Fabulous meal, atmosphere and service as always! Thank you for accommodating our request to bring in a surprise cake for the birthday girl. Presented beautifully and perfect timing. She loved it! Thank you.

We were a big group (c.20) and you wonder how the restaurant will cope. We didn't need to worry. The service was excellent - friendly and efficient and the food was good (I would have enthused a bit more but the topping on my main course pizza was a little scant). Well done.

I ordered a Fiorentina pizza for collection. It was ready on arrival and piping hot. The base was well cooked: some depth but not too thick, with a lovely crisp crust. The egg, spinach and slight saltiness from the olives were a lovely combination. Very tasty!

My kids are being called names by the staff here and the manager is rude

Boxing Day lunch was so good ant the staff so attentive we came back for tea later in the day Told them we were in a rush for the pictures the male manger stated we’d get shoehorned in and out all we’d have to do is pick up the check when we felt like it on the QR code saving us more time He wasn’t wrong and the whole team looked like regardless being at work on a day for family they seemed like they were with family Highly recommend this Zizzi over any other pizza / pasta restaurant in town. We will be returning

I think the recent refit is amazing and the food and quality is outstanding at Mamma Mia. I must say the staff are very friendly and I love the choice of menu. I definitely will be returning again soon. Can’t wait.!!!

Came here on a date and it couldn't have been better staff where amazing the place is beautifully well kept and stunning interior and the food was out of this world if I could give it 6 stars I would 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Brilliant experience as always at this place. Ordered firecracker chicken which was great, Green Thai, again great, starters - chilli squid, duck bao buns were tasty and duck gyoza which was complimentary if you pay via their app. Again tasty. Really enjoyed the experience.

My partner and I came here for my birthday and had a lovely meal. The quality of the food was high, the service was good and the restaurant was clean throughout.

If I could give zero for the food I would: we went on the evening of 22nd December. Only us there. We got our drinks and then waited for our starters. They came out cold. Called the waitress over who apologized and asked if we wanted them heated or freshly cooked. I said freshly cooked. Was told would be about 10 minutes. 15 minutes later they came and again there were cold. I told the waitress who was lovely. She was so embarrassed. I told her we were leaving. I went to speak to the chef and he could not give a damn and argued with me. Steer clear of this place if you want hot food and a chef that cares.

What abismal service. I cannot believe I am writing these words. Yet to have food arrive which was ordered at approx 7pm, I am certain it will not arrive for obvious reasons (now 10:30, operating hours end at 10pm). Was informed multiple times it was '3 orders in' 'the next order' or 'with the driver' but that refunds don't normally go through because 'the company we use don't like sending them'. At no point was it suggested that maybe we could arrange our own collection, or that a refund would be issued and could we agree to cancel the almost £100 order. Line was 'busy' for the last half hour before closing time and other sites gave very differing information when asked for more direct contact information regarding a higher office, beyond the seemingly inappropriate social media email given on the webpage. Would absolutely recommend you avoid with every ounce of energy you can muster. I am open to editing this review IF I can believe the business is no longer operating fraudulently. If operations are failing, let customers know, lies are the most unacceptable form of interaction from a business.
