Honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The pasta was completely inedible – no flavor, poor texture, and just not something you'd expect to be served at a restaurant. On top of that, the service was shockingly bad. Staff were rude and inattentive, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. After waiting so long for the food, I was genuinely frustrated that this was what I ended up with. Definitely not coming back. Save yourself the disappointment – this place is all hype with no substance.

I always enjoy my coconut mocha when at Westfield London. Tabassumk & Gabriela are very friendly and always go the extra mile to put a smile on your face which adds to the Caffé Concerto experience. Great coffee, great range and choice of desserts as well as flawless customer service. Big thank you and thumbs up from me.

I love a San Carlos business lunch. l've not been here for a long time and so pleased we agreed to meet here today. It's always been an odd location but it's a lovely place, interior fantastic, great food as always with San Carlos, lovely wine, attentive staff, perfect.

Table booked 7pm on a Friday evening, completely empty, ordered drinks got lime in my tonic instead of lemon, 1st whiskey ordered from menu not available. Tried to order a soup ( on website menu ) not available, skipped starters ordered mains. Ravioli was a solid block of raviolis, pasta was thick and as tough as leather, inedible, drank the sauce which was nice. partner ordered a bowl of pasta which was flavouless apart from parmesan, and a bowl of chips only taste was pepper and parmisan, Asked for the bill, nobody questioned why the food wasn't eaten, or if it was ok, apart from drinks paid £50 for the worst meal we've ever been served. Absolute disaster, went to a nearby excellent bar for cocktails and sushi, just don't go to Little Italy to eat

Appalling attitude to customers. We went as part of my niece's 40th birthday celebration. The main member of staff dealing with us couldn't take our order initially, then got itmuddled and blamed us. We wre overcharged, having ordered the prosecco afternoon tea for four of us, by being charged separately for the prosecco. The waiter spilt one glass over a guest's lap, phone and bag, and barely apologised. His senior, who had taken our order, was scarcely interested, and then argued with us about his error in our order. I would have expected an apology and the removal of the service charge at least, but instead, we were overcharged. I didn't want to spoil the day, so complained later by email to customer service. Not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement. I have been to several branches of Cafe Concerto. They never fail to disappoint, one way or another. Service is usually off hand, and the food is mediocre. I wonder bothering again.

Me sorprende ver tantas críticas negativas. Por supuesto, visitamos el pasado mes de abril y ahora estoy poniéndome al día con las críticas, pero por lo que recuerdo, tuvimos una experiencia positiva en general. Volvería la próxima vez que estemos en Londres.
