Had a bad experience with a tall guy with a hipster haircut. Super rude, unhelpful, and full of attitude. Definitely not great customer service.

Great pizza and staff this is the best franco manca in my view. On this occasion I was well looked after by Kamina Freddy and Dasha. This Franco Manca has the best tiramisu as well. the menu is simple but tasty and great value.

Lunchtime on Sunday...start of service, nice and calm...just what we needed!!

Staff here are not very friendly especially the manager (disgusting attitude), they were very cold to customers, yet I observed them all having a good ole laugh and joke with each other huddled together in the middle of the restaurant. They should bring that energy to customers. The only member of staff who actually seemed to be doing his job effectively was the chef. Pizza was good, but will never visit this branch again, mainly cause I like my staff to be warm and helpful at the least, if they friendly, funny and considerate well a bonus deserving of a very generous tip. That would never happen at this restaurant. Head office train your staff and get rid of the manager and get a competent manager instead.

Been to FM a few times as it close to work (NHS). Meet a friend after work for dinner. We were served by a lovely lady name Karuna. She was very helpful and assisted with all our quires. However while she was attending to another table, my friend had ask another waiter for a serving plate and was totally ignored.She did get the plate in the end when Karuna was free. If it was not Karuna service I would have scored the service a 1.

Great food! It was a busy night but we weren't kept waiting too long. Scaria was helpful and gave us quick service. Will definitely be coming back (especially if there's another £5 pizza deal 😉)

I had a fantastic experience at Franco Manca, and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing service from our waiter, Freddie. When we arrived, I was a bit frustrated because the app wasn’t working initially, but he handled the situation so calmly and professionally, making sure everything was sorted out. His positive attitude really turned my mood around, and by the time I left, I was genuinely happy with my experience. He was attentive without being overbearing, and his suggestions were spot on. Definitely made the meal that much more enjoyable. Would absolutely come back, and I hope he’s there next time!

It is a typical tourist venue and void of any atmosphere or attention from the staff. If you like your pizza chewy and soggy in the middle then this is for you.

For what it costs (very affordable) they offer a good value, service is friendly and quick. Food is tasty, pizza is pizza, maybe a bit too thick for me but that’s the style! Atmosphere is nice too. I won’t hesitate to come back when in the area.

The pizzas used to be lovely here. They still taste ok, but the amount of topping is mean. Plenty of staff but they aren't interested in the customers. Too busy joking around with each other and gossiping.

Despite the unforeseen change in our group size, he handled everything with grace and efficiency, making sure that we were comfortable and well attended to throughout our meal. Terrible service, arrogant, impatient attendant, without any friendliness... It even seemed like we were doing ourselves a favor by buying pizza from this place... I honestly don't recommend it because of the terrible service.

The pizzas are excellent, but on this occasion they arrived lukewarm. Looking at other orders (sitting next to the oven) they were cooling down on the plates before they were brought to tables.

I recently dined at Franco Manca and was disappointed with both the food and service. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. Service was slow throughout the evening; our drinks took an unusually long time to arrive, and the starter, bruschetta, was served well after the main courses. The bruschetta itself was underwhelming, featuring stale looking bread and a sparse topping of peppers, which I ultimately declined to pay for. As for the pizza, the dough seemed undercooked and lacked the expected quality. Given these issues, I left dissatisfied.

One of my favourite pizza restaurants. It’s delightful. Even some of the other branches are good. The staff members are welcoming and prompt.

Claramente pensaban que eran bastante geniales, pero de hecho no eran muy buenos en sus trabajos. La comida era absolutamente buena pizza grub.

Heaven tastes like Truffle Pizza ❤️ they did their best to receive and serve us (group of 5) even in a full place and with no previous reservation. For London prices it is not expensive at all, especially considering the food quality!
