Honestly super good the prices are super affordable

The food is delicious but the hostess is terrible and made for an unpleasant atmosphere which is a shame. She was really annoying and condescending for no reason. I definitely recommend anyone who wants to eat well but also be treated well (by the hostess) not to go here.

Good pasta, quick waiting time and overall pleasant experience the only thing I would say is that the tables are quite close together and getting in was. Abut of a squeeze. But the food was lovely !

Dear Bella Italia Customer Service, I’m writing to share my disappointment with the service during my recent visit. There was no staff to greet guests, leaving multiple groups waiting while being told to “wait 2-5 minutes” as the manager and another staff member unloaded a drink delivery. Every single guest arrival was ignored throughout our visit, and this continued until we left. Once seated, it took 20 minutes to receive two coffees and a cake. The male waiter was polite and hardworking, but he was clearly overwhelmed. He had to greet guests, take and deliver orders, and even make cocktails and coffees on his own, as no other staff were present on the floor to assist him. The lack of organization, staffing, and support severely impacted the experience. I hope these issues are addressed to ensure better service in the future. Kind regards

This is close to the theatres in Shaftesbury Avenue and a short walk from Charing Cross station. The waitress immediately asks if I have any allergies or intolerances. The restaurant is clean, and the staff are polite and courteous. The staff give you time to choose your meal and drink. And there is so much to choose from including tradittional pizzas. I ordered Pollo Funghi which is mushroom and chicken with pasta. It was hot and tasty and would recommend it, if you hadn't tried it before. I finished with one of favourites sticky toffee pudding which came with a scoop of ice cream. The price for the meal and some drinks was reasonable. I definitely would visit again if in that part of theatre land.

Food and drink were excellent and staff were amazing. I booked the table from the app on my phone while on the coach from Norwich to London to see a Show. We had limited time for the meal but we had no problem eating our main course and drinking two bottles of wine between 5 of us before we left in good time for the show at 2.30 and we only arrived at the restaurant at 1.30. Absolutely 💯 brilliant and delicious. Thank you 🙏🏻

I try Shaftesbury branch today evening. The taste of food was amazing and much more better and fresher than others Bella Italias I have ever tried. Victoria served us and she was very approachable and friendly. I will head again to this branch in near future.

Rude service to the max. They kept us waiting for 15 minutes at the entrance, with 5 empty tables. Even her colleague at the bar asked if they wouldn't seat us and told her there was no rush. Finally, we left. They don't feel like working.

Good pizzas at quite affordable prices in Soho!! One of the best gluten-free brownies I have ever tasted!!!

We came to this Bella italia before watching a theatre in the evening, the food was fantastic, and the servers were really accommodating. It was lovely to sit and watch the world go by from a booth near the window!! Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Staff were great! two of the party of three had food restrictions, which was safely explained what each person could eat. Great food and service.

Without more, look for the mozzarella in the pomodoro mozzarella :(

Food service was very quick and the server was very attentive. Food was really nice. Was quiet when we went in but started to get busier around 1730. There are more tables round back but if you're going before a show maybe book a table, especially if in a group larger than 4

We ordered a pizza and a pasta, it was 1 hour late… Fully cold, very tiny portions. The flavors were not bad but i wont try this restaurant again.

Good prices to be in central London, the portions are good and they have different an options in the menu, I try the lasagna and was really tasty I recommend. Is a good place with good prices so give it a try

Staff member Victoria was attentive, polite, and also very patient while dealing with some critical customers on the next table. Sadly one of our desired dishes wasn’t available, but Victoria recommended a good alternative.

We were there for dinner on a Wednesday evening. We had by far the best meal there during our six-day stay in London. The service was first class. We can only recommend it.

Quite busy and we didn't have a table booked. We were seated as long as we were finished within the hour. Both had Mushroom al Forno starter and Lasagne main, which were delicious. Got really busy by the time we were leaving. Great staff, thank you for giving us a table.

The place we went to for dinner was a nice calzone pizza with burgers and vegetables in a closed half-moon shaped flatbread or flatbread style. I can recommend it for vegetarians or those who do not want to eat pork, because their chicken pizza had bacon. Since the BBQ chicken pizza we ordered had pork, we had to pay for it before eating it. Why add pork to a chicken product? Vegetarian pizza is also nice, the beer is an ordinary 660cc beer.

We were very disappointed with our visit. A new waiter took our order. My son specified he wanted an alcohol free beer. When we had finished our meal my son said he felt odd. When checking the bill they had given him alcohol, this was absolutely disgusting and we complained as he had to drive home to Bristol and had been served 2 alcoholic beers instead of alcohol free. My other son spoke to the waiter concerned and then to the manager. Even though the waiter apologised this was not good enough and the damage was done. My son has to wait several hours before he could drive home. Also we found it disappointing there was no disabled toilets and the main toilets were down a steep flight of steps. My Mother in law struggled as she has hip issues.

I went to this place, just to eat Italian dishes. Of course I ordered a pizza, which despite having waited more than 30 minutes, arrived something that looked like everything but a pizza. It was very flat, crispy, hard and looked like one of those frozen pizzas, practically an insult to the Italian cuisine. One tip, instead of writing Italian cuisine, write cuisine that would like to copy the Italian one, since there was only background music.

This chain restaurant is ideally situated on a street near Soho, directly facing Chinatown, which makes it a highly convenient spot. The food quality is impressive, and their pizza stands out with a delightful twist—topped with baked pasta, creating a unique and flavorful experience. However, I found the drinks and desserts to be rather average. I look forward to returning to explore other offerings on their menu.

If your a celiac or hate gluten this is the place to be !!! Eating here has made me feel so safe , they take good care of you and they have a separate oven for the pizza as well as gluten free starters and pastas!! Special thanks to Grzegorz !! For the incredible service

We went to eat at this restaurant today, and it was good, I recommend the pasta carbonara and the meatballs with tomato. Very fast, and a very cozy place. We will return!

My partner and I visited here on 27th October and both the food and service were excellent. Alexandra hosted us and she was excellent from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The cookie dough is easily one of the best tasting cookie doughs I have ever had, we regularly visit desert shops and this tops all of them. Thank you. Will definitely be visiting again
