El peor CARBONARA Si puedo llamarlo así, lo he tenido. Gino habla sobre cómo no se deben cambiar las recetas cuando se cocina comida italiana, pero esto es lo que sirve en sus restaurantes. También fui a Camden uno para cenar y gastamos 100. Polenta sin sal. Pizza, tarta de castañas y café estaban bien. Pero esta comida para llevar en Fleet Street definitivamente arruinó mi almuerzo. Chicken Gorgonzola se ve exactamente igual a Carbonara, nunca ha visto queso Gorgonzola con solo un par de piezas de pollo baratas. En Carbonara no hay carne, solo dos pedazos de grasa, sin huevo y pasta están literalmente nadando en la crema. Albóndigas también, sin tomate y la carne era gris. La forma de la pasta siempre es la misma, no hay forma de elegir y ni siquiera preguntan. Insípido y horrible. Además, las cosas parecen zombis. El tipo que llama cuando la pasta está lista y el gerente muy amable. Después de hoy, nunca volveré. Guido's on Chancery es mucho, mucho, mucho mejor. Al menos la carbonara está hecha con huevo.

Bit bland, chicken very average, and not freshly made pasta, salad could have been more interesting

Excellent lunch. Selection of exquisite and refined Italian dishes. The staff were friendly, polite and prepared. I highly recommend.

Oh dear. Been to most pizza express restaurants in London this has got to be the worst. No wonder every restaurant in the area is busy but this one. Chilli prawn starter. What is this ? Can’t work it out £8.95 for Luke warm prawns in tasteless oil with cold tomatoes and onions on the top.. vile. Pizzas arrived with very few toppings. Are they making cutbacks ? Nicest things were the soft drinks and they are a ridiculous price. Overpriced meal. Would not recommend and restaurant also smells of farts.

First time going to a Pizza Express, lovely big pizza's for the price. Good service here, good all round!

Stopped here for an evening meal and won't rush back. Place looked tatty and quiet.Food was typical pizza fayre which was okay. Green salad was pathetic. Service was good but food and drink was overpriced. I can see why these kind of chains are struggling as the food hasn't changed whilst the competition has. Do yourself a favour and walk on by.

When I fancy a pizza I often go to this chain as the pizza is always ready within 15 minutes and the workers are so polite and efficient. One of the workers, Shubh, is always very friendly when I come in and takes the time to show excellent customer service even when the store is busy.

the dinner was cold, old ham und flavored with hair's, unfriendly service have a look at the "antipasti" - looks like meat from the supermarket.

Everithing super good. Medina is very friendly and gentle. We will come back. Covent garden always wonderful and restaurant at the same level

Muy normal, deberíamos haberlo sabido porque el restaurante estaba vacío, éramos los únicos huéspedes. La camarera fue muy amable e hizo un gran trabajo con un menú muy limitado: el entrante de alitas de pollo estaba encendido pero normal y el salmón y mi hamburguesa también eran normales, aunque las papas de mi esposa estaban grasientas. La lista de vinos también era pobre y malcriada porque nuestro vino de primera elección fue, después de unos minutos, "no disponible". Los alrededores no son desagradables, vea fotografías, sin embargo, realmente esperábamos un poco más.

I walked in to grab a coffee but was overwhelmed by the friendliness and service-minded staff. I had a sandwich with rocket salad (vegan) which was absolutely gorgeous and a vegan pasta dish with lentil bolognese. Everything super delish! Thank you!

Be very aware of this place. No prices are advertised and they seem to make up the prices depending on who you are. Food was bland with no flavour. Your better off getting a Tesco meal deal than visiting this place.

El servicio era bueno y la comida estaba bien. Tiene un tamaño razonable y está en Mark Lane. La hora del almuerzo tiende a estar muy ocupada.

I have always been a huge fan of Eataly in London and New York, and have eaten there several times! This visit was awful! From the girl at front of house who was so miserable, like she couldn’t be bothered, her first words to us were “you’ve got two hours”, not a great welcome, to the bland, disappointing food and rushed wait staff! We went for an early Father’s Day lunch but won’t be returning which is a shame as we’ve always enjoyed it before.
