Express Kebab House in Havering

Don’t order using the website, apparently the restaurant get different order to what you submit. Ordered Cheese burger with salad no onions and got onions no salad, simple mistake but was told by the staff the ordering system doesn't work. Not to mention the £4 cold mushrooms.

I had a Doner kebab here recently and it was wonderful. Great service and nice people.

is not 1st time when I order from here ... all the time the food was coming hooot ..but today .. the fries coming cold ... I ordered turkey bread .. I received wraps .. very bad today ... sorry but 2 ⭐️ star ...

Although the food was not hot, the kebab was DELICIOUS! The wings were also good, though too much batter for me. The bread, rice kebabs was really tasty! Definitely ordering again soon ☺️

Food was undercooked and I asked for no tomatoes as I have an allergy as they put tomatoes. Very disappointed as this is my usual kebab house I order from.

delishous food hot on time and good portions

Ordered something gave me different item even though I paid for the alternative still didn't get the alternative said they'll refund as couldn't be bothered to drive all the way back with the correct items didn't and just eat don't want to refund either. Not as great as when I 1st started ordering beginning of last year won't be ordering again

I have spent an ungodly amount of my money buying food from this place. I do much love their lamb shihs. It come with rice, cuss cuss, salad, bread and sauces. They are pretty friendly and food is really delicious. My 2025 resolution is to try to stop spending money here.

The shop lied about sending out the order, the food was half hour later than than they said, it was cold the shops done nothing.. ordered again from somewhere else.. surprised to see 3 stars.. worst service ever

Although my order was a few minutes late it was well worth the wait. The food was absolutely delicious. Best lamb shish i have ever had. The meat was tender and tasted great. The salad was fresh and the bread was soft. 5 stars all round

I ordered my food at 6pm, was informed it would arrive between 18:35-18:55. It is now 19:32 and I am without my delivery. I keep calling the restaurant to be told it’s going to be an extra 20 minutes. I’m really unhappy.

Delivery never comes to the flat. Chips half cooked. Salad was lovely!

I recently experienced extremely poor communication when ordering from this establishment. I placed an order for two pizzas, and the man who answered the phone stated that the minimum delivery order is £25. I agreed to proceed with the order. However, he then mentioned there would be a delivery charge. This was surprising, as their website clearly states there is no delivery charge, only a minimum order requirement. When I questioned the delivery charge, he explained it was because I was 4 miles away. However, I am only 2.2 miles from their location. He then passed the phone to another person, and when I asked about the minimum order amount, this second individual said it was £15. I could also overhear the first man telling his colleague that he had informed me the minimum order was £25. This inconsistency and lack of transparency were frustrating. Customer service should be based on clear rules and principles, including honoring the business’s commitments and ensuring polite communication. Unfortunately, I found both individuals I spoke with to be impolite and unprofessional. Advice for the Business: 1. Ensure that your staff are properly trained and aware of the policies advertised on your website. 2. Clearly communicate any charges or requirements upfront to avoid confusion. 3. Maintain a professional and polite demeanor at all times when interacting with customers. 4. Invest in better internal communication to prevent contradictory information being provided. Free advice for the business owner, but wouldn’t recommend their service, food was delivered later then 45 minutes and very cold .

Driver tried to refuse to deliver the food into the flat expecting me to come down and leave children in the flat alone. Considering there was a delivery fee not really acceptable.

Terrible service. Waited nearly an hour for food to come. Cancelled order due to waiting time. Wouldn’t recommend. - someone from the shop called me after this review to ask me to take it down, as I received my refund and was going back and forth with me about my experience. At half 2 in the morning. Can you imagine! Time wasted waiting around for a never coming order and terrible service do not make a happy experience. If there was a 0 button, I would happily press that instead.

I had a late-night dinner around 11:30, and this restaurant was still open. Overall, the food was good, but it can get quite crowded at night. I tried the chicken kebab, which was juicy and tender, while the lamb kebab wasn’t cooked properly. The chicken wings were delicious, and the mixed doner was average. Overall, it was a good experience.

We ordered 2 kebabs from this shop on deliveroo. They served us child size portions. Ordered two large meals and they delivered chips in a foil container with smallest sized chicken on top. The kofta was 2 peices. It felt like eating an apertiser before the main. They trick you by filling the containers with chips which get soggy from the meat sitting on top. They delivered child like portion size. I'm going to be contacting trading standards about portion size. Paid £25 for two large kebabs with chips and received child like meals. Disappointed and I suspect illegal behaviour 😒 never order from them you've been warned Food arrived cold via deliveroo. Although the shop is 5mins from my house hence reason for the order. All in all very very disappointed with quality of the food, price, portion size😞 Had to order a pizza afterwards as the family was still hungry 😐

I ordered a Turkish pizza wrap , it was delicious but poorly wrapped. The paper was wrapped within the bread wrap. I got it to takeaway and made such a mess all over my clothes because it was so hard to eat. If I hadn't of gotten on a train I'd have returned to request they do a fresh one wrapped properly. Check your wraps are being wrapped properly before you leave!

Not gonna go here again tried to swindle me for £10 for donner and chips . Blamed Brexit then started complaining about the price if lamb when it's one of our biggest exports, then went on about the price of cucumbers going up to £16 a box . Fact check and have researched the price and guess what photo below.

we order from here quite often and this is the worst we have had, the portions were very small compared with usual. the order was late which is unusual too. hope things are better next time.

I use to order alot, never again. Payed £11 for a Adana Kebab wrap. It was 98 percent salad with 5 tiny bits of cut up kofte meat. All food was cold and needed microwaving. Chips went straight in the bin. You know it's bad when a cold drink comes warmer than your food. What happened Xpress you used to be great... sad.

This was probably one of the worst kebabs I haven eaten, it was cold and so soggy when arrived. The lamb kebab cuts was so thick and grisly and the mixed donner was so overloaded with meat that the rice was completely soggy. I threw it away

Food was over and hour and half late. Ordered at 12.15am was told delivery was expected between 1.10am - 1.30am and had to call the restaurant at 1.50am as no sign of food, to be told he should be outside or a min or two.... 35 mins later (2.25am) he arrives with food that's old dried meat and it's stone cold could not eat it and no where else to order from at 2.25am. Not happy

Great food always! Never had a bad meal from here and reasonably priced too. The quality is consistent whatever time or day you go and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely terrible! I was expecting rice with the order but got chips and then was told I would be "sorted out next time". When I called up the next time, they claimed they had no order! The guy on the phone claimed his name was "Mike", which it clearly isn't', and was incredible rude and condescending. I won;'t ever order from you guys again, and to anyone reading this: if you have any issues watch out they won't sort anything out.

Hardly any chips and tiny stringy portions of meat with the smallest wings I have ever seen! One would expect at the very least a decent portion of chips for the price! The only saving grace of this meagre meal for 2 is the Turkish bread.

Went in and was served by Najib, gave us a warm welcome despite it being 3am and everyone’s drunk, was a beautiful kebab wrap and the sauce is to die for

I was greeted with a lovely warm welcome, along with high standard customer services. I ordered a veg pizza, it was definitely worth the money, however I wish they'd had an option for deep pan or thin pan base. Besides, I saw the mix platters and they also seem to be really nice for a family or group of friends.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered two wraps & chips, the wraps came freezing cold & on the paper you could see the oil had been frozen or something like it had been in the fridge; I called them to complain & he had nothing to say other than implying that I was lying, then asked me to come down myself to get new food as if after waiting to eat all day I want to come to your restaurant to get food at 12am at night! I have a new born baby & they have 0 care in the world that they’re out here trying to poison people

always ask for extras and sides but just delivers set orders can ask for 100 sides and combinations and will just send standard meals that wasn't even ordered. good food but bad showmanship. if they had there orders on point would actually be a good restaurant. maybe have to be there guiding them??

Ordered first time. The stuff are very rude. 2 Asian chef start talking in Urdu with me even tho I am not from Pakistan. When I replied in English he was offensive and laughing about me with other stuff The guy in counter is even worst. When I asked him for the pizza price he answered me check over there, I felt like I am not welcomed there. Food prices is not cheap either. I ordered pizza and wrap but they left wrap on top of the woven and gave me pizza and made me wait for 5 minutes and they was talking each other. What a service??? Stay away..from this restaurant

Ordered grilled wings which was obviously overpriced. The drink is 2 pound which is 80p to 1 pound outside anywhere The grilled Wings is worse than that of normal wings I would never go there again One thing to appreciate that their behaviour is nice
