Cafe Concerto in City of London, Westminster

I always enjoy my coconut mocha when at Westfield London. Tabassumk & Gabriela are very friendly and always go the extra mile to put a smile on your face which adds to the Caffé Concerto experience. Great coffee, great range and choice of desserts as well as flawless customer service. Big thank you and thumbs up from me.

Customer service horrendous you can tell they don't want to work no wonder it's closing down the food is lovally only and would actually taste better if they actually dealt with care. It's a shame I can't even upload the picture. I've noticed the difference between the taste and quality of food how it varies depending on the staff they have another one inside westfield on the village side and the staff there are sooo lovely and helpful. You want respect please learn to give if customer service ain't for you don't get into it and ruin other people's day and food. They should really consider hiring people with good work ethic

I called customer service to order cake for my partner's birthday. I was given the assurance of the collection date. When I came to collect my cake is not there. I waited more than an hour to deliver the cake. Point is, the customer service messed up my order . I realized that she put it in a different date. I waited there with my partner and my 2 year old which is not easy. The whole thing gave us problems and somehow ruined the whole day that I planned for my partner's birthday. We got the cake after the long wait but to be honest I dont care about the cake anymore. The whole day birthday was just ruined. Customer service should realize that cake is not just a cake but it is something special and if it gets messed up can make a big difference. Please know that as I am writing this I have tears in my eyes. That is how special this day is supposedly for me.

The moment you reach the till and ready to order the staff tells you to go to the end of the queue and wait for all other customers to choose cake. Very strangely organised and you wait forever to be served

A discretionary service charge was added without my permission or prior notice on several occasions. The staff explained that the additional charge was due to the system offering more options than those listed on the menu, which caused confusion regarding the amount on the receipt. They were not honest with customers. Make sure to check your bill when dining or ordering takeaways at this place.

Great service and Zeel’s coffee is the best!

Kirat was very pleasant . She was stationed at the coffee machine but she saw me waiting to be served as her colleague,at the serving point, was busy with another customer . She then promptly made eye contact and approached me . I said hi and knowing already what I wanted Kirat took te initiative to serve me which I found to be a great a pro-active decision. Kirat is a good asset to your team showing she understands the value of team work.

I ordered birthday cake that costs £139.95 and on the day the cake was extremely dry as if it was on a shelf for a month. It ruined my 8yr olds birthday . Called them to complain and ask for a refund they told me to email them and I did but no response, so disappointed! Here to edit my review, they finally responded to my email and offered to replace the cake even though the birthday has passed and I prefer the refund, better than nothing.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is terrible! It looks beautiful but there is no taste. Coconut ice cream tastes like nothing, mango tastes like watered down mango and watermelon I have no words. Mille Feuille was hard and the layers were soggy rather than crunchy. Macarons did not go according to their flavours: passion fruit does not taste, vanilla is plain and strawberry tastes like vanilla 🤦🏻‍♀️ honestly SUPER disappointed, also for the price! Do not get pulled in by the look!

The drinks are really good but the service - really poor. We asked Sadika and her colleague if they do Hugo and Aperol Spritz they said no , we had to show them that they have on the menu after they said yes we can do. 😐

Few days ago me and my friend visited there restaurant. I’m satisfied with their service . I vividly remember employee who’s name is Mehed he is so kind and well behaved with us .

We were waiting in the queue a moment ago with three of my small children, and (İ think) the staff manager, who had a name tag whch wrote MEHEDİ on it pointed his finger at us and said to the man on the till to 'not serve to us as they were closing.' İ was incredibly disappointed, and İ dont recommend it to anyone. The worst customer service ive seen in a long time.

I was waiting long time to the table (16/02/2025 for the staff to take my order and they ignored us ,me and my little daughter, so I have to leave this place,not happy with the service customer,never come back.

Go if you want to be treated terribly - no signs up about which way to queue but you will be rudely told that you have queued in the wrong direction despite staff obviously seeing you waiting patiently Believe it or not, this happened twice in the same visit as there are multiple tills but apparently you should just know which one they want you to wait at. I have never walked away before but after being treated so horribly I genuinely didn’t want to eat here any longer Will never go back!

We were served by Madhu babu Gonuguntla. He is so friendly. We had some deserts like Honey cake, Pancakes, Tiramisu with glass of red wine and other cocktails. The cakes were delicious and highly recommended. Would appreciate and thank the staff for amazing hospitality. Atleast ambience is so pleasant.

It's always superb and that's how I learnt Medehi's name. ● He's always cheerful; will always have a useful & entertaining bit of conversation to have when ur buying ur coffee; and the Staff genuinely seem to like Medehi. (I can see why.) ● There's another girl who makes good coffee for me. 'Samira'? 'Sahema'? ● But 1st time still goes to Medehi. ● To the point I immediately knew when he was on holiday a few weeks ago. I missed him...(& his coffee)...and had one of his coffee's as a celebration when he came back.

Looks lovely from outside and it was a freezing cold day so our party of 4 thought we would have a nice afternoon tea. Firstly they don't offer vegan afternoon tea so we had to make do. The very grumpy waitress refused to close the glass door so we were sat in a draft the entire stay. The coffee is expensive but they use a cheap mix of robusta and Arabica which was quite bitter. The only vegan pastry was a nice looking pistachio cake but when it arrived we couldn't eat it. It tasted of pure chemical colouring and was obviously stale. Not a nice experience at all.

Had an amazing experience with a group of 8 for afternoon tea here. Our server was Enam and he was very attentive and helpful. We would definitely come back again to try some of their savoury options

"A Perfect Blend of Hospitality" I recently attended the Cake Slices coffee concert, and it was absolutely delightful! The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, with SUMAIYA .....and Sadika standing out for her warm and welcoming nature. She went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable. The cake slices were scrumptious and paired beautifully with the coffee. This event was a true highlight, and I can't wait for the next one!

I was disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding additional charges. A “discretionary service charge” was added to my bill without prior notification or consent, and this has happened multiple times. When questioned, the staff provided vague explanations about “system changes” and, unfortunately, were dishonest with customers. I hope the company improves its communication and ensures clear and accurate pricing for customers in the future.
