delivery rider didn't read the instructions properly went to wrong entrance to flats, when got my order coffee lid wasn't on properly bag was wet when tasted coffee it had sugar in it, very disappointed with the service today

Food late food cold and cappuccino had hardly any drink in the cup.

Received a strawberry and apple fruit pot and didn't receive the sausage roll.

Received everything from my order but I did only order 1 slice of pizza and receive a box of 6. I opened both my bags of food to see my 1 slices in a box. So the driver has given me someone else’s order ontop of mine

Ordered my food at 255pm, had to wait an hour and a half to get my food. Then when the delivery driver turned up, he asked for a code that I gave him. His phone was playing up so he lost internet connection so I had to wait a further 5 min until his connection got sorted before he would hand my food over.

Horrible staff. Issues with providing ketchup with sausage and pasty. They say it’s not written but we only provide with hot food, seriously ? This is not the first time we visited greggs.

Took far too long to deliver and forgot a pizza, never again. THAT'S why they have a low rating!

Sausage baguette only had 2 small sausages in it when usually always has 4 !!! Extremely dissatisfied

My sausage bean melt was so cold my sausage rolls were just barely warm

Tad disappointed as always leave a order note asking to swap the cheese and onion bake for a vegetable bake as their is no option on the menu and this is the first time they havnt done this

The food was cold, was very disappointing, food was late and the baguette I got was meant to be cold but I got a hot one instead.

I’m actually very unhappy. I asked everything to be underdone as possible and everything is overdone. Nearly to the point of being burnt.

Says delivered and wasn't.. why am I only getting a refund for the food and not the delivery when nothing got delivered. No option for delivery didn't come.

Pizza meal deal missing the pizza! Star biscuit replaced with jammy :( - order took 50 minutes to arrive. Chocolate donuts missing shavings from the top. Spoke to Greggs who wouldn't send out missing pizza, told me to get Just Eat to refund!

Ordered a bake meal deal which arrive with no drink and the steak bake was freezing cold

Management useless here they wont give free sauce with Pizza despite other Greggs giving it out. Apparentley its not hot food even when they serve it to you out of hot Pizza oven. Train your Managers Greggs.

Special mention to my Greggs packer Laura, who paid attention to my order notes and excelled. 🙌🏼 The food is usually great but the potato wedges were undercooked today. Not hugely but enough to make some not fit for to eat/too hard.

Driver got lost and I had to give directions over the phone which wasn’t ideal

I ordered about 13.50ish and didn't get it until 15.50. So it too 2 hours to get . And half of my drink was spilt everywhere

The food and hot drinks are ok. The meal deals are there with photos and yet you pay different prices for it....

Ordered at 13:35 and actual arrival time was 15:20 !! awful !!

The baguettes weren’t cooked. They were just bread.. and the red bull was warm … literally going to stop ordering from here as they always seem to mess up

Drinks were spilt, so bad the bag split In my hallway, regarding in us both not having drinks (lids were both not on properly) Regarding in the drinks spilling In drivers bag, this means the hot chocolate went all over our bakes. Making them not as enjoyable. Driver didn't have any remorse. Disappointed

Terrible experience never using again

Will never order from here again, this isn’t the 1st but 2nd time we have ordered from here and the app pushes back the delivery time 3 times and then says delivered but NEVER ACTUALLY RECEIVED our food!!! Now have to wait for a refund yet again!!!

I work for veolia and normally go there for breakfast bacon roll and coffee last wendsday went there I did get food poison from bacon cos wasn't cooked properly I was vomiting all nite my stomach was in pain for 3 days is there any how I can make a complaint

i know greggs is greggs but through the festive season they have upped the game with festive soups, baggetts throught to pastries thumbs up !

Bag turnt up soaking at the bottom and half my coffee wasn’t in the cup. You need to seal the lid on to avoid spillages. Twice this has happened to me now.

Waited so long I was late for work and I just left it and went I couldn't be later than I already was. Took an hour to deliver

Wrong drink no butter on any rolls

sausage roll cold. Delivery late as delivery person went wrong direction.

Order was late and items were missing.

Even though I accidentally sent it to the wrong address, the delivery driver delivered it to the right address. Very pleased and very happy about this.

I was spoken to absolute awful by the staff and the manager. Myself and my friends where asked to leave the building while waiting for my other friend to collect her order we was told to 'get out it wont kill you' the staff taking rudely us off behind the counter. They also accused us of calling the staff a rude name when we said no such thing. I am shocked at the disgusting customer service I received and would never recommend that you visit this location.

Amongst a total of 7 items ordered 3 sausage rolls but received only 2 of them. Disappointing and left one of us short of lunch!

Considering the update stated the driver was waiting for the food for 45 minutes, I would assume the hot food would be piping hot... not stone cold.

Food was as expected and hot, delivery driver was excellent very friendly

The driver didn't believe me my food at all, so yeah dunno how it was tbf.

Thanks Laura - although the order arrived to us damaged and carelessly managed by the Driver. You can see it was packed up with care, and you know the importance to send a decent amount of napkins - 10/10 for this 🙌🏻

No Caramel dipping sauce with the yum yums. Cheese honey mustard toastie had bearly there food on it. £3.60? Hero deal was perfect. Delivery fast and friendly.
