Worst meal ever!!! The sea bass was like a slip of leather with undercooked potatoes and the chicken on the Caesar Salad was dry and tough as old boots. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. We won't be back!!!!

Was very busy and was one waitress trying so hard! Food was good and came out quickly considering! Love the taste card offer too!

We went to dinner with low expectations and the truth? Both Alexandra and the food were incredibly fantastic. He made our dinner a beautiful evening, without a doubt we will be here for a short time but we would love to repeat. The service was 10, the food was splendid, I highly recommend the garlic bread with onion, it pleasantly surprised us. It is a pleasure to go to a place and be greeted with a smile, and be attentive to you even when there is some commotion. Very cozy place. We loved it. We will be back soon for sure!!

The pizza is fine, several choices. I tested vegetarian’s pizza and enjoyed it. The bread is light and well cooked, vegetables are fresh. Prices are reasonable for London center.

Our food was so good! Especially the bbq chicken pizza, as well as the mocktails and wine. Everything was clean, the ambience was great and our server Alexandra was nice and came to our table a few times to see that everything was great! We were really happy with our service.

My friend and I had lunch at this restaurant today and Victoria served us, with her excellent service she created comfort and coziness for us and a wonderful mood. I advise everyone to visit this cafe!

It was Bella Italia. Food is what it is but the service definitely wasn't with a smile! It was noisy and very cramped, definitely not the best Bella Italia we have been too!!

We hopped out of an Uber right in front of this restaurant. The menu was appealing, the ambiance charming, and the prices were very reasonable. The service was fast and friendly, but the highlight was the food—it was truly outstanding. We ordered pizza, pasta, and risotto, and each dish was fantastic. During my stay in London, we dined at far more expensive restaurants, but I can honestly say that this evening was my favorite of the past few days. One more thing that stood out: we saw the staff (I believe it was the owner) give food to a homeless girl, who hadn’t asked for anything or bothered anyone. It was a small moment that made the world feel right to me. In summary: excellent food, fair prices, and people with heart. It doesn’t get better than that, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Wiktoria was a real babe when it came to the service

We received exceptional service from our waitress Wiktoria at Bella Italia in London today. She was very professional yet welcoming and considerate. She was able to get us a table with space for our baby's pram and even asked if we wanted the music to be lower once she recognised our baby was sleeping. She also checked in to ensure we enjoyed our meals. We would recommend this restaurant and also Wiktoria as a waitress. Thanks so much for the excellent service!

I recently dined at Bella Italia chinatown, and I have to say, the food and drinks were absolutely exceptional. Every dish was bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. The cocktails were equally impressive, with a great balance of taste and creativity. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the outstanding customer service provided by Sylvia. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Sylvia's warm and professional demeanor truly enhanced our dining experience. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning, thanks to Sylvia’s excellent service!

Mixed feelings. The food was good (not authentic Italian, but I didn’t expect that from a chain like this), service slow but ok. The waitresses were attentive when they could be, but clearly under staffed. Also, I was surprised at the huge 15% service fee. I always tip, but cmon let me decide what the service is worth myself. That is enough to make me not recommend, I’m afraid.

Excellent, we enjoyed ourselves in this Italian restaurant in the heart of London, at the gates of Chinatown. Very reasonable price for very good sized pizzas. The only detail to review is the waiter who is not at all smiling, but this does not affect the efficiency of the service.

I chose the starter + main course menu and I simply fell in love. Entrée with mushrooms extremely tasty. Main course carbonada super well served, I almost couldn't eat it. Beautiful and cozy atmosphere. The attendant was super attentive and friendly.

Food was fantastic, but servers were quite slow in this restaurant due to only having two servers and one table porter. Particularly at a restaurant near all the theatres where people have a fast turn around for theatre matinees. Seems like they could do with some more help.

Floor (12 years): Really worth a visit. Close to Picadilly circus, but not too busy atmosphere. We had a very nice meal there. We liked it so much that we went for dinner again the next day.

Good food, good discount, I understand is cheap but the service doesn't match. Maybe that's why I received discount. The manager attitude wasn't professional. She can improve her service too. The youngest waitress deserves 5*:) I work as events supervisor in a 5* stars hotel and I know how is to work in a restaurant, isn't easy but is not professional to show attitude to the clients as long they are paying. P. S. I didn't know about the discount before the day.

They didn't serve us well at all, a man with glasses was quite unfriendly, the food was average on the verge of being bad, the risotto, cooked rice with peas, inedible, the price "through the roof", and the final surprise, they put the " obligatory tip"...we won't be back...
