Extremely late pizza delivery. Pizza was stone cold when arrive, no apology from driver. Box was open when arrived

Burnt!! The size of the cookie dough has reduced so much! Not worth the price

One pizza and garlic bread kept flat in a bag . Another put sideways in the drivers bag , pizza all misshaped and bent up

I had a fantastic experience at this place! The lady who served us was incredibly polite and helpful, constantly checking if we needed anything else. The food was absolutely brilliant—the pizza was delicious, the side chips were crispy and flavorful, and the dessert was the perfect sweet ending to the meal. The atmosphere was also lovely, making for a really enjoyable dining experience. I would definitely come back again! Highly recommended!

I have always loved pizza from Pizza Hut my all time favourite specially the veggie supreme but this time my sister tried it for the first time and she absolutely loved it. Her first experience was so good that decided to always order from Pizza Hut from now on 😃

Absolutely poor, waited near enough 2hrs for delivery, kept checking app and that stated that courier was at the restaurant and that the food was being prepared! Food eventually arrived with absolutely no warmth to it whatsoever! Phoned the restaurant to complain only to be told that they were short of drivers, passed the buck and said to go back to just eat! Who in turn also offer no assistance

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it arrived cold and completely drenched in oil making it soggy and unappetising. This is not the quality I expect when ordering from such an well-known brand. I will definitely not be ordering again.

Food was cold when it arrived. I don’t think it was the driver as I watched him come from the restaurant. I think the food may have been sitting in the restaurant waiting for a driver. It was delicious but cold. Very disappointing. Dont think I’ll order from there again.

Honestly one of the best Pizza huts I've ever been to. We got the buffet and all the pizzas were amazing. The cook even made one special for us, very very kind. Angela greeted us and was lovely as well and very helpful. Wish I could rate it more than 5 stars🌟 🤩

The quality of food and the quantity for the price paid was very good. The server, Angela got our food out in quick time and was very attentive and had a smile whenever she came to talk to us. Makes a big difference!

Went to pizza hut and the lady Angela who served us was absolutely lovely. She went above and beyond. Made the experience so much better for us. Will definitely return because of her

I had a disappointing experience at Pizza Hut today due to poor customer service. Unfortunately, I perceived discriminatory behavior from Jamie, which made our dining experience unpleasant. As paying customers, we expect respectful treatment regardless of background or identity. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure a welcoming environment for all patrons

Delivery time kept being pushed back was 40 mins later than the original latest time and my food is stone cold.

We went as a group of 12. We were declined to be seated together and there restaurant was pretty much empty. When spoken to the manager he said no other restaurant seats people together but when we spoke to beckton store we got told we can seat you together… there sad people and need to sort there customer service skills and they are just returning people of large groups so they dont need to work … im not the first person who has said this we have other family members but its going downhill this restaurant no wonder they are on the verge of being closed down and being so empty

What a wonderful restaurant, from being greeted at the door, asked if we came by car,so add number plate to get free parking, ordering the food and all the service, everything was first class.we had honey coated bbq chicken wings and a large BBQ Americano ,thin crust and the bottomless Pepsi,all lovely food and free salad bar as well.very filling.

I come here often with my kid, and service is always 10/10 with a smile on the face. Thank you!!

My 3rd time coming here but came today (6th September 2024) again for my husband's birthday and with our little one. The service was OUTSTANDING. I wish I got the lady's name who welcomed us and was so helpful throughout. She had blonde hair packed in a bun and she was the only server there as at 11am. If you see this you're a star and deserve an award. Probably the most friendly server I have ever met. She recommended this new spicy chicken farjita pizza that was a part of the buffet and it's probably the best pizza I have had in my life. It's so delicious I have to go back soon just for that. We had such a great time and will be back again soon.

They could do with some sound absorbing materials in this restaurant as it's quite noisy when full. Otherwise great for kids as they can get up and down getting extra cucumber or ice cream!

Enjoyed PIZZA hut today. Enjoyed there new Handcrafted Pizza. It was fresh, good quality ingredients and made with fresh dough. Crystal served us well. She interterected with well with us and took care of us. Guys go try out the new pizza

The food was okay. Feels like Pizza Hut has lost its sparkle especially in the salad section. Crystal our wait staff was amazing. Friendly face and great customer service.

This place is just great; all of the staff are amazing, and they clearly treat every customer as nicely as they treat us. The food tastes great, they let us sit in the same place every time and always remind us to register our car. The restaurant is clearly very well cleaned, and even the little things, like music choice and volume, is perfect, all making for a great atmosphere.

Long time since last at Pizza Hut. Long time before I will go back. Food was tasteless and chewy. Price ridiculous. Machine asked if I wanted to leave a tip when I was paying upfront. I thought you tip after you have eaten ( silly me ). Nandos 10 time's as good and feed two for the same price as one in Pizza Hut

The most pathetic looking buffet for 20 quid... 8 small pizzas grouped together are your choices, 2 pasta options, their 'Ice Cream Factory' is a singular nozzle with sprinkles and empty sauce bottles and the most variety was salad toppings. Might as well advertise as a salad chain. Never been here before so didn't know what to expect but what a joke for the price. The server was really nice though but for a pizza chain, I am surprised it was so bad.

The staff were very helpful and provided a great service. The shift manager (I think his name is Jamie?) was an absolute gent and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good time.

Pizzas for the buffet are cooked according to demand, so when we needed more pizza the ones we wanted are always there and usually freshly cooked. This is especially good as there were always vegetarian options available. The pizza is also really nice and soft, and there are both thin and thick pizzas. The staff have always been great, and the tables were clean. If I have any problems, they're dealt with very quickly and with no fuss whatsoever. The music is a good volume all around the restaurant, and overall a very good place to eat.

Pizza was very bland. Ordered the BBQ chicken but it didn't have any BBq sauce on it.

I have not been in a Pizza Hut for 30 plus years. In my opinion for what we had it's far too expensive. All self service and electronic payment with now allowance for people on cash only or older people who find electronic ordering hard. True staff were helpful but that's where it begins and ends. Food is tasty but there wasn't a good selection of pizza. My friend and I WON'T be returning. Not value for money.

We had the best customer service we have ever had since coming to Pizza Hut for years from Jade @ Romford Pizza Hut. She was attentive, she was able to cater to our 1 year old son and nothing was too much trouble and explaining the new systems. She also arranged for additional vegetarian pizzas on the buffet when we had been there. Such a joy to be around and an asset to the team and business. Thanks so much again!

Friendly staff clean place good food

Just your bog standard Pizza Hut with no frills and very expensive. Opted for the weekend lunchtime offer with my wife and 2 grandkids which is the same as the weekday offer but far more expensive, a classic example of ‘rip off Britain’. Not impressed and the pizza being served buffet style did not offer many options.

The 2 female staff couldn't do enough for us & explained how to order etc as never been here before. The buffet was excellent value & 3/4 vegi pizzas all the time as well. Get extra parking time by putting car reg in on entering pizza hut.Definitely be back. Highly recommend & disabled friendly as well

We just eating here and we have 2 kids , because we tried kids food, manager came and asked for two extra adults menus. They didn’t explain to us that we don’t have to eat from each other’s food or how does it work.

Ordered the vegan stuffed crust pizza and received non-vegan cheese 👎

Service was not what I expected and the food was very disappointing. The toppings that I ordered were not done properly and part of my order was missing.

INSECTS, HAIR in my pizza ands the insect was alive and crawling around the pizza. I work 40hrs night shift and I finally got some time off so wanted to enjoy some pizza instead going papa johns, I went Pizza Hut. I had to wait a very long time about 15-20 mins In a restaurant with hardly any customers. The purchase was about £30, but when I started eating my pizza I got a long curly hair in my mouth and tried some of the mrs pizza and then after 1 bite I saw something moving on the pizza turn on the light and it this nasty little fly crawling alive and well. Never going back there!

I just can't understand how even with such a fast delivery its so cold like the driver was great got here super quick so it must of left the restaurant barely warm

Their service is always very good and fast. But try to serve the eat-in customer pizza on a lovely plate not in the Take Way box. Save the boxes and for every resurgent follow the plain packaging no more colour is used in the packaging, please.

Food drink fine. No problems. Pizza melts took a long while, when others had their orders. Asked waitress who was extremely rude saying it has to go in the oven it does not just appear. I explained that everyone else had theirs. She reluctantly checked and bought it to the table. There was no need for her rudeness.

You don't get any service. Just told where to sit and use the app. There are people lingering around if you need them, but there is definitely no service. The food was okay, and it didn't taste how it used to. To be honest, I fancied it and dragged some others with me, but I doubt I will again.

The manager at this place is really lovely and helpful - as are the rest of the staff. I’ve eaten in and taken away from this place and the food is always good. I will definitely return 🫶

My daughter took me here for a birthday brunch, we arrived at opening time (due to having other plans for the early afternoon). The food was fresh, tasty & hot, with plenty of selection available. Would definitely eat here again.

Everything is done by smartphones, which is time-consuming. And restaurant has gone cashless, which think is discriminating not everyone as a diretdebit card. It seems the chain has brought these measures to cut costs and save money (penny pinching). The feel of the restaurant felt like it was a dying trade.

I would recommend...very friendly staff, especially Daiva. Would come back definitely again

Was very dirty, table not been cleaned properly. Manager was rude when after order you changed your mind to upgrade your Buffet. Service yesterday 19/10/23 was super! Gentleman and Lady on duty were so polite and friendly offering great Customer Service. All businesses need this for customer retention. The service we had from the staff back on July 21st was very poor! First visit back since then *The thing i don't like is ordering from via the QR code *Food was good and hot. The children's bowls and plastic cups could do with replacing *Bowls at salad bar need to be checked as some were not cleaned properly *Salad bar is not as good as it once was. Quality of salads needs to improve Overall it was nice meal but Pizza Hut generally needs to improve

I would advise the public to be careful and watchful about their buffet food as I was put off by the salad section as the salad they put out today wasn't fresh the sweetcorn was slimy and I approach the server big, huge Caucasian lady who was so reluctant to even take a look arguing with me that everything was put at fresh when she could clearly see it slimy, and decide to speak with the other lady working with her and added a fresh sweetcorn to the same slimy one, I will definitely be avoiding this restaurant as this can cause serious food poisoning to people's health who would have different conditions, also this put me off my food and a waste of my money. I was so disappointed almost throw up. How can you sever that to people. Food hygiene should visit this store.

We had a great time with our daughter, who is a wheel chair user. The food was good, we had a great selection on the buffet and ice cream was lovely as well. Lucy and Bridgett, the manager, were amazing and accommodated us in every way possible. Great service all round, and we can't say anything negative. Thank you for a wonderful time.

It was quite so seated quickly. Food was good and all arrived together. Staff attentive but not too much. Overall a pleasant meal.

I was running late and had two meetings booked. I was unable to order online for the second one so flew into the rom valley branch. Two questions I gasped, one do you do collections second do you take Amex. Lucie and Jim were on duty. Lucie said yes we go collections I’ll have to check Amex. Jim confidently said that he was sure they took Amex. We explored this together and the both created an Atmosphere that relaxed me quickly. We sorted the order for me to collect after my first meeting. I told Lucie I felt like hugging her with relief. She replied you can hug me if you like, which I promptly did. Wonderful service, great atmosphere, efficient and friendly. This frantic menopausal woman is very happy

I have been coming here for years. Lunch buffet is the best option to go for. Service is not slow but I do like the environment and atmosphere and much better than pizza hut deliveries. Chicken is not halal but worth checking their supplier online as domino’s and papa johns do halal, it depends on cross contamination though

My 6 year old daughter celebrated her birthday here, we had a lovely meal here and the service was v good, edit this review was 5 years ago, we haven't been here for 3 years as they are card only if you value your financial freedoms avoid like the plague.

Our pizza order was placed at 17.05 - collected from restaurant by 17.30, but our delivery time kept getting longer and we eventually received it at 18.18. It was very cold and had to be reheated to make it edible. Very disappointing!

Pizza hut is one of those places that I've been going to all my life and have childhood memories of. Therefore, I wish I didn't have to say this: the vegan pizza is really bad, do not order it. And the prices are now so high, it just doesn't feel worth it anymore. Even with their deals and included salad bar, a 2-person dinner is nothing less than £50, which is ridiculous for pizza (hut). I can't even describe my disappointment.
