Very disappointed with the tomato garlic bread … all crust and no tomato and very little garlic . Clearly cutting back on product as have been going to this restaurant for over 30 years and this bread is always the family favourite . Chicken Kiev was dry calamari was very chewy and sauce was without substance , real shame .

We booked via the fork app, and whilst there was not a table available when we arrived, the front of house manager created a table for us. The food and service was very good, but from a customer observation the attention customers received was not consistent across the board. It seemed that the waiters were more attentive to groups of women, they tended to receive more than others e.g. complementary lemoncello at the end of a meal and more personal conversations and touches compared to couples!

They serve cold food waiters not willing to serve ask about anything they look furiously if outside balcony is not for customers why they allow people to to sit food maybe was good !service was disappointed. Male Kurdish or Bulgarian waiters giving so much attitude if you ask anything ,nobody forced them to do this job . Heavy heart disappointed.

Visited for the first time last night as part of a small family meal. Staff very friendly, and a nice venue, although very noisy i think due to the high ceilings and open plan layout. The food was nice. Not amazing, but not bad. A little overpriced. Probably wouldn't go back sadly.

I came here for a friend’s birthday and the food and service were top quality. My waitress was very friendly and looked after me and my friends well. The food came out in good timing and was nicely prepared and every dish was enjoyable to eat. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a great meal out, this is a place you’ll want to return to again and again.

The park is great, with a great atmosphere. It's always full of a fun atmosphere. Verdi's has a fabulous chance to perfect its craft and whilst it does well in areas, it falls drastically short in other. The coffee is lacking, especially when compared to other St Albans cafe's, but it has a good selection of soft drinks. The ice cream bar is terrific. The lemon drizzle sponge cakes I had was one of the worst things you could ever order, they would do better to just buy Mr Kipling and sell them that way. Whoever is making the cakes needs some serious training. It was like eating a wooden doorstop. Stale, dry, and absolute no drizzle at all.

What a fantastic quaint B&B. The room was comfortable, warm, and had everything we needed. Cups etc were replenished and milk and water was available in a fridge. The owners were lovely very friendly and extremely helpful in organising taxis, food and catering to our every need- including early check in, allergies etc. We really appreciated it. Would definitely stay in this quirky, friendly place again.

We wanted to eat before a show at the Corn Hall and Puccini's was very convenient. We had read a couple of the bad reviews so we where a little concerned about the service and the and quality of the food. However the service was warm and efficient. The food was delicious. Lovely pizzas, and the seafood pasta was a big hit. Four people two courses each, beer and wine. Just under £90! It made a lovely start to our evening. Thank you Puccini's
