Great food and lovely atmosphere at Bella Italia . Our server, Ilona, was fantastic — friendly and attentive.

First time at Bella Italia and it did not disappoint. Food was great and our server, Ilona, was very welcoming and was very attentive. Will be back again!

Fabulous on the spur lunch. Restaurant was extremely busy but the staff and friendliness made up for the slight delays. Food was delicious. Jade was fab at her job 🙂

the food was so good, mareo was absolutely lovely. however, the woman i am assuming was a manager was extremely rude and condescending. after delivering our food, we watched her go up to a colleague and talk about us very loudly and mimicking our actions. we work in hospitality so we understand the stress of a busy restaurant, however, we were not difficult customers and it is unacceptable to talk badly about customers where the can hear. if you’re a group of young people - i would avoid!

We decided on the off chance to attend Bella Italia. We were greeted by Ilona who asked if we had a reservation which we hadn’t, she told us they were really fully booked but she very kindly managed to squeeze us in. Ilona then served us very attentively with firstly drinks and then took our order for the food. Although they were obviously very busy we did not have to wait very long and the food was excellent and very hot. We will certainly be returning and once again we cannot praise Ilona high enough she is a credit to Bella Italia.

Marco was doing a fantastic job controlling the floor today, there was a busy table of 10+ people, made us aware that there may be a delay because of it , yet he was still in top of everything with a smile. Made us feel welcome despite the busy night. Would go again!

We had a lovely meal before our cinema trip. Ilona was was great, kept an amazing smile and looked after us very well. The food was good, and service was quick and efficient.

We visited the Norwich branch on a busy Saturday afternoon. We were served by Lisa who was great. She was friendly and attentive just what you want in a server. Even though it was busy, we weren’t left waiting for anything. The food was excellent. I had the goats cheese pasta which was yummy! Others in our party had carbonara, pizza and burger and chips, with no complaints. We will be back the next time we’re in Norwich.

My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely meal at the Norwich Red Lion Street restaurant. The food was delicious and I'd really like to say how brilliant the service was from the lovely Ilona. She definitely goes above and beyond, checking in to make sure we were happy with our food, stopping for a little chat when she was able to and even helping me use the app for the first time! I noticed she was very attentive to all her customers, treating them like family which is what you'd hope for eating in an Italian restaurant. Me and my partner visited Bella Italia on the whim during the easter holidays and were delighted that there was availability. We were served quickly and there was a good range of food including pastas, burgers and pizzas and mocktails aswell as cocktails. Our waitress Bryony was lovley and attentative and helped direct us to the best discount for our meal. Overall great service and great food
