We had a lovely evening a At vapianos for my mother’s birthday. Staff were lovely and helpful and made sure that our requests were dealt with. Especially Norman, Norman was great, fast service, very helpful and polite, and we were very happy with his service overall

It was kind of weird because it looks fancy has good reviews and has a nice atmosphere but the food was bland and tasteless for the price I guess it’s ok but the pastas sauce had no taste which is so hard to do the permesean on top disguises it but it was just too plain.

So slowly I being waiting more than 30 minutes for only a plate of pasta.

Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy my meal here, carbonara was extremely heavy and fat, too much pastas compared to the about if sauce. The service was nice Momo was really friendly and nice.

The food was not as good as it use to be. The pasta was stuck together. It came late don't know if it was it was sitting the for too long or overcooked. The pizza was good. I think they were understaffed that day. Use to be better. But my waiter was nice she tried.

Afsar was very helpful with our order today, plus he managed to get our order very quickly.

Vapiano is always a good place to go for us when we are traveling (even in different countries), as we have always been able to rely on consistent quality. Unfortunately, this location proved us wrong. Here is just the name, ambience and drinks Vapiano like. The menu and food are not at Vapiano level at all. For example, I can do the pasta dish better at home. It's nothing special. If you really want to go to Vapiano, then I can't recommend this location.

We were disappointed that this Vapiano had a very very tiny menu if you compare that to other Vapiano’s (in London) and the quality of the food was not good at all.

Back then the quality and experience was amazing, but now The pasta isn't as nice, the sauce all dried up. Before you can get the option to add extra sauce and free of charge. And if you wanted to pay for extra sauce, you can't do it with the qr code. You have to get up and order. They use to give completely bread too but even that you have to pay for and you only get 2 pieces. Standards has dropped, the food didn't taste the same. Maybe it may be this brunch only. Or the quality of the recipe is cheap.

Second time here for my boyfriend and I, we love it here. No fuss easy to order via your app or scan the bar code on your table. I suggest downloading the app to collect points we also got 30% off today using the app! So look out for in app discounts! (You can also order at the tills) very spacious place upstairs and downstairs! Food is good, fresh and tasty! Drinks can be over priced but pretty normal for London! I’d recommend!

We visited Great Portland St vapianos in the evening and had the BEST experience with Noman. He was super friendly, went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed & just gave us the most amazing experience me and my friend have ever had at a Vapianos branch. Staff like him should really be appreciated as it makes us customers want to return. Thankyou so much Noman!

Recently I found the standard of vapiano has gone downhill and this was the case when our food initially arrived yesterday. The pasta was dry with less sauce than usual and the specifics of the dish ordered (while placing the order) was not fulfilled. After making a staff member aware NAZZIM kindly helped us and had our pasta remade like ordered and with more sauce (like we asked) so we are grateful for his help during our visit. I still believe that the standard of vapiano had changed recently but NAZZIM helped us change that during our experience yesterday

Been on Valentine’s Day. Food awful, pasta Alfredo chicken, something like that and pasta with shrimps. The food tasted not very good, chicken was more raw than cooked. I used to go long time ago to this but the food was always exceptional, not really sure if the chefs or the menu is not suitable, but one of them definitely. Would not go ever again after my friend kissed the toilet for few hours after we left Vapiano 😂

Went for a quick catch up with friends, was seated towards the back on ground floor and was immersed in heavy smell of burnt oil without any ventilation so we asked to be reseated near the entrance for fresh air. Food was good portion size, hot and fresh we got chicken alfredo and spaghetti bolognaise. I think the amount of chicken was very little - only had 3/4 pieces in chicken alfredo. Staff were kind and helpful and the environment wasn’t too loud. Food being halal was also good!

A good variety of food, freshly made, and efficient and friendly service. Our waiter Mintu was very accommodating. When we commented on a slight problem with our main course, he went out of his way to address our comments and brought us an extra dollop of delicious Pistachio Tiramisu to make up for it. A buzzy and upbeat atmosphere and very reasonably priced food. A slight problem if you want comfy seating as there aren't many high backed chairs.
