casual early evening meal i was not impressed the sevice was good shown to our table fairly quick after arriving i had a calazon and my wife had a sea food pitza the pastry was good but it was let down by the filling very small amount of chicken and pork meat balls the only taste was the spice which overpowered everything the wifes piza was no better think there were about 6 prawns on it in and no other sea food other words both meals were meager portions would not recomend it

Popped in for lunch. We were served by Laurence who was great. Very polite, friendly and helpful. Food was excellent; tasty, hot and prompt.

My wife and I came in moments ago on our date night of the month. We have previously been in here before and we really enjoy the atmosphere. More specifically we came in years ago on our first ever date together, so this restaurant holds a delightful place in our heart. This time didn't disappoint. Even though we couldn't manage to eat all of our food (eyes bigger than our stomach), we still scoffed our way through a delicious starter and not to mention a few slices of pizza. Being served by Millie was an absolute treat. She was very kind and gave us very good recommendations. We will both be back again soon!

Just came in for a quick bite but it's just been incredible. I didn't get the first guys (manager maybe) name but he welcomed us in with open arms, very attentive and just a fantastic gent. Had Lawrence as a server and he was just perfect, food was great and reasonably priced. Would recommend highly.

Review for Zizzi Norwich. Our waitress was Kim. Kim was very attentive and friendly. Our daughter has a nut allergy and Kim and the rest of the staff looked after us all amazingly. The restaurant is very well geared up for allergies and everything is clearly documented. All in all a great night out. Thanks again to all the staff at Zizzi (especially Kim and her on duty manager who helped us also - sorry do not recall your name)

Kim was an absolute superstar. Fab service, great food, we were a large party and Kim dealt with all our needs outstandingly.

Our server was RASA she was incredible ! She was very informative and helped explain the zillionaires club ! She helped us get boxes etc for our leftovers ! She was so kind and had a smile on her face the whole time ! She ensured that we always had a drink and that our food was on time 😁

We had a great meal here on the off chance, no booking. Staff were really helpful, a new waitress Kim was so super helpful and lovely. Really gorgeous girl!! I had their equivalent of a Buddha bowl and it was absolutely delicious and really good value. Excellent evening, thanks!

The menu had some interesting items on offer - I had Mushrooms Brindisi which has a rich mushroom flavour in a creamy cheesy sauce on a bed of sourdough like bread which I enjoyed but felt full afterwards. This was fortunate since I followed it with a relatively small filet of sea bass over a mound of Mediterranean vegetables which included a chopped artichoke. Service was prompt and friendly so we felt very comfortable. We ate on a Tuesday evening and we were glad we had booked a table ahead.

Lunch with the mother, very friendly and attentive service from all staff. Our server Mariam was new, but very helpful and pleasant. Lovely place to spend a couple of hours, food is always good and the atmosphere is warm.

The manager needs to rethink his staffing. Booked in for 7:30 but ended up taking dessert home so as not to miss the last bus. The kitchen was flat out with orders from inside, outside, and online. This meant that the food took an unreasonable amount of time.

First time in Norwich zizzi and couldn't fault it, our waiter Jon was fantastic, very friendly and never stopped attending to the many tables in his section. Will be back very soon.

I wouldn't recommend the Vegan Spaghetti Pomodoro, as it tastes identical to Heinz tinned spaghetti. The garlic bread is too dough-y and not enough garlic-y. However, the Vegan Harissa 'Meatball' pizza & Vegan Zillionaires Fudge Cake are DELICIOUS.

Zizzi’s is our family favourite Italian in Norwich. Rasa has looked after us on our last 2 visits - she’s a joy! So friendly and nothing is too much trouble. She told us about the Zillionaires club and made sure we got best use of our offers.

I don’t usually put reviews on but I was so impressed on Sunday by the service at the bar. After Run Norwich, me and some friends decided to celebrate by having a couple of drinks. We were served by a wonderful member of your team and I was so impressed that I asked her name which was Chloe. Chloe was really welcoming, congratulated us on finishing the race and made our afternoon really enjoyable. She’s a real asset to your team 🌟

Took my two children out for lunch last week they are very young with additional needs and the young lady Chloe who served us was amazing she interacted with the kids and really made our whole experience lovely

The food and atmosphere were outstanding, the service was exceptional and the waitstaff was so friendly and courteous. I’m not from this area, but I highly recommend Zizzi Norwich as a place to dine or just stop for a mid-day snack. Bravo!!!

We visit Zizzi Norwich regularly for a meal and the food and service is always excellent. Really good menu choices and there’s often something new to try. We were looked after by Rasa on our last visit and she was fantastic, very helpful, friendly and efficient. Thoroughly recommended!

Food was just ok, lots of items on the menu were not available. And here's the main reason for this review. They wouldn't take cash! Obviously saving on banking charges. Sterling is still legal tender in the UK.

Everything was perfect. The head chef was amazing as vell.

Food was amazing. The place was not busy at all as we came on a weekday which also meant I could utilise the 30% student discount on food which is what incentivised the trip there. Staff were polite and accommodating. Toilets were downstairs, and I have no memory of a lift being there for accessibility but I could totally be wrong or perhaps the disabled toilets were located in a different area. Atmosphere was warm.

Our server was named Hash, he was brilliant, went above and beyond and was so nice and great with dealing with my dietary needs and the manager was lovely too. We felt very welcome, not rushed and we all really enjoyed our family time there. The food was AMAZING. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go for a great dining service. We went for dinner with our family 5 in all and had the most amazing meal. Great rated atmosphere so pleased as last time I had to a negative feedback. No complaints this time and look forward to our next visit.

Disappointing!! Ordered goats cheese pizza turned up with no goat's cheese on it so my husband ended up eating his on his own until new pizza bought out for me, Ordered two puddings (raspberry and white chocolate tirimasu)no chocolate shards on either, unlike photos)and a latte to come out with desserts, Puddings arrived but no latte until after we had finished puddings!! Sloppy!!

Ate lunch there today. Found the pasta dish a bit oily and lacking in chicken. Similar story with my wife’s seafood dish. Service was average. Won’t be hurrying back as too many other, better choices in Norwich.

Arrived 45 minutes early on a busy Saturday night but they still sat us promptly! We were not given the pasta chips that are supposed to be served complimentary. We were served by a lady with dark hair, white shirt and glasses. I assumed she was the manager but she claims she isn't?? We asked her about what spirits are served instead of vodka and we got a sharp "well, you have a menu". She has a very passive aggressive attitude We then asked the difference between classic and rustica...the response "the rustica is just more stretched" We ordered garlic bread as a side... after 30 minute the garlic bread came out.... we waited...and waited...and waited...until 20 minutes later our actual mains came out but not at the same time...a few others on the table had to wait another 5 minutes for theirs. No check up on the food. Calzone piccante is massively disappointing, no filling!! The person sat next to me had a carbonara but instead of a nice creamy texture he lifted up the bowl to reveal a pool on watery oil at the bottom. I was still hungry after and actually had to get a meal deal for 3quid just to fill myself up! So to summarise... a 3 quid meal deal is better than the 15 quid underwhelming pizza. Have been to zizzis twice.. Once in cambridge and now this one... both have been terrible. Will not be choosing Zizzi ever again. Edit. Manager came over and halved the bill! Then allowed us to order anything complimentary! Changed from a 1 star to 4 for this!

We went for our wedding anniversary it was such a warm evening so we booked outside table. The food and service was 2nd to none. We had a set 3 course menu very good value. The menu has changed for the better since we last came. Menu was fabulous spoilt for choice. Our server was Charlie he couldn't do enough for us.

Excellent food. Set menu for both adults and children is very reasonable for the quality of food. Big let down is service. Beyond slow and even had to go up and ask to order our pudding. This could be forgiven but this was mid afternoon with very few other customers. Unable to use speedy order QR code on our table. If you aren't in a rush recommend the food.

Some confusion over free garlic bread with the app, led to some passive aggressive confrontation with what I thought was the manager, which unfortunately left a sour taste in the mouth… even though the food was really good and the rest of the staff were lovely.

In mainstream Norwich. Sat outside for dinner. With the family, they all liked the menu and the food. Wine was good. It's a cut above the opposition. Shame there aren't more around the country.

This is the best zizzi's we have visited. We were greeted by the friendly manager Rafik and his team really looked after us. The drinks were refreshing ice cold & the starters we had were the prawns on skewers with spicy seafood dip. They were really tasty & our new favourite starter. For mains I had the calazone & my wife had the chicken pasta dish. Both meals were very tasty & great value for money. We had tiramsu for dessert which was really lovely. We didn't wait long for all our courses & the waitress was genuinely helpful & friendly. The whole experience was brilliant. Even the gents toilet was probably the cleanest gents I've been in on a busy evening. A really enjoyable evening with fantastic food and service.
