the food was very nice but i had to wait a long time just to get to get the food to come to me cold i was very sad i had to run out the place and cry in my car

Had breakfast here on New Year’s Day with my family. A young member of staff clearly didn’t want to be there, he was so rude to us. I would never eat there again

Wait staff was incredibly rude. Six of us placed orders and were immediately told that we’re doing it wrong. Degrading and unprofessional staff caused us to walk out. Would not recommend.

Food was delicious and served quickly. Atmosphere was lovely and the service provided by Mr Ghaly was second to none!

Me and my friends met at the Little Frankie at Trafalgar's Square last Friday, 21 of Feb. We really appreciated our waiter Govani and his effort to make our dinner experience extra special by preparing a French coffee, which we ordered even when it wasn't on the menu, but was done to perfection. Govani demonstrated his dedication not only to his work but to making guests satisfied. It was fabulous, thank you.

We ate here while staying in London for a short getaway and I am so glad we decided to eat here. A unique tiny Frankie & Bennys resturant Little Frankies has a brillant atmosphere and some very friendly staff. The waiter we had was very friendly and gave amazing customer service not just to us but everyone he served. He really did create a great atmosphere. The food was served quickly and very tasty 10/10. Will be back here again in the future hopefuly.

Me and my partner is on a business trip when we spotted this cool little franchise of frankies😊 we are starving and would want to give it a go for a quick bfast. The man at front was helpful and has a great customer service despite the place is not busy. Very quick and ohh th coffee is lush. Cons - the outside building was hidden from all the signs. They should grab the opportunity of the busking people around it. Great location but we didnt know if its open until we peak outside. Overall it was great! Comfy and quiet. We recommend 👍
