The best restaurants serving Italian food in London

I’ve been coming to Romford Pizza Hut for years and the service has always been fantastic. Bridget the manager is so welcoming and always there to help. Her customer service is second to none. I highly recommend this restaurant. It’s clean, service is 5 star and the food is amazing. I would like to give a special shout out to Bridget the manager, the chef Brian and the waitress Ange. Thank you for always making my visits pleasant. Jane

This restaurant has switched to the European 'service charge' model. The food and service was fine but adding 12.5% to the bill (which I only noticed after paying) is a swindle we can do without in the UK. It's claimed the rip-off is optional but it is automatically added to the bill. If it were optional I would have to take an action to pay it, other forms of inertia sales are banned.What makes this even worse is that most of the money will not go to the staff, half will be wasted in tax and most of the rest used by the shareholders to achieve the statutory minimum wage.These dirty practices are not acceptable in the UK.

Personal amable y una deliciosa lasaña - pan de ajo era maravilloso. La próxima vez pediremos el doble. La decoración interior podría hacer con una actualización, pero bueno, es la comida lo que cuenta!

the food was very nice but i had to wait a long time just to get to get the food to come to me cold i was very sad i had to run out the place and cry in my car

Siamo stati in questo ristorante mentre passavano di lì, cibo non eccezionale ma neanche cattivo, anche se il servizio sgarbato ci ha fatto abbassare di non poco il voto. Se dovete fermarvi non è una meta sconsigliatissima.

This is an excellent location right opposite London bridge Station. The menu is good, I have dietary requirements which are catered for and reasonably priced. The service is friendly but a little slow.

Beyond poor service - All staff rude, arrogant, unfriendly, and unpleasant towards customers. Give this one a miss if possible, better service in Poundland!

He estado aquí casi innumerables veces con familiares y amigos y solo he tenido una mala experiencia (donde un camarero fue grosero cuando le preguntamos por nuestra comida cuando se había pedido hace más de una hora) y Ask Italian lo resolvió rápidamente y ofreció un comida de dos platos gratis. Seguiré regresando en los próximos años, las vistas del Támesis son brillantes y la comida siempre es excelente.
