Ideally situated for us and we went there twice. Good menu to choose from. Good service and great food

Visited for my daughters birthday while staying in London. It was superb. Service was superb. Food was delicious. Kids loved it. Great location. Glad we visited.

Dario, the so called-manager was the most rude person I have ever come across in my entire life. I booked a table here to grab a quick and cheap bite using the Tastecard. I had informed the waitress serving us and provided this detail when we were making our order and through the booking website too. I ordered a Christmas special pizza, and when we came to pay, I was told by Dario that this is not included in the Tastecard offer. I told him that I didn't think it was fair that his staff did not inform me that special dishes could ordered if we were using the Tasecard, had I known this I would have ordered something different, so this is a mistake on management for not training their staff properly. I asked him why I was not told this when I ordered the meal and he replied "it is in the terms and conditions" and I asked him if he expected me to read the terms and condition and he said yes because he reads the terms and conditions for everything he purchases. This reply I already thought was extremely unlike a manager of a reputable chain of restaurants, He then decided to provide me with a manual discount which I thanked him for. I saw him press a few buttons on the screen and he then suddenly said in a very stressed manner, "oh it's for free, no need to pay, just go". I said that I wanted to pay my fair share with is the meal using the Tastecard but he started to get aggressive repeating that the meal was free and that was it, he was doing this whilst putting his hand in my face. I then thanked him further for not charging me for the meal but his aggressive behaviour was not warranted. I then told him that there is CCTV that can see him and I shall be reporting this to his senior. The cherry on top - as I was leaving the restaurant, Dario ran after me and started yelling (so much so that the whole restaurant was watching), "if you tell my manager I was aggressive, I will say you were aggressive first!!". I felt extremely threatened and he looked like he wanted to hit me, the guest I was with had to get in between him and I to stop him from coming near my. I am truly disgusted and shocked at this man's behavior and wonder if he would have acted the same if I was a white male. I should have reported him to the police

Made an online reservation for 7pm on Dec 26th. Reservation was confirmed via e-mail. I get a voicemail message at 4:30pm saying that they are now closing at 6pm so our reservation is cancelled. WTF, unbelievable...... Avoid this chain

I am a lover of Prezzo and went to Dickens Museum and needed a restaurant for dinner after. I wanted to use my Tastecard and was impressed that Prezzo were accepting them during December. Service was incredible - our waitress was Andrea (?) she was brilliant, especially as my friend is gluten/dairy free. Bonus was that we could also use 25% off bottle of Prosecco. Where else can 4 of you eat 2/3 course meal with alcohol (we had one beer too) in December for less than £75 - Thank you Prezzo x

We've chosen this restaurant to celebrate my mum's 60th birthday and it was a great decision. The food was very good and it arrived promptly. All 12 of us received the main course at the same time, so we did not have these awkward moments of "should I start eating", surprisingly this does not always happen in restaurants in central London, and to me this demonstrates attention to detail. We were waited by a guy called Dario and he was very friendly and always available, checking with us frequently to ensure the food was good and that we had water available and wine glasses filled. There was no pressure for us to order anything extra or leave quickly. It seemed like a very honest, Italian style hospitality. Food was also very good. It is nice to see that apart from typical Pizza and Pasta options as you would have in an Italian restaurant, there is a fair selection of other alternatives. I, for example, had chicken with mushroom sauce with broccoli on a side. It was very tasty.

The maitre d’ seemed very stressed and informed us when we asked for a table that we had to be gone in two hours. Fair enough, but didn’t make us feel welcome exactly! The food, however, was lovely and well priced. The portion sizes were very generous. The waiter we had was really kind and helpful. When we were ready to pay for our meal I informed the maitre d’ who was in charge of our table, that we had Tesco Clubcard vouchers. He informed us that I should have told him earlier and I couldn’t use them because I’d had the set menu and our children had had the children’s menu, and these were not allowed under the voucher scheme. I told him that my husband had not had any set menu so we would like to pay separately in that case, so we could use some of the vouchers. The maitre d’ refused. I’m not entirely sure why, as we have used Clubcard vouchers for years, including at Prezzo, to pay for meals out. The maitre d’ was quite hostile about it. It was a pity as it spoilt what was an enjoyable meal out with our children.

We were looking for somewhere to have lunch after long morning shopping It was difficult to find anything suitable in this area suddenly we saw a pub looked good sat down looked at the menu it was not suitable left there for Prezzo opposite side of the road. Great menu advertised outside two courses very reasonable with a drink. The service was very good drinks choices taken immediately then the main food order they were so helpful we ordered the courses carefully planned out we managed to share the starters then main meal then we shared the desert. It was all delicious hot and the wine was tasty. Very good value

Good Italian food. And staff are very helpful and polite. We ordered Spaghetti Carbonara, and it tasted delightfull.

Been here with my girlfriend yesterday for lunch. The staff was quite busy but we appreciated the service and the food. I had a pizza Tre Gusti and my girlfriend Spaghetti Carbonara. We tried two cocktails and some Garlic Bread as a starter. This place is situated just off the British Museums. We will be back!

Took the grandchildren here for a pizza while visiting the Clarkes Village. The best pizzas we have ever had to quote our granddaughter who is 10. Will definitely be returning soon as the staff were excellent with the children. Very family friendly.

We ordered a crumbed cheese mozzarella starter (very nice), a prawn starter (the sauce tasted exactly like the sauce that came with the other starter), a pepperoni pizza (which was nice but lacked kick and the pasta with large meatballs - I had this last one and was disappointed with the meatballs; though they were large, they tasted like they consisted of processed meat, possibly combined with some other non-meat/non-veg filling - I couldn't make it out but I didn't like the taste of them and thought my wife makes much better meatballs! The service was friendly but a little inattentive at times and no one came to check how our meals were. On the upside, the food was filling and the bill not bad - tip: use the tastecard to get 2 for one dishes. Not a bad night out.

Se notaba que no utilice un horno de leña para sus pizzas.£3 por 200 ml de naranjada es tan absurdo.Parece ser que si en la tarjeta de propina aquí el personal no lo veo - va hacia los beneficios de la empresa, una vergüenza.Toda la experiencia que yo describiría como superficial y dudo que vuelva.

Visité el 29 de agosto después de una tarde traumáticas terminando en a y e con un niño fuimos a prezzo en el camino de vuelta a un hotel cercano. Nos sentamos y tuvimos que pedir 4 veces así que él lápices para el menú de niños. Nuestro pedido fue tomado y entregado nuestras bebidas. Los niños tuvieron que arranque y el resto de las comidas traídas por etapas. Una señora mayor vino en sábado por ella y después de unos minutos empezaron a gritar le uno me sirven. La señora que trabajaba en fuimos como otro personal hizo caso omiso de ella y la dije que dejar. Ella comenzó a tirar vasos de vino de la mesa y cuando intentaron conseguir que deje fuera de ella se lanzan todo pasó cada mesa. Había cristales por todas partes. Tuvimos que esperar a ser trasladados y sólo después preguntar no se mueven, ya que era de vidrio, todo bajo la mesa. Tuve que llevar a los niños sobre el cristal y luego cambiar toda la comida y cambiar las mesas de juntas. Envié una queja en la calle 31 de agosto y el 13 no tenía respuesta entonces mandé de nuevo y finalmente nos dieron una respuesta masiva lamentamos plantilla estándar. Esto debería de ser una respuesta de cero estrellas, especialmente después de dos semanas de no respuesta de servicio al cliente

Ristorante poco italiano,piatti discreti . La cucina italiana, se proposta all' estero dovrebbe essere molto semplice, qui si usano ingredienti inappropriati , che rendono poco riconoscibile il piatto. IL risotto gamberi, e altre cose è come dire....terribile!

Prezzo (New Oxford Street) sirve a 11 p. m. . Nos registramos a las 9.. 15 si nos estaban bien para comer a las 10. 30 p. m. y nos dijeron que esto estaría bien (pero no después). . Regresamos a 10.. 15 p. m para encontrar la puerta cerrada y podía ver su utilizará el hasta. Nunca jamas se volteó para ofrecer una disculpa o reconocer. . Cómo grosero! ! Obviamente puede permitir convertir a sus clientes. . .

Fuimos en un espectáculo de teatro aquí después en el West End. Pedimos un entrante de pan de ajo y Pizza que no gusto muy garlicy y era demasiado grande para un principiante. Entonces mi principal pizza margarita no estaba muy bien preparado y era difícil comer. El personal en el restaurante era pobre - sólo 2 de ellas trabajando y además había vacillates cortadora o pizza.

Good Prezzo standard of food and good efficient service. The restaurant is decorated to a high standard and it does get very busy very quickly. We went 5.30pm week night during school holidays and by 5.45pm is was packed.

Mientras en Londres con dos nietos, cenamos con uno de sus amigos que también estaba en Londres. Los amigos seleccionados el lugar ya que los chicos se sirve comida y comer bien con nosotros. El lugar está lleno y por suerte la otra parte llegó temprano y celebró una mesa para nosotros. La fiesta fue total 8. Los chicos no todos tuvimos pizza como I.. Mi esposa y salsa de spaghetti, que decía que la carne era muy buena. El resto de los miembros del grupo tenían diferentes platos y todos decían que eran muy buenos. La lista de vinos era bien y pudimos seleccionar una red deliciosa mezcla.

Visitamos este restaurante esta tarde y, aunque no era especialmente concurrida que todavía tenía que esperar años para nuestra orden de bebidas a ser tomadas e incluso entonces llegó incompleta. Aunque la comida era estupenda, el langostino penne era escaso en los langostinos, sin embargo, fue delicioso. Nuestra camarera y otro miembro del personal extremadamente grosero y antipático que nos hizo sentir bastante incómodo con algunos de los glares nos dieron. Una experiencia decepcionante donde no volveremos!

Esta noche para cenar Fuimos para nuestro aniversario tengo que decir que el personal era muy fuera una pena, una sonrisa y un servicio amable va un largo camino. Puede ser incluso una propina por un buen servicio! No es el típico servicio que hemos tenido en nuestros prezzo. La comida era buena

La semana pasada fuimos a este restaurante en la creencia de que sería feliz, pero después de la reunión con la camarera, vestida de manera diferente otras incluida la camarera, nunca volveremos! ! ! Nuestro aquaintances nos advirtió en frente de ella. Recomiendo la Prezzo Marble Arch o la calle. Martins ambiente muy agradable y un servicio.

Just around corner from British Museum. We had the crab cake salad. Portions were generous and the staff helpful. The mini dessert was, well, mini. Probably better to have a full desert and share.

Es en mi humilde opinión que este miembro de la prezzo cadena supera algunas de sus otras hermanas en el grupo, es siempre una alegría para visitar no he tenido una mala o simplemente promedio meal viniendo aquí desde hace varios años. La lubina es increíble que recomiendo a todos mis compañeros Pescatarians! He tenido en el pasado para enviar peces volver quemado o experiencias de verduras fría patatas at y algunos otros Prezzo! Hazte un favor y hacer un viaje a prezzo en New Oxford Street y el Museo Británico en pop así mientras su gran capacidad en que su apetito!

Visitamos este restaurante habíamos reservado ya que queríamos comer antes de un espectáculo. Que ya habíamos pagado por una comida de tres platos con vino con comprar un regalo. No esperaba una gran variedad, pero me sorprendió gratamente que la elección era buena.
