Siamo stati in questo ristorante mentre passavano di lì, cibo non eccezionale ma neanche cattivo, anche se il servizio sgarbato ci ha fatto abbassare di non poco il voto. Se dovete fermarvi non è una meta sconsigliatissima.

Pizza veramente molto buona, sembra di essere in Italia. Staff gentile. Prezzo in media con tutta la città. Posizionato in un buon punto.

I felt the staff were perhaps intimidated by a ? Manager or chain manager who was watching their every move , and he was picking up staff members on what they were doing , how they were behaving to the customers, it made me uncomfortable to see and hear it going on around us. He was friendly at all. The pizza base was good but the fillings we had weren’t partially good. Things need to improve in their customer service.

Sono stata in questo ristorante a Settembre 2014, firmare un viaggio studio. Che dire, seppur lo spazio è piccolo, il cibo è ottimo! In cucina non hanno avuto problemi ad aggiungere piatti fuori menù come una fetta di pollo o di carne alla griglia. La pizza napoletana è ottima, così come il cuoppo servito come antipasto. Lo staff è gentilissimo e cordiale, ci hanno messo a nostro agio fin da subito, soprattutto il manager siciliano. Lo ricordo con affetto :)

Ci sono andato sabato sera, anche perché avevo voglia di una pizza, era molto buona come piace a me, ne è valsa la pena andarlo a visitare

We have just had our Sunday lunch in Fratelli La Bufala next to Piccadilly Circus. Food was lovely (typical Italian) and Massimiliano was always very polite and friendly with us. Thanks Massimiliano for giving suck a lovely service!

Nice pizza and nice service. I had the simple Margherita and I have so say it’s one of the most good I had in London. Definitely recommended.

Ci siamo andati di sabato , il locale era strapieno, il personale (tutto italiano è molto cordiale) ci ha fatto accomodare su... tempo 5 minuti e le ordinazioni erano già sul tavolo... la pizza non è eccellente ma mangiabile

We stopped in for a pre-theater bite with no real expectations, being located in a high-tourist and crowded area. Our pizzas were delicious and filling, and reasonably priced as well. Service was friendly and efficient, and we left feeling satisfied and rather surprised at how great everything was!

Pizza was not so good, ceasar salad came with the souce on the side and it was very bad. We had a lot of little flys around our table

Nice italian restaurant in central London on two levels, serves wines and homemade bread. Nice touch, I ordered a “scaloppina with bufala cheese”, what I had was just two chicken breast on a layer of tomato and a bit of shredded mozzarella. Quite disappointing, tasteless. I’ve been here other times also for the “aperitivo” on the go which I find way better than sitting for dinner.

Prezzi un po' alti ma sappiamo che Londra è cara. Come dessert ho mangiato un Babà, cosa devo aggiungere? La consiglio a tutti gli italiani che sono a Londra!

Bon restaurant italien prix raisonnable, belle quantité. Ce qui est particulier dans ce restaurant c'est la mine réjouie des serveuses et serveurs. Les cuisiniers au travail sont visibles de la salle, plutôt rassurant sur la cuisine. Pour un lieu aussi passager c'est agréable de ne pas tomber dans un piège à touriste.

We popped in for a late snack. We grabbed the mixed started which was delicious and whetted our appetite for pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza base was very heavy and while it tasted delicious it left me with indigestion. It is a shame because the ingredients are good quality but I do feel the base needs work. Having said that, the service was lovely and the place was hopping.

The staff were (blank). Sat by the kitchen so saw perhaps too much. Pizzas were part (blank), part (blank) and used pre-made dough from large trays which were then placed on the floor. Pizza cook used bare hands for all operations including kneading the dough, placing the toppings, and other non-food actions. The Energizzante salad contained very (blank) dried up chicken and mozzarella which smelled of (blank). Toilets were very (blank) so much that my grandson refused to use them. We did not pay the (blank) service charge which we have never done before. Not what you expect from an Italian restaurant!

La pizza es buena (no excelente), el servicio es terrible y desagradable (no lo que cabe esperar de este tipo de restaurante). Muy largo tiempo para ser servido esperando. No limpio, parece un restaurante muy barato. Hay muchos sitios mejores para comer una verdadera pizza en Londres. No recomendado!

Buena comida y agradable camarera. El único inconveniente fue que estuvimos allí en muy ocupado tiempo, así que estaba un poco loco. Pero sí nos gustaría visitar de nuevo. Gracias por una excelente comida y servicio.

It was busy when we arrived so the manager asked us to wait at the bar. Had a drink, table was ready after 10 minutes. When we sat down the little flies started buzzing around, tiny ones like midges. Very strange as I can't remember ever experiencing this before at least not indoors, reminded us of sitting outside somewhere warm! I had seen the previous review before I went so wasn't surprised . Strangely nobody else noticed them and I wasn't brave enough to ask about them. We've been before and love the pizza. We ordered, the menu has changed and the Diavola no longer has the Green Peppers. Still, they were delicious. The flies disappeared when the pizzas arrived piping hot. As we finished they drifted back. It was busy throughout our meal, it's very small and cramped, I don't know why they don't open the larger space downstairs. The atmosphere is buzzing as a result it is nice and warm on a cold winter evening. Manager is brusque but being Italian and busy he meant well. The waiters are efficient getting the job done. Had a quick espresso to finish. Good coffee! We left after what was a good pizza but I can't help wondering if it is going to close for a refit shortly or will no one ever notice the little flies?

Planeado para parar para un almuerzo rápido, pero que se convirtió en un bocadillo rápido cuando entramos en el restaurante. Nos encantó la decoración del restaurante, que tiene estar superior y otra en el sótano.

Un po' prevenuti sul fatto che in centro a Londra, normalmente, non si mangi bene ci siamo fermati qui (memori di aver gia' mangiato bene da Fratelli La Bufala altrove). Posto ben tenuto e tranquillo, personale disponibile e servizievole, molto buone sia la pasta sia la pizza. Insomma: scegliendo con attenzione si puo' mangiare bene anche in centro! Sicuramente meglio rispetto altre catene che fanno riferimento all'Italia.

Visitamos el lugar recientemente y tenía una carne. Sé cómo hacer un buen bistec, pero la que tuve allí fue simplemente increíble! Gran servicio y ambiente. Sin duda volveremos.

We were rudely addressed on arrival by I assume the manager - found her snooty and abrupt. We were seated at a table so squashed into a corner, I couldn’t sit properly, despite the restaurant being empty at that point. We thought about leaving however were limited for time as we were seeing a play. The table itself was so small our pizza plates were hanging off the edge of the table. A redeeming point was that our waitress was very warm, polite and helpful however the manager seemed to be chastising her repeatedly yet the waitress kept a smile on her face and didn’t react.

Abbiamo trovato per caso questo ottimo ristorante-pizzeria in centro a Londra. Noi abbiamo preso 2 pizze con impasto napoletano, cotte in forno a legna, davvero ottime!!

We ducked in here at lunchtime to get some respite from the cold and a quick, light bite. Offered a table near to the food prep area / pizza oven I knew my young daughter would be interested to see how the food was made. With no great fanfare our hostess quickly arranged for her to have her own portion of dough to have a try with, which set the tone for our whole visit - very kind, attentive, and friendly service throughout. Having handed over a much worked (but little pizza resembling) piece of dough it was subsequently finessed into a small, heart-shaped margarita and served back to her great delight. In the meantime us grown ups had enjoyed a very nice pizza and salad between us. At the end of our visit our daughter declared that “this is the best pub that I have ever seen”. Will we be going back? Certainly. It would be rude not to!

Oggi 19 November sono stato a pranzo fratelli la bufala e il mio lunch e stato orribile !!!’ Ordinato mozzarella da 100g, arrivata a tavola fredda e senza sapore con verdure di contorno Immangiabili scotte e senza sapore, per primo ho chiesto scialatielli con gamberi e ricotta senza verdura ancora delusion Immangiabile !!!! È arrivata la pasta in un piatto freddo !!! Così subito ho chiesto del manager che è arrivato al tavolo di Nome Ida Incredibile rude e arrogante dicendomi che la pasta Va servita in piatti freddi ed io non capisco il sistema come va servito !!! Di solito cibo caldo piatto caldo, lei mi ripete con arroganza che li non è un ristorante per me !!! Risposta da dare ? Spero che ci sia un superiore che mi può dare più spiegazioni a riguardo della mancata Educazione della Manager Ida che, Dovrebbe essere più preparata in materia !!finale lunch non ho mangiato niente solo il dolce e mi ha fatto pagare tutto.

Italiani se quando passate da Londra per caso vi manca la pizza andateci, se come a me dopo qualche giorno sentite la mancanza della nostra pietanza nazionale questo posto fa per voi. Ci sono ormai tantissime pizzerie con pizzaioli italiani a Londra, ma qui per me si va sul sicuro. I prezzi sono allineati con la zona.

Went here upon a friend's recommendation and was looking forward to some authentic Italian pizza. I ordered a margherita pizza which had a nice thin, crispy base but unfortunately the sauce was so salty it ruined the pizza. I would've complained but didn't have time to wait for another to be made so just did my best to finish it. For dessert we both tried cannoli but neither of us enjoyed them thanks to the glucose syrup type chocolate sauce they put on them and the cheesy taste of the filling. If you want good cannoli try casa cannoli, not this place. As all the food was disappointing I won't be returning but the service was good. I am sure there are better Italian restaurants out there.

La pizza è buona, lo staff è quasi tutto italiano ed è molto cordiale, ottimo il tiramisù. Da quello che abbiamo potuto constatare i prodotti sono italiani per cui il risultato non poteva essere negativo.

Best pizza in London for sure delicious we taste the Italian difference ! Amazing enough to make us eat there twice in the same week ! It's officially our pizza place ! And Sacha the bold waiter is really kind even if he sometimes pushes you to buy more drinks

Only good point - informal but courteous staff. Sadly, will not be back. I did not complain at the time as did not want to further irritate my family.Booked in advance and dined on a Sat at 7.30. We were 3 and seated on a table for 2, even if there were plenty of other tables available. The pizza plates and drinks barely fitted on the table. The close proximity to the other table made it impossible not to shut out their own conversation, so overall uncomfortable. The non tomato base pizzas are very bland and too cheesy. They were also undercooked. The rocket and parmesan salad arrived later and with gratings rather than shavings - it looked unappealing. Music - No objection to Italian ballads being played, infact I recognised a few of them. However, a very poor sound system, sounded like a 'radio in a sandwich shop' and made it overall unpleasant. Restaurant prices are NOT justified here.

Have visited this restaurant twice in the last 3 months due to its proximity to a friends flat. Both times the pizza has been excellent. All other dishes friends have had have been great too and we have had a lovely time in a nice setting. Its a great place for a fairly informal get together to enjoy great pizza and wine in a nice setting. Prices are good too.Also delicious was the super food salad, in fact most of the salads are very good, but the super food salad was delicious and filling too, so much so l recreated it at home.

We ate at Fratelli La Bufala before going to the Savoy Theatre last night. Most of Villiers Street is inhabited by small 'grab and go' outlets, the likes of Pret, Eat, Herman ze German(!) etc - all catering for quick snacks for commuters and office workers in the locality. We didn't have high hopes but were happily surprised. The charming waitress found us a table very quickly and we let her know we were in a hurry. She was amazingly efficient and served us immediately. She advised us which dishes would take a little longer to cook so we avoided these. All the food came within 5 minutes: a fresh-as-a-daisy and delicious pizza, an amazing 'Ennergize' salad, some pasta and some to-die-for tomato mozzarella salad. Do not be put off by the 'fast food' nature of the location: this is good Italian food done well. The place is known and named after its Buffalo mozzarella and the waitress told us that it arrives every Tuesday from Italy (so was fresh off the van that day). It was truly delicious. Next time, we'll make a proper trip of going to Fratelli La Bufala rather than fitting it in before the theatre: it deserves far more of our time.

Friendly enough service. However, the pizzas took the best part of an hour to arrive with no apology or update from the server who seemed more interested in us ordering additional drinks. When the pizza arrived it was very enjoyable. Shame the service was so poor as due to this, unlikely to return.

Super adresse, découverte au hasard. Une salle en bas avec une grande table carré ou nous avons mangé à 7 c'était plus cool que les tables longue et la nourriture est fraîche cuisiné sur place et tout est maison, c'est très bon mais pas très copieux. Nous n'avons pas essayé les pizza qui sont d'après eux leur spécialité car ils nous l'ont expliqué en payant la note... trop tard, prochaine fois peut etre à miami ou doubai...

Dopo varie peripezie finalmente sono riuscito a trovare una vera pizzeria all'italiana.Penso sia tra le migliori pizze che si possa mangiare a Londra. Forse un tantino fredda l'accoglienza, tra italiani mi sarei aspettato di più. Naturalmente i prezzi sono decisamente maggiori rispetto a quelli che si trovano in Italia ma questo è risaputo.

One of the best places to go if you like Italian food. As it's close to my workplace we're going there quite often with my colleagues. Really love the place. Staff is friendly, food delicious. Will be back soon.

Já tinha comido nesse restaurante antes em Dubai , mais nunca tinha pedido a pizza , e me surpreendi, pizza ótima e serviço idem !!! Vale a pena massa da pizza fininha , e com um molho de tomate incrível! Pedi de entrada uma burrata que tava uma delicia ! Recomento muito mesmo !!!

Good pasta, but the pizza is fantastic, and the wine list is reasonable. The staff are friendly. The music, however, is disturbingly loud detracting from the dining experience.

We attended on a Saturday night. I am pregnant and therefore asked for my beef burger to be well-cooked (citing the reason). It came out blue. After finally managing to flag down the waitress, she returned the burger to the kitchen (without an apology). I then had to wait another 20 minutes for a second burger (which also came out blue). Again, flagged down waitress (no apology). I then asked for a pizza instead and she said "it's probably safer". I then had to wait another 20 minutes for my food. By this time, my dining companions had finished their meals. I was charged for my meal, and they then proceeded to try to enforce a tip. Cheeky! Needless to say, I won't be returning to this restaurant.

This restaurant is in the middle of several other eateries and I must admit The only reason we stopped was that my son wanted pizza. Across the board this place hit the high notes. The Pizza was fresh and well cooked and perfect if you like light dough. I got the lasagna and was really happy, same with my daughters gnocci and my wife's ravioli's in a butter sauce. I can be a snob about Mozz cheese and I'll let you know this was as fresh as you can get. I was informed that it was flown in from Italy (as all ingredients are) the night before. If freshness is something you desire this place has it.

The pizza is perfect: thin dough with crispy touch. Perfect to have a good time with friends enjoying good food!

I've come here 3 or 4 times in the past couple of years and said it the first time, and now moved with my hangover today to say it again - BEST PIZZA IN LONDON.I had the Diavola and my god, it's just perfect. You know when you have a good thing and remember it fondly, then go back and get disappointed? Doesn't happen here it is still DELICIOUS. Very quick courteous service, nice glass of merlot and free wifi. It's places like this make me miss London. There's a lot of rubbish in central London but this place right out of Embankment / Charing Cross is worth you giving it a go. Now I'm off to go back to the Netherlands where the pizza in The Hague could learn a thing or two.* Chefs kiss *

After a long day in Bath and Stonehenge, we stopped here for a bite around the corner from our hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pizza was okay. Not well done, thin crust as requested but a good sauce and tasty.

My friend and I had dinner last night at this restaurant. Being vegan/vegetarian, we struggle finding good tasty and quality food - this place has it all!Very recommendable.

My wife and I were walking up Villiers Street on the way to the theatre when we passed FLB. Very good, prompt service by friendly, real Italian staff. I could see the pizza I had ordered being freshly made to the side of me. Nice surroundings and good prices. Although we didn't have it ourselves, there seemed to be a very well priced (£7.50?) buffet and drinks deal going on at the time of our visit. Would recommend.

Calzone crudo , la pizza della mia ragazza ( pizza tropicale) ricoperta completamente di ananas freddo e bresaola senza sapore .......... ma questa non è la cosa peggiore .... abbiamo parlato con il cameriere per spiegare il nostro disappunto sulla pizza , lui scusandosi riferì tutto al manager che senza piegare ciglio ci sbologno con il conto e senza chiedere niente sulla pizza o il calzone!!!!!incompetente

Good quality Pizza at a reasonable price. The ingredients were fresh and the base is made to order. Choose traditional tomato or the slightly different cheese base. Good atmosphere, with the oven in plain view of all tables. Disappointed they added 12.5% service charge, as I like to tip if justified. However they did remove this charge without problem.

A small taste of Italy in the West End. Eaten here twice and recommend trying the pizza. They import the buffala direct from Napoli, and a wood oven amongst the tables. Great ))

We stopped in after a performance at the National Theater. We walked across the bridge and found ourselves on this street with a number of pizzerias. We opted for this one because it looked the most authentic. We live in the New York area and we have access to great pizza - anytime - any day. This is authentic pizza. Thin crust - quality tomato sauce. It was a quick dinner. Cheap and cheerful. Decent service. Open til 1130 pm. We were not disappointed.

Per essere a Londra la pizza non è male si avvicina alla nostra. I prezzi ovviamente sono da Londra, quindi non aspettatevi di mangiare una pizza a cinque euro, se non ricordo male noi avevamo preso il calzone ripieno di mozzarella ed emmental con all'esterno prosciutto crudo e rucola e costava sui dieci puond. Birra molto buona!!

We enjoyed a very nice lunch here consisting of a pizza Margherita. The single pie in large enough for two. The toppings are fresh and quite tasty. The sauce, did seem to be out of a can. Their mozzarella is delicious.

We stumbled by here after drinks in Gordons wine bar and wasnt really expecting much. But the staff were friendly and genuinely Italian! The House wine wasnt bad at all, and the pizza was great! Authentic and tasty! I have the calzonne and unlike other places where they fold a pizza in half, this came out as a proper round calzonne! With 2 types of cheese and a spicy sausage in it! it was great!

Yes it was tasty, just what was required after a concert. It was funny watching the Maitre D swanning around without a job to doiPâté selection, peppers, olive tapenade and intensely flavoured sun dried tomato, served with delicious warm bread Diavola Pizza and mixed salad to share, and small baked aubergine with cheeses and tomato.

The Pizza Margaritana topping of baked aubergine, tomato sauce and mozzarella was a sloppy cold mess in the centre of pizza crust. The Tiramisu was tasteless, just a lot of cream with very little sponge. Two friends ordered the cheesecake and said it tasted off - it was sent back uneaten but it was still on the bill. Although the restaurant wasn't busy, the service was very slow; no waiter bothered to ask us if our meal was OK, or if we wanted to order anything more. We refused to pay the service charge that was put on the bill, and we wont be going again.

Scarsa attenzione sul cliente, approfittatori anche sull'acqua a 3,95 sterline in quanto potrebbero dare quella potabile a gratis e infine UNA PUZZA DI FOGNA mentre si Mangia. Ma siete venuti a Londra per portare il nome dell'Italia in questo modo ci affondante. Molto meglio mangiare nei ristoranti inglesi. Mai più.

I am please to see that after all these years Fratelli la bufala still do the best pizza in town. This is because where other companies has standardised ingredients and recepies, la Bufala still leave creativity and entusiasm to their pizzaioli. So the pizzaiolo from Fratelli la Bufala Embankment comes directly from Naples. Mario is an amazing artisan: he knows the temperatures and the alchemy of the yeast.Why to wait for one hour at the last fashionable pizzeria in Stoke Newington when you can have it done by Mario in 10 mins?

Siamo stati io e mia moglie in questa pizzeria, vi dico che la pizza è davvero ottima ed essendo napoletano vi garantisco che di pizze me ne intendo.A pochi passi dalla metro stazione Embankment.

Sitting in Pizzaaioli Emigrante and finishing off one of the best pizzas I've ever had. And I've had a few!!Perfect thin base and incredibly fresh toppings.The staff are incredibly efficient and the whole experience was wonderful.

Easily the best pizza in London.My favourite is the one with buffalo mozzarella and little fresh tomatoes, and love sharing it with a friend and also alongside a Tagliata, Buffalo meat in slices, with salad and a Parmesan crusty sculpture!Splash with the delicious extra-virgin olive oil on the table and this is a rare treat of a meal at the centre of London!! All pizzas are delicious and the menu so nicely presented you want to try everything!Deserts are very nice too.The staff is friendly and proudly Italian.I love going back to this place. I also brought several friends along on other occasions and all love it!Highly recommendable!!!

My partner and I visit Italy often so I've high expectations however we were pleasantly surprised with the high quality of the food here and will without doubt visit again. My partner had pizza and I enjoyed the basic tomato pasta dish, both were superb!

While out with friends we popped in here for some food. Ordered a pizza and beer each, and decided to have a starter of bread, olive oil and balsamic vinegar to share while we waited. A basket arrived with 2 paper bags with 2 slices of bread in each. No plates or oil or vinegar. After a minute we asked for them, we were given plates and told the oil and vinegar was already on the table, (in their bottles) so £2.50 for 4 slices of bread! Then the pizzas arrived, my pizza had a small dark hair on it, when pointed out it was removed and investigated and then replaced with another. However, the 'hair' pizza (minus the hair) was cut into slices and placed at the front of the for sale!! Replacement pizza was very wet, which my Italian friend advised is the way it's cooked in some parts of Italy, however not to my taste. My friends pizzas were nicer. At £69.02 for bread, 3 pizzas and 3 beers, it was not value for money, food was ok, service was not worth the 10% service charge and hair incident will mean I will not be eating here again.

Stopped I here for a pizza with a couple of friends ordered a pepperoni pizza with turned up with no pepperoni And a anchovies pizza with turned up with no cheese? Tried to complain but staff didn't understand needless to say avoid this place they don't have a clue what good pizza is.

The food may have been great however cannot say. After walking around were told they don't have pizza for st least 40 min. Then wanted to order salad....were told do not have salad. Then asked for gnocchi...:was told no gnocchi. Took forever to get water and bottle of wine! Service was terrible and chef walked around like he had nothing to do. Though very inviting on outside.... don't bother going in!!!!

Très bonnes mozzarelle di buffalo, pizza faite sur place et cuite dans un four et donc bonne, service très moyen.

Dropped by here as we were hungry and walking past. Really pleased with the service and the food. Really good recommendations by the waiter for vegeterians.

Been a few times to a number of their branches around London and have not once been disappointed so far. Great pizzas with very good quality ingredients. The jalapeños are rather spicy too Would certainly recommend
