Food was hot and tasty. Starter sharer was just right size for two.Service fast considering how busy they were. Would definitely dine here again. Only thing is both servers were in jeans !

The server was so polite and attentive! The food was also very delicious ☺️ Pasta was creamy and cooked perfectly. Pudding was heavenly.

Came to Zizzis for dinner with my boyfriend on Saturday night, food was delicious, especially the bread we had to start. Our server Kaci was also lovely.

Booked a table for 6 people on Saturday night, 1 gluten free, 1 vegetarian and 4 "normals" The food was absolutely superb, we all had starters, mains and drinks. Our server, Rosabella, was lovely, she helped me with the gluten free bible, explained about all the food and different options, took photos for us, nothing was too much trouble for her, she's a credit to Zizzi's. This was a Zizzi's in Tombland, Norwich.

First time for me and i was not disappointed. Great food, Kaci the server was lovely and just had a overall great evening

Superb service across the board. Our server Kaci introduced herself at the table at the start of the evening and was friendly and thoughtful to the end. The staff were even kind enough to discreetly accept and bring out a cake we had brought to celebrate our friend's birthday. Everyone at the table was very happy with their food and we felt very well-accommodated throughout the evening. Top marks, would recommend!

I came for couple of drinks and the serving was amazing (waitress name is Brody) , didn’t took any longer to get my order even it was super busy.

I came all the way from Cambodia and I would like to say that these are the best pizzas I ever had.

Service was quick but the food was just ok. The salad was drenched in so much dressing it was hardly edible. The calzone was large but lacked in flavor. The filling included a very watery cheese sauce.

Good food, great chatty servers and buzzy atmosphere.

Not enough prawns in prawn linguine and salad expensive for what it was, few salad leaves, etc. Overpriced I thought for what I got but very tasty anyway.

Dropped into Zizzi Norwich on spur of the moment for lunch. Good decision. Food great, service brilliant. Special mention to Lawrence: attentive, courteous and diligent. Great asset to the staff at this restaurant.

Once upon a time a restaurant would come round with the parmesan or other hard cheese to add. Sadly restaurants like this have got lazy and just whack it on whether you like it or not. We don't. And it wasn't mentioned on the menu. Easily remedied but they make it sound like they're doing you a big favour remaking it for nothing. Otherwise food and service was OK. Would return.

EXCELLENT cannot fault this was our loveliest day out Great food great service quick polite nothing to much trouble even though they were very busy very high standard of food, presentation and staff efficient friendly and kind we loved it 6 of us but they fitted us in too so all the more impressed expected to have to wait or service would be slow far from it very impressed food was delicious also liked the 3 course for children

In a great location right by the cathedral and very accessible. The atmosphere was calm and friendly, and our waiter Laurence was brilliant and so helpful! Lots of choices for food and drink, including a great kids menu. Thanks for a lovely lunch!

Out for a meal with my family which is hard to get us all together. We had a wonderfully enjoyable evening. Our waitress was Kaci. She was very friendly, helpful and even laughed at my husbands jokes! So she needs a pay rise just for that…. The food was amazing. We all had different and every plate was delicious and hot. We had this wonderful waitress Anna, who was very kind and patient with us. We arrived about an hour late and was still seated which was very lucky for me and my girlfriend and we’re very grateful for the experience and the food was delish

Rosabella was amazing like the food

The food is just poor. Not awful I-can't-eat-this bad but not good enough to justify the price. They need a new pizza chef - the dough is stodgy and hard where it should be chewy and stretchy. Maybe low quality ingredients rather than bad cooking, who knows. Soft drinks ('refreshers' and 'coolers') taste like children's weak squash. Everything is just a poor man's version of the real thing. İt was disappointing, but the enraging thing was a small metal tin half-filled with shop bought frozen fries - for £4.85!! The one bright spot was the staff, who were extremely polite. I had no idea it was a chain, thought a genuine Italian, but will avoid all Zizzis from now on 🙄

Brilliant customer service, our server Laurence was exceptional. We had several of our group with allergies, staff were brilliant and fully understood all necessary requirements.

We unfortunately booked Zizzi's for valentines day, our table was booked for 20:00, and the booking stated we had the table until 21:00. On arrival we joined a queue of about 10 other couple who all had the same booking time, and the restaurant was absolutely packed, meaning there was no where for us to go. We eventually got a table, and could hear people asking staff how long their food was going to be. The menu was set at 3 courses and, although the food tasted lovely, the waits were ridiculous. Our mains arrived at 22:15 and we finally left around 23:00 (booking stated we had to leave by 21:00). The atmosphere by the end just felt horrible, looking around to see other unhappy couples and hearing the conversations of how long they had been waiting. The floor staff were very apologetic, and our waitress Martha was amazing and worked soo hard all night through the chaos, but it felt seriously unfair this pressure fell on them. It was clearly a management problem and managers should have been coming round to each table explaining the situation and offering some form of apology and compensation but this never happened. We had to instead ask what was happening, and we were then grateful when they offered to deduct an item off our bill (we do think this should have been offered to everyone). I wouldn't recommend booking this restaurant for any sort of public holiday/occasion.

Placed on order for 2045 delivery at midday, still not here at 2210, after constantly ringing, got told it would be leaving in next 5-10 mins at 2145. Still potentially could be up to 2235! I drove to the restaurant which was about 3 miles from my address, when I turned up there our order hadn’t even been started! Was in the restaurant at 2245, our order hadn’t even been started! I was raging at this point as we have to plan stuff with meals as my wife has hypoglycaemia and her levels started to drop. Will never order delivery from here again and would highly recommend no one does either, order thrown together so food not as nice as it usually is. Thank you Zizi’s Norwich for successfully ruining our Valentines night!!

Great place - especially good for students etc. fairly priced and lots of options on the menu. Nicely designed restaurant and good staff. Shout out to Rosabella for being our friendly waiter for the evening.

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Laurence at Zizzi’s Pizza, and I cannot praise him enough! From the moment we walked in, he made us feel incredibly welcome with his warm and friendly demeanor. His attentiveness and professionalism were outstanding—always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Laurence’s passion for great service truly shined through, making our Valentine’s Day special. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond with such genuine way , but Laurence did just that. If you’re dining at Zizzi’s, I highly recommend asking for Laurence—he’s an absolute star and turns a simple meal into a memorable experience. Thank you, Laurence, for your amazing hospitality! We’ll definitely be back.

We went to Zizzi on the spur of the moment. Great experience and great food. Anna was especially helpful with suggestions from the menu and looked after us very well.

Food order accepted at 17:30, finally delivered at 21:30, pasta was very claggy, fries were hard, most likely due to sitting under a heater whilst awaiting courier, not an enjoyable meal at all. Contacted restaurant after 3 hours of waiting and our order was ready but had been awaiting a courier and we were unable to cancel order as restaurant had prepared meal so would have incurred full charge. Extremely disappointed 😞

Loved it, amazing food and staff were great (especially Anna).

A constant favourite for me and my friends. I had my usual Carbonara which didn't disappoint. Cocktails were delightful, only downside is I'm not a fan of the desserts but usually too full to bother. Will return soon for our girly catch up.

Sorry to say once again disappointed with the main course. The starter of garlic bread was fine tasty and hot. The main course though was not good. My pizza was quite cool and not much topping for the price. My husband had a pizza with king prawns and all I can saw they seemed very small for king prawns again not good value for the price. I unfortunately can't see us returning. A shame because it used to be a lot better.

I had the wagyu meatballs What consisted of three small meatballs on top of pasta with the tiniest amount of cheese.

Rosabella was very friendly and helpful and looked after us during our visit to Zizzi in Norwich.

We love it at Zizzi in Norwich, we’ve been here a few times now and never had a bad experience! Kaci was our server and she was fantastic, lovely attitude and was great to speak to!

Ordering 1 pizza took 2 hours and it was delivered vertically and completely crushed. It was stone cold and when we tried to call no one answered the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

Fabulous service and food at Zizzis Norwich this evening. Had a young person show us to our table who was very efficient and courteous and allowed us to choose a table of our liking. We were in early enough to do this. throughout the meal We were mainly served by Simona, who was really great with her knowledge of the menu and able to guide us to make decisions. Really friendly and pleasant. Wonderful atmosphere: lovely to see it so busy on a Thursday in January. Used a discount code to reduce the bill. However: we would have been more than happy to pay full price for the food and service. Never disappointed when coming here. Thank you.

We had a lovely relaxed lunch. Our server, Rafik, was friendly and quick as ever.

It was a rainy day. I gave my normal pub a miss and decided to have dinner at Zizz's in Tombland in Norwich which is the oldest part of the City. The waiter welcomed me in and found a lovely table for me. His name began with an R. I've told him this is my second visit and will be coming again very soon. Such a lovely atmosphere plus excellent food.

Very attentive service and food/drinks served quickly. Favourite sharing platter was decent portion and mainly enjoyable but calamari was too chewy/overcooked and Crispy Riserva potatoes were not crispy at all.

What can I say I was so impressed and delighted with the service I received from this fantastic restaurant, The staff was so friendly and the service was excellent. What you would expect it to be perfect pasta carbonara with 5 cheeses It was just perfection and rare to have food cooked and served as it should be I think if Gordon Ramsay was to visit I would think you would be pleasantly surprised and have no faults with food or service either, thank you for superb food and service and I will be back again

We had another amazing time at Zizzi's, went with my two children. Was warmly greeted as we arrived. They had pizzas and I had the pasta, all the food was great as were the staff. I would recommend and we are looking forward to coming back.

We dined on the 18th December and had wonderful service, especially from our waitress Kaci. The food was lovely and overall we enjoyed our meal.

delivery time was being pushed back to nearly 2hrs. It was then marked as delivered at 815pm but the time was only 730pm. Restaurant blamed a lack of drivers from just eat but an order from another restaurant on the app made at the same time had no issues.
