The muffin I ordered was so dry I couldn’t eat it and it was replaced at my request by a nice cake. My daughter ordered the croque monsieur which was also dry. When I complained I was told ‘“I didn’t make it” it would have been nice to have been offered an apology.

Hi visited your shop on Saturday. Was shocked to see your big poster in your window say no Scottish bank notes . I found this insulting Dont see need to advertise this in your shop window . Just educate your staff . I spoke to Barclays bank and they say “ we receive more forged English bank notes than any other “ Dont see this advertised in your window . Demonstrates discrimination. Do you have the same poster in all your other shops ? I have had coffee and cake in hundreds of cafes all over London and the UK and NEVER seen this . This made me feel disappointed and feel discriminated I would ask you to take it down . Insulted and upset Jerry smith

The most miserable person I’ve ever experienced. Not a single “hello” or smile. Everything was too much trouble. Told me a roll had mozzarella in so I asked for it, toasted. Asked for mayo - they don’t have it - put it in a bag snd off I went. Finished my walk snd discovered it was egg, done sort of smoked meat and salad. Tasted disgusting and went in the bin. What a waste of money snd time. Never again!!!

All website and marketing suggests that this place opens at 7am…… well……… you can go through the doors at 7am. But if you ask for coffee & croissant at 7am you may be advised that you will have to wait 45 mins for croissant and at least 15 mins for a coffee. Perhaps this place needs to open at 8am?

The restaurant has a great concept . Under the tables are u s b ports and plugs . My issue was the staff and the French accent adorable trying to get our order in was quite stressful. They never told us there was lasagna etc in the counter etc . But sure these were all teething issues

Great Deli located on St John’s Wood high street close by to all amenities. Perfect place to stop for a coffee and something to eat whilst browsing the nearby shops.

We stopped by in this restaurant on the way to Prince Edward theater. Bruschetta was bad, the bread was toasted like a hell and cannelloni wasn't good at all. We ordered sparkling water which wasn't cold.

El servicio era bueno y la comida estaba bien. Tiene un tamaño razonable y está en Mark Lane. La hora del almuerzo tiende a estar muy ocupada.

Buena selección de platos, porciones grandes y un gran servicio atento. Precios razonables para Londres.

I have always been a huge fan of Eataly in London and New York, and have eaten there several times! This visit was awful! From the girl at front of house who was so miserable, like she couldn’t be bothered, her first words to us were “you’ve got two hours”, not a great welcome, to the bland, disappointing food and rushed wait staff! We went for an early Father’s Day lunch but won’t be returning which is a shame as we’ve always enjoyed it before.
