Pizza was edible but the risotto with mushrooms and the garlic bread were unedited, the garlic bread was warm but not cooked and when I asked for a cooked garlic bread they said it will burn? And the risotto was a sloppy mess and tasteless when I didn't eat it and sent a full plate of food back they didn't even question it, the staff were more interested in play fighting like children, discussing place for Leicester Square

El peor CARBONARA Si puedo llamarlo así, lo he tenido. Gino habla sobre cómo no se deben cambiar las recetas cuando se cocina comida italiana, pero esto es lo que sirve en sus restaurantes. También fui a Camden uno para cenar y gastamos 100. Polenta sin sal. Pizza, tarta de castañas y café estaban bien. Pero esta comida para llevar en Fleet Street definitivamente arruinó mi almuerzo. Chicken Gorgonzola se ve exactamente igual a Carbonara, nunca ha visto queso Gorgonzola con solo un par de piezas de pollo baratas. En Carbonara no hay carne, solo dos pedazos de grasa, sin huevo y pasta están literalmente nadando en la crema. Albóndigas también, sin tomate y la carne era gris. La forma de la pasta siempre es la misma, no hay forma de elegir y ni siquiera preguntan. Insípido y horrible. Además, las cosas parecen zombis. El tipo que llama cuando la pasta está lista y el gerente muy amable. Después de hoy, nunca volveré. Guido's on Chancery es mucho, mucho, mucho mejor. Al menos la carbonara está hecha con huevo.

El muffin que pedí estaba tan seco que no pude comerlo y fue reemplazado a petición mía por un buen pastel. Mi hija pidió el croque monsieur que también estaba seco. Cuando me quejé me dijeron ‘“No lo logré””, habría sido agradable que me hubieran ofrecido una disculpa.

I chose to come here as we have had some good experiences here pre Covid. I specifically chose to come here as we knew it and didn’t want to gamble on a new restaurant. Sadly we were very disappointed to be crammed in on one side of the restaurant whilst a whole section was closed. Whilst I understand the desire to have part of the restaurant closed, when you are paying £130 for two cocktails, two non alcoholic drinks, two mains and two deserts, the price we paid does not reflect the service and atmosphere. The food was fine, the pork was not special (£25 for a small pork portion where you have to buy additional sides to make it a meal) and the crab pasta was overdone. Overall it was fine, but sadly will not be returning.

First time going to a Pizza Express, lovely big pizza's for the price. Good service here, good all round!

Stopped here for an evening meal and won't rush back. Place looked tatty and quiet.Food was typical pizza fayre which was okay. Green salad was pathetic. Service was good but food and drink was overpriced. I can see why these kind of chains are struggling as the food hasn't changed whilst the competition has. Do yourself a favour and walk on by.

We stopped in after a show with the kids this past Sunday. Despite not having a reservation, they were able to seat us right away. After that, it went largely downhill. We ordered a couple of pale ales; they brought us lagers. In fairness, I think they connected their taps wrong, as they showed us a fresh pour from the taps, but there is a distinct difference between a lager and a pale ale! We ordered several pizzas which came fairly quickly, one for the for the kids to share. When it was brought to the table they didn't bother to sharing plates for them, despite being asked. The kids ate off the table until I managed to get them to bring some napkins as there was only one available for our table of 4 - and the request was met with an eye roll. I ordered lemonade for the kids and they brought San Pelligrino, despite me saying they didn't it. No one came to see if we wanted another drink, dessert, or assistance in any way. Every time we needed help, we had to flag someone down. The food was alright, but it was not worth going back to experience the customer service again!
