The pizza and pasta are very delicious, if you are Mexican they can add spice to your food, and if you have any allergies, they prepare it especially for you. And don't be in danger. The service is very friendly and they even gave us recommendations to visit places. Excellent

I recently visited Zizzi in London and had an exceptional dining experience, thanks largely to Lora, our server. From the moment we arrived, Lora made us feel incredibly welcome. She was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered thoughtful recommendations tailored to our preferences. The food was delicious as always – the pasta dishes were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. But what truly stood out was the warm and professional service that Lora provided. She seemed genuinely invested in making sure we had a wonderful meal, checking in at just the right times and even suggesting wine pairings that complemented our dishes beautifully. Zizzi’s great food paired with Lora’s fantastic hospitality made this visit memorable. I’ll definitely return, hoping to see Lora’s friendly face again!

The food is great as always. Paul was fantastic and he made our experience even more enjoyable.

We had to place our order twice due to our first order not goin go through even though one of the staff put it through. We were sat there with no drinks for 15 mins (the restaurant had 3 other tables filled) before I asked where they were. They then had the cheek to add a 10% tip to the bill. I will not visit this restaurant again and will think twice before visiting a Zizzi again in the near future.

Dear. Long service neither good nor bad. Chain cuisine like so many others. No soul. The waitresses are friendly but we spent more than 1h30 for 1 dish and dessert from the children's menu. Positive point is the children's menu which offers fresh cut vegetables as a starter and fresh cut fruit as a dessert (grapes for the moment)

Glad we had another good meal, table by the window is the best. And lovely to see Marian was still here to serve us. Great service!

We have known this restaurant since 2016, when we were last in London. Whenever we visit the City, we visit Zizi as well!

The food was fantastic. It tasted like authentic Italian cuisine. Service was quick and the prices were reasonable. We enjoyed the view of the river from the window booth where we sat. Michael was a great server.

Amazing Pizza and Fantastic Service! Zizzi Bankside serves some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The highlight of our visit, though, was our server, Marian, who made the experience even better. They were attentive, friendly, and had great recommendations. Highly recommend this spot for great food and exceptional service! Will be dining here again soon!

They said the window table is reserved to a 4 people booking. But they have given to other two 2 people parties without giving it to us. Not fair. Food is fair.

Excellent pizzas. I recommend their Rustica varieties; the options for which offer unique flavour combos that you won't usually find at other Italian restaurants. You’ll have to eat with cutlery, difficult to cut into slices and eat by hand as floppy inside but crispy crust. Sticky Pig pizza was crazy good. If lucky, tables by the window that accommodate 3-4 offer a pleasant view of the river. Standard offer of complimentary portion of tasty pasta crisps when you arrive while you browse the menu. Like any restaurant, I recommend asking them to process vouchers straight after ordering rather than at the end of meal, to prevent risk of redemption issues. No complaints about service.

Beautiful Thames riverside views from upper floor, and fabulous, warm and attentive hospitality from Michael (GM) and Carolina 🙌🤩, plus team, and delicious Sticky Pig with fantastic crackling, Piccante and Primervera pizzas (our favourites); loved they kindly did an excellent DF version of Piccante pizza specially for me. Highly recommended, and we're already planning our next visit! (Zizzi Bankside is one of the best we've found in the group.) Updated 18.10.24: Also, thank you to lovely staff today Laura and Hamza for looking after us on our return visit, as well as the awesome Michael! Definitely recommend the DF version of Sticky Pig (cleverly decorated prettily with edible flowers, so couldn't make a mistake with my DF version with other orders - a nice touch not seen before) , plus try the Black truffle salami too. 🙌

I was hesitate to go in because of Google reviews but I was really craving some simple Spaghetti with tomatoes dish which other restaurants around seem not doing! We were greeted by Veronica, great girl, smiley face, very welcoming and polite, got seated in a great table with beautiful decor and views, food was exactly what we wanted, pomodoro and warm chocolate for me and a pizza and side salad and Icecream with an expresso for my partner. All was lovely and good priced. Definitely worth the visit.

Went here with friends for a work lunch. The decor is very pretty, sat in a window booth overlooking the Thames and the riverside walk. The food was lovely, we each chose a Fresca pizza which is low calorie pizza. Delicious. We each had different and they all Looked lovely and everyone was happy with their choice. BTW we are picky ! A bottle of pinot between the three along with different types of garlic bread (chili, balsamic, normal). All very tasty. The service was probably the best I’ve had in a long term. Attentive but also left you in peace. Very helpful with their app and codes as well as suggestions. Very prompt and pleasant. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Such a lovely view of St Paul's and the river from this restaurant. Carolina was our server and she was brilliant at managing my brother's dairy intolerance and substitutions that we wanted to make. The pizza was fresh and good my only quibble is because they are so thin and crispy they burn quite easily on the edge. But we loved our meal and would definitely come back.

I visited Zizzi Bankside this afternoon with my partner and daughter, the food was really tasty and the service was great. Special thanks to Hamza our waiter who was knowledgeable about the dishes and very attentive.

Service was appalling as ordered vodka lemonade , but was given a flat lemon drink, then we were eating our starter & the mains were brought over, we asked if they could wait as we were still eating the starter, to which my husbands calzone was left on the side. Another waitress came over with chips which were ordered to go with our mains , to which we told her we haven’t got our mains as still eating our starters . Then while we were midway through our mains a lady (which I believe was possibly the manger) came to our table with our deserts & said are you ready for your deserts?? She could clearly see we were only halfway through our mains . At this point we just asked them to put our deserts in a takeaway container as that was the final straw. We paid over £80 for the meal , to which we feel disappointed about . We are not local to London & usually use our local Zizzi in Norwich to which we have never had this experience before. I would appreciate it if you could possibly reimburse us partially or send a meal voucher for 2 so we can go back to our local Zizzi & enjoy a better experience?

I recommend this place!! Great view of the water, delicious food. Everything came very quickly and hot. Drinks as described in the menu, I love it and will be coming back here. I recommend anyone who is near the millennium bridge to grab a bite to eat and go on a sightseeing trip!

Beautiful place! I came here by accident and fell in love! The menu is very clear and I easily found a dish for myself. The service is very nice, which affects the friendly atmosphere. The restaurant is located in a picturesque place! I will definitely come back on my next trip to London!

I highly recommend this place! It offers a great view of the water and serves delicious food. Everything arrived quickly and piping hot. The drinks were exactly as described on the menu, which I loved. I’ll definitely be coming back. Had a great time a this restaurant. The portion sizes are massive got a rustica pizza. Good bang for your buck. Great customer service, Micheal Laura Goshia had a great with them all. Great music selection and aesthetically pleasing.

Nice restaurant, the service girls were really friendly but the atmosphere was terrible due too a very roudy 8 group of Russians at the table near us, to much beer and vodka, and the manager who I also heard speaking Russian was also at there table, he obviously knew them. Other diners were also not impressed.

Very friendly waiting staff and acceptable wine but all dishes over salted, hard garlic bread and meagre side salad. No point complaining or returning dishes as it’s formulaic food preparation. Toilets dirty, no paper, broken tiles. Won’t eat at Zizzi’s again.
