Yes the experience was surprisingly good! At first the order was delayed for longer than usual; however, our saviour Momo came to the rescue and enquired before we even did! So thank you to everyone and especially Momo!

Noman and Afsar served us today. Very chatty and polite with good communication skills. The food was great the passionfruit lemonade not so much. Would love to come back and be served by both of them.

Comfortable space with helpful staff. My vegetable stir-fry was loaded with color and taste. I’d come back just for their signature mango smoothie.

Greeted by Dhairya who provided me with a five star service, ,really helpful and polite .He recommended me with vegetarian options on menu.The pasta dish was really good and value for money. Definitely will go back especially with hosts like Dhairya and good pasta. Highly recommended my opinion.

The worst experience I could have had, for being an "Italian" both pasta and pizza were horrible, the waiters didn't notice and to make matters worse you could only pay with a card!!

Had really good experience and service, specially by mobassir. Although had some confusion regarding BBQ chicken pizza, but mobassir solved it quickly and much better than manager who was bit rude. Mobassir should be the Manager!

If you're a big fan of Italian food, then this is the place for you . Tasty food, friendly staff, and a lovely environment. Highly recommended

Service and atmosphere was good. But we came to eat...so the disappointment was that despite it being fresh pasta....it was unfortunately overcooked...it stood too long on the counter ( was sitting right next to it) and the spaghetti was just all sticking together.... although flavour of the sauces ( we had three different ones) were ok...the bite sensation was appalling....we didnt finish our dishes and it is a shame that it isnt as good as it was a few years back...

My meal was pleasant and well-cooked, but unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the rest of my party. One dish had undercooked vegetables, and another order didn’t even make it to the table. The service was slow and lacked attentiveness, which was disappointing given the potential of the restaurant. There’s definitely room for improvement in both kitchen coordination and customer care.

We were allowed to choose our table ourselves and could then order food and drinks via a QR code. To order the food you need Google Pay, PayPal or a credit card, because you have to pay immediately. We found the food very tasty and the service very customer friendly. The waiter came to ask us several times if everything was to our liking and if we liked the food. I went for the first time because my friends told me so much about it, but I didn't have a good experience, the pasta wasn't good.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and I went to a table. I ordered the Bolognese with prawns and the quality was better than the south east branch. The lady who gave me the food, has the best customer service and she made sure I was satisfied. The name was Khrystyne, very helpful and responsive.

We were served by Mintu, who was exceptionally kind and attentive from the moment we arrived. He greeted us warmly and thoughtfully brought over a high chair without us even needing to ask. His attention to detail truly stood out and made our experience even more enjoyable.

The food was good as always. Although the service a bit slow. Couple before us were severed even though they came after us. Not the fault of person who served us which was Asiqur. He was good at his job and served us well. Although can’t say for the management as people were still waiting long period of time for their food from the chefs. We noticed there two chefs only and additional Chef had to come out help out and was cooking without any hair mask.

I had a great meal at Vapiano, made even better by the excellent service from Mesbah. He was a lovely and friendly gentleman who made the experience really enjoyable

I had a fantastic experience at Vapiano recently, and a big part of that was thanks to our waiter, Anisul. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. He took the time to explain the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure our dietary preferences were taken into account. What really stood out was his professionalism and calm demeanor, even when the restaurant got busier. He checked in just the right amount—never intrusive, but always available when we needed something. The food was delicious, but his excellent service made the meal even more enjoyable. A big thank you to him for making our evening so smooth and pleasant. We’ll definitely be back—and hope to be served by him again!

Paolo was so considerate and kind, really went out of his way to be so very nice. This Vapiano has improved greatly, I'm a regular at Tottenham court road, but the food was much better here. Thanks Paolo!

I used to go this vaps often and they were also on point, however I had visited this branch after some time and it was shocking the food was so so bad and when asking them anything they said you should of mention on the app when the app actually does not give you any opinion to do so after spending over £50 in there it was shocking what I received. I ordered a pasta which was so bad and so dry and when I had asked for more sauce of course I was told to mention it on the app, however they said they would add it but then did not. But the most shocking was the caesar salad!! I received what was just ice gem lettuce not cut in a bowl and when I went and told the manager he said to me that he will feed it back to the team but they are unable to cut the lettuce. I was shocked to how they could not cut the lettuce. It was big chunks of lettuce, I felt like a rabbit given a a ball of lettuce. I was shocked honestly to do not go here I could complain for ages how the food was and how they treat customer. If anything I would say the one in paddington station is far more pleasant.

Attended Vapiano for a large work team meal. Anisul and Noman were warm, welcoming and helpful with our orders and were always on hand for any problems.

We have book our table months before and we just got an email that our booking has been cancelled because of the fully capacity A WEEK BEFORE THE BOOKING! We don’t live in London, we are not there often so now we have to book a nice place with only a week advance, absolutely furious.

my day was terrible and blue and moreover I was starving(!). it was my first stressful day in london and I was confused by the amount and variety of restaurants but somehow I chose Vapiano. why? I don’t know my legs just got me here and I had no expectations. let me say that dinner here saved my day (no joke). I appreciate the way ordering process though qr is easy and clear. I’ve ordered fries, pepperoni pizza, lemonade and chocolate gelato. well, once again, I was starving😁. fries were well seasoned and balanced. I’ll be honest I didn’t expect to be pizza THAT big just for 11£. not only it was huge it also was served properly with pizza cutter and tasted *chef kiss*. dough, seasoning, all that played together lovely. and last but not least gelato was an amazing ending for meal. many thanks to Noman who served me today, it was a pleasure to communicate with him, and lots of love to chefs. quality exceeds price. recommend from the bottom of my heart
