Not an amazing selection, the holding pen downstairs was unpleasant, ok but wouldn't go again. Ever

Food and Service really very good. Because of the number of people in it does feel a bit of a party place. Will still come here again.

We were seated promptly. Food was well cooked with lots of variety. You get your moneys worth. The deserts let Cosmos down, a lot of cream and no real flavours. I'd recommend Cosmos if you have fussy eaters or can't decide what food to go for. They have a great Chinese food section, deli, Asian fusion, Italian, carvery. My favourite dish is the duck pancakes with hoisin sauce and cucumber. I also really like the stir fried mushrooms at the very end of the restaurant in the Chinese food section, opposite the ice cream.

To crowded and noisy but apart from that would recommend

looks lovely inside, food is lovely but it's abit like a conveyor belt to be honest, quick to get you out.

This is always a great place to go especially for a big party like a birthday! It's a nice variety of food and unlimited just means you can have a bit of everything! Price is reasonable and staff are helpful and attentive

Had amazing birthday party at Cosmo. Lots of food and tasted amazing. Good service and lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend and will definitely go again!

Great little place to bring children or hungry teens. Lots to choose from and plenty for our non dairy eaters to find something, all food clearly labelled. Slightly disorganised when looking for foods the Chinese section was split across two sections and easily took up 40% of the meal choices. All Indian food had milk, so we had to avoid that and 95% of desserts were milk based. Staff very helpful and friendly. Venue was tidy. Likely to return If it's your birthday, you can eat free but you MUST tell them before you arrive or as you book. No freebies on the day.

First time here in 9 years. Went in at 12 when it opened, great assortment of food. Very fresh and great options avaliable. Quick service and friendly staff. Will be coming back more regularly now.

A great place to take family and friends not really a dating location. This is an all you can eat with many choices of food from all over the world, including British, American and Asian foods. My only grumble is that some foods are covered in sugar like pizza and you only get the full range of foods in the evening. It's very disappointing that they charge by height as I have a 14 year old who has been over their height restrictions since she was 7 and I think charging by height is ridiculous. Anyway. Grumble over, the food is generally very good and there is a lot on offer. But as I said some things have too much sugar and others too much salt, I'm guessing so you spend more on drinks, which leads me to my last grumble. I am tired of people choosing the so called healthy option for me. If you are going to put so much salt and sugar on your food give me the option of full fat coke on your bottomless drinks. I don't want zero coke or diet coke. I want regular.... Anyway.... Despite my rants. This is a very good place to eat, very clean, lots of choices and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful I would recommend this place to everyone though again an all you can eat is probably not the best place to take a date. Go, enjoy. Tell your friends.

This place is great for the amount you spend, and helps avoid the struggle of different family members wanting to eat different things!

Some of the food was lovely, some of it was pretty poor. Extremely busy and loud. Tables very very close together so it’s almost like you’re dining with the tables next to you. Not much space to actually get up from your table to get to the buffet.

Love this place, I know my stars on the review may not match what I'm saying. But this is a guilty pleasure food place for me, always wanting to come here with so much variety for food, definitely one of my favourite buffet places, always fill me to the brim. The discounts are needed and always received often so that combats the prices a little. Good staff and minimal interaction so you can continue stuffing your face.

I recently visited Cosmo that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, with a warm and friendly staff ready to assist. The layout was spacious, allowing for easy movement between the various food stations, which is always a plus in a buffet setting. The selection of food was impressive, featuring a diverse array of cuisines.I started with salad section, looks fresh and tasty. The main course options were plentiful, ranging from classic comfort foods like fried chicken and mac and cheese to more exotic dishes like sushi and curries. Indian curries and nan is my fav! In Chinese section i tasted all of them, was nice !. Live kitchen was so amazing , squid and salmon was very yummy with spicy and garlic sauce. I loved Pizza as well, The dessert section was a highlight , cakes, pastries, and even a chocolate fountain that was a hit with everyone. Overall, my experience at Cosmo was fantastic. The combination of great food, attentive service, and a pleasant environment made for a memorable dining experience. I would highly recommend Cosmo Norwich to anyone looking to enjoy a variety of delicious dishes in one place. Thank you Cosmo

Arrived at 6pm for a 6pm booking for two, to be greeted by the longest queue for a restaurant I have ever seen. Not only that, but Tina downstairs at reception was extremely rude and unwelcoming, which meant we were half tempted to cancel the booking and eat somewhere else. However, when we were finally called upstairs we were greeted by the loveliest waitress Poppy you will ever meet. She was so welcoming and apologetic for the wait. The food was mediocre, and the service was fast. Prices weren't too bad working out at £27 each for the buffet and a drink per person. Would overall recommend but improvements in the service downstairs would be fab.

Too crowded at weekends, the staff is not in time to clean around the food tables. Also the birthday free meals haven't worked for us :( it was £85 for 2 adults, 2 kids in total - like in any usual restaurant

Me and my son and other members of my family really enjoy the atmosphere friendly staff amazing food just take my word for go and enjoy the atmosphere the amazing why they have designed the layout of the seating area and decor is up to a standard for me I'm pretty sure anyone who wants to enjoy a nice night out and taste different foods from different continents and places that some may never get the chance to go

Great variety of good produce. . Anything that you could want to eat available. Enjoy as many trips as you wish to the buffet for whatever takes your desire. Be careful when you go for freshly grilled items as this can take a while , including sirloin, salmon, squid & prawns grilled to order. Great selection of drinks . Down side , rather noisy so if your looking for ambience then this isn't the place.

A chance to try different dishes .mix different foods from different cultures. Wish I could eat more but 3 side plate sized plates is all I can eat.

We had a very great fun at cosmo but I wondered why there wasn’t a specific table for us as we kept changing table. Also we had to wait past the time we booked. Nevertheless, it was a nice place and would still go there next time

Visited here for the first time on the 16th of September. I have been to many restaurants varying from chain to Michelin star and the service I received here was second to none. Upon arriving was greeted and sat down at our table . A waitress (sorry I did not catch the name) explained everything you would need to know and more. Exceptional service and shows a very good level of training and consistency from the management team, and defiantly from my one experience think they have the right people in the business. Hats off to all the servers working that day. It is worth noting that this is an all you can eat . If you come in with the expectation you are going to eat perfect meals cooked by the best chefs in the world then you are in the wrong place however the quality is excellent and readily available. This being said value for money wise this is exceptionally good In a short sentences The service is some of the best anywhere I’ve been The food is excellent The value for money is excellent The site was clean including the toilets and tables I will be returning here in the future

The food is ok but the attitude of staff towards customers is really 1/10 . Really pathetic experience.Specially from one foreign guy If I am not wrong he was from Kerala. Such a selfish behavior towards us. In my opinion companies with a high reputation like Cosmo should be extremely careful while appointing these people with selfish and worst behavior. Faced the worst experience from a Buffet restaurant in the UK.

Good selection of food and family friendly. Selections ran out often and weren't refreshed quick enough. It is difficult to move around when busy - which it is most of the time. Could work on layout for this reason.

Food was great, Staff were friendly and helpful, to the point of being told that as we didn't pre book, we would have to wait in long que to order a drink, as staff don't serve walk ins as they only help people who have booked in advance, didn't realise management had changed the rules, been here quite a few times before and had no problems, until tonight

Great food and wide variety as always. Would be nice to see some Carribbean food occasionally such as curried goat. Maybe some extra Thai dishes too.

Great place for multiple cultural foods, the food is always cooked to perfection, certain food stations are made to order which is great so it caters to everyone's tastes. They have lifts and escalators which makes it accessible to everyone. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Every aspect of the place is very clean and inviting

Good selection of dishes, however the quality wasn't the best. On both occasions I have visited it has always been incredibly crowded and noisy. Staff were incredibly helpful in regards to my allergies on arrival though.

The food was pretty good for an all-you-can-eat buffet style restaurant, although some items were of lower quality. The staff were very polite and friendly, but the restaurant was very busy, so they were not able to provide an excellent level of service to each table. The dining room was very busy and noisy, with queues and 'human traffic jams' while trying to travel between the table and the buffet. Overall not bad for the price.

Worst customer service in Norwich I ever had. We booked the tables for an organisation dinner event before hand but had to wait 30min downstairs in a crowded area. Seems like there is some management issue. What’s the point of pre-booking if you don’t have everything prepared on time?? We also had a group discount offer and was told we just needed to fill in a questionnaire to claim the offer. However, at the till the manager told us we won’t be able to claim the offer because we didn’t give them five stars. Truly disappointed as we weren’t told of this before hand and the manager was really rude saying we were stupid for thinking that they would give us an offer for no return. The offer itself is basically a scam and the manager’s attitude ruined the event. Overall the food wasn’t that bad for a buffet and the waiters were wonderful. However, but wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t wanna have your evening ruined.

I was expecting better!! The service from the staff was very good but the food wasn't that great most of it was Chinese, the meat like ribs and wings were dry tough not fall off the bone the cut meats, over cooked other meat stuff processed, lots of noodle stuff that tasted pretty much the same, same as the pizza's. Didn't have dessert as just looked like different coloured sponge cakes and some ice cream, don't think I'll be rushing back!!

Great night out with friends tonight,plenty of food variety to satisfy us all many times over. Felt very well looked after with regular table clearing,checking all is ok. Buzzing atmosphere tonight,plenty of people in,glad we booked early. Look forward to our next visit 😁😁😁😁

I visited Cosmo on Sunday and was really impressed by the lamb curry, even though there was only sauce left with no meat. The sauce was so delicious that I didn’t mind the missing meat at first. However, when I went back for seconds, I was disappointed. Instead of refilling the dish properly, they just added a lot of water to the remaining sauce, which completely diluted the flavor. What started as an incredibly tasty curry ended up being bland and disappointing. Consistency is key, and unfortunately, they fell short. I hope they work on maintaining the quality throughout the service.

More cuisine variety than you can imagine which is not short of quality either.. Went for a family celebration (my birthday) booked online and did mention a birthday celebration.. to my absolute surprise and delight I received a mail offering m6 meal for free (with proof of dob) A great place (not plaice as little fish on offer) to have a great meal. 5 out of 5 from me

beautifully set up very clean,staff very helpful& if you need anything special they help you to get what you need lots of choices plenty to choose from & great friendly service& staff sadly some people don't think before filling there plates & glasses, a lot of waste. you don't have to fill your plates & nit eat everything before returning to fill your plates again.

It is a very fun place to go for food. Where else can you have the taste of asia on your plate then add pizza and roast dinner. Staff are very quick to remove unwanted empty plates/glasses. Very enjoyable for all the family

Our first visit for a family birthday meal. Excellent choice for standard meat eaters and vegetarians but more limited for our dairy intolerant family member. Even standard vegetable dishes had milk products in. Never had a vegetable stir fry with a milk product in. There wasn't a single vegan/ dairy free dessert option other than fruit (watermelon, lychee or oranges). Maybe one of the icecream tubs could be a dairy free option for like minded people? Other than this the staff, service, cleanliness and atmosphere was faultless. Well done Norwich Cosmos we will definitely return.👏👏👏

Middle of the road and not what it was when first opened. Gone are all the world foods and now there is English roast, some pizza, some styled Indian, some Chinese. Lots of beige …. nuggets, rings, rices, chips, etc. I went for the ribs, prawns, Chinese beef, and Chinese prawns. Shredded duck was a bit salty! Bar was expensive for canteen feel eatery - from £27 a bottle! Very canteen feel with rows of seats, lots of noise!

20 pound per person refill was a fiver drink selection was okay tbf. The food was okay. There was quite a lot of different selections. Chinese/Indian/Sunday dinner just to name a few. The desert selection was the best. Had a table for two abit cramped and could hear the tables next to you very clearly.

Customer service was amazing from the moment we went in until we paid before leaving. Definitely going back there again soon!

Rude manager when complained pizza and other items cold and cheap chocolate in fountain. your pizza also had one piece of pineapple on it! A shame as waiter and waitresses were really friendly and made a fab mocktails and cocktails . The manager called me a liar and wanted to see what I ate on CCTV!! She needs customer service training! Your staff member at the till not a manager gave us two meals ... She wasn't authorised to do anything else sadly . The manager offered nothing and took ages to stop looking at CCTV. The kind staff member gave me two meals! She was a better customer focused person than manager was! very disappointed as as staying in Norwich to go to the Theatre. My friend who lives nearby will use as she didn't have the cold pizza or cheap chocolate fountain!

Service is great, kids love ir, and if you want to eat mountains of food it's the place for you. Personally I would prefer less quantity and a higher quality.

First visit, loved it!. Extremely busy (Saturday night) ALL the food was amazing, we actually did try a little of everything. We were a party of 16 and were looked after brilliantly by the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole restaurant had a great feel too even being so busy. The servers/chefs too were very pleasant and accommodating. Reasonably priced. Will most definitely be back! Thank you.

Excellent place if you are a big eater and just want to try everything and fill your face, but, if like me, you do not have a big appetite probably not for you

A fun place to stuff your face with as much food as you like. Ranges from salads and sushi through to pizza, traditional English roast meat, Chinese and Indian dishes. In the evening, they have a Tepayaki bar where a chef cooks on a hot plate (such as octopus etc). The deserts lack a bit of imagination but are great if you're a kid. Drinks: you can get a refillable drink (pint glass, take this to self-service), which is good except this doesn't include Classic Coke (as I really dislike suger substitutes). There is a bar for the stronger type of drink.

This is a gem in Norwich. Buffet all you can eat for £20 and bottomless soft drinks for under £4. Loved the live cooking station , yummy and fresh !

From the moment we arrived, Chef Juno's warmth and friendliness set the tone for a lovely evening. Chef Juno not only prepared the most amazingly cooked meat but also took the time to personally greet us and share fascinating stories. What truly stood out was Chef Juno's genuine enthusiasm and dedication to ensuring that every guest had a memorable experience. His attentiveness and willingness to accommodate special requests made us feel exceptionally valued and welcomed. If you're looking for an amazing dining experience with a personal touch, I highly recommend visiting Cosmos and experiencing the magic of Chef Juno. He truly made our evening special, and we can't wait to return!

Great buffet and a reason price. The selection is great. Food quality wasn't as high as it could be but given the nature of the restaurant it isnt unexpected.
