I would highly recommend Zizzi to all my family and friends, me and my colleagues had a wonderful time there for our Christmas work meal, the food was amazing and the service was incredible, our waiter chloe was so helpful and friendly. I could not fault a single thing about my experience at Zizzi and can't wait to go back.

Kim (our waitress) was absolutely amazing!! She kept checking in to make sure the food was okay, reminding us to do a quick survey to save money and making sure I was okay after being in the loo for a long time. The way she talks to you makes you feel like your having a meal at your Aunt May’s house; couldn’t have been more comfortable! ❤️

A great Friday night out at Zizzi in Norwich with my friend who visited at the weekend. Our waiter Jon was very tentative and gave some great recommendations. Thank you.

Always good food and always able to turn up without a booking, and still get a table. Unfortunately they're planning on phasing out Tesco vouchers, which will be a shame, and probably a loss of customers

Ciara was our server and was really fun, and yet also professional. The whole experience was amazing, and we will be back soon. Food is probably the best Italian in Norwich and good value. Love the new cocktail list.

Jon was our waiter. He was brilliant. Very busy evening and he kept on top of his section very well. Very friendly and intentive.

Service was extremely pleasant and prompt and food was delicious. My only downer was that they dont accept Tesco vouchers.

Two visits in less than a week.Tasty food both savoury & sweet. However I just have one doubt. The first evening we were told credit card only ,cash wasn't accepted. A situation a bit embarrassing.

Nice atmosphere and decor but overpriced, average food. If you are craving Italian, and don't want to spend a fortune on small, boring dishes, consider dining elsewhere. The waiting staff were friendly and attentive, however, a little pushy about us downloading Zizzi's app (which we couldn't get to work).

There were 20 of us dining tonight and Kim along with the fantastic team in norwich made sure we were well catered for. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious, everything came out at a good pace and no one was waiting too long. The only thing I would recommend is to install a postmix system for soft drinks, if you're bringing multiple families or non drinkers then I think nearly £4 for a small bottle of coke or soft drink it quite alot, if you get 2 to make a pint you'll be paying more than you would for alcohol. Apart from that, fantastic 👏 👌

Had a fantastic meal in Norwich Zizzi, Restaurant was great, food was fault less as we left our daughter at UEA after reading week. Had great service from a young waitress Milly who was very helpful and efficient, a credit to Zizzi Norwich.

Our waitress Kim was lovely and full of energy, the food was nice but Kim gave us a good vibe and made the night.

We had my daughter’s baby shower here and the staff were so helpful allowing us to go in early and decorate the table. We were well looked after by Mariam. She was very friendly and efficient, couldn’t do enough for us. Food was delicious and we enjoyed the mocktails x

From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, attentive, and always one step ahead with anything we needed. Kaci has a natural warmth and genuine enthusiasm that made us feel right at home, and her recommendations were spot on! She balanced efficiency with friendliness, making sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. If you’re dining here, ask for Kaci—you won’t be disappointed! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great, but nothing was better than the service we received from Rosabella. Anytime we needed something she was there straight away and took care of us.

We had an amazing meal, so yummy but the star of the show was Nick. He took care of us very well, was super friendly and attentive to our needs.

Fabulous birthday lunch.with the Morello Cherry sour cocktails flowing. Anna was great, very attentive and polite. Very busy, but that didn't mean the standard slipped. My partner loved the little Pasta crisps and even took some home him. Great afternoon thank you! 😀

Waited so long for server to return to take order ended up ordering by phone which isn’t a big deal but just say to your guests if they can order by phone. Starter was cold. Too long between courses and you sat for ages with finished plates in front of you whilst attic manager was too busy chatting up the blonde waitress. Ridiculous and amateur service.

Alex seated us, he was an excellent host. Kim served us and she was excellent, nothing was too much our food was great. Overall perfect service thank you zizees for a great experience.

Spent my 2 year anniversary with my partner here and it was great. Our servers were kind and considerate, though I didn't catch their name the server had long brown hair and was very kind. Kim though, star of the show, charismatic and was the highlight of our night. Side note, we didn't see the option to leave a tip and didn't think about it. So if read we apologise for not leaving one as it was well deserved.

Casarecci Della Cassa pasta not as nice as usual. Had a very strong smokey oven taste, courgette Frites cooked in old oil that in my opinion needed changing. Dessert of Brownie Sundae very nice.Waitress Rasa very smiley and helpful, great service.

casual early evening meal i was not impressed the sevice was good shown to our table fairly quick after arriving i had a calazon and my wife had a sea food pitza the pastry was good but it was let down by the filling very small amount of chicken and pork meat balls the only taste was the spice which overpowered everything the wifes piza was no better think there were about 6 prawns on it in and no other sea food other words both meals were meager portions would not recomend it

Incredible atmosphere since we arrived, received a warm welcome from Rasa who took care of us. Definitely recommend coming here, the food came so quick and I absolutely loved it.

My wife and I came in moments ago on our date night of the month. We have previously been in here before and we really enjoy the atmosphere. More specifically we came in years ago on our first ever date together, so this restaurant holds a delightful place in our heart. This time didn't disappoint. Even though we couldn't manage to eat all of our food (eyes bigger than our stomach), we still scoffed our way through a delicious starter and not to mention a few slices of pizza. Being served by Millie was an absolute treat. She was very kind and gave us very good recommendations. We will both be back again soon!

Just came in for a quick bite but it's just been incredible. I didn't get the first guys (manager maybe) name but he welcomed us in with open arms, very attentive and just a fantastic gent. Had Lawrence as a server and he was just perfect, food was great and reasonably priced. Would recommend highly.

Review for Zizzi Norwich. Our waitress was Kim. Kim was very attentive and friendly. Our daughter has a nut allergy and Kim and the rest of the staff looked after us all amazingly. The restaurant is very well geared up for allergies and everything is clearly documented. All in all a great night out. Thanks again to all the staff at Zizzi (especially Kim and her on duty manager who helped us also - sorry do not recall your name)
