Sehr gute Penne Arrabbiata und Spaghetti Carbonara. Wenn man noch einen Salat dazu will schmeckt der Cesar salad sehr gut. Bester deswegen weil hier nicht so viel los war wie bei anderen und dadurch die Gerichte mit kleinen zusätzlichen Details angerichtet wurden zB kleine Pizzaecken am Salat.

Overall the food is great and service is good. It's a bit pricey but when you taste the food you won't mind it. There is a complete gluten free menu which is absolutely amazing, and there are some vegetarian portions. Very good.

Pretty average everyday prezzo - good food - friendly staff - wouldn't suggest having N'duja unless you like spicy food.

Called here before Motown the Musical at the Shaftesbury. We enjoy dining at Prezzo and this was consistently good. The staff were very pleasant and the food good and served nice and hot.The calzonne is my favorite.

This was my second visit to this branch of Prezzo. They have a large menu which suits all tastes based on Italian food eg pizza, pasta, salads. They offer cocktails as well as wine and beer. Cocktails are reasonably priced at £4.99. Service was good. Prosecco is just under £20 for a bottle. Worth a visit.

Came here last month with two friends to catch up. We had booked and the place was relatively empty, yet the service was still extremely slow. We had to get their attention to ask for anything, and we must have had about four different waiters in our time there. The food was good once arrived, but won't be coming back in a rush.

This is my favourite restaurant in Central London. In the menu you can find most of the common Italian meals: pizzas, calzone, papardelle, spaghetti etc. Food is always freshly prepared and you don't have to wait so long which is great. Staff is really helpful and they always make sure that you are happy and have everything that you need. This is also a good place just to pop in for a coffee and mini calzone with ice cream. I can highly recommend this restaurant for a delicious and inexpensive lunch and dinner.

This branch is convenient if you are visiting the British Museum. However the service at Sunday lunch time was as slow as before and there were only 2 servers; a female manager was very friendly and polite but the waitress was cold (no smile whatsoever) and not attentive at all. We waited 7 minutes before calling attention to the waitress. She was not engaging and took our order for the main course without asking us if we would like a starter or side dish. She didn't even take the drinks order. So the service was a one star for her and 3 star for the manager.Food wise, it was bland but edible. The quality of cooking greatly varies from one branch to the other, so we will definitely stick with the Euston branch.

We reserved a table and as the restaurant was quiet we had a selection of tables. Our order was taken and starters arrived quickly. The prices have increased and I felt the portion size and quality for the individual mezze was poor. We requested king prawn pasta with no chill for my Nan (80+) it arrived with half a chilli grilled on the top. I didn't find out until half way through dinner that there was lots of chilli in the dish too! My Father and I ordered pizzas and subsequently were unwell that night, both guests who had pasta were fine. I found the toppings less than other Prezzo I have been to. The guy on the bar is so friendly and helpful and the team members were great in assisting with birthday cake, we were lucky they were not busy. I will return one day but sad this trip wasn't as good

I ate here last night and was expecting the usual attentive service and excellent food that I associate with a Prezzo.....I was disappointed.The waitress who served us was unfriendly and had no customer service skills, when she served the drinks the glasses etc were almost slammed onto the tables.The starter came out quickly but then we had to wait ages for the mains which were underwhelming.My husband asked for some hot sauce which she failed to bring and we had to flag another waitress for this request.There was aircon which was blowing out too cold which the staff seemed oblivious to.Lastly the toilets were filthy and looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time, mad me question the hygiene of the kitchen! Will never eat here again!

I go to prezzo on a regular basis and have eaten in many different prezzos across the UK. Unfortunately, today's visit highlighted that this branch must be one of the worst.We walked in and it was deserted (at half past 6!) so surely we couldn't possibly have bad service?! Unfortunately we thought wrong. The waitress never smiled and literally looked as if she hated us the entire time! When she got one of the meals wrong she blamed us for not pointing to the item as well! My calzone was burnt to a crisp. We were happy to leave. No tip for the miserable waitress. There are better branches of prezzo about ten minutes away. Don't bother with this one!

J'ai l'habitude de la chaine Prezzo pour les voyages en familles. Les enfants se régalent pour un prix raisonnable. En entrée, beaucoup de petits "side-orders" à partager peuvent embellir un repas en groupe. Mais cette fois, le bar (seebass) n'était pas de la toute première fraicheur. Ma femme et moi avons passé une mauvaise nuit.... D'habitude, je me contente des pâtes et pizzas, et ce type de problème n'arrive pas.

The reason we chose Prezzo, was because of their Chicken Milanese. We walked for 25 minutes to this Prezzo as it was the one closest to the Dominion Theatre and we were seeing The Bodyguard there that night. Arrived, sat down, ordered starters drinks and then came to me ordering my main - I wanted the chicken Milanese. I was simply told 'we don't have the Milanese' with no apology whatsoever. I was very disappointed with this level of service and it ruined the rest of the visit for me, I will not be returning for a while, that's for certain.

We came from the British Museum, it is quite close. The restaurant was not over full and we had a nice table for 4. two pizza and two caesar salads (the pizzas were better) service was good and we had 40% discount voucher for mains. In all it would have been good value without the discount, so pleased with the outcome

Was there for early evening meal, couldn't fault the service or the meal. Pasta was amazing, plenty of fresh parmesan grated over meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Was there yesterday for early dinner after visiting British museum. We were hungry and 4 of us finished all our food but food quality is just ok no special. Spaghetti carbonara is smelly and king prawn risotto is salty and sour which is unusual. Positive : Staff is good. Risotto is creamy, king prawn is fresh.

Queríamos comer una pizza bien italiana, y aquí lo conseguimos. Acompañamos con ensalada. De postre helados. Todo abundante y fresco.

We enjoyed a delicious pre theatre meal here on Saturday. The staff were friendly & didn't try to push unwanted sides etc on on which was a refreshing change. So easy to pay by the Prezzo App too :-)

La pasta con gambas y el tagliatelle con setas porcini, no tenían sabor, además de estar desabridos. Uno de mis acompañantes es chef de cocina italiano y salió escandalizado también. Nada que ver con otros restaurantes italianos en Londres donde hemos estado.Por otra parte, la camarera tampoco estuvo muy sobrada en atención, sino más bien lo contrario. Soy consciente de lo difícil que resulta dirigir una cadena de restaurantes a distancia, pero una especie de encargado que estaba en el local supongo que en alguna ocasión probará la comida y se dará cuenta de lo que preparan, aunque es inglés el sabor italiano supongo lo conoce. No repetiremos.

Really enjoyed eating here during a lunch time, especially as I used a voucher! My pasta was great as always, and the waiter didn't judge me for asking for extra Parmesan. Definitely worth a tip!

Great food. Lovely friendly staff laid back service no rushing you to order. Ended up having three courses each course was very good. You can also use Tesco clubcard vouchers to pay for your food.

Just left the British Museum and was looking for a bite. Walked into Prezzo and it was busy, but the waiter gave us a table even though they were full. What a treat, great food seafood pasta and more! Would recommend this to all.

We visited the restaurant on the 31st as a family of 4.The food was good; but the main problem with the restaurant is the service, which was slow... very slow. I'm not sure if they perhaps didn't expect a full restaurant on a Tuesday, overall nice food but I would not go back again due to the slow service.

Lovely ambiance. Caring and attentive staff. Tasty food, especially the dessert! Marta was very helpful. Shame one of the toilet seats is broken and the ladies could do with a bit of TLC.

After pounding the pavement from the tube station we came across Prezzo New Oxford street and thought we would give it a look as we were hungry before going to see jersey boys, we got a table for 3 very quick as this was lunch time, they gave us a while to look at the menu and decide what we would like to eat and drink, my son wanted a coke my mum wanted a tap water and I went for the porn star martini which was lovely, our main food was lovely my son had the spag boll and me and me mum had a light version of a main pasta dish which was lovely as we knew we would eat again later, the lite bite portion size was just right and the staff were amazing and did not hover we had to even ask for the bill at the end of the meal, which when it came the staff were more than happy to take the voucher code I had as a down load on my phone which saved us 25% of our bill which was great as there was a help guide on our table to say about downloading a Prezzo app to make the most of their offers which we did and wow our meal for 3 worked out to be around £10 each with drinks which was lovely, the restaurant was a lovely clean place with a lovely atmosphere and there was lots of time to watch the life of london walk past the window.

I have visited several other branches of the Prezzo chain and have always found the service very good with friendly staff and food of a good standard and value. Unfortunately this was not the case at this branch at least on the day of my visit. There seemed to be insufficient staff to deal with the number of diners resulting in very slow and poor service. The food was reasonable but my calzone definitely looked considerably smaller than calzones I had had on previous occasions and was accompanied by a very tired and limp bit of salad. At least the price was reasonable with a discount voucher.

I Ordered Pasta (Pappardelle with Mushrooms) and Garlic Bread to take away and it was the most disgusting meal I've ever tasted. So bland, boring and flavourless. The garlic bread also took me by suprise when it came looking like a mintaure naan bread- This tasted really bitter and strange. Did not taste like any kind of garlic bread I've had before. I had to throw the TakeAway in the bin.. it was that awful! Never again. Sad as I always imagined prezzo to be really good.

My partner had seabass, it was raw in the middle, so we sent it back and it arrived raw again, we had theatre tickets and didn't have time by then to wait so left without having eaten.

Waited 25 minutes for garlic bread starter, main courses then arrived 30 seconds later! Subsequently had to return pizza as it was burnt to a crust round the outside & was inedible. Overcharged us for glass of wine. Said we couldn't use app to pay but then came back later and said we could. Guy on desk could use a customer service course. Won't be going there again.

Visited here with a friend this week and was really disappointed. I think prezzo has massively gone down hill.I ordered the calamari...there didn't seem to be any squid, just batter. When the mains came (penne salmon) one was the wrong size (without salad) and the other was cold. The waitress tried to dispute with us but even agreed with us at the end of the meal that she really dislikes the calamari?!I won't be visiting another prezzo, the service at the Charing Cross branch has always been dyer and now this one has disappointed with the food.Don't waste your time, find a nice authentic Italian not a chain restaurant

Omggggggg I never really write reviews but this prezzie was so goddayum good. We ordered a porn star martini and gin n elderflower cocktail both as good as each other. My friend ordered the il cartoni calzone with bechamel sauce inside and I ordered chicken ravioli it was just the right amount. I always get depressed when I see ravioli with a few squares thinking it wouldn't fill me but this was an ample amount and the sauce needed absolutely no extra seasoning just my usual cheeeeese!!!The service was great the lady recommended the ravioli as I was torn between this and the Gorgonzola pasta. Extremely chuffed that I listened to her. The calzone was massive so luckily I had the pleasure of helping my fellow comrade demolish it. Pleasurable experience.Now lunch over back to work:(

We have been here numerous times now and this Prezzo is always welcoming. It serves its food nice and hot and quick enough for a pre-theatre meal. It is well maintained and nice and clean. It is well placed for most of theatreland.

Excellent value and quite a good selection of choice on this set menu, compared to the three course and glass of wine one! ViPizza was absolutely delicious...and a good size too. Service was efficient and fast ...typical as we weren't in a hurry! We were welcome to stay as long as we wanted though. The only suggestion I have is that they put the piece of paper menu in a folder , so it's not obvious you are on a deal! Definitely worth the money paid, especially when you buy it with an extra 25% off . Nice area and easily walkable to the Dominion Theatre.

This branch of Prezzo is situated conveniently close to the British Museum. Staff were really friendly and found us a table straight away - we enjoyed sitting by the window and people watching! The menu has lots of choice (gluten free pasta and pizza available - not loads of vegetarian options) food was well cooked and promptly served and terrific value with an Easter holiday special offer. Just what we needed to refuel post-museum pre-shops with 2 hungry 10-year olds.

After visiting the British Museum we were looking for somewhere close by that accepted the Tastecard. This Prezzo is just down Museum Street opposite the Museum. We arrived just as they were starting their dinner service so it was very quiet and the service was prompt. The children had the kids' menu which was great value and we ordered from the main menu. All the food was well cooked and tasty. I would certainly recommend this Prezzo to anyone looking to use the Tastecard in the vicinity of the British Museum.

I visited with a colleague whilst on a course and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. I ordered the pork belly and my colleague the fish but what arrived were 2 fish dishes this was rectified but the same staff member then also brought us the wrong bills and then handed my card back to my colleague!All in all the food and atmosphere was very nice and are what pull this review up but the service needs to be addressed.

Came in with a tastecard and a birthday voucher for a free bottle of prosecco. It was my birthday so was really looking forward to spending it with friends here. First of all they told us we couldn't get the free prosecco and use the tastecard on the same bill so we had to split the bills in two. Secondly the waitress spilt a drink over and it spilt on my friends iPhone worth over £600. She just topped up her glass with the prosecco that we already had and didn't offer another one. When she brought over our food I asked if my friend could be given another glass of prosecco as she had just spilt one. She grudgingly gave it to her. She then later came over and told us they were doing us a huge favour basically telling us we were being cheeky. How rude of her. Then we waited at least twenty minutes after we had finished eating. Nobody had come over so we had to ask for the bill. They brought over the bill then had to wait a further ten minutes for them to come and take the payment. The worst thing was the restaurant had only three tables of customers including us and there was a staff member just sitting down on her phone at the far end of the restaurant. The food was really nice so maybe just go to another branch of prezzo as the staff in here were awful. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE.

We had to wait some time after arrival and asked a few times for someone to take our order as we were going to the theatre. They definitely needed more staff, as this was a busy time. I had a tastecard for 2 people and another of our party of 4 had a 2-4-1 offer on mains for her and her guest. However we were told we couldn't use both offers, even though they admitted that if we had sat at two tables for 2 we could have used them! What a ridiculous situation!
