I ordered from here tonight and the deal I got was 2 12inch pizzas , garlic bread, beans,chicken wings and a bottle of coke and the food was amazing and the customer services was also amazing đđ» and the food was still very hot on delivery. It was so nice that I rang the shop to thank the staff .

I had my first Chai Latte at Carluccioâs in Sainsburyâs. The Chai Latte was excellent, and the cherry blondie delicious. Staff were friendly snd very helpful. However, I do wish they would keep the same hours as the store, so I can enjoy a latte whenI shop early.

I ordered a pizza snd said thin crust considering itâs early and they arenât busy at this time Iâm not sure how they could mess the order upâŠ? Got thick crust snd pizza was cold. I order from here a lot but the way the guy spoke to me like Iâm trying to get a free pizza out of him ?!. I just wanted what I ordered ! Then heâs saying no you didnât say thin crust no you didnât. I know I did as after he even said okay so thin crust ? I said yesđ utter idiot we order often from them but it stops now! Donât worry mate wasnât trying to get a free pizza. Just wanted what I originally ordered !

This was a team Xmas lunch. We had booked our food prior to arrival. On the day two of our team had to change deserts due to the desired items being out. Thr change was quick and efficent. The food was very good, and the presentation top notch.

The food is decent, though nothing remarkableâjust what you'd expect from an Italian chain. However, the service was disappointing. It felt like the staff couldn't care less about the customers, unless perhaps you were one of their 'favorites.' When they got my order wrong, there wasnât even a hint of an apology. This will be my last visit to Bella Italia.

Thank you so much to Kate who single handedly took care of my little boys party! Nothing was too much trouble for her & she did a fantastic job which we really appreciated. The kids & parents thought it was a great idea, there were doughballs, colouring, pizza making, pizza eating, ice cream & no clearing up for me after! Bonus! I had a mixed experience when visiting this restaurant. The food was lovely, and we enjoyed our meals. However, the service was not great. Despite the restaurant having only three other tables, the waitress left us with closed menus for quite a while and walked past us multiple times without coming over. After clearing our main courses, she didn't come back to offer us the dessert menu. When we ordered drinks, they didn't have the right alcohol to make the drink, however there is a bar on the other side to where we were seated and the waitress didn't check or even go and get the right alcohol from their stock. Additionally, she didn't inform us about the items that were unavailable, and there were quite a few. Although the waitress was kind, she wasn't very attentive. Overall, the food was great, but the service needs improvement.

Saw that Bills was closing, which is a terrible shame as a favourite brunch spot of mine and my partners for the great gluten free options, so on Saturday 29th July we popped in for brunch. In the past we would always be warmly welcomed at the front. On this occasion we waited at the front for a few minuets with no sign of any staff. A few minutes later a young waitress walks down the steps, looks at us and then starts clearing a table, but putting items on a tray. She then looks at us again, then walks over to another table to ask how their food is, then returns to clearing the table. She looks at us again and finally decides to walk over after ignoring us for close to 5 minuets, itâs now been nearly ten minuets since we walked in! She walks over âtable for two?â - I reply âYes pleaseâ and I continue to say âone gluten allergyâ but she interrupted me and said âjust a secondâ before picking up two menus and walking off without us. My partner and I looked at each other and both said ânopeâ and we walked out. Service at Bills in the past was always superb. Always asked for allergies at the door and seated quickly. Which given service charge is included youâd expect. On this occasion is was severely lacking, I assume in part due to staff being aware the store is closing and there no longer being a reason to care about standards. We walked to Edmundos instead, we were greeted within seconds of walking in and as soon as we said a table for two the following question was âany allergies?â For me as someone with Coeliac this immediately settles me. The food was also great. Shame to lose bills, but thankfully Edmundos is there and doing a great job.
