Best pizza and wonderful staff!!

Like other pizzerias, it was a bit sad that my extra burrata was in such a tiny amount.

After seeing lots of people with the pizza boxes walking around the city, I was wondering if it’s popular then it must be good. Well, now I’m no longer wondering. How do you f up a pizza? Apparently quite easily. Both the pizza and garlic bread were burnt to a crisp. I had been in hospital for 4 days waiting for my little girl to be born, so I was faced with the choice to pick the burnt pieces off or starve. Also the tiramisu arrived without even a spork, so I was sat there with only my blackened fingers to enjoy it.

I’ve seen the decline of Franca Manca recently. Lack of consistency. Pizza here was burnt and dry. Service was fine but the price just doesn’t represent value for money anymore.

I ate there on Tuesday night and got terrible food poisoning. Written to HQ and no response! It was a shambles from the moment I arrived. I waited 10 minutes to be seated - the two waiters continued wiping tables instead of coming to seat me, despite the restaurant being quiet. After 15 minutes, I finally managed to get a waiter's attention and ordered a bottle of red wine, but was brought a glass of rose. Then I was brought a glass of red wine, and eventually got that bottle of red. After another 15 minutes we were able to order food. And then I got food poisoning. I hadn't had anything else to eat so it really could only have been the pizza. I've written to HQ but haven't had a response within their own time guidance. Such a shame as Franco Manca used to be so great, but it has expanded too far and quality and prices are not what they used to be.

Had a bad experience with a tall guy with a hipster haircut. Super rude, unhelpful, and full of attitude. Definitely not great customer service.

Gran pizza y el personal, esta es la mejor manca franca en mi opinión. En esta ocasión me cuidaron bien Kamina Freddy y Dasha. Este Franco Manca tiene el mejor tiramisú también. el menú es simple pero sabroso y de gran relación calidad-precio.

Staff here are not very friendly especially the manager (disgusting attitude), they were very cold to customers, yet I observed them all having a good ole laugh and joke with each other huddled together in the middle of the restaurant. They should bring that energy to customers. The only member of staff who actually seemed to be doing his job effectively was the chef. Pizza was good, but will never visit this branch again, mainly cause I like my staff to be warm and helpful at the least, if they friendly, funny and considerate well a bonus deserving of a very generous tip. That would never happen at this restaurant. Head office train your staff and get rid of the manager and get a competent manager instead.

Been to FM a few times as it close to work (NHS). Meet a friend after work for dinner. We were served by a lovely lady name Karuna. She was very helpful and assisted with all our quires. However while she was attending to another table, my friend had ask another waiter for a serving plate and was totally ignored.She did get the plate in the end when Karuna was free. If it was not Karuna service I would have scored the service a 1.

Great food! It was a busy night but we weren't kept waiting too long. Scaria was helpful and gave us quick service. Will definitely be coming back (especially if there's another £5 pizza deal 😉)

Best pizza chain in London. First went to one of their original branches in Clapham Junction. TCR is just as good and the staff are great - Devesh thanks for looking after us!

Delectable food and an unreal atmosphere however I would suggest adding pineapple to the varied list of ingredients. Freddy was an absolute treat, almost sweeter than the dessert itself

I had a fantastic experience at Franco Manca, and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing service from our waiter, Freddie. When we arrived, I was a bit frustrated because the app wasn’t working initially, but he handled the situation so calmly and professionally, making sure everything was sorted out. His positive attitude really turned my mood around, and by the time I left, I was genuinely happy with my experience. He was attentive without being overbearing, and his suggestions were spot on. Definitely made the meal that much more enjoyable. Would absolutely come back, and I hope he’s there next time!

Brilliant Neapolitan pizza at a great price, and Freddy’s service was exceptional which tied the whole experience together! Will be back!

The service was great! The pizzas are authentic Italian. Amongst the staff, freddy and caruna in particular provided exemplary service. Very special place, looking forward to come back again.

It is a typical tourist venue and void of any atmosphere or attention from the staff. If you like your pizza chewy and soggy in the middle then this is for you.

For what it costs (very affordable) they offer a good value, service is friendly and quick. Food is tasty, pizza is pizza, maybe a bit too thick for me but that’s the style! Atmosphere is nice too. I won’t hesitate to come back when in the area.

The pizzas used to be lovely here. They still taste ok, but the amount of topping is mean. Plenty of staff but they aren't interested in the customers. Too busy joking around with each other and gossiping.

Today, my wife and I had the pleasure of dining at franco manca for lunch, despite our two friends bailing on us at the last moment for our pre-reserved table. The day was saved by the incredible service from Roberto, who turned our meal into a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Roberto was attentive, courteous, and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. Despite the unforeseen change in our group size, he handled everything with grace and efficiency, making sure that we were comfortable and well attended to throughout our meal. Roberto’s service was a perfect blend of professionalism and warmth. He not only managed the logistics of our reservation with ease but also recommended some fantastic dishes from the menu, which turned out to be delightful. Terrible service, arrogant, impatient attendant, without any friendliness... It even seemed like we were doing ourselves a favor by buying pizza from this place... I honestly don't recommend it because of the terrible service.

The atmosphere was warm and festive, the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, delivering everything so quickly. As always, the quality of the food was absolute perfection. The pizzas are excellent, but on this occasion they arrived lukewarm. Looking at other orders (sitting next to the oven) they were cooling down on the plates before they were brought to tables.
