Lo que te hace preguntarte cuánto tiempo llevan los ingredientes en la cocina. Te hace pensar en esos programas de pesadilla de cocina donde la parte trasera de la nevera no se ha limpiado en meses. También había un olor extraño en el lugar. Fuimos el sábado pasado por la tarde, así que ni siquiera estaba tan ocupado. Cuando nos quejamos el camarero fue grosero y nos ignoró. ¡Sin sentido de servicio al cliente! Francamente, alguien debería llamar a la agencia de normas alimentarias ya que estos chicos tienen un problema serio.

pizza wasn’t cut, didn’t get the drink i ordered and it wasn’t the drivers fault as he said the restaurant didn’t give it to him

i ordered 3 (50% ) pizza promo but the quality of food is not met.. the bread is dry..pizza toppings are dry..i felt like im eating just bread..the taste is bland..i know its from promotion but atleast would still be tasty..bread( dough) is chewy.. very disappointed

Delivery was great. The pizza was horrible… big, thick pillowy thing. Chewy bread. The topping got lost in it. Could go to Dominoes for that. Express used to be good thin crispy pizzas… now they are like all the others.

Went for a casual dinner for 8 people on a Saturday night. Pizza Express food is consistently tasty and this was no exception. What stood out was the service; Christina was the best server we’ve had in quite some time (and we go out frequently). The restaurant atmosphere is good too. Would go back again.

This is my usual pizza express and it’s great. Bedrije was our server and she was lovely! Service is always great and so is the food.

A really nice and cozy restaurant with a good service. We visited during the lunch time, but luckily it wasn't very busy and our food came in switftly. Both pizzas and chicken parmigianas were tasty as well as desserts. A very pleasant experience overall, definitely worth recommending.

Scam. They said restaurant was fully booked when it was empty and they even didn’t let people to join a waitlist to see if someone cancels. Poor customer service

Big pizza express fan, restaurant says it closes at 10:30 pm and we arrived with a booked table for 10pm. We understand if we were a walk in but the website let us book a table only to arrive there and be told they were closed. It was a late anniversary dinner and ruined our day.

We love coming to Pizza Express here, it is the one local to us and its always a warm environment. Special thanks to Shehrije who particularly who was simply the best to dine with yesterday. She was so nice and friendly and provided great service!

This is a lovely spot that has now become my go-to place since I live just up the road. I visited years ago and had a bad experience with the staff, but it seems like there are new faces now, and the service has improved significantly. The atmosphere is great—though it can be a bit noisy on days when there are screaming kids and their parents who don’t seem to care. That aside, the food is absolutely delicious! The Romano pizzas are a must; it’s all we order now. The staff are so friendly and attentive. One time, my pizza wasn’t quite right, and Pradniya immediately fixed it. Ever since, she always ensures it’s perfect when we visit. Thank you Pradniya. To top it off, the honeycomb slice with vanilla ice cream is a must-try—absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this place! I would also like to also mention the attentive and 10/10 service from the lovely Joseph. Thank you.

My Gran and one of her friends went to pizza express with me (3 of us all together )and my grand didn't get her food for ages because they forgot about it and didn't make it till we had nearly finished ours. As well as that she had ordered the mac and cheese but you could not taste any cheese , it just tasted like plain old pasta. The service was terrible and the only good food was pizzas nothing else . Also the waitress told us we were entitled to a free pizza for a child, but afterwards we were told it was only from the Kids menu which she hadn't informed us about. It was on Abby road

We’ve been to this location before as we live nearby and it’s been fine, but today the service was shocking :-( We showed up for ‘National Pizza Day’ all in black & white stripes to take advantage of the offer of a free pizza for dressing up, and when we arrived the host asked how many of us would be having pizzas and I told her the number so she gave us token cards. When our server took our order, I thought it was clear to her take we were dressed up to receive pizza and there were token cards on the table, but an hour passed and when we asked her how much longer the pizza would be, she told us we never ordered them. This was frustrating as people all around us who came after us were eating and leaving before we even got food, with 2 kids sitting there hungry and no common sense used by our server or basic courtesy to check on us :-( We’d ordered 2 sodas and a kids juice, some dough balls and 1 order of chicken parmigiana and that came to £40 which feels overpriced for what we got…..not sure this place is good value sadly.

Had my daughters 4th Birthday here, with a party of 15. We had such a nice experience, the service was really good, they were very helpful and accommodating. The atmosphere was lovely and very family centred, made us feel really comfortable since we were such a large group with lots of children. Everyone sang happy birthday to my daughter. Everything was done with a smile great customer service. Thank you for making a special day even more special and less stressful.

We came as a family and enjoyed the delicious pizzas, good wine and wonderful atmosphere. John was very helpful and pleasant. We hope to return.

Very good food and at a very good price. The place is nice and the waiters are friendly and polite, plus one of them spoke Spanish so it was much easier for us.

Pizza Express in St. Jon's Wood was amazing . Staff welcoming, helpful, and took our order timely. The food fulfilled our expectations and was delicious, and the atmosphere deserves 10 stars 🌟

Not a very good experience at all, we waited at least 20 minutes to be waited on and then took a further 20 minutes for the food to arrive (it wasn’t busy at all) and the food was burnt and to top it off, another table next to us took them at least 30 minutes plus for them to clean it. I would only recommend the dough balls and the soft drinks, the only good outcome of my experience. I will not be returning!!

Me and my wife often visit this pizza express as we enjoy the food and the atmosphere. The last two times we have been served by Karina who is a very lovely and helpful waitress who complements our experience.

Nice, cosy local branch. Hidden away and mainly attracts local residents. Nice branch. I went for a very early dinner on a Tuesday evening when it was not too busy. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Service was efficient. Clean. They currently have the 50% off pizza offer which was very worthwhile. I had a plain and simple margherita. I asked for less mozzarella, I can't take too much cheese! This was perfect. Freshly made, crispy and tasty. Simple as I wanted.

Unassuming joint serving great Italian style pizzas. Excellent service and management by Akash he provided best suggestions for pizza Fresh ingredients, fast service, excellent value for money. Makes a change from all the other usual suspects in the neighborhood. Highly Recommended.

Pizza express in St. John's Wood - Abbey road is fantastic. Everything is clean, friendly staff and excellent food. Nevertheless fast service. Pawel the chef and Joe, the restaurant manager are busy though they have a few seconds for a good comment. I have eaten at this place several times and certainly recommend it.

Jacob was very friendly and efficient. He kept our drinks refilled and our food arrived promptly.

Great pizza and atmosphere with friendly customer service

There very hit and miss with the amount of topping they put on pizza never consistent today was one of those days.

a very big disappointment...an hour of waiting without any excuse in deafening noise at the beginning to finally eat bland and rubbery pizzas...the chicken parmiggiana was quite good but the pasta was overcooked (some were even burnt) and cold!!! misunderstanding of the order, no dessert for my 7 year old son...really a very bad time! I hope it’s not always like this!

What a fabulous restaurant. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the staff are amazing. So friendly and attentive and couldn't do enough for us. They made our anniversary lunch a very special occasion. We're definitely going out of our way to go there again. A rare treat in Maida Vale.

A long-time visitor to Pizza Express way back when, all sorts of options followed, relatively recently, then thought I oughta head back and see how they were now... not disappointed, reliable and nice menu and drinks menu. Often, these days certain pizza restaurants change chefs and the pizzas vary too much, floppy, firm, good toppings, too many toppings, tasteless toppings, weird combos. So, Pizza Express, given you pick a good branch like Abbey Rd., is like coming home to proper pizza. Thank you to Ashley, an excellent manager and Amelia who is looked after us (and everyone) last night. Ashley, loved the children's books idea 💡 genius. 👏🏼 Nice new manager and just as good as ever. October 2024 the app to pay is absurd, frustrating and amateur - the 4th/ 5th time it's totally failed - we've been chased down the street 'for not paying' seriously we eat here more times than our 'rewards' can imagine. We miss taxi's and trains coz it's sooo bad. Please resolve owners - a complete shambles!! Seriously and I've eaten at PE for 40yrs +

I brought my cousins from LA to this PizzaExpress for lunch and they absolutely loved it. Super friendly and attentive service, delicious pizzas (some exciting new additions to their menu) and a really nice ambience with all the greenery in their conservatory dining area. With great value for money, quality ingredients, slick service and easy parking nearby Abbey Road PizzaExpress is definitely #Winning whether you're dining solo, with friends and family (and kids) or with work colleagues. Highly recommended 10/10 - Definitely coming back again very soon and I can highly recommend their thin base Romana style pizzas - so good.

La dirección aquí no sabe lo que están haciendo. Pedido desde aquí hoy para la cena como entrega y se equivocaron en la mayoría de mi pedido - llegó frío, 20 minutos tarde y parte de la comida estaba mal cocinada. Cuando llamé al gerente era despistado, y parecía como si el personal de espera tenía que hacerse cargo - la camarera Christina que hablé por teléfono era muy servicial sin embargo. Decepcionado.

Great food but cold. Ok as it’s a pizza and can be heated up in the oven in 10 mins (always leave it in the box and put the box in the oven for 10 mins). Very good pizza. Delivery people are not that good though most of the time these days it seems….

Went to Pizza Express the other day and really enjoyed our time. The food was spot on, the dough balls are always so yummy! Service also was super quick and friendly and we really liked that the GM came to check on us. Definitely going back to this location.

Visited this branch earlier this week for the first time with my parents and really enjoyed the food. The new Buddha bowls are so filling and delicious, great for a summer lunch. We had a small issue with my dad’s wine order, but the manager in charge John sorted it straight away. Definitely would come again if back in the area.

Amazing experience when visiting. Friendly team, managed really well and felt like all the team cared about what they do. Everything clean and tidy and will be returning to this site.

Food always good from here. Unfortunately it arrived stone cold. A reheat in the oven, in its box, saved it….lucky it was a pizza. The delivery network of drivers that speak virtually no English and clearly don’t know London (or the delivery area) really let this whole system down. JustEat need to get a grip on this situation quickly as it’s got progressively worse. It’s unfair on the restaurants too.

I normally love pizza express but this restaurant takes 45 minutes to bring food. Like I am not even hungry at this point

The ambience was very nice. The location on Abbey Road is great. Unfortunately, unfortunately the food was below average. For me the pizza was a slightly better frozen pizza. The lasagna was so luscious that you could have eaten/drinked it through a straw. Also make sure that you really get the kids menu for free, as advertised on the posters. We didn't get one. If you asked the manager, you would have had to actively report the use to the service department. How weak is that request. But the manager was very nice and offered me a refund.

I will never return to this restaurant or any other pizza express chain sadly, after being left for 25 minutes with my two young children without being acknowledged or able to order drinks. When I asked whether we could get something for my two small children in terms of drinks or dough balls/snacks, the male waiter shouted at me saying that the restaurant was full which it was not, on top of this all of the waiters deliberately ignored us choosing to stare at the ground. When one of my children said excuse me can we order, the waiter dismissed her with his hand. On top of this, countless deliveroo drivers took priority over all of the in house diners. The staff need some serious retraining and understand that young children 5 and 7, need to be served promptly and within a reasonable time period. Shocking service, don’t go here or any other pizza express. There are plenty other pizza alternatives that are much better, like pizza pilgrims. Unfortunately, I had to award a star for this review but would much rather had left no stars at all.

The service was absolutely terrible. We waited for over 45 minutes for a single pizza at lunch. The staff was not welcoming and the food was quite underwhelming whilst the restaurant was overpriced and expensive to say the least. Not going back again!
