Carluccio's in general are on a destructive path. Although service remains excellent in almost all branches, the standard of the food has deteriorated so badly that we only use Carluccio's for coffee and drinks, but not food. Several popular dishes like Pasta e Faggioli soup, were eliminate from the menu when in fact it is your best seller. replaced by mushroom soup, which is a joke. dish water with whole mushrooms floating in it. Mushrooms are never meant to be soup and if they are, you blend them into cream.Your pastas are bland, under cooked and have no flavour. In general, your chefs are not properly trained chefs and do not have the first idea about presenting a nice mealI am surprised that Carluccio's are still in businessSaad Jadir

Went there to eat before our flight back home. We opted for the Minute Steak, Chicken Milanese and Kids Chicken Milanese. All 3 were satisfied as food was cooked perfectly. Highly Recommended Thanks From family Tanti

Gran comida, gran lugar, gran ambiente, gran servicio. Aidan hizo la diferencia, un buen lugar para estar. Calamari fue frito en aceite fresco, el vino Nebbiolo era excelente, el bistec era excelente. El tiramisú fue uno de los mejores.

Bel ristorante fronte fiume in una zona pedonale, tavoli esterni, staff gentile ed educato Buoni gli antipasti, i secondi e i dolci, buona anche la Pizza! la pasta purtroppo insipida! Quando ho fatto presente al cameriere che era insipida e che in un ristorante italiano si suppone che non lo sia, mi ha risposto che il sale da problemi e che molto clienti non lo vogliono quindi non lo usano.. per definirsi ristorante italiano si dovrebbe cucinare la pasta salando L acqua come in Italia

Me alegro de encontrar este lugar, abierto y aireado y relativamente tranquilo dado que estás en la estación principal de Londres! Precios también razonables (£ 9 para un pan plano de tamaño decente y sabroso y una lata de coca). Preciosa selección de pasteles. Servicio rápido y amable. Pero lo que más agradecí fue el amable asistente que hizo una compresa de hielo cuando dije que me había lastimado la pierna. Muchas gracias Aria.

I went in here for a light evening meal whilst staying locally. I enjoyed my pizza and everything was adequate.

Fantástica auténtica cocina italiana y pizza. Muy recomendable. Siempre una noche maravillosa con un ambiente cálido y acogedor!

Nice enough food and service but such a long wait. They said it would take a bit of time but almost an hour is not acceptable.

Came here and ordered the Holy burger (£11.95) with added mushroom (a ridiculous £2.95 extra for a few slices), a small glass bottle of diet Coke (£3.25) and some fries (£4.95). When the food came it was all cold. I complained and rather than make the food again for me, the waiter was just really apologetic and said he would take something off the bill and offer me a free coffee, which I did not want. When the bill came he had just removed the optional service charge (£2.89), so I again said as this was optional I thought they should have removed some of the cost of the actual food. He said he understood this but it's all he could do. Never again. The final bill was £23.10 for a cold burger and fries. Avoid.

Went for a quick lunch and the manager Dario was perfect,Took my order and the pizza came in 6 minutes.Exactly what i need and had time for.Thank you Dario

Vinimos para un almuerzo rápido después de un 4. 5 horas de viaje en tren. El lugar estaba bastante ocupado, pero menos que otros lugares más cerca de Kings Cross, que era agradable. Pedimos pizza (por supuesto). Las pizzas a base de tomate estaban deliciosas. La pizza scamorza y salchicha era sabrosa, pero definitivamente se habría beneficiado de un poco de salsa. El Aperol spritz era decente y el vino blanco también, pero las copas eran bastante pequeñas. Con todo, volvería y recomendaría a cualquiera que le apetezca un sabroso almuerzo cerca de la estación.

Having been to the Carluccios in Richmond recently, the Bentall’s branch in Kingston felt like the poor cousin. The portion sizes of food were smaller and the staff serving were not attentive and kept trying to push add ins like a salad or bread. We were not enthralled and having been going there for years and years, it sadly is not how it used to be. The penne Giardinea, their signature dish, you have to find the courgette balls! Tiny and sparse. This used to be such an incredible dish.

Pedimos filetes de gama alta y nos lo sirvieron con aderezo de ensalada de queso azul frío que fue asqueroso, pedí cambiar por pimienta en grano que salió como agua sin sabor, las patatas fritas todavía estaban duras en el medio. Comida muy decepcionada. Tuvimos el cóctel de la historia de amor que no era potable que era tan fuerte y me encanta un buen cóctel. Lo único bueno que tengo que decir es que la decoración era impresionante. No volvería a visitar y es una pena ya que viajo al hospital muy cerca para recibir tratamiento y los habría utilizado de nuevo si fuera comida decente!

We have visited here a few times over recent weeks and found the food and service to be first rate. The pizzas are authentic and really tasty, the garlic prawns very good and other dishes excellent. It is smallish but with nice decor and the service by a lovely lady originally from Poland very friendly and professional. The wine list is small but very adequate and prices quite acceptable. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
