En gullig servitris, resten katastrof. En beef var små odefinierad köttbitar i en sås. Först fick vi inte byta smashed pitatis till pommes. Utan de skulle ta in potatisen ändå och debitera extra får pommes. Efter en diskussion, så gick det tror jag. Vi har inte fått notan ännu. Ingen sallad för ej köttätare. Det känns advokadosallad med kyckling och bacon. Efter liten diskussion gick det bra att ta bort kyckling/bacon och lägga till extra advocado ist. Sen fanns det ingen avokado, så då blev det ingen sallad. Till Teet fanns först honung, sen ingen. Efter att jag berättade att det borde finas honung i köket, så kom den.

Excellent pizza! Also gluten-free!! The place does not look very special outside but food is absolutely great! Nice waitresses, fast service AND you can get almost everything also gluten-free!!!

We had not reserved a table however were seated straight away by a friendly host, despite the restaurant being busy. Service was quick and friendly, food was tasty and arrived quickly! We tasted both the pizza and pasta, both dishes were excellent. Particularly, would recommend the penne arrabbiata. Would recommend this restaurant if shopping/visiting tourist attractions near Hyde park/green park. Also we noticed that there was lots of choice for gluten free customers.

Due to the location and time we understand that handling and running the restaurant must be very hard for the staff(especially because of winter wonder land) but despite the odds we received a warm welcome and very speedy service , along with unusually nice food considering the fairly low pricing!

A lovely lunch just at beginning of Christmas Season. The food is great but what makes this place is the staff. They are all so attentive and warm. It would be a great place for your Green Park or Mayfair Christmas party.. Home grown decorations are the best.. a really great place.

We were a large party of 19. The staff were very attentive and drinks and food orders and serving was very well done. The table commented on how efficient everything was handled. Food selection catered for all tastes including vegetarians and allergies. Staff very knowledgeable. Food quality was also very g ood good.good. Iallhelped the team enjoy a great night out after an intensive day.

A week ago on Friday we went to the Prezzo Mayfair restaurant. We stayed very nice greeted by staff. A waitress named Elwira took us to the table and immediately accepted the order because we knew what we wanted to order. As we received our order, the waitress would come up every now and then and ask if everything was all right and tasty .... and we were very delicious. We got food very quickly. We will visit Prezzo Mayfair more than once.

We stumbled upon Prezzo while looking for a moderately priced "not a Pub" meal. It met our needs after we had to send our meals back for coming out cold. Possibly they were sort staffed? The portions were large, the Italian hummus with flat bread was excellent.

The delivery lorry nearly ran over me on the way in which I should have taken as a sign and left. The food was average. The staff were focussed on receiving the delivery. I was shown a dirty place to charge my phone (behind some furniture that they never clean behind) that I wished I hadn't seen. I was then told my voucher for 40% off isn't valid in London. Seriously? Londoners have to pay 40% more? I won't be back. Funny that.

We were staying in Mayfair. Didn't want to spend a fortune on dinner. Just wanted some good food within walking distance, some wine, and a little ambiance after a long day sightseeing. Not really that easy to come by in Mayfair but we found it at the Prezzo. Had dinner here twice and the food was consistently good as was the service without breaking the bank. The inside of the restaurant is nicely decorated. It has a huge beamed ceiling, very English looking. Highly recommend if you find yourself in the same situation.

Standard formula food from Prezzo. Usually good but on this evening they were short staffed so everyting went a bit pear shaped.

Prezzo in Mayfair has become our "go to Italian" in London (we live in Los Angeles). I just hosted a party for 25 and it was flawless! The service was spot on and the food was perfect!

Visited as part of the RideLondon weekend. Also had a Tesco voucher for Prezzo. The service was outstanding , what more can I say.

The room is beautiful in an old XVII century building which makes for a nice atmosphere and the right blend of relaxed and classy. Waitresses are extremely nice and intend well but very overworked so the service suffered. The food was very bland Tasteless goat cheese on the salad, bland risotto that was overcooked as well. It’s probably better to use this place as a pizza joint and lower expectations. After all it is an affordable Italian in Mayfair!

Enjoyed the meal here. Nice friendly staff, the pizza and the pasta were tasty, salad was fresh, and the price was very reasonable especially for this area. I would definitely go in again if I was in the area.

The service is bad, not enough staff, you got ignored. The smell of the food attracted us to go inside and try, really disappointing, the grill chicken breast with mushrooms is not hot, the king prawns spaghetti should call shrimps. Moderate priced restaurant in May fair. The cutleries have stains.

Visited for an evening meal while away for work. Service was prompt, I had a salad which was nice. Staff were pleasant - a bit curt when I paid as my bill didn’t come to much (I had a voucher)

Despite of the latest request I have to say that my experience was incredible. Food was delicious and service was friendly but also professional.

Service was very poor. We had to wait 25 minutes in between courses and even then we had to get up and ask the waitress where our food was. The food was very bland. At no point were we asked if we wanted any more drinks and the apology at the end was very insincere!

After reading soooo many great reviews about this place we decided to try it. The atmosphere was cute, and the staff were friendly, but that's where the positive things stopped. The restaurant was greatly understaffed, there were only 2 servers (one is the manager), and we had to chase them to get our orders in. There were times when no staff were to be found, we could have literally walked out without paying!

My day in london was made a thousand times better by my visit to this prezzo location, this stunning location was reccomended to me by close friends as they were impressed by recent renovations and,even though they set the bar high, my expectations were beaten by far. I can reassure you that this is one of the best resteraunts i have visited and i would highly reccomend it to you as i will be returning whenever i find time to.

Recently visited for what we planned to be a quick lunch ahead of going to a gig at Hyde Park. Well quick it was not!

After a week in and around London, a surprising ‘best so far’! Pasta Rustica, salad, pizza. All were great. Friendly service as well.

Was given a voucher and chose the Mayfair after reading many reviews. Location was excellent and easy to get to by tube and a short walk. Very warm and friendly approach from staff as soon as we entered the restaurant. Was offered a choice of tables and once sat, we were left alone to make our menu choices. The deal was for a starter, main, dessert and a glass of wine. This was all of good standard and served at all the right times. Very attentive staff and we added a few extra drink. These were slightly expensive but we were based in the most expensive part of London!

As my mum was visiting this weekend so I thought to take her to dinner and Prezzo is always my first option. However, I was really impressed with the service we received. Aga was excellent from start to finish. She really made us feel comfortable and her attention to details was superb. The food was delicious and atmosphere was buzzing. It really did make my mums weekend.

Last night me and my partner went to have a dinner in Prezzo Mayfair and we had perfect evening! We had been fans of the food in Prezzo for a long time! But what made me write this review is the fact that the Mayfair branch is so special and with historical meaning and the service we received there was so amazing and personal! The manager welcomed us and we were seated on a table of our choice! Everything we ordered was delivered in a timely manner and the food was delicious! A couple of the staff members were constantly taking care of us and met every need we had! The lady that manages the branch was more than great to us as well and kept on checking on us too! I think her name is Agneshka :) Overall our experience was great in terms of food, service and atmosphere so we're definitely going back there soon!

Italian restaurant in the middle of Mayfair. Lovely atmosphere and pleasant service. I had prawns to start with followed by beetroot & goats cheese gnocchi- both were tasty but could have been a little warmer (although this may be just me as I do like my food piping hot)

This Italian reastaurant is in the middle of Mayfair area. Good value, good food and good service. We had a great lunch off the set menu Service/staff is friendly and efficient. Would recommend and revisit.

This is probably one of the most historic buildings in which to find a Prezzo restaurant and it has a very special ambience as a result of the unique period decoration. Food is good and the price of a bottle of wine is very reasonable.

We have used a few prezzo restaurants in London and found them to be very chain like. Mayfair prezzo is a lot nicer and feels rustic. Service was excellent food was prompt and lovely. Didnt feel like an in and out job to get your money. It's a bit off the main track but worth the diversion.

We visited here on Thursday 28th Feb, taking shelter from the rain whilst we had lunch. We have eaten at other Prezzos before, but found this one to be a bit unwelcoming. The restaurant wasn’t lit particularly well, and the staff weren’t overly happy or engaging, which created a bit of a dull atmosphere. We had to ask for a high chair three times, and the people next to us had to keep repeating their request for a clean glass

There is little to say, this is simply the go-to place to eat when in the area! I thoroughly enjoy the wide selection of various dishes and beverages offered to me along with the lightning fast service. I cannot express how much this spot can improve your day! I strongly recommend....

I went to lunch with my boss at the resturaunt and had a lovely time. She visits this Prezzo regularly and so we went on her recommendation and, myself being vegan, I found that I really enjoyed the experience. I had a great starter of hummus and flatbread (which has an amazing dressing) and my main was brilliant - marinated aubergine with large penne-like pasta shapes in a tomato sauce. My boss opted for the vegetarian choices of breaded mozarella with a tomato dip, as her starter, and the penne arriabiata as her main. Two simple choices but she enjoyed them thoroughly. I would very much recommend this Prezzo branch to anyone, the staff are very lovely, attentative and accomodating!

Tuvimos una cálida bienvenida de Zaneta. Aunque cenamos en el menú de invierno más barato, la comida era deliciosa con muchas opciones. La casa roja también era muy buena. Toda la sensación en el restaurante es reconfortante y relajante. El otro miembro del personal que pudo haber sido el gerente no podría haber sido más amable. Recomiendo encarecidamente que sin duda volveremos de nuevo.

Good food, nice service and interesting decor. We visit the place almost every week and enjoy different dishes. The offers are varied and nicely presented. A very nice and reasonably priced Italian place. Mini desserts + coffee are a very good idea.

Who can resist a kids menu featuring a bambinocino! Equivalent to $10 for a 3 course Italian kids meal hard to beat particularly in Mayfair. Adult food was delicious too

Beautiful old building and a lovely atmosphere. The food was good and had plenty of gluten free options for celiacs, just ask for the menu. Some great drinks available and staff were friendly. Just watch out for the creepy nun in the corner!

Paramos en un sábado por la noche para el postre. Pedimos la tarta de chocolate y caramelo salado, la bomba de chocolate brownie y dos bolas de helado de vainilla. Los postres eran encantadores, pero tuve que pedir todo al menos tres veces antes de que llegara. Primero no trajeron nuestras bebidas, les pregunté dos veces y aún no aparecían, luego le pregunté a otra camarera y ella tampoco las trajo, finalmente las obtuvimos después de preguntar varias veces al final de nuestra visita. ¡También se olvidaron del helado y tuve que pedirlo algunas veces también! Tampoco calentaron la salsa de chocolate blanco para la bomba de chocolate correctamente, por lo que no tuvieron el efecto deseado cuando se vertió, lo que arruinó un poco la experiencia. Por lo general, tengo un buen servicio en este Prezzo, así que me sorprendió el servicio menos atento. Espero que sea mejor la próxima vez!

We had dinner here just before Christmas. While the restaurant was not busy; only a third full, the staff still took an age before they decided to seat us in the worst seat in the house right beside the toilets Service was poor all round and it was not great to watch other dinners try and get attention of the staff. with some practically having to stand at the table waving before they were acknowledged - not great!

This Italian reastaurant is in the middle of Mayfair area. However the prices are still resonable, the taste of the food is very nice and also Bellini is tasty and looks great. Service/staff is friendly and look after customers.

The staff were the stars, we had no booking and were welcomed and served immediately . The menu was fairly basic, but we had no problem finding something to tempt us. The lady serving was knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the building which we thought was lovely and added to the enjoyment. Everything was fresh and full of flavour, and the bill was a surprise as we expected higher considering the location.

We enjoyed a lovely meal here on a quiet Sunday night. The thin-crust pizzas are delicious and the sticky toffee pudding is out of this world. Sophie, our server, was an absolute delight; friendly and attentive, with a genuine warm smile, she lifted our meal to another level. Highly recommended. Thanks Sophie.

Came here as we had a buy a gift voucher, been to this location before as it is tucked away from the hustle & bustle & I love the decor.

Very pleased with our dinner at Prezzo Mayfair. The staff was super nice and welcoming, food was good and I was impressed with how fresh and warm my pizza Vesuvio was! Spaghetti Carbonara was alright, though not the best we have tasted. Big plus - they had Pepsi max!

Visited with a group of friends after an evening event. Half kids, half adults. The restaurant fed us well and managed to serve food fairly quickly. Given that we set fire to the place and the staff were still friendly to us, I give it 5 stars.

I came here with high expectations and Prezzo blew me away. With swift service and amazing food I would recommend this atmospheric restaurant to anyone who happens to be in the area. I would especially recommend the garlic bread.

We came to London to see a show, heard about Prezzo Mayfair so we thought lets have a go greeted with a warm welcome and taken to a table almost immediately. We were shortly after met with a well mannered young lady who took our order with great haste. We are thouroughly impressed by this underestimated little spot of London.

This was a pretty standard Prezzo - been to worse and been to better. Food was OK, service friendly and efficient. This one has a nice interior.

Came in for a table of 2, were told there was a 20 minute wait for a table although half the restaurant was clearly empty. They were short staffed and therefore didn’t want to seat us. We said that’s fine and then asked if we could have a drink in the bar to be told the bar lady is very busy with lots of cheques so we’re going to have to wait. We decided to leave drinks and just wait, After 2 minutes asked the bar lady for a glass of water, she gave me a dirty look and told me to wait for her to finish her cheque. I then watched her make various cheques and desserts and even look over at me. I then went back and said please can I have a glass of water I’m just really thirsty she said I haven’t forgotten but I am busy! SHOCKING! To describe the lady she was short brunette, foreign and wore round spectacles. When she gave me the water she then gave me a horrible look as she passed them to me. Absolutely awful service and manners never experienced anything like it.

We were wandering near our hotel in Mayfair and looking for somewhere reasonable/low key for dinner with our 2.5 year old son. We happened upon Prezzo and it was perfect. The restaurant was warm and cozy yet airy and interesting. They had a kids menu and highchairs and were welcoming of our son. He was the only child there so it wasnt a 'kid' place but worked well. DInner was good and reasonable and service was good. Overall very pleasant experience.

We were seated in a very nice window table in the far corner and to start with the service was attentive if a little slow.

A short walk from the Sheraton Grand Park Lane it was a treat for the Spaghetti Carbonara with crispy prosciutto and pancetta....WOW. Washed down with a double (though very small) Glenlivet Scotch. Very comfortable ambience that invites me back.

Lunch with family. Not busy so service was very good. Friendly and helpful staff. What a great place to have a restaurant - building dates to 1700's. Food was served promptly and hot. My only small complaint was that my risotto was over-cooked - stodgy enough to look like mashed potato! However, tasted really good so didn't complain.

The restaurant is cosy and suitable for couples. The style looks like old English houses from inside. The only main negative comment is that the service was very slow at some times while other tables were faster.

Delicious new menu. We love the lobster and crab ravioli in saffron sauce. The restaurant has great character with original feature in a listed building. The manager and staffs are so friendly that we feel at home!!Thank you.

We really didn’t like this place at all. The female server in the white shirt had a terrible attitude and wasn’t at all apologetic when one of our meals had to be sent back because it was the incorrect order. I expect she would have preferred we just ate it rather than return it. The salad was very dry with little content other than the salad leaves. On reflection, I think the male clients received far better service.

This was our go to for a great lunch place! The service is friendly and the food is excellent Italian! The pizza reminded me of the kind we had in Italy. The olives and bread appetizer is a must. Very authentic. It’s near Hyde Park so very easy to find. I’ll let my pictures do the talking.

Came here for a birthday dinner, first trip. Had the calzone pizza and truffle fries with a bruschetta starter, very nice but very feeling. Had a gin cocktail the best I have had so far very nice.

Yo trabajo a la vuelta de la esquina de este restaurante establecido y cada viernes es día de pizza para nosotros, el personal es muy cálido y amable y prestar atención a cada detalle. La comida es increíble; la pizza margarita real es para morirse. Recientemente intenté la pasta de salmón y admito que es increíble.

While a family stay in London we visited this little prezzo, to be told 30min wait, so we popped outside to chat about what to do as a family, and decided we would wait as we didn’t know the area and had paid for a taxi there, so just wait 30mins isn’t long, so popped back in and let the lady know we would wait and would just have a drink while waiting, the lady told me we wasn’t allowed to wait, they didn’t have the staff and there’s other restaurants we could go, she also told me they where a small exclusive restaurant and there where bigger prezzo about that we could visit.

Great and delicious dinner!!! Also the waitress was very good!! Totally recommend!!! The mushrooms and the tiramisu were the best.
