Very tasty food with a direct view of Tower Bridge. The ambience is quite nice, sometimes a bit noisy. The service is very very good. Everyone is friendly and quick.

It is a restaurant with very good views, the atmosphere is cozy and the staff is very friendly, the prices are a little high but they are worth it for the quality they deliver. It is a perfect place to celebrate a special moment.

We were lucky to have a table with a nice view on tower bridge. The staff was nice and friendly, and the food was good.

The food was nothing special, mixed quality within our group. Not a good value for the money. The service was very bad Amazing view and that was the best.

Pizza quality and size were terrible, overpriced and came cold; it's a shame As last year it was a tone better, Also, there is no chilli oil, as we have been told. It's not a pizza place, but you can get better food from any food truck meters away. Just avoid this place; not worth it at all

Loved the ambience, and the great food!

I don't often review negatively, but this was just bad all around. It's one of those London restaurants that wants to be posh (and charges like it is) but does nothing to justify the price you are paying. You are paying for the view of tower bridge, that's it. My friend booked a table for dinner here and I arrived first. After being seated it took upwards of 15 mins for a waiter to ask me if I wanted any water. After that we ordered, the waiter seemed annoyed that we were discussing which wine we wanted as we were ordering. I ordered the tomato and shrimp pasta for £19, it came with 3 shrimp and was a very small portion. Not worth £19 by any stretch. To top off the evening another employee came to our table and said we had five minutes to leave because they needed the table for another booking, five minutes later, the employee came back telling us to leave immediately and stood over us until we left. It was very rude and weird for a place that presents itself as an upscale place to dine. We shouldn't be rushed just because they can not plan out their bookings properly. I will not be returning and can't recommend this place to anyone.

I don't usually do reviews but I was actually shocked at the service I have to say something. First of all we waited 40 mins to get our orders taken, and when they did we never got out drink orders taken. but when we did get our orders taken they were take 3 time and I was orders to share a pizza with a friend as neither of us can finish a whole pizza and we don't want to waste any food. but after having that exact order taken three times and on top of that she felt the need to roll her eyes and just be very disrespectful. but she finally took our order for the last time but got her manager and now changes that we Have to both order separate items and additionally starters, now I under stand ordering starters I was happy to order myself a starter same as my friend but there was no way I could finish a whole pizza and when she was telling us this she had the look of discussed when we were confused and didn't want to do that. Now I understand doing your job but there is no need to be disrespectful or rude and it would have been helpful if she said this straight away before sitting us down and taking our order 3 times. The words order or leave came out her mouth and in my opinion that is so rude like there is many ways to word that and not sound rude. I'm just so shocked and glad I didn't give any money to this place. I ended up having a lovely meal at an amazing restaurant down the road with great service, CÔTE I believe it was called.

It’s a quick dinner for us, the place is always full so just lucky for us to get a table. The food and wine options look great just we are not that hungry. The view of the tower bridge at night also stunning 🙏👍

Food was nice and service was quick. We had a variety of pizzas and pasta dishes across the group and everyone enjoyed it. Cocktails very nice and reasonably priced. However the only down side was the fact that the music was so loud I could hardly hear myself think let alone speak across the table to other people

UNFORTUNATELY THEY TRY TO CHARGE THE SERVICE CHARGE TWICE. We booked here as a party of 10 to celebrate the arrival of our new daughter and had a mostly positive experience. However, in addition to the usual service charge of 12.5% (£60), despite the very slow taking of our orders, missing one person out and being hurried off the table, the waitress who came to take payment asked whether I wanted to add a 12.5% tip for the waiting staff. I pointed to the 12.5% service charge already on the bill and said why would you ask me to pay the tip twice? She pretended to look confused and I paid the service charge tip. I can imagine that this manipulative and deceptive tactic works on some customers, but you are lucky to have received the tip and we will not be returning as a result. You should treat your customers with respect, or lose them. You are no doubt aware that since 1/10/24 all service charges must go to the service staff, not the restaurant, so the line that the serving staff do not receive any of the service charge is simply a lie.

The atmosphere was amazing. You could see the city of London, the Tower of London and the tower bridge. I definitely recommend taking guests of London to this restaurant. Inside it also very nice with comfortable seating and ambience. The service was excellent as well. The food was good - what I liked was that it was great quality with a reasonable price. It was not mind blowing however. You do get what you pay for. The drinks were delicious and well priced. I would go here again. I do recommend booking in advanced.

Simple and unpretentious meal, at an affordable price. Despite the quality of the food being very simple, but not bad at all, I will come back! Quite simply the place gives a magical view of the Tower Bridge, during a meal or over a drink. I have tried other restaurants with a view of this monument, but this spot remains the best in my eyes. Food was nice but it was unnecessarily fussy in some ways. For example, they do steak and aubergine chips and when I asked for normal chips instead they didn't do them. Same with mayo, they only did garlic mayo. The waiters were really friendly and chatty and the view of Tower Bridge is incredible.

Tasteful decor with an incredible view of tower bridge and the city of London. Food was well made traditional Italian cuisine, priced reasonably for the location and quality. Every dish we ordered was well cooked and delicious. Servers were attentive and polite. Would come back again, especially with friends/family visiting (from outside London).

I came here 6 or 7 times and food and service was good every time and the waiters was lovely every time I like here because the atmosphere and view is beautiful, just one time my food came cold but they helped me and make from begging and it was really hot so I love this place

Together with my wife we were visiting London for the weekend. Today we were visiting the Tower Bridge. We wanted to grab some dinner and found Tavolino. We didn’t have a reservation but they were telling us to wait at the bar for a few minutes. Not even 1 minute later we could go to our table, super quick!! There are lots of choices on the menu. We started with a Pizetta with buratta. Our main courses were Chicken breast with garlic glaze and a plate of fried seafood. As sides we took crispy potatoes with sea salt and a baby spinach salad which had delicious dressing by the way! The service provided by the waitress was perfect, she was really attentive , friendly and polite! The place itself looks beautiful and has a perfect view on the Tower Bridge. We definitely recommend this place for a great dinner with the view!

We had a wonderful meal at Tavolino. I ordered the Burrata and roasted peach and it was divine. It sounds crazy to rave about a salad, but the spinach salad with parmesan and roasted nuts was amazing. Lovely waiting staff and attentive service. Looking forward to going back and would highly recommend.

The food was excellent and the setting perfect for visitors to the city

Visited last week and found the pasta heavenly, unfortunately our server tonight, a week later was indifferent. My cousin cannot have dairy and asked for bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, but was told no. Also, I asked for a box for my left over pasta, and was also told no, lastly the waiter wouldn’t bring our check, insisted we use the QR code to pay, rather than bring us a paper bill, so we could easily split the check. A restaurant is a service business, my cousin and I both remarked on how strangely our waiter treated us. The hostess however was really lovely, friendly warm and helpful. The food is delicious, loved the pork ragu, the fresh pasta was perfectly cooked. The view is amazing. Overall this is a wonderful place to eat.

Good service and always good times

The location is in front of Five Guys, which is famous for its views, so you can see Tower Bridge better! The food may not be up to par, but look at the view... Taste x10 I don't think the price is very expensive considering the view and interior atmosphere. You have to order one main menu per person, but there were two things I really wanted to eat as appetizers, so I ate a total of 5 menu items, including 1 bottle of wine, 1 beer, and 1 non-alcoholic cocktail, and the final price came to 132 pounds. There was a lot of food, so the three girls had a lot left haha. So, considering the good view, I don't think it's expensive! Personally, I recommend going to a nicer restaurant rather than going to a fast food restaurant, so I recommend this place!

The first two pictures are the pictures we had seen online of the food before coming, however when the food arrived, the food was completely different to the pictures online (see the 3rd picture attached). The portion sizes were about half the size compared to the pictures. When I showed the staff member the picture of the food and what was placed in front of me and I questioned if this the same food, she answered it’s exactly the same. It was completely different. I will not return. Extremely poor value for money.

Nice location, warm reception, tasty cocktails, fast delivery, fast paying process. The pizzas was made good but less of salt and pepper. I am a tight reviewer, hard but fair. Perhaps need to give less point because of the taste. I am expecting more spice in a italian pizza!)

Italian pasta al dente, nice seabass, pleasant service & stunning view

We visited as a group of 12 for a graduation dinner and had a superb time. Having booked in advance and requesting a bridge view and advising of various guest allergies the speed and quality of the communication in advance was excellent. On arrival almost an hour early some of us were advised our table was ready and we could sit and have a drink if we wanted. We were escorted upstairs to be greeted by an incredible view. As good as their word we had clear views of Tower Bridge, the Tower of London and HMS Belfast. We ordered delicious cocktails and enjoyed the views while waiting for the rest of our party to arrive. When everyone had arrived the staff asked to speak to those with the nut, fish and gluten allergies and carefully took them through the options. There were no choices of starter or pudding on the menu suitable for one person so they made special options for them! We asked if they could place the little graduation decorations we had brought on the plates when they brought them out which they did. Service was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Water was constantly provided, the food was incredible, wine was lovely. Everyone had a great time, fantastic food overlooking spectacular views being looked after by brilliant staff. It was the perfect way to celebrate graduating from an iconic London university overlooking iconic London landmarks. Thank you for making it so special.

View directly onto London bridge. In front of you is the bar with the warship equipped for various events. Beautiful place. Very clean. Not cheap, but worth it.

Visited for a big family gathering after having enjoyed various dinners with friends/family over the last few years, and everyone had a great time. Staff went out of their way to make adjustments to help out my elderly grandmother and the good-value and varied menu kept three generations of family happy. Thank you!

Terrible experience. Firstly we had a nut allergy and the food came with nuts on. Food was overcooked and not fresh. Bill came which was wrong and overcharged us 25 pounds. I had to ask for it to be corrected. Do not recommend.

The service was not at as per my expectations. 1. The waitress while taking my order was interrupted by her colleague and they were having a conversation which didn’t seem to me of a pressing priority. 2. When we requested her to leave one menu behind so that we could decide , she picked both and left. 3. When we requested her to allow some time to decide she came back 30 seconds later and queried us if we had decided. This was very annoying. 4. When we requested for a particular pizza , she noted another name. Found her to be exceedingly nonchalant and ignorant as we were being served. Not a pleasant experience on that front.

Pretty restaurant with beautiful on the vie for Tower bridge 😍 Service at the level, food served efficiently. I with my hub ordered : Pizzetta Nduja strachinno cheese and rocket , Datterini .. , spice pork .. and Panna cotta , foods was really delicious. Drinks and beer was good. Upmarket from the usual Italian chains with good menu options. Not sure how often in changes. All the food was very good and service was excellent. Also wine carafe options which is good for when there's just two of you and you don't want a whole bottle or you need white and red options. Don’t bother. Absolutely shocking service - we told the waitress we had a nut allergy and they paid no attention to us and served us a meal with nuts ok after saying that it was ok. We then received a burnt meal and it was definitely not fresh. Then they got the bill wrong and tried to charge us double. Would not recommend.

Popped in before seeing Guys and Dolls; a lovely welcome and a great table (they weren’t busy) with views of the Thames, Tower Bridge and Tower of London (rainbow included). We had the baked cod and fregola, chicken breast and buscatini cacio e pepe all of which were very good.

Tatiyana, our waitress went above and beyond! - she was helpful, kind and courteous! She suggested different dishes, she brought water for my dog, she checked in regularly and when we were told there was no packaging to takeaway our leftovers (shocking in this age) She made a container for us to take home our salad. Thank you Tatiyana!

Lovely place by the riverside,can get quite busy so a reservation is recommended. They serve good Italian food, There are not many varieties of vegan food. We were not tempted by the dessert. Great service and seating arrangements.

The service provided by our waitress, Diana, was exceptionally commendable. She demonstrated remarkable attentiveness and possessed an impressive knowledge of the menu, providing detailed descriptions of each dish. Her prompt assistance to me and my family further enhanced our dining experience.

The food, what little there was, was cooked very nicely, by and large. But the portion sizes are miniscule, and certainly not worth the cost. Nine pounds for a tiny bit of chocolate cake no larger than a mini muffin and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Nine pounds for a panna cotta no bigger than a Reese's cup. Ridiculous. The mains were reasonable, although my lamb rump was served cold. For starter, we had a 'large' fritto misto that did not even fill half a plate. Overall, very disappointed by the food, although everything tasted good. The server was extremely friendly and attentive, but it was clear they hadn't been trained properly, serving the men at the table wine before the women. The restaurant itself was decorated cheaply with dirty marks on the ceiling. Seems like the staff are doing a great job, but the management is really pitching wildly off with the ambience and portioning.

We are well served by Helen despite the restaurant being super busy. She went out her way to accommodate all of our requests which there were a few. We are very pleased as we are treating our overseas visitors for their first meal in london. We enjoyed it because of its good view, good food and good service. Thank you Helen!

Not a great experience for a retuning customer at all. - On arrival, our waiter disappeared up the stairs and around the corner, so did not accompany our party which included an elder person to our table. When we did arrive upstairs, the waiter was rearranging other tables and simply pointed us to our table. Orders were made and starters arrived. - Surprisingly had to ask waiter for vase with water to hold our flowers during the meal. - The last visit allowed for the making of a cocktail (not on the menu) to be tried and ordered, but we were not so fortunate this time around. Starter was 'ok'. - The main dish of 2 pieces of lamb/spinach puree with a separate side of spicy potatoes, was served beardly warm. This was sent back and returned with a 'fresh' plate, some 13mins later. Off course, at this point, the potatoes were cold. - 1 plate of Seafood Tagliatelle was not finished but no means to take away was provided. - Had to wait a bit to get the attention of a waiter so that we could settle the bill, (probably due to the some of them being on lunch as well). During one of the previous visits (all in 2021) they also provided an unique, Earl Grey gelato that sadly is no longer on the menu (at no cost), as one of the standard options was very disappointing. Nice turn around for fresh Michelin star 2021. Whilst they have had some issues in the past (dirty plates, lower service level, not tasty dishes), generally the visit is ok. This visit however, was quite some distance off a 'reasonable' level for food, service and overall cost. It has dropped down a lot. Perhaps a change of management, inexperienced staff or just a really bad shift was the reasons behind this. As the drop in service this time was much more pronounced. Previous visit (Sep 21) was much more memorable as staff were very engaging and focused on their clienteles' experience. Be warned, the price will be substantial but the experience may not match.

Visited after seeing matinee of Guys and Dolls, a few mins walk from theatre which was perfect. Had pre-booked and requested a bridge view and was pleased to have this arranged, great table for six on the 1st floor. Cocktails and wine were great. Food was nice, one wasn’t so keen on the lamp rump which we mentioned but nothing done. Portions were on the small side. Desserts were limited in choice, the ones we had were nice. We made our experience not rushed by ordering our starters and then delaying our mains order to give us more time. Overall we had an enjoyable visit but probably wouldn’t return.

Stunning views over the Thames with very good food and the nicest staff ever. This is a great stop for reasonably priced Italian food.

Extremely noisy restaurant. The meal was basic. Caccio e pepe with an oil bath at the bottom of the plate (and not al dente, just not cooked), industrial dessert. Nothing crazy contrary to the reviews I had read. A little extra, however, for the waitress who was very attentive.

I booked this because my niece was coming to London, and the staff were so welcoming and gave us a really nice table with a perfect view of Tower Bridge. Special thanks to Sonali, who really looked after us.

Incredible views of tower bridge and Tower of London that really can’t be beaten - however service and food left something to be desired. We were served our starter before our drinks arrived; we were then served our main very quickly after the starter, and then left with empty glasses and plates in front of us for at least 30 min before being asked whether we wanted it to be cleared. It felt very frustrating when you’re paying almost £20 for a main course and £12 for drinks. I would also strongly recommend the pasta over the pizza - pizza was incredibly average (pizza express level quality) while the pasta my friends had looked amazing. Overall, I’d recommend a visit if you can sit outside and see the views, but just temper your expectations and be prepared to overpay.

The place has an incredible view, because you are literally eating on the river in a boat. I didn't particularly like the service, however the food was delicious. A little expensive but I think it's worth the experience.

Had a really disappointing experience here. We ordered the margarita pizza and prawn pasta. The pizza had no flavor, and we struggled to finish it. The pasta was cold and soggy and the sauce was just terrible. The service didn’t help either. The manager with the blonde and wavy hair was extremely rude and talked in a condescending way. Our waiter never brought us what we asked for after asking him it twice. We also waited forever to get the check I wouldn’t recommend this place. Definitely won’t be coming back.

We visited London as a bit of a summer holiday treat for our 4 teenage kids and wanted a family friendly restaurant with a beautiful view that catered to everyone. We'd been eating fun street food on the hop in Chinatown and various markets but wanted a relaxing meal together in which we could enjoy a comfy seat after a busy touristy couple of days and to be all round one table takign our time and enjoying it. Tavolino was recommended by an old London pal and it did not disappoint! The views are incredible, the atmosphere was great, the staff could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. Our youngest is a really fussy eater but I was gobsmacked (and her big brother a bit miffed) that she finished every last bit of her pizza - even the crusts!. My vegetarian eldest was really pleased with her pasta dish and i had a delicious cacio e pepe. All the starters were delicious and the wine was great. I thought the prices very reasonable considering the location and standard of everything, we will be making this our g-to London restaurant whenever we are in the Capital. Special thanks to Nerea and Tori who were charm personified and really helped make our night special. Highly recommend! x

The only beat thing about the place were the views , and that was the sole reason we went to dine in . The food was a hit and miss, while the pizza and the starters were great, the pasta was not good at all and we just had to leave. The deserts were alright and they have a decent drinks collection. It gets a bit busy and so a little noisy if you go in particular at peak hours, but the views of the tower bridge are just amazing. They also have outdoor seating option - maybe can try it someday in a nice weather.

Great service and the food and drinks came out so fast once once ordered. We had complicated dietaries and the waiter and manager was so helpful. Sat on the terrace which was a great experience for a summer evening. The cod main was excellent.

I was just there. Poor restaurant with a small variety of options. The food was acceptable but doesn't live up to the expectations and very expensive.
