We placed online lunch order for a VIP meeting, only a half of the order was delivered, they answered was: Sorry about the confusion. For some reason when the order sheet was printed this part was missed out and we do not have this available at the moment. We will issue a refund for the missing items and my colleague will follow up with this. Unfortunately not good enough, This was the second time that we have had the same experience. We won't be using them again.

I stopped eating here years ago as the pasta is so bad, but they survived the pandemic, and I thought they may have improved their quality. Unfortunately not - think luke warm overcooked pasta, topped with hot sauce - not cooked together, nor even stirred properly, in a very tall takeaway container, meaning the pasta at the bottom has no sauce or love, topped with chunky, over salty parmesan, which will never melt given how luke warm the pasta is. All for more than £8. Still disappointing and wouldn't go again. Pasta is added to sauce and warmed through, keeping the pasta al dente. A flatter takeaway box would also help.
