Wow! Leo made our dining experience spectacular! His kindness, knowledge, professionalism, and recommendations made our night! The food and wine were outstanding as well. Thank you, Leo and Fumo! We will see you soon!

Dinned here a few years ago and loved it, so we brought friends with us this year telling them how nice it is. My wine glass had a chip in the bottom, toilet bin was overflowing at 6.15pm ish, waiter split a glass of water over the table and me slightly which we had a laugh about. We spent £400 and I’m in no rush to go back. More attention to detail required.

Antonio was delightful and attentive. I’m addicted to Branzino (came back just for it) and the drinks and other dishes were appreciated by the group.

We came late, 2230, and still were greeted by the GM. The food is really good, dishes are not big, but allow you to share and try different plates. The restaurant is nicely and fancy decorated. We really enjoyed it.

Really fantastic place for a meal....relaxing and beautiful decor and we always book a table when in London. Food was exceptional and the service was first class. Staff are really friendly and helpful. We loved the Italian themed background music that added to our enjoyable meal. We enjoyed lasagne with mixed salad and chicken milanese with lovely desert and we will definately return. The food is cooked to perfection with the added touch of Italian care and quality. We look forward to another visit soon.

Absolutely lovely restaurant! Excellent food, and service is superb. My only criticism is the price of drinks, in particular the wine. £50 for a bottle of Montepulciano I think is excessive.That said, we would definitely come back again, as everything else is top draw! ☺️

Worst restaurant ever. My friend and I were standing outside, and as soon as we entered we wanted to ask a question, but were forced to sit down. We had the 4 dish offer for 20 pounds per person. All of the food that came, like the arranciata and pizza were bland and lacked seasoning. We suspected the pizza to be frozen and asked the waiter if this was the case. We were then escorted to the kitchen, where we saw a plethora of dirt and insects inhabiting the place, with multiple boxes of frozen pizza being in the garbage. Absolute tourist scam DO NOT GO!!!!!!!!!!

Food was decadent. The staff were amazing. The front of house hostess was incredible warm. Overall, I was blown by the quality of the ingredients and preparation. The warm hospitality of the entire staff was the cherry on top.

A lot of promise but very disappointing. Beautiful decor and seemed very busy. From here it seemed to go downhill though. For our reservation of 14 people, the table wasn’t prepared or ready for us for 30 minutes. When we did get to our table, only one half of the group of 14 were asked for food and drink whilst the others hadn’t ordered. (Image proof, half our table were so hungry that they nabbed the food off some of the others.) I was one of the unfortunate ones and we waited an hour to even get drinks whilst the other side of our group were already eating their main dishes. The attentiveness was also poor. They brought the incorrect wine out to us in the first instance (a bottle of red instead of white). Also offering us some of the other tables food as not knowing who had ordered the two dishes. Once the food finally arrived, the quantities of food do mean you’re going to need 5-6 plates as stated on the menu. But at 12-18 pounds a plate you’re expecting more and better quality. Not the best truffle ravioli I’ve ever had and seemed to be drowned in sauce rather than executing the dish to a higher standard. Overall not a great experience for the special occasion.

We went here on a recent trip to London, we had dinner here before going to the Noel Coward Theatre. It is the perfect location and the really nice selection of food. The staff are lovely to deal with and a really nice atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful place for a birthday.

Cannot recommend Fumo enough for its fabulous, friendly and professional service . The staff couldn’t do enough to make our dining experience a wonderful one. Greeted with 2 glasses of champagne, olives and a small pizza on the house. We thought we’d try Fumo whilst in town, a little bit reticent, after having a pretty bad experience a while back at one of San Carlo’s other restaurants, Isola. However, my sister recommended Fumo, so we called up last minute for a table, and Juliano, the manager, was most accommodating and welcomed us upon arrival. Can’t fault the food either. It was very fresh, and full of flavour…loved the black salted sea bass! Can definitely recommend the Italian tapas concept. Will definitely go back there. Thank you Juliano, Sayeed and team! Isola could definitely learn and thing or two from this particular restaurant!

A great find in central London. Exceptional service, great tasty food and wine and a wonderful ambience at prices that won’t break your budget. To give it justice in a few words isn’t possible. But go there yourself and enjoy the whole experience

Bruchetta starter, was disappointing as it was not crisp and very greasy, this led onto the tagliatelle, also very disappointing no flavour , it's clear been waiting under light as splashes of sauce where dry on edge of plate. The pizza when cut was all soggy in the centre.. has this been taken over , will not return to here.

Pros: Cool atmosphere, very friendly staff, dessert & coffee was good Cons: the meat was incredibly poor quality in all 3 dishes. Despite that, the price is quite high.

Busy restaurant in St Martin's Lane; lovely meal with Italian cuisine.

2 years inbetween visits and still amazing. Cannot recommend Fumo enough. The food atmosphere, basically everything is faultless. Looking forward to coming back to London just to visit Fumo if nothing else.

Ok. First impression was good, wow they were busy on a Saturday night. We got sat down, and very quickly were asked if we wanted something to drink while we look at the menu. We were told that this is a “tapas” restaurant, the dishes are small (!) and to order a few, also, that they come as and when, not in starter-main-dessert order. Hold on- we’re in an Italian restaurant and you call this tapas. Any true Italian would flip at the thought of calling the food tapas. Actual idea was “Cicchetti” which if you were in Venice, is a small slices of bread with different toppings on them, usually fish/ sea food…totally not the same as tapas. There was nothing tapas about this place or menu or dishes.. The menu was divided by pasta/pizza/ meats/ breads etc. Very very confusing to be honest, I’ve been pretty much around all Italy and never came across this idea… So, we’ve ordered a bread basket, “starter” of San Daniele ham and bread, Arancini, then for “mains” we had pasta ragu, rib eye steak and roasted potatoes. Everything was very tasty. Steak was really small, for £26 I was expecting a steak, not a thin slice, but I guess you’re in London. Food was honestly very nice and tasty however it was all brought to our tiny table at once, and it was very bizarre so, we had to eat the hot mains first, while our starters were sitting on the table. It just felt odd, the whole experience. I would return for the food, knowing the rules now, I’d order different meals. Portions are not small, they’re your regular sized meals. Unless you’re American and expect huge portions, we were full and couldn’t finish all our food. As to the waiting staff, there were some Italians. If you’ve ever been to Italy, you know the attitude of waiting staff and it was no different here but that’s their charm if you like :) We were there for our anniversary and were given a lovely plate with happy anniversary written in chocolate and a little pastry. Lovely touch. Oh, deserts were lovely, especially tiramisu.

It was easy to book. I had a nice table. The service was excellent and fast. I had a nice cocktail I had never heard of, all the cocktails were new to me. The courses are chicceti, smaller dishes served as soon as they are ready. I had some great bread with olive oil followed by a wonderful carpaccio. I then had a small meat tagliatelle dish followed by veal Milanese (so tasty) and finished with a Tiramisu. Sadly they didn’t have a cider. I read between courses, the atmosphere was great as well. Despite the five courses, I did feel overfull. The price was very reasonable

We had booked for lunch and were glad as it was pretty busy. Both went for the set menu @£20.95 with added Croquetas as they are our favourite. The food came quickly and was lovely as was the service. 12.5% service charge added as standard. Good choice of wines by the glass

The food and the staff were amazing. It was for a birthday and they brought a happy birthday plate with a little desert and candle on it and sang for us. They were very good with with the allergy we had in the group.

A great little Italian place. Very warm and inviting. Such yummy food and great that you can share smaller dishes as the menu is full of tempting food! Would definitely visit again.

Booked this restaurant after being recommended on a pod cast. A Sunday night only 5 tables had diners and despite this the service was slow. Only one dish the most expensive the fillet steak was enjoyable. The squid was cold and overcooked and the spinach risotto looked and tasted revolting. Will definitely not be back.

8 of us went to Fumo on 25th January to celebrate my Son in Law Giovanni’s birthday. Excellent food a lovely atmosphere and a special thanks for the care taken regarding two of our family who had allergy problems. We will definitely visit again in the future.

Very busy and rude manager. My sister had booked a table for 4 in January and we arrived early to see if we could have a drink at the bar and wait (not a chance as the bar seats had been booked for people to eat at), we went to a local pub and came back at the time the table was reserved for. We were told the table was just being cleared and 15 minutes later (after standing near the bar not at the bar because you can't) we were shown to a table in the door way. In we were stood by that table and it had literally been cleared 2 minutes ago. We asked to be moved and 40 minutes later were shown to a table further into the restaurant. We only had the table booked for an hour and half but had still not ordered food after nearly an hour of waiting. The food was OK,chain italian food. Waiting staff attentive. Once we'd paid the bill ...with service charge. We asked for our coats and my sister had to go with the manager to find them as he couldn't work out where they were. We tried to explain to him politely we hadn't had a good experience and he just argued back that he had moved us tables when we asked to moved . He offered a free limoncello that everyone else had received with their bill! We didn't even get that. Not a good birthday experience!

An excellent restaurant - lovely fresh food served by friendly attentive staff . Great atmosphere.

Very disappointed. The place look lovely inside. We were shown to our table and given our menus. We ordered a bottle of wine (very expensive for the wine, I think it was about £50, but that was about average for this place) and some water. Waiter came back about 10 mins later to take our order. Ordered the Fritto portofino @ £23.00 for 2 slow cooked beef cheek served with a parsley, caper and garlic @ £18.95 Grigliata Mista di Carne mixed grill with Italian homemade sausage, lamb cutlet and rib-eye steak @ £25.95 Patatine Fritte al Tartufo fries with fresh truffle and Parmesan @ £6.95 Patate Arrosto roasted potato with onions and rosemary @ £5.50 We waited 30 minutes for our food to arrive and straight away I was disappointed. Most of our food arrived cold. The fritto portofino was stone cold which was horrible, the Beef cheeks were amazing, the mixed grill was hot sausage, warm lamb chop and stone cold steak (it said rib eye on the menu, I've gave more to my dog as a treat, honestly it can't have been more than about 20 grams of steak), the fries with truffle and parmesan were stone cold, and the roasted potatoes were nice. As much as we tried to get someone's attention we were getting nowhere. It took about 5 minutes for someone to see we were trying to get their attention. It felt like once they've got you sat down their attention goes to whomever else is waiting to be seated. Finaly, the waiter came over and we explained most of our food is cold, he asked if I wanted my mixed grill warming up or would I like another one, I said no we didn't have time to wait for another one to be cooked and I didn't want it warming up in a microwave ( I wasn't paying £26 for a microwave dinner). He took the mixed grill plate away and came back about 5 mins later with the dish warmed up and said, don't worry mama we won't charge this to your bill, I should hope not. Everything else was left. We ate the beef cheeks and the roast potatoes bill came to £106 (excluding the mixed grill. Sorry but will not be going back and definitely no recommending.

Authentica Italian with Italian staff, big, clean, nice staff and delicious food

Came for my wife’s birthday celebration and thought the restaurant was going to do something special for my wife but utterly disappointed as nothing was taken into account despite seeing other tables where I could hear birthday wishes and a cake presented by the staff. During booking, I called and was mentioned complimentary slice of cake will be provided. Food wise. Nothing special, fried chicken was just dry, the pasta we had was quite hard for my wife’s tasting and overall was bit disappointing. Nothing that I could remember this restaurant by. Staff wasn’t attending us once all our food were served. Wouldn’t come back again for sure. And don’t think it is disabled or baby friendly restaurant too with the entrance having steps to get in.

There's a lot going on decor wise, and the tables are very close together. Felt a bit overwhelming and not very intimate. Couldn't really have a private chat. Food was fine. Wine very expensive.

There is everything to be feared from a restaurant located in the heart of London but I was pleasantly surprised. The food is simple but tasty and the quantity, quality and price ratio is quite honorable. Refined setting, cloth napkins, friendly staff. An address to recommend.

I’ve been to Fumo about 5 times now and have never been disappointed. The Italian ‘tapas’ sharing plates we had were all faultless. You can enjoy a leisurely meal and order at will. There was no sense of rushing. The team are very accommodating and professional. Fumo is the perfect place for a post or pre theatre meal being almost next door to the Colosseum Theatre and other venues including the National Gallery and the National Portrait Gallery. I had lunch there this Wednesday and have booked again for next Friday. Highly, highly recommend.

Definitely convenient for a pre-theatre dinner but every single dish we ordered was drowning in oil (especially the parmigiana). A bit disappointing as I’m a big fan of their Selfridges venue. Portions are very small, making prices somewhat OK for central London.

A truly atmospheric place, you can come here after watching a ballet or opera. Soulful and delicious. Nice staff

The food was very good. I would recommend the Seabass, Chicken Milanese and the Seafood starters and salads which were superb.

Passing fumo as we had not long arrived in London and were walking about getting our bearings, looked through the window, said Italian's so went in as it was chok a blok only to find it only sold tapas food but we'd sat at the bar for 10 mins and was not till we sat at the table b4 they told us. Food was average, nothing flash at all service was ok they also put a 12% service charge which I had them take it off as I personally give a tip if I think they deserve one the place was ok food didn't deserve a tip. Place it's self is lovely decor wise.

Very good food. This is an Italian tapas restaurant, so all dishes are served on small / medium plates meant to share. We had the Italian breads and fritto Positano to share, then both ordered the tagliatelle Bolognese and had a side salad and drinks. The bill was about £80. The restaurant was very pretty, good service and tasty food. I think if we visited again we would order a pizza and pasta to share. The fritto Positano was huge and more than enough for two.

Last-minute reservation after the performance of the Nutcracker next door. It was a great experience from when we got there until we left. The service, food selection, and overall ambiance were magnificent. The daily special of (4) choices from the menu for 20 pounds per person was more than enough to satisfy our appetites. Delicious, the arancini.

This place is wonderful! The service is impeccable from the moment you come to the door to the minute you leave and all the moments in between. We have sat at the bar to enjoy a great selection of champagnes and cocktails- all while chatting with the friendly and talented bartenders as well as sitting down to a late evening meal. It’s an Italian style tapa (small plates) kind of service- which is great because it’s difficult to choose just one dish. All the pastas are cooked to perfection and the sauces are delicious. The wine list is fab as well. It’s busy so definitely book if you can but don’t let that stop you from popping in and seeing if they have availability. They will seat you if they can.

First time experiencing Fumo by San Carlo. Inside, the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and décor and the staff were mostly attentive. We ordered a few dishes from the tapas style menu, most of which were pretty tasty but nothing special for the price you pay. Our prawns were undercooked and pizza was a big burnt, which was disappointing. Overall not bad, but considering the high price for small dishes I would consider other Italian restaurants in London

I recently dined at this restaurant, pre theatre set menu priced at £21 per person. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite the trap. The portion sizes were more akin to tapas – very small and not satisfying at all. We had four dishes and paired them with four cocktails, and by the end of the meal, I was shocked to find my total was £140 for what felt like a light snack at best. While the cocktails were enjoyable, the overall experience left me feeling underwhelmed and overcharged. If you're looking for a hearty meal, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Save your money for a place that offers better value for your dining experience.

Sooooo disappointed. It was a special choice for a birthday treat for my sister, having had quite a nice visit a year ago but early evening, not post theatre. This time everything was pretty awful, grouchy unhelpful waiers, despite the place being empty, deliberately looking the other way when we needed anything. Parmesan to go on pasta had to be begged for three times. White wine first served tepid. No bread offered but a stale batch after 3 requests. A clear sense of impatience to get us in and out asap. If they take 10.30 pm bookings, they shouldn’t hope for you to be gone in under an hour. The was ok but very over priced. Will not be returning.

The portion sizes were very small, no salad served with the lamb, had to be ordered separately. This was my first time at Fumo and although I understand that its more of a tapas place I don't think it's good value for money especially if you are hungry. However the atmosphere and the service by the waiters was exceptional my only gripe is with the portion sizes and that the food is prepared already so you can't ask for adjustments, i.e no alcohol in the sauce or changing the meat to fish etc. As I said it was the food I didn't like but service was great.

The worst dining experience I’ve had in my whole life. I booked a table for 6 people at 8pm on Saturday 14th Dec for my cousin’s 21st birthday (which I had included in the reservation notes) and we were made to wait over 45 MINUTES for the table because there was another group on our table. I told the restaurant manager and other staff multiple times that it was my cousin’s birthday (which they said they already knew but clearly did not care about) and that my family had flown in from overseas on that day to celebrate the occasion. Every time I asked a server why there was a wait, they said the other group is still eating and “what do you want me to do about it?” They tried to make the delay my problem which, as a customer, it was not. I had to ask the servers if they would give anything while we waited, they did not offer this or apologise immediately. When a staff member did come over, she just shouted “6 Prosecco’s” at me but half the group didn’t drink so when I said, could they get another drink she responded with “no only 6 Proseccos.” The birthday girl in our group started crying and had to leave the restaurant during the wait. By the time we sat down and got any food, it was 9pm so it had taken an hour from the booked reservation time. The restaurant manager was apologetic but also tried defending himself/the restaurant staff and, the conciliation prize which he offered us was that “they would not rush (us) off the table.” That was the least they could do but what it actually resulted in was the continual theme of slow service. I had to constantly remind them to bring basics like table water. The birthday girl had ordered the pollo parmigiana pizza which tasted like the garlic cheese bread appetiser with bland chicken and she did not finish it. I had ordered pasta (the cassarecce lamb meatballs) which was nice but it was given without Parmesan cheese and I couldn’t get a waiters attention to ask. All the servers did come out to sing my cousin happy birthday which was nice but she had been crying the whole evening and didn’t eat much. It took 20minutes to receive the bill and when we did, the drinks and appetisers we had ordered while we were waiting were given complementary but the dining experience and my cousin’s birthday had been ruined. I will not come back here again and do not recommend for a special occasion.

It's a shame how slow they are because everything else is fine. For a pizza 40 m?? Thank goodness they gave me some olives. The pizza is not big and when I put the oil on it the jar opens and I pour everything with oil... at least they changed my pizza which arrived in 10 minutes thank goodness 🤣🤣🤣 RAJ was super kind

I just can't get enough of this place, it's like coming back home as a pasta lover! 🍝 The more I visit, the more I fall in love again and again. It's impossible to not be pleased here. 😍 The place is absolutely lovely, it warms my heart every time. The team of staff they have is just so attentive and friendly that it always makes my visit even more enjoyable. 😌 Every dish is so flavoursome, you can feel the joy in every morsel, making your mouthwatering moment worthwhile! My stomach might complain a bit from all I consume but trust me, it's definitely worth it! 😂 Oh, and the decor? It's just so aesthetically pleasing, it instantly puts you at ease. 🤩And the cherry on top? It has to be their incredible staff! So kudos to them! 🙌 Ok, I'll stop gushing now. Had a wonderful late lunch/early dinner after attending the opera with my granddaughter. I've never been to this restaurant before but will definitely be going again. The food and service was excellent. We especially enjoyed the portobello ravioli. I'm just sorry that we didn't have time for dessert due to having a train to catch. Would highly recommend.

Everything was amazing, absolute top drawer and while the portions were small they weren’t overly expensive so it was decent value. While we loved our gastronomic journey, it can turn in to an expensive evening. However, as long as you embrace your dining experience you will soon forget the price.

The three of us arrived around noon. Without a reservation, we only had to wait for 5 minutes to get a table. The service was good, and they helped us hang up our coats. The black truffle ravioli was the best dish. We also ordered oyster and seafood platter. The dessert is icecream. Taste very good.

Great place for small but delicious dishes.

Every time I’m in Fumo, I completely forget to leave a review because I love it so much. From the atmosphere to the food, this is the place in London that I take any and all friends/family that visits. It holds such a special place in my heart honestly. The food is SUPERB and the waiters (whom are Italian) will NOT put parmesan on your shrimp pasta 🤣🤣 Can’t wait to go back for the seventh time! Edit: Back again!!! Took another special friend here and he LOVED it. Not sure what he ordered exactly but it was a steak. I get something different every time to keep it fun! Going back as soon as possible to try a new dessert. I think this will be the eighth time going here hahaha. Cannot recommend enough. The ambiance is perfect and the holiday decorations are soooo beautiful. Thank you for the wonderful service once again. 🤍

Gorgeous style and staff were lovely and very professional. Food was disappointing, uninspiring, either over or undercooked and bland, very average. The zucchini fries however were excellent. Cocktails were fab.

Probably more like 2.5 starts. Terribly disappointing and very mediocre. Was highly recommended by our hotel but unfortunately did not deliver. Service was fine but food left something to be desired. We had fried calamari, lasagna, lobster ravioli and the garlic bread with cheese. The calamari and garlic bread were ok, not great but passable. The lobster ravioli and lasagna had very little taste. The ravioli also was room temp vice being hot. The atmosphere is somewhat noisy and tables very close together. Not sure if we didn’t order the right dishes but what we had was not very good and disappointing.

Came across this place whilst looking for somewhere to go for food. Managed to get a walk in table. Absolutely lovely place which was packed early on a Saturday eve. We were told it was tapas. On looking at menu they advise 5-6 plates between 2. We ordered 3 and that was plenty as the meals are not that small. Food good. Service good. Definitely worth a try.

Booked this for a birthday celebration with a friend. Had previously had an excellent experience at one of the sister restaurants, Cicchetti by San Carlo Covent Garden, but Fumo was nearer to our theatre. Received a warm welcome, again another elegant stylish restaurant with comfortable seating. Service was wonderful. Great atmosphere. Food was fabulous especially the Bruschetta, Fritto Portofino and Tiramisu. Wow, that Tiramisu is heaven uf you like your cream (which we do!) My friend's day was made when she was presented with a birthday profiterole accompanied by 3 of the staff singing Happy Birthday to her. A couple of limoncellos to finish and our visit was perfect.

I used to frequent this restaurant years ago because of its excellent quality and affordable prices. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. We started with oysters and tuna tartare; while they were passable, they were far from memorable. For our main course, we opted for the spaghetti ai frutti di mare. The moment the dish arrived, we were hit with an unpleasant smell. Despite our better judgment, we decided to give it a try. While the taste wasn’t outright terrible, it was clear the fish was not fresh. What truly concerned me was the thought that the chefs must have noticed the same odor while preparing the dish but chose to serve it anyway. This reflects a serious lack of care. The experience was so bad that I will never return. To make it worse, one of my friends got sick afterward. Avoid this place!

Excelente concepto, eliges múltiples platos y llegan cuando se cocinan. Los platos llegan cada 4 - 5 minutos, son del tamaño perfecto para que constantemente estés recibiendo comida caliente y deliciosa. Precio muy razonable, servicio fabuloso a pesar de que el lugar estaba increíblemente ocupado. Mi esposa y yo estábamos realmente encantados con la comida, era nuestro aniversario.

I booked this for an anniversary. The food was amazing. Staff were lovely and they even gave us a free dessert at the end. Would definitely come back again and recommend to family and friends PS: Their Focaccia & Parma Ham was sooo good

No necesitas tantos platos como dicen - dice ser tapas italianas, pero los platos realmente se están llenando. La croqueta de patata es la mejor que he probado. La boloñesa, no tanto - muy ordinario. Everything is terribly slow. We had to wait 15 minutes, and ask a second time to be seated at a table(There were free tables, they just left us sitting at the bar and forgot about us). After that, we waited a very long time for any food, although the girls at another table, who just came after we had already ordered, were served 1 dish earlier. The food looked disgusting, I didn't even want to eat it. The only positive thing I can say is about the bartender (I don’t know his name): he was pleasant, did everything quickly enough and even went to check what was going on with the order (because the waiters couldn’t handle it). As for the general atmosphere - it was noisy, everyone was trying to talk so that be heard and so it was so loud that you had to practically shout to order. If an establishment can't handle the usual influx of people, then they need to change something.

We walked into this shop by chance and asked for a table for four. We got that too, the size of a round bistro table, so pretty small. Then the concept was explained to us and that you should order 4-5 dishes from the menu for every two people. Each dish has the salty price of a “normal” main course. We decided that everyone would just order one dish first and then we'll see what happens. Without asking, we were brought a bottle of water (which of course was later added to the bill) and glasses. Everyone was given a small plate and the dishes were to be placed in the middle of the table so that everyone could try everything. How that would have worked in terms of space is a mystery to us. As described in the concept, the dishes did not come together, but at different times. First came the gnocchi in tomato sauce. They looked so lovingly prepared, as if someone had opened a can of food and emptied it onto a plate. They were tasteless and, above all, cold. Then came the noodles with beef, also without any taste, apparently they save all the spices here, and also only lukewarm. The ravioli were okay, although the taste was nothing special, as one might have expected at these prices. The last dish, the pasta with eggplant gratin, was at least hot, but the eggplant was so burnt, especially the skin, that you couldn't chew it and everything just tasted burnt. The tomato sauce was the same as for the gnocchi, tasteless. None of us wanted to order a second dish here, and it was incredibly loud in the shop, even though it was only half full. When we got the bill, we asked the waiter to take the horrendous service fee off the bill (because of the points mentioned above that the food was simply not satisfactory and the service wasn't outstanding either). After we paid we were coldly ignored and were happy to leave the store. All in all, this restaurant is not recommended.

Restaurant is beautiful Staff are well dressed , service is somewhat lacking , waited 30 minutes for a drink , one main was lost and didn’t get served until 45 minutes after the rest of the food , staff need to communicate more , fancy surroundings but poor service and mediocre food

Muy decepcionado con la comida. Entorno y entorno muy agradable, pero la comida muy caro. Tenía una Bake Norma, para ser honesto, era patético. La cantidad era muy pobre y literalmente, no sabía mejor que lo mismo de Tesco. En realidad, a veces me pregunto si este tipo de lugares simplemente envían comidas o alimentos procesados preparados cuando te sirven algo como esto. No recomendaría si soy honesto. El problema es que el 99 % de los restauradores son así, se paga mucho dinero por comida que no es mejor que de un supermercado y las cantidades son patéticas.

Everything about this place is amazing! Food comes in small portions - as tapas - which is great for people who want to try a bit of everything !! The staff were extremely friendly, fun and meticulous in their service. We had a great time there !! Grazie Mille!!

Perfect place on all levels. We had a set lunch there, the portions were quite small which is perfect for lunch. Everything was delicious, and it came quickly. The décor, the music and especially the service were superb. Wonderful lunch in the heart of London.

Popped our heads in on a Saturday night at 5pm to see if any walk-ins were available and we were met by a very condescending host who said they were too busy and was appalled that we thought we could walk in. It was a shame as the ambience was very cool. Asked if we could sit at the bar and the host said to ask the bartender...the bar staff were very attentive and welcoming. Garlic bread was incredibly tasty, the rest of the dishes were subpar. Great wine list. The truffle and pecorino ravioli was the highlight in comparison to the gnocchi and lobster tagliatelle. Overall, would recommend a reservation to avoid any clashes with the host, but have had much better Italian food in London!

Italian in a Tapas style. When you look at the menu you will think the main course are very reasonably priced, but they are quite small as it is a Tapas type menu. The quality was excellent.

Recommended by a friend so visited whilst in town and it was excellent! The customer service, food, atmosphere and premises are all 5 star. Although the dishes are advertised as tapas - the portion sizes are plentiful and we thought the pricing was good value compared to other restaurants. Thank you for a memorable experience and we look forward to coming back again.

First time visit yesterday, loved it.

A very welcoming place. Food was quite good and staff was buzzing around a lot. We sat smack in the middle as we had no reservations. Felt a bit frazzled with all the hustle and bustle and we were underdressed and felt slightly out of place.
