I would like to point out that they brought us the first courses at around 9.30 pm. This thing, regardless of the place and how we ate (so-so), really annoyed me also because we had a guest and we weren't even able to order dessert. We were literally thrown out with great elegance. We definitely won't be back.

Had amazing food and the view is perfect for dates and family functions. They had amazing party upstairs and we were down but the view and service is amazing. Thank you Sonali for welcoming us with smile and was extremely friendly.

Had an amazing dining experience at Tavolino London! The food was absolutely delicious, every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. What really made the evening special was the warm and attentive service from Sonali. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we felt welcome and taken care of throughout our meal. Her genuine hospitality added such a lovely touch to the whole experience. Highly recommend this place, can’t wait to come back!

A racist Restaurant we experienced in London . Your food is very delicious, but it won’t save your restaurant if your employees are rude and the service is poor. First, as soon as we entered, the woman was already unapproachable. Second, we asked if we could sit upstairs, but we were told that it wasn’t allowed—even though there were people seated upstairs. Third, we asked if there was a charger, and the server said he doesn’t know because he was new, didn’t even check if they have , fourth, the last order with my friend came late, that we needed to asked and follow up…. Summary was, maybe we are Asian, that they were think we cant afford to dine in a Restaurant.

Very good food. The mark of a good Italian is how well they do the vegetarian dishes (although if any Italian can't do a Ragu, you should walk away). My ricotta and spinach pasta and sauce was excellent. Lots of flavour. Also liked the chickpea fritters (even though they were more like polenta bites texturally). The lemon mayo accompaniment was delicious. Service was good and prompt and the place had a good atmosphere. Would happily go again.

Everything was perfect. I highly recommend the baratta and focaccias. Apps were delicious and Loretta took great care of us.

I really enjoyed the location, view was amazing, food was great. I appreciate the fact that despite getting our orders wrong twice, we were served with the correct food items and staff were lovely and apologetic. The ambience is all in my opinion! Their Buffalo pizza, prawn and sun dried tagliatelle, and ricotta and spinach stuffed pasta were finger licking good and ingredients were super fresh I could tell!

You're definitely paying for the view, not the food. It wasn’t bad, but the portions were either really small—especially on the kids' menu—or just too expensive for what you got. As a one-off for a special meal, it was lovely, but I wouldn’t go back otherwise

It's restaurant with great views of London Bridge 🌉. My firend and I had a lunch there. One of their mamager is not that nice. Around 2.30pm, there're not many people. We tried to record a shorts at one of the empty table, but she kept letting us go. She can be more nice to the influencers whi h could potentially left a much better review for the restaurant.

The food was cold, and after complaining, we got a new one within 15 minutes! However, it was only lukewarm again. We didn't complain again because we were already hungry! The waitresses ranged from very nice to unmotivated. The restaurant manager was very helpful and friendly! The ambiance is incredibly beautiful with a view of Tower Bridge and the battleship. We wanted to sit upstairs because you get a better view, but the upper area was closed! I recommend this restaurant for a drink or coffee, but I would advise against eating there.

The views, the food everything was incredible! One of the best spots in London if you want to try authentic Italian cuisine; I was beyond impressed. I'm definitely going back as soon as I have the chance, and honestly can't wait. Alessandra, our waitress provided an exceptional service and made the overall experience even better, kudos to her and to all the team.

Great view of the tower bridge.

Went in expecting a nice meal, was in and out in under 40 minutes. Servers did not seem to care if we were there or not. Whole meal felt rushed. I opted not to drink after telling someone I was going to have wine with dinner and when I was ready to order wine no one came. Went the whole meal with the server stopping by one time. We ate on the second floor and at one point there was no server in sight for 10 minutes. The food was over priced for what it was. Food was mediocre at best. Payed £113 for two people and didn’t have anything other than water and a coke to drink. If one is looking for a quick,dull, and expensive meal this is the spot otherwise would not recommend.

The only attractive thing in this restaurant is the view of the Tower of London. At night time is beautiful. But the service and the food are very poor. It was recommended by a friend and I decided to book it for my friends who got engaged on that day. It was a shame. The male waitress couldn't clear our doubts when we chose the food. He had to call one of her colleagues to explain the dishes. Some of the dishes were out of stock already at 7 pm. The food had no quality, was pre-made and was warmed up before arrived on the table. The kids menu is the worst I ever seen. Not even a "meat" option. Only margarita pizza or tomato pasta. My son got home hungry 😩 Unfortunately, the customer service was miserable. I had to stand up, ask and pick up the bill. We ended up paying nearly £300 (6 people), only with one cocktail each and no desserts. In the end, we gave up on the desserts because we were already so disappointed with the food. Is a big shame.

Nice place. Seems like a common spot for tourists. Came here around 2pm for a Friday afternoon lunch. Service was nice, our waiter was incredibly attentive. Prices seemed a little steep but for the location not bad. Great views of London Bridge and the Thames from your table. The spicy pork ragu was nicely spicy and pasta cooked well. The person I was with got the spicy pork pizza and that was only okay, not much going on. I would recommend this place but I would not return as I wasn't wowed by anything!

Yesterday we spontaneously went to Tavolio. We were 4 women and had little hope of getting a table at 8pm on Saturday evening. We were told to wait and in fact we were able to get to our table after less than 10 minutes. After we ordered, the incredibly delicious food arrived after a surprisingly short time. The waiter Alexandros was very polite and accommodating. The dessert was also very tasty and was served quickly. I can definitely recommend Tavolivo!!!

I made a reservation a week in advance and visited this place. I was more excited about the view than the food, but unfortunately, I was seated on the upper floor, so it wasn’t the view I had hoped for. If the view is important to you, I recommend requesting a ground floor table when making your reservation, as the ground floor has large windows overlooking Tower Bridge. As for the food, it was average.

My experience at Tavolino’s was absolutely divine! The view for a date is one to definitely wow the lady (worked a charm!) and Loretta is a brilliant Waitress that kept my glass full the whole time and had such a lovely bubbly personality! Really terrible attitude (and service to be honest) from one of wait staff unfortunately. I wonder if perhaps management needs to consider increasing wages - there appeared to be some difficult feelings from the wait staff member about how hard it would be financially to manage without tips. Restaurants should not rely on tips to properly pay staff. Tables squished together so we were subjected to the incredibly uncomfortable and rude interaction about this on the table next to us. Food kinda average. Nice view.

The ambience is beautiful, thanks to London Bridge! However, the food could have been better. Some items on the menu were unavailable, and there was a poor selection of drinks for teetotallers. We ordered a mocktail with Chamomile that tasted like green tea but served in ice, so yeah please don't order it.

Absolutely shocking food ...waited 1hr 15 mins and food was disgusting. My daughters sausage and mash was awful...sausages were rock hard ...toastie we ordered came out 20 minutes before the rest of the meal ....DONT USE THIS PUB FOR FOOD ...ITS TERRIBLE....I GOT A FULL REFUND AND WALKED OUT WITH 4 EMPTY STOMACHS

We had a lovely dinner with an amazing view of Tower bridge and the Tower of London. The waitress was new and was rushing us through our meal but when we told her we wanted to just linger for a while everything was fine.

Such a beautiful restaurant with stunning views of tower bridge. We came to celebrate my sisters birthday and had Muhammed as our waiter. He was a fantastic waiter, extremely friendly and efficient, cannot thank him enough for such a great service. The food was immaculate, highly recommend the spinach ricotta! The garlic bread starter were delicious, and big enough to share between 2!

Situated directly opposite the Tower of London with panoramic views of several iconic sites. The restaurant itself was surprisingly big and lovely inside. As we were a very large group, we were sat upstairs and had a specially selected 4-course menu that was served family style. First, we have focaccia bread with tomatoes and olives. Salami misti, which was as expected. Burrata with celery salad, for me this was spoiled by the raisins (never liked them)! Garlic bread - only ok. Then, I had 3 types of pasta: - pork tagliatelle - orchiette with tomatoes - cacio e pepe Omg, the pasta delivered on so many levels. It was beautiful, and I could still taste it. Chicken milanese and rocket was nice. I love my puds but found the burnt butter panna cotta with toffee sauce and hazelnut chocolate pudding only ok. The service was great. Given our numbers, the staff did a great job ensuring our glasses were topped up and that food was conveniently placed.

This restaurant has a truly beautiful view of Tower Bridge. The quality of service from the servers was inconsistent, and it was a bit surprising that the dishes were served to guests even though they had large foreign objects (not stains) on them.

One of my favorite Italian restaurants in London! The view and the food are excellent. My only complaint is that the food portions have been getting smaller.

Ate here 17 Feb pre theatre. Service not great, waited ages to be seated in a fairly empty restaurant. The person who took the order was efficient. Worst greasy focaccia ever. Drinks were made but sat at the bar unattended for ages. 4 prawns in the prawn tagliatelle. The couple next to us were so frustrated, they upped and left. A trip to the bathroom was grim, dirty and unattended. Really poor management.

The mains were very good and the views over London Bridge are pretty spectacular. Friendly and attentive service.
