Poor quality scones not home made , one of my scones had only one raisin in the whole thing. Expensive and not worth it for two scones, a piece of cake, a piece of flat bread two cokes and a glass of wine £46. Had the food been excellent quality I would’ve been happy but it wasn’t it was very mediocre. Better off going to John Lewis’s in the café upstairs. One piece of cake arrive d Five minutes later the drinks then another 8 mins before the scones and flatbread arrived. They tasted like they had been heated in the microwave. Very poor quality will not be returning there.

I am always going to caffe concerto knightsbridge but today i thought to give a chance to westfield one. When we arrived the shop was very busy and for some reasons the back sections was closed. I went to check any hidden table because i had a busines meeting and when i entered brunette girl i think her name was Fjorela told us that the back sections is booked and she offered us another table in the couch that was quite comfortable. She bring us the menu and was very nice of her to give us some suggestions about the food. We ordered drinks and starters and after 10-15 min another guy came to take the order. He was very nice as well. When the food came it was way to cold inside, the chicken was raw and barely cooked. When she came to check our table we explained everything and she offered to cook some other dishes for us but we were late for the show so we had to go. The ambience in here is 10/10 the service 10/10 but the food it was not what i was expecting. A bit disappointed as the one in knightsbridge is delicious. Just wanted to give this as an advice to double check with the chefs as they can not give the chicken without proper cooking as this can led to stomach problem!!

Staff so friendly fjorela is als very friendly and gave us the latte for free this Caffe is so fancy it is very clean every one stop putting bad reviews there's no point

Worst Black Forest cake I have ever had, I’m better of going Sainsbury’s and buying a frozen Black Forest cake which is half the price and tastes 10x better.

This place was extremely overpriced, they charged £4.95 for a tea bag and hot water, they didn’t serve us until 20 minutes had passed and it wasn’t even busy, the cakes are nothing special but nearly £10 a slice. Extremely pretentious and they get most their business from people who just need somewhere to sit down.

As you all not know caffe concerto is my favourite patisserie, but today I had an exceptional experience, smiling staff, friendly, professional, respectful. Daniela, professional and friendly Zeel , smiling, great staff member Mayuri, was so lovely , helpful and very professional I had the best experience in love with Westfield White City.

Great service, very attentive staff. Will visit again.

I was there this afternoon and I saw one of the managers shout at the workers, the environment is very toxic it put me off coming back again, she was wearing a pink shirt I think her name is Daniele, won’t be coming back here, it’s a shame because I really like their food, management should be better…

Visited The Village Cafe Concerto in Westfield Shepherds Bush. Very nice ambience. The staff were very efficient and professional. I had the veggie burger (halloumi) which was excellent. My niece had the chicken and mushroom risotto which she loved, and my sister enjoyed her spaghetti carbonara. The Golden Latte was superb.

Had an amazing experience dining here with my friends. The desert selection was brilliant probably the best ive seen in london. The manager Faiq was very kind and hospitable and he helped us find good seating and his recommendations were spot on. Will definitely visit again!

Great Service from the Manager incharge Mr. Mehedi. First didnt like the coffee and then he offered me another one and it was great. Recommended for Mehedi's Coffee.

The place is well decorated But Understaffed there was only two lovely people waiting on the customers in all the Caffee which was inconvenient, also it is overpriced a chicken avocado sandwich is 16 GBP if you add the soft drink and service charge it would measure up to the prices of 5 star Hotel in Mayfair or knights bridge .

Food OK but service was abysmal. The lady who served was damned right rude, if you don’t like your job find another one - preferably not in customer service - but don’t take your terrible attitude out on the people you are serving.

Despite ice cream tastes good, We got a bad service from Faiq who didn't advise us as customers of no having cones availability after taken the order. Definetly he ignored the suggestion of his colleague to grab new cones available in the opposite side of the ice cream bench giving us a cup instead.

Far too overpriced even though food was of high quality. Fantastic variety of dishes to choose from! 👍 something for everyone here…but at a price! ££! Ordered the pesto gnocchi which was delicious. A few years ago, ordered the chicken escalope on spaghetti which was also delicious. So overall, excellent quality food Value for money…absolutely not! Far too overpriced. I.e. £22.95 for a dish of pesto gnocchi😱….you can get better quality of this same dish and premium service with possibly a few condiments in a restaurant far more upscale than this. Service was ok…little bit of impatience and attitude from the waiter when querying which branch does pastas…I.e.the grand cafe concerto or cafe concerto. (Cafe concerto does sandwiches, take aways and deserts) Atmosphere was good. Weren’t asked too many times whether everything was ok with the food. Pleasant atmosphere overall.

Though the food was great and marketed as a halal restaurant chain we were surprised to see a wine recommendation on each and every dish. Kind of defeated the purpose altogether. Essentially they promote the bar. Was on the expensive side.

worst milkshake I've ever had. Soft density like water and extremely artificial flavor and the price is very high for the poor quality.

It was my first experience at this branch of the cafe and it was better than what i expected the taste was quite good as usual but the most important thing was the service, there was a guy named Faiq he was a Pakistani guy and was super professional super friendly he knows how to do his stuff i am actually pretty impressed by that.

My experience was so amazingg, when I went I was served by Faiq there, he's the sweetest employee he had such a great customer service, and the food was absolutely amazing. I would love to come here again <3

We went for a family lunch last Saturday. The lamb shank is soo good. The lamb is tender! The staff are friendly especially Aravind. The portion is generous. The ambiance is beautiful. What else you ask for? Nothing! They made our day!!! Highly recommended

Ashraf was an amazing server despite me coming up three times for amazing macaroons.

I’ve been there today with my friend, fancy a cocktail. I had Pina Colada and my friend had the Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri both was delicious, my cocktail was a bit too strong for me(I don’t drink alcohol too often) and I was telling my friend about that. A man (manger or owner) who stood next to us heard my conversation with my friend and he gone to the bar and ask the staff to do me an other one, wich one I’ve refused, explain that probably is me, because I don’t drink alcohol too often. I really appreciate that they was happy to do me a new one. The cakes look really good and the cocktails really good!

Staff are not taking seriously their customer. Serve cold coffee for customers. If you spend too much money, they ll serve nicely, otherwise they ll serve coffee in takeaway cup even if you want to eat there.
