Tetto's in Islington

Pedimos filetes de gama alta y nos lo sirvieron con aderezo de ensalada de queso azul frío que fue asqueroso, pedí cambiar por pimienta en grano que salió como agua sin sabor, las patatas fritas todavía estaban duras en el medio. Comida muy decepcionada. Tuvimos el cóctel de la historia de amor que no era potable que era tan fuerte y me encanta un buen cóctel. Lo único bueno que tengo que decir es que la decoración era impresionante. No volvería a visitar y es una pena ya que viajo al hospital muy cerca para recibir tratamiento y los habría utilizado de nuevo si fuera comida decente!

I had a delightful experience at the restaurant today. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and cozy. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure that every detail of my dining experience was taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious; each dish was prepared with great care and attention to flavor. I especially loved the tender and flavorful meat that I ordered. Overall, it was a fantastic experience yes I will visit again soon!

The incident on Saturday night (8th of April) made me very unhappy, and I normally don't write reviews for restaurants. Almost immediately after entering, we encountered a series of bad situations. Upon entering, we were supposed to be greeted by the host, who was chatting with a friend at a table. After being shown our table, the waiter who assisted us was not professional. We paid a bit too much for our meals, which were essentially standard. In the toilets, there was no hand soap. There was also a problem with dirty toilets. It took us a while to leave the restaurant and no one said good evening to us. The host didn't even get up from his seat when we left. We don’t recommend it. We didn't enjoy our special night at all.

I went here for my 18th birthday with my friends and the service was amazing, the staff where very helpful, the interior of the restaurant was beautiful, the food and drinks were 10/10 the cocktails were very good

We ate at the Hampstead branch. Restaurant looked great, nice decor and fairly well spaced out tables. Service was good- slight delay in drinks meant we got starters before a drink and water was forgotten but the food when it arrived was very tasty. Considering some of the prices on the menu our total bill wasn’t excessive. Not sure if this is a new site or if the price point is putting people off but on a Sat evening we were one of only 3 tables that were full- which did mean the atmosphere was a bit quiet. Overall good meal but would be more fun if was a bit busier.

Came for our daughters 12th birthday dinner. The food was amazing the steak was the best we have ever had. Cocktails were also amazing. Staff were lovely and looked after us all and made my daughter feel really special. Great atmosphere, perfect night! 100% will be returning soon!!

I enjoyed a delicious two course meal at Tetto's. The head chef Duran did very well! The steak was delicious and tender, and the freshly made oreo cookies were tasty. One of the waiters was on hand to recommend a cocktail when asked, and checked up on all diners to ensure comfortability and satisfaction.

Because some of the beef is wrapped in gold foil was on the menu at well over £100 we rather expected a huge bill. In fact we were pleasantly surprised. Good value and superb quality beef.

Первое, что бросается в глаза при входе - это, конечно, интерьер. Он находится где то на уровне небожителей: каждая деталь, каждый элемент идеально размещён в помещении ресторана. Начиная с фортепьяно залитого воском, заканчивая массивной колонной, красующейся на баре. Находиться во всей этой красоте очень комфортно и приятно. Честно говоря даже уходить не хочется, а галлерея моего телефона теперь заполнена фотографиями этого помещения. Кухня соответствует всем заявленным параметрам: традиционные итальянские блюда в новой, современной интерпретации. Особенно могу отметить пиццу ростбиф с трюфелем. Которая сочетает в себе нежность качественно приготовленного мяса и пряность моего любимого трюфеля на вкуснейшем тесте. А так же, тар-тар из лангустинов - это просто поэзия вкусов, переплетающихся в тарелке. Все и вся к месту: ферментированный соус на основе риса и спелая хурма, насыщающая блюдо фруктовым вкусом и лёгкой вязкостью, столь подходящей этому блюду. Бармены готовят напитки не только по коктейльной карте, но и ваш/мой собственный вкус. Для примера, кроме дивного трюфельного(естественно😀) негрони, мне приготовили более 4-ых вариаций гимлета: на японской мяте, красном апельсине, вишня-ревень и, конечно, лайм. Очень рад, что сел именно за стойку - окружили вниманием со всех сторон. Надо заметить, что у них есть ещё 2 важных места: это секретный бар infuse, о котором я, к своему опьянению, узнал слишком поздно(обязательно зайду в следующий раз) и балкон, который позволяет перекурить не выходя из бизнес-центра наружу, а насладиться дымом смотря сверху на большой проспект петроградки. Однако, ложку дёгтя в бочку мёда мне все таки добавить придётся. Хотя вышеупомянутый балкон прилагается к территории ресторана, и даже персонал советует выходить именно туда. Как только ты покидаешь заведение до стойки хостес, к тебе просыпается какое-то недоверие со стороны менеджеров. Требующих вначале оплатить счёт, прежде, чем идти покурить. В рюмочной на Ломоносовской, в баре на Лиговским я могу такое понять, но в престижном бистро на Петроградской стороне это недопустимо. Когда некогда улыбающийся тебе человек, предлагающий напитки вдруг упрекает тебя в том, что из-за твоего опьянения ты можешь забыть оплатить счёт. Сменяя свою улыбку на подозрительный взгляд для человека, который кроме того, что оставляет деньги в заведении, так ещё и был так окутан изначальной заботой. Это руинит впечатления на изначальном их формировании. Причём, после довольно серьезных переговоров с менеджером. Я так и не смог добиться пристойного объяснения произошедшей ситуации и уж тем более каких либо извинений. После этого инцидента все, изначально сказанное, потеряло большую часть своих красок и впечатлений. А потому мне пришлось покинуть место вскоре после возвращения с перекура. Если подытожить о Tetto bistro, то это стильный, современный ресторан с новыми решениями кухни и напитков, который поражает своей демократичной ценой(думаю, что пока) и вкусовыми сочетаниями(надеюсь, что надолго) в качественной обложке с недоконца компетентными или опытными людьми(надеюсь, что исправится) в центре Петроградки! Сходить нужно, присесть советую на бар и рассчитываться сразу во избежания конфликтов. Удачи!

We went to Tetto's in Belsize Park and all of us had such a lovely meal. I had steak with 3 sauces. I remember the mushroom sauce was particularly gorgeous, the chips were great too. The best thing for me though was the gluten free fig and date pudding. It's so refreshing to eat a gluten free warm dessert that's not chocolate. Great service, real enthusiasm for good food and good times. I'd definitely go back!

So this is the fourth time visiting this restaurant. Last April i brought my family to the restaurant to celebrate two birthdays. We spent hundreds of pounds (we were prepared for this) and we all had a good time. Even though we were on the lower floor, and I expected to be seated by their beautiful windows. I was disappointed that the they either had renovations or scaled things back and it was not as airy and attractive as it had been before. I and my family of ten enjoyed our meal, and the service was good. This afternoon, i felt a little peckish, and on impulse I went back to Tettos to have a light meal with my daughter and granddaughter. I ordered something that i hadn't understood, and when it came it wasn't what i expected - basically scramble eggs with a sauce and sausages. £12, which i think is quite expensive for what it was - it was a mistake. i tried to replace this meal. a lot of restaurants would do this on a complementary basis, but not Tettos. I had eaten about a quarter of the dish and realised i didn't like it. They refused to change it, I felt so disappointed with their stance, and i did not feel valued as a customer. Of course, they didn't have to replace the meal, but good restaurants often do this when someone doesn't like a meal etc. I have often recommended Tettos to people as a place, as a place to go for special occasions. I won't in the future. It would have cost them pennies to replace the meal - a few eggs, onions and tomatoes. They have lost my custom, and I will never recommend them again.

I went here with a friend- we were the only people in the restaurant but they refused to serve us as I told them that I had a gluten allergy. I was told that there was flour "everywhere in the air in kitchen" so they could not serve me. I asked if they could make a salad so we could eat and tried to explain that there were lots of foods that did not contain gluten and the chef could prepare those safely, Suggested this was probably part of any catering training but was told that they could not serve me. I would avoid here if anyone in your group has any dietary requirements. Embarrassing as we had no choice but to leave- walked down road and found somewhere full of people where served straight away. I can perhaps see why no one else in this restaurant. Sharing this so others don't have such an upsetting experience- this really shocked me and I would avoid it.

I visited the Highbury Park branch yesterday with some friends. The food was delicious: we had the calamari and octopus to start and we all ordered the sirloin steak. I can not fault this place at all! My friend ordered her steak blue, when our waiter Ozzy realised it was medium he quickly apologised and arranged for it to be changed for her. He is a real asset to this place! We found the staff to be friendly, professional and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Just visited here using a Groupon voucher. I cannot fault anything. The service, food and overall experience was just great. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food and drinks came out in a reasonable time and we’re all just absolutely delicious. I do not understand why this place isn’t busier. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again. Thank you.

Booked a great deal on Groupon for our anniversary weekend at the Farringdon branch. The food and staff were amazing. Would definitely return. They even offer buy 1 get 1 free cocktails before 7 which look amazing.

I went on 6/7/2022 a day after my birthday. I booked online and told them that I had a wowcher meal voucher. (Next time I will definatley book over the phone like it stated to do). I had arragnged the booking for 4.30pm (as after mydelf and husband were going out (as it was my birthday the day before). We got seated and had the most wonderful meal ever along with some of the best wine I have ever had the priviallge to taste. Once they realised it was my birthday we were even treated to some amazing passionfuit birthday shots. If you ever get the chance to go out for an amaing meal I can highly reccommend Teeto's. Thank you for an amaing night.
