Qué gran restaurante. Usted es recibido como un viejo amigo, el servicio es amable y eficiente, la comida es absolutamente genial, hay un gran ambiente, y fantástica relación calidad-precio.

A very good 4.5 is how I would describe my experience. Service was excellent and really friendly staff. Nice ambience also, liked the small family feel. Reason not a 5? The pizza was very good but have had better many times. Having said that it's all about personal taste. I will definitely be back and would recommend.

Mi hija y dos nietos vinieron aquí a medio término para el trato de la comida, el lugar estaba ocupado, nuestra orden tomada rápidamente, pero después de larga espera para los niños entrantes, fueron otros 40 minutos más tarde para mi pizza grasienta bajo cocinado y las hijas ensalada de pollo seco e insípido aparecer. El camarero fue v disculparse y nos dieron descuento del gerente, pero eso no es excusa para que la cocina no esté totalmente preparada. No recomendaría ni volvería aquí.

I visited this restaurant on Saturday night and the only thing carrying the establishment is the service. The food was edible but not worth the price. I could hear one of the staff swearing in the kitchen from which i assumed he was swearing at the young waitress which is outrageous. On top of this, i was curious to see where the service charge was going and i found out the staff do not receive the service charge which i believe is unfair.

This place never ever lets you down… this is THE cafe to go to… you’ll be fuelled and powered to last pretty much the entire day. Portion size are generous, they do not cut corners, have maintained exceptionally high quality for I think more than 15 years… this is pretty unheard of! The waitress who serves is super kind, always happy, maintains an infectious smile, doesn’t try hard, and all in all it is just great!

Lovely little place for a coffee and light lunch! Coffees arrived fast and tasted great. My partner ordered the peri peri chicken wrap which was super juicy and I had the beef brisket ramen (genuinely 10/10 - I was pleasantly surprised!) we sat outside on clean tables and sofas… basking in the sunshine. Staff were friendly and attentive which was an added bonus too. Will be stopping by again when we’re next in the area!

Gran servicio y con una sonrisa en una de las noches más concurridas del año hasta ahora! Un poco caro, pero esto es Londres y tuvimos una vista maravillosa sobre la Piazza Covent Garden. Sin duda volveríamos aquí de nuevo.

My self and my fianćee have been going to Zizzi's in staines for the past 2 year's. My fianćee is GLUTEN & DAIRY FREE. Without fail, every month we go, my fianćee has her food delivered to the table first and the management (Ritesh & Natalie) always get the order right to the point where we dont have to mention the allergens as they know. The kitchen team cook the food to perfection and my fianćee has always enjoyed her food. Each month we try our best to remember to leave a review but ive not mentioned the Gluten or Dairy free before but i feel that it deserves to be mentioned when not only the kitchen team, but the management (Ritesh & Natalie) do an amazing job. We'l be in again on 30th April with 2 friends and again on 4th May (wedding celebration) as we get married on 3rd May.

Muy buena pizza y muy buena hospitalidad de Andre y Martina. Son muy acogedores y educados. Hicieron nuestra experiencia fantástica. Gracias chicos. Muy recomendable!

Upon arriving at La trattoria we were seated at our table where we were then left to select from menu. When our order was being taken there was things off the menu chosen which were not available, it would have been useful to know this before we made our decisions and it would have been more time effective and less disappointing. We placed our orders to which then about 5 minutes later the waitress came back to our table to let us know more of what we ordered was no available which was very restrictive due to one of the party having to order gluten free products. Again alternate options were chosen and when food arrived no gluten free bun came with the soup with no explanation either. I asked where the bun was and if we could have some sauce also and the waitress disappeared off. She did not return to our table so I asked again and that’s when she told me that there was no gluten free buns and the sauce was coming. The sauce never arrived so we went without. They took 10% off the bill however the service was just shocking. Really unimpressed.

En Londres para el fin de semana y tuvimos una comida aquí el sábado por la noche. Esto fue realmente increíble y el personal, la comida y el ambiente era nada menos que la perfección. Desde el momento en que cruzamos la puerta la bienvenida fue tan cálida y relajada. La comida y el vino tenía un precio razonable y la comida era deliciosa. El personal era tan agradable y se aseguró de que tuvimos la mejor experiencia - si usted está en esta zona, vaya aquí y no te decepcionará - 10 / 10

Nella pizza si sente il tocco italiano dello chef, forno a legna, consigliatissima, tutto molto buono. Se volete mangiare bene a Londra, venite qui.

Fantástico restaurante, comida y servicio. 10 de cada 10 servicio desde Victoria. Realmente disfruté de la limonada casera y una pizza brillante.
