The Captain he was good attitude and he always help us. He speaks spanish so everything was more fluid and helpful with the menu. Gracias!

Firstly the service was excellent The food was below average. There is much better elsewhere. There is a large selection of over priced wines toa.

Excellent service and beautiful room. Always love having supper on a Friday with elegant local people. Try to pasta with truffle (seasonal) followed by dover sole. Great wine choice. Place to be seen with celebrities

Firstly, the only good thing about this restaurant is the bar area with reasonable cocktails. Then we went into the restaurant area and the NOISE reverberating was intolerable. Considering the prices they charge, one wonders why they couldn’t invest a small amount on a few acoustic ceiling panels – they would transform the place. Food very very average. Wrong main course served to my daughter, and of course we had finished by the time her correct dish was served. Not one apology! Service charge CHARGED. Definitely an heir of arrogance about these people. I was so glad to get out of there and won’t be returning anytime soon!

I have never had such a terrible dining experience in my life. Firstly, the staff are rude, arrogant and should not be working in any form of customer service. Secondly, the food was cold and the stodgy pizzas made us feel sick and bloated for the entire day. It was undercooked dough loaded with rubbery thick cheese. We couldn’t even chew through them. After being ignored multiple times when I clearly was looking for somebody. The waitress that did end up getting me some sauce (to try and improve the pizza any bit) basically threw the bowl on the table and stormed off. I then told the manager we would absolutely not be paying the 15% service charge. Again, no eye contact and with a sigh told me to go and ask her colleague to help me with the bill. The price was absolutely extortionate for what was terrible food made worse by the rudest staff I have ever come across. Ruined our entire day!

The food is way below average whilst the prices are greedy and high. Tried many dishes here and each one was below average from pasta to fish. They can’t even get the zucchini fritters or sweet potato fries not to be burnt black. The prices are a joke and the staff are arrogant the dining room is noisy as well. If it wasn’t in my neighbourhood I wouldn’t have gone back. The location is the only advantage.

Went there as a couple. Loved the atmosphere and the service. Andrea came to our table and we congratulated him and his brother for opening such a beautiful restaurant. We started, my wife had a lovely mushroom in cream sauce and I had salmon sushimi, must admit, it wasnt the best, needed secxing up w some advocadot and chilli. Main course, my wife had spaghitti and I had Penne arrabiate, delicious. Really lovely evening. No complaints, but, you can never stop trying to improve.

Impressions: - good space and atmosphere - got very noisy as the restaurant approached 60% capacity - needs curtains - good service when it arrives (took 35 minutes to order drinks) - expensive - wine list mark-up is 3-4x retail; you can see Not Gelato on the desert menu at 2.5x retail; water 3x etc. Not much change from £400 for 5 of us…. Delicious but not worth it

Never thought I’d receive discriminatory service in Notting Hill…. Turns out The Brasserie in Notting hill does so! Last night they managed to embarrass and humiliate me! Due to wait for it…. The waiter calling me rude for the conversation I was having with My friend (a private conversation) He then listed the things I’d spoken to Joe about how badly the service was not solving these issues. they accosted us on the street and said come in “we are the best Italian in London” Failed to bring us bread and olives for 30 minutes (other tables received everything including mains) Because we had wine, we decided not to address this spoke about it between us and chuckled about how “managers” was walking about and carried on our bas chat…. Our starter appeared 2 minutes later our mains appeared… We took them anyway… At this point the manager walked up to me (as close as he could get) not addressing the table, without us addressing them or complaining in anyway… And stated at the top of his voice “you are being very rude, I’ve heard what you said to your friend” At this point i said what I say to my friend is none of his concern… He then listed all the service faults and things we’d spoke about while waiting for our bread, water and wine… I asked why he didn’t resolve these issues if he’d been listening to our conversation… And he continued to call me rude… At this point I saw the entire restaurant had stopped and was looking at the only person that looked different to them…. I requested to pay and leave They then told us to “eat the food and we aren’t leaving” and walked off 30 mins later after many many more people we got to pay and leave…. At no point did we complain, ask to speak to someone, or want any discount…. The floor manager decided he didn’t want me inside his venue! He a not point addressed my friend in any way! I’ve never felt this humiliated in all my life

Wonderful food with a fabulous atmosphere. The staff are charming and we had a delicious lunch with friends. See you again soon.

Het eten dat we bestelden was lekker, maar niet bijzonder, en het duurde lang voordat we het kregen. Wat echt de sfeer verpestte was het personeel, in het bijzonder de man die er werkte. Hij wist niet naar welke tafel gerechten toe moesten en hij leek er helemaal geen zin in te hebben. Na ons hoofdgerecht hebben we erg lang moeten wachten omdat we graag nog een dessert wilden, maar er kwam maar niemand naar ons toe. Na ongeveer een halfuur besloten we maar te vragen aan het personeel of we een nagerecht mochten, en ze zeiden dat er alleen nog maar tiramisu was. De tiramisu hebben we nooit gekregen, want een paar minuten later gaven ze ons de rekening zonder dat we erom gevraag hadden. Ik ga hier zeker niet terug

Siamo stati a cena (x modo di dire) in questo posto ieri sera..... Cotoletta di carne e patatine fritte cotte nell olio (a km illimitato) dell olio! Ma la ciliegina sulla torta, una semplice insalata di pollo con crostini......crostini????????crostini al sapore di muffa!!!!! E poi i bagni????? Chi ha scritto puliti e profumati? Indecenti.... Costo: 3 piatti cotoletta patatine 2 penne arrabbiata 3 insalate di pollo Acqua, e 5 cocacole piccole: 142 sterline.... In giro per londra abbiamo trovato molto molto di meglio!!!!!

Abbiamo cenato in questo posto. Pizza surgelata !!!! Cibi super scadenti e personale veramente scorbutico arrogante e maleducato!!!! E per finire .... conto salatissimo Uno schiaffo all immagine della nostra bella Italia Sconsigliatissimo !!!!

Siamo stati in questo locale venerdì sera in quanto comodo rispetto all’hotel e, leggendo sull’insegna “Brasserie”, abbiamo scelto per cenare a base di carne ordinando un filetto al pepe verde, uno alla griglia e due birre. È stata una gran delusione. Carne di pessima qualità e “filetto al pepe verde” ricoperto di semplice panna da cucina e pepe con consistenza quasi annacquata. Sicuramente non all’altezza del prezzo e non all’altezza di un ristorante che vanta nome e menu con cucina italiana (anche se non era certo cibo italiano che stavano cercando, ma semplicemente della buona carne) Un punto a favore per la gentilezza della cameriera (parlava sia inglese che italiano) Caffè ed amaro ci sono stati offerti (probabilmente hanno percepito la nostra insoddisfazione) comunque il gesto è stato gradito. Non lo consigliamo assolutamente.

After reading the positive reviews and receiving a very warm welcome I had high expectations. Unfortunately these were soon dashed. The lasagne was burning hot underneath and chilled on top. The fries were undercooked (but big portion). The restaurant was full although the waiters were telling guests they were short staffed and they would have to wait. Lots of people seemed unhappy.

4 de nosotros nos sentamos justo al lado de la puerta y nadie hizo un esfuerzo para cerrarla y constantemente se abría tanto frío. Esperé un momento para que se tomara el orden. Refrescos planos. Reemplazado pero aún plano como un panqueque.Entrantes, calarmi, gambas y mozzarella platos muy agradables. Las pizzas, las carbonaras estaban bien como platos principales pero no estaban demasiado calientes.Habíamos pedido un vino pero no lo tenían, así que nos ofrecieron el vino más barato. Sin embargo, llegó la factura y nos cobraron la botella 10 más cara. ¡Definitivamente revise su factura antes de pagar! Cargado un 12. 50 cargo por servicio pero el servicio era una mierda.

Hemos estado cenando tres personas y es muy decepcionante este establecimiento. Aunque los precios son caros, algo normal en Londres, pensábamos que la calidad compensaría el precio. Las pizzas y pastas rondan los 10 a 14 libras, el pero esta en la calidad, cantidad y servicio. Os detallo:- pizzas un pelin más granse de un plato de postre español. Muy pequeña. Además masa blanda sin tostar y gruesa. La cantidad de ingredientes escasa.- Los gnocchi aunque buenos, son sosos y escasos. Pides queso rayado y no te lo dejan en la mesa. La camarera trae el recipiente, te espolvorea lo que quieres poe encima y se lleva el recipiente. Lo nunca visto lo espolvorea y no te deja tocarlo ni ponértelo tu.- la simpatía brilla por su ausencia, la chica medio medio pero el chico antipático.- propina, aunque sabemos que en el reyno unido se suele dejar en todos los restaurantes te lo sugieren sutilmente. En este no tendrás problemas, te cobran directamente un 12,50% de la cuenta. Así no te escapas aunque no te atiendan bien.Lo dicho, en mi opinión es desaconsejan le este italiano.

Went to this restaurant by chance and enjoyed a very good meal there. Seems like the chef had a very good knowledge of authentic Italian food. Loved it we went twice during our stay.

Estábamos en el área de Bayswater: mi antiguo refugio y un miembro de nuestro grupo ansiaba algo de carne esa noche, pero no pudo encontrar ningún asador decente (y se sorprendió al descubrir que el centro de Whiteley había sido demolido). Por desesperación, nos conformamos con este restaurante italiano al ver que también preparaban bistec de su menú. Pedimos lo habitual, bistec, pasta, salmón y bebidas, etc. Las dos camareras no fueron ni educadas ni groseras, tomando pedidos con un inglés aceptable. Más tarde, cuando se sirvió la comida, se olvidaron del pan de ajo ordenado por uno de nosotros, tuvimos que recordárselo y terminamos con dos pequeñas rebanadas de baguette con un costo de 3. 5, aunque pensé que una porción de pan de ajo debería haber servido al menos en una canasta o plato con 5 a 6 piezas. Dos de nosotros pedimos té, que, al llegar a nuestra mesa, encontramos una taza llena de pequeñas hojas de té negro flotando en el agua, causada por la bolsita de té rota. La comida era normal en sabor y la factura fue sobrecargada con dos porciones de pan de ajo más un cargo por servicio del 12%. Le presenté una queja al gerente y él eliminó una orden de pan de ajo, aún así, no pensé que merecieran ese gracioso cargo del 12% teniendo en cuenta un servicio tan deficiente con errores que ocurrían durante la comida.

Locale semplice, zona Bayswater. Ti aspetti il solito locale italiano ma i piatti sono molto buoni. Eravamo in 4, e ci siamo tornati per 2 sere di fila.Personale gentile. Acqua cara, prendete quella del rubinetto. E' buona e risparmiate sterline.

Pedimos insalata caprese, sopa de espárragos y una pizza margherita.La caprese consistía en rodajas de tomate poco maduro, un par de rodajas de mozzarella y una hoja de albahaca, sin balsámicos. Tuvimos que dividir la mozzarella y la hoja de albahaca para probar cada rodaja de tomate.La sopa de espárragos sabía más a sopa espesa de pollo con picatostes, sin sabor a espárragos y sin espárragos en la sopa. Les pedimos que se lo llevaran y al menos no nos cobraron por ello.La pizza margherita no tenía gotas de mozzarella fundidas ni albahaca. Fue una pizza de queso glorificada.Realmente decepcionado con este restaurante.

Rien de plaisant dans ce restaurant si ce n'est la déco. Pour le reste c'est à dire le but principal de notre visite ce fut une grande déception au premier abord l'odeur émanant du restaurant ainsi que l'ardoise avec certains plats sélectionné paraissaient plus que bien. Après l'entrée calamars grillés première désillusion plat insipide sans grande inspiration ni goût, le plat de résistance était escalopes de veau aux champignons frais (soit disant) cela ressemblait plus à des champignons en boîte. Mon collègue fut aussi déçu par son escalopes aux olives sauce tomate. Juste mangeable..

Nous avons pris le repas du soir dans ce resto italien. Une bonne adresse où nous avons bien mangé (pâte et pizza). Service agréable. Happy price de 17h30 à 19h (-15%). Très bon rapport qualité/prix. A recommander.

La comida definitivamente no vale la pena el dinero. Pedimos unas pizzas y risottos.Tenía la impresión de que todo estaba en el microondas. No muy sabroso. La pizza sabía a congelada barata del supermercado y el risotto no estaba bien cocido. Quería apoyar a las empresas locales, pero creo que sería mejor ir a una cadena de restaurantes. En la nota positiva señora que nos sirvió fue muy amable y educado.

My family and I came here looking for pasta. I needed to carb up for a marathon. Nicole made this, and the following visits an exquisite experience. She was always helpful, smiling and nice. My children wanted to take a picture with her, but we missed her shift. She made this place something to go back over and over. Also, the pasta was great, desserts were even better.

Places pop up all the time! Saw this and went for breakfast - ( I am actually a little behind In posting reviews and have been again and still good ),. Full English £8 inc. breakfast tea. Nicely done décor, modern but not ott . Background music but not too loud. Not sure about the music choice though! Breakfast - LARGE cup of tea, came with brown! sugar, little glass of milk - good touch. Tea bag left in so you can brew to the strength you like. NO decaff tea or coffee option - a mistake! Breakfast consisted of 2 eggs, 2 sausage, 2 bacon, mushrooms, chips ( fries ), beans, 2 triangles of toast, 2 thick slices of beef tomato. Excellent!. Very hot and fresh cooked. Only criticism eggs slightly overdone and plates need warming. A couple came in, did not want the Sausage, offered extra bacon - well done that gal! HIGHLY recommend for breakfast and I will be trying later for evening meal. Good food, Good friendly service. Top marks.

Great restaurant right opposite Barclays Bank in Bayswater . Staff were really helpful and friendly especially Nicole the food was lovely I had the grilled calamari to start with and the main course was scaloppine pizzaiola a veal escalope in a divine sauce definitely recommend the price was fair for the area with all the chains competing for trade . Highly recommend a visit if your in the Bayswater area .

Beh! In Italia siamo abituati a vedere pizze composte con ingredienti sempre più vari e diversi ma una stravaganza del genere non mi era mai capitata. Una pizza con l'uovo in camicia!!! Strano ma tutto sommato il resto era mangiabile. Buoni i vini.

La pasta está deliciosa y las pizzas muy ricas. El trato recibido fue genial y muy atentos hablando español. Para ser Londres no es caro. Los precios están bastante bien. Si estás por la zona y quieres comer comida buena italiana, sin duda te lo recomiendo.

Llegué de casualidad buscando un sitio donde cenar cerca de mi hotel. Elegí Risotto Funghi, que estaba delicioso. El vino de la casa, también muy agradable. Sitio tranquilo para comer de forma correcta. El personal es agradable y una de las camareras habla español.

Passiamo al secondo dove abbiamo preso il filetto. lo posso paragonare solo alla gomma da masticare. non si poteva tagliare con il coltello. il prezzo non era completamente rapportato con la qualita'.

On Sataturday 10 November I enjoyed a great diner at La Brasserie Italiano. Both the cotoletta milanese and red wine followed by tiramisu were outstanding.

Encontré este pequeño restaurante mientras buscaba un lugar para comer y me alegro de haberlo intentado a pesar de estar vacío. Gran pizza y uno de los mejores tiramisios que he tenido. Solo una pequeña decepción fue la pequeña cantidad de jamón en mi pizza, especialmente porque es un cargo extra. Sin duda volveremos la próxima vez que me quede en la zona.

Helt okej mat, men ingen wow upplevelse eller speciellt njutbart. Svamprisotton smakade ingenting och var för hård, men gnoccin var god. Skulle inte gå dit igen men ångrar inte besöket, det fyllde sin funktion och vi blev mätta.

Muito agradável à vista, péssimo ao paladar! Ou pedi a coisa errada ou então era de facto muito mau. A julgar pelo tempo que a comida demorou a chegar (muito pouco) deduzo que a comida que serviram estava congelada e foi aquecida no microondas, teoria comprovada quando olhei para o Ravioli de Ricota e espinafres e percebi que aquilo nem sequer podiam ser espinafres. A massa dura e sem sabor.Péssima experiência e ainda por cima a um preço elevado.

I was in London seven days at the end of June and stayed at a hotel just around the corner from La Brasserie Italiana. So glad I discovered this wonderful restaurant! In fact I loved it so much I dined there three different times! The food was simply wonderful. High quality and extremely tasty. Nothing needed to be added when the meal arrived at our table. Everything was perfectly seasoned. The first meal I had was an exceptional Linguine with Pesto dish. Every bite melted in my mouth! The second meal I had was a very light meal because I got in quite late from a trip to Kent. I decided to have a wonderful Leek Soup and Bruschetta. The flavors were exquisite! The third meal I enjoyed a savory chicken dish with a wonderful white wine sauce and asparagus that was just divine! The evening ended with Lemoncello.The staff at La Brasserie Italiana were simply superb! I noticed each guest received the attention they deserved....as if they were the only customer in the house. Each guest was treated in a very special manner. The staff were full of smiles and always so helpful. They always offered suggestions for dinner and desserts. I really wanted desserts because they looked so wonderful; however, I seemed never to leave enough room! I think the next time I go there I will start with dessert!I understand the La Brasserie Italiana had undergone a recent renovation. The interior is beautiful and very relaxing. The restrooms on the lower level are exceptionally clean.I urge everyone to pay a visit to this wonderful restaurant the next time you are in London. I guarantee I you will absolutely love it just like I did!

Ci sono stato almeno 4 volte in due soggiorni differenti. Devo dire che il cibo mediamente l'ho trovato ottimo. Consiglio soprattutto i ravioli, davvero squisiti. Le cameriere sono state sempre molto disponibili e gentili. Nota dolente: L'ultima volta mi hanno cominciato a sparecchiare il tavolo mentre avevo da poco cominciato a mangiare il secondo...Le cameriere stesse sembravano desolate ma... ordini del boss. Consiglierei di non far sedere persone se si ritiene che sia tardi. Per il resto, complessivamente, recensione positiva.

Le restaurant offre une nourriture très bonne à prix très raisonnable. Nous y avons mangé deux fois entre le 12 - 16 juin 2018, un soir et un midi. Les pâtes commandées étaient excellente. Le forfait du midi est une bone valeur avec un verre de vin et café. Le personnel est très aimable. J'y retournerais volontiers.

Stanchi del solito cibo londinese abbiamo pensato di cenare in questo locale tra amici. Non avevamo aspettative altissime ma è stato deludente! La pizza non era male ma nemmeno ottima, al livello di una pizza da asporto, di italiano poco e nulla, prezzi alti e per finire 12,5% in più di mancia che appare direttamente nel conto. C'è di meglio in zona!

La pizza era fina como el papel, estaba buena, pero si eres de comer te quedas con hambre seguro. La pasta estaba buena. El refresco de barril como el de MC Donalds. La atención fue bastante buena. Ambiente agradable.

I didn't expect much, true, but if you want a very average meal with an average wine though lovely service, this is the place where you should go

Didn't intend going here but the menu looked quite good. The food was ok but what made the evening were the excellent all female staff, so cheerful and helpful particularly Marika ? (sic), Great value.

Ambiente simples mas muito aconchegante, a comida é maravilhosa, atendimento muito bom. Eu e meu marido adoramos!

Det enda barnen ville ha var spagetti carbonara, det fanns såklart inte på menyn. Men det kunde restaurangen ordna sa de! Och om de gjorde, supergod! Vi tre vuxna tog andra rätter och alla tre tyckte att deras rätt var bäst! Kan varmt rekommendera denna restaurang!

No puedo decir lo suficiente sobre cómo es la comida era preparada, presentado y probado. Sólo me pasó por aquí porque quería comida italiana pero acabé champiñones, pollo y limón tarta de chocolate con salsa de frambuesa. Asegúrate de probar un café irlandés con postre porque era tan, tan bueno. Yo estaba solo, pero le trae amigos aquí la próxima vez que estoy en Londres.

Overall this is quite a good Italian restaurant. The ambience is good and the staff are attentive. It is probably the best of the Italian restaurants in the immediate area.

Due to my heritage, I have a tendency to be more critical of Italian restaurants. This place had an extensive menu but was not up to the level of New York or Philadelphia Italian restaurants.

Abbiamo cenato qui io mia moglie, lei ha preso una semplice pasta al pomodoro : peccato che il pomodoro avesse un sapore strano come di muffa, spiegazione della cameriera e' che dipendeva dal tpo di pomodoro che usano qui a Londra (??) l'abbiamo rimandato indietro. Io ho preso una bistecca con le patate ma la carne era molto nervosa e poco masticabile. Il dessert, torta di limone, non male, peccato pero' che fosse spolverata con una polverina bianca non bene identificata che 'frizzava', anche questa volta la cameriera ci ha spiegato che e' lo zucchero che usano qui a Londra (???).

Awful under cooked food or burnt no in between! By the time one of the groups food finally made it out the rest had almost finished & extremely grumpy staff! Would no recommend

Mi sono trovata benissimo. La pizza è fantastica e le ragazze che ci lavorano sono molto gentili e simpatiche. Spero di ritornarci presto!

A pesar de una apariencia bastante normal desde fuera fue una experiencia muy agradable. Buena comida, servicio y recomendación de vino. Sirve entrante y plato rápido pero no lo suficiente era rápido para hacerme sospechoso comprobar la cocina. Nivel de sonido permite la conversación en una voz normal. Sin duda volveré la próxima vez que esté en Londres.

Abbiamo cenato di sera. Spaghetti al ragù buoni(ovvio non come il ragù che fanno in Italia),calamari fritti buoni. Servizio veloce ed efficiente. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

Una pinta estupenda, y el menú era interesante.Empezar bien, pero los platos principales fueron una gran decepción. Pizzas y una lassagna sosa, con retrogusto que dice que congelado. (yo sí que lo fue una de las comidas baratos islandia).Y la camarera no era muy amable, y gorgot. Todo lo que le pedimos . . . .Y para rematar, 12. 5% de cargo por servicio!No volver, gracias.

Trovandomi in un hotel della zona e stanco del cibo-spazzatura londinese, insieme alla mia compagnia di amici, decidemmo di provare questo angolo italiano nel bel mezzo di Londra. Lì dove la parola "spaghetti" si vende da sé, sia chiaro. Ovviamente, nulla a che vedere con la vera cucina italiana, ma sicuramente un ancora di salvezza dalla cucina inglese. Prezzi nella media londinese.

I have eaten there 3 times and This is one of the best restaurant in our area . Fine italian food and good wine . They serve real Italian traditionnal food in a charming atmosphere . It was clean , simple and the service perfect . The veal , the pasta , the lasagna , and do not forget the spicy grilled shrimps .... delicious

Começando pelo vinho, pedi meia garrafa de vinho merlot, me trouxeram uma jarra com vinho sei lá de que marca e de qual procedencia, pedimos pasta, nunca vi carbonara sem bacon, o queijo é controlado, a garçonete te serve o queijo, que não fica na mesa, tipo um galeteiro... não existe, PÉSSIMO atendimento.

Attendez vous à manger correctement mais sans artifice. A retenir si vous souhaitez dîner dans un restaurant bon rapport qualité prix dans une ambiance simplement.

We were touring and got near our hotel and this little restaurant was in the row of others and the food was great and service was fine

Gnocchi : 10 dans l'assiettes, spaghetti carbonara avec du poulet à la place des lardons... Petite quantité. Pas bon rapport qualité prix Tiramisu vraiment pas bon Je n'y retournerai pas !

Having stayed at the grand royale london around the corner. This restaurant was super convenient. The food and service was amazing and cannot be fault. I will be returning here towards the end of September.

Located on Queensway, just off Bayswater Road and Kensington Gardens, this cute little Italian restaurant is a nice place for a meal. The menu is good and so it the food, along with the service.

Hicimos una decisión espontánea a comer en el restaurante italiano. Desde Nueva York, que tienen un montón de comida italiana para elegir, así que no era una opción exótica. Nos quedamos encantados con un servicio amigable y toques interesantes platos familiares. Muy buena calidad por un precio razonable para los estándares de Londres.
