Farmhouse Pizza in Dacorum

I ordered a pizza snd said thin crust considering it’s early and they aren’t busy at this time I’m not sure how they could mess the order up…? Got thick crust snd pizza was cold. I order from here a lot but the way the guy spoke to me like I’m trying to get a free pizza out of him ?!. I just wanted what I ordered ! Then he’s saying no you didn’t say thin crust no you didn’t. I know I did as after he even said okay so thin crust ? I said yes😂 utter idiot we order often from them but it stops now! Don’t worry mate wasn’t trying to get a free pizza. Just wanted what I originally ordered !

The pizza was amazing, I also highly recommend the mozzarella cheese sticks. The deliver was quick and the food was still hot.

Ordered from here last night. Food was good but my issues is this. I ordered online and used the option to pay cash. They know the total once the order is done just like me. So when the driver turns up with no change on him what so ever we find our self at a stand off. Almost like he is expecting me to say keep the change mate. This wasn't the case though and he stood there looking at me for 5 minutes until I told him to politely to get off my drive. I call the restaurant to be told to wait a minute...10 minutes later still no one was talking but I could here them all talking in the back ground. Again, food was good but customer service was shocking and I wont be back here again.

Have always used Farmhouse.... not any more. Last time it took over 2hrs to be delivered, gave them another chance tonight..... nearly 2 hrs again, and the wrong pizzas delivered, of cheaper value! Won't use them again

Have been going here for the past year. Whilst it’s not mind blowing Italian restaurant type pizza for your at home delivery pizza it is spot on. Always get what you ordered, always on time and always fresh. We continue to return here for all pizza delivery nights :)

I literally adore Farmhouse pizza. I first had eaten from the one in Croxley Green and realised what amazing pizza it is, for a fraction of the price compared to others! I always like getting their stuffed crust margherita, it's AMAZING! Always delivered really fast too.

I always order my pizzas from here. The best in Hemel Hempstead and good value. Their Pepperoni Dough Ball are divine.

Over 45 mins late. Excuse was the traffic but when I called restaurant they said pizza still in oven. Normally I get updated of time of delivery on the app but this time got nothing.Asked for cherry coke but driver brings 1.25l instead of 1.5l as advertised of dr pepper. Am really disappointed with recent orders from farmhouse. They used to be great but now they are rubbish. It's all about their profit... greedy .....

nothing bad about the quality, the problem was that if a pizza is named "beefeater"....why you put onions and mushrooms inside??? i don't like vegetables..and my error was to trust the name of it without to read the ingredients....and the result was i have eat only half

I've ordered from the Watford Farmhouse a few times and the pizza has always been really nice. Unfortunately this last time both pizzas were very greasy and the thin base requested for the second pizza was the total opposite and very thick. Very disappointing.

Forgot the pepsi and dips, then didnt deliver them back for 40minutes (called 3 times and each time they said "the driver is two minutes away") By that time the pizza was all gone. Just frustrating as shouldnt be hard to pick 3 dips and a bottle of pepsi.

Always order from farmhouse for pizza, have never had a problem and order their pizzas to all the others.

They forgot the garlic bread and hot chicken wings that we ordered, resulting with them having to send the driver out again. Waste of time and money as food was cold.

My hubbys pizza was fine. But mine was totally over cooked- boarder line burnt & dry. Theres no way the person that put that in the box didnt notice. Shame.

Food arrived 30 minutes late and 2 of the items were desserts (cakes) which arrived frozen. I called the restaurant who told me they had just taken them out of the freezer and to leave them outside to defrost!

The order was wrong I ordered thin crust on some and they came as deep pan the food was also cold. I spent a lot on this order and expect it to be right I was very disappointed it was for a birthday celebration too such a let down

First farmhouse I've ever ordered from where an XL is 15" not 18". I was intending to feed 4 friends and we've had to order more food. Will not order again.

wanted a pizza immediately and the 40 minute wait was going to be crazy hard... they turned up 20 minutes early and I was so excited I tried to shake the delivery drivers hand... he declined. previous patron from the Croxley green. I’m so glad there franchise is in place. the pizza was totally on brand and tasted just as good. thanks Farmhouse. muchos loveos.

Pizza was lovely, nice change to the other pizza chains now and then. Can’t fault the mini cookies, get plenty for the price, and pizza was delivered nice and hot. My only gripe was the garlic bread went a bit soggy in the bag it’s sent in. Other than that I’d recommend.

We will not be reordering from this restaurant again. We asked for a refund but the restaurant said we need to request refund from Just eat. Pls advise thank you
