Great service from Coleen and Mark. The service was fast and friendly. The food was really good and hot and nice size portions.

A great visit here this evening, we have known Mark for a while. Tonight Coleen looked after us. She was amazing. Thank you to the team.

The food was quick and mostly good. All the restaurants atmosphere was excellent and service was good polite and friendly which made a friendly atmosphere.

The biggest downshift for me is the cleanliness of the restaurant. Tables are sticky, seats with old dried sauce stains. Foods are pricey but ok - rightly done but not salted/spiced, neither decorated to restaurant level. The service we got from the waiter is 5 stars- very attentive and entertaining, waiting times for food are super short.

Great family dinner. Just the right level of attentiveness- drinks orders taken quickly and food soon after. Nothing too much trouble and everything arrived just right. Fabulous attentive service from Mark - thank you

It was my daughters 14th birthday not only did they accommodate my grandma but also gave her meal free as her previous meal was not what she liked, they also sang An amazing happy birthday to my daughter and had me laughing the whole Time amazing service thank you so much for making it so memorable for us.

Wonderful place, some of the most welcoming and friendly staff I have met, made me feel very comfortable. Quick service and great food for the price. Relaxing and pleasant atmosphere, nicely furnished and comfortable chairs.

Mark was absolutely amazing. Extremely charismatic, put us right at ease and had a good laugh with us. It’s our second time coming and he has been absolutely amazing both times. We look forward to coming back again.

We popped in here for lunch. Have not eaten here for a couple of years. It was midweek and the restaurant was very quiet. The two staff on duty were really friendly. Opted for calamari and a mushroom starter. Mains spaghetti carbonara and lasagne. Both hot and tasty.

Very tasty, I liked it. I will come back again. Mark especially liked it! It was wonderful.

Good food and great service by the waiter who made the evening entertaining for all the diners. We have a taste card so the food was 2 for 1 which made it good value also. The only downside was the cleanliness of the cutlery and glasses which we had to get changed.

An overall enjoyable meal however the tiramisu and the end was a big let down, especially as it's my favourite dessert! The restaurant was very quiet however hoping that was down to local festivals. The servers were fantastic.

Lovely place for a meal. Great food and amazing customer service from Colleen. She made a nice night even better, made sure we had everything we needed. Absolutely brilliant lady.

The food was served quickly and was delicious. The drinks were super tasty we especially loved the fruit smash. All staff were lovely, especially mark. His humour, personality and charm shone through. Colleen was also lovely and another great staff member they are both an asset to your team

Lovely little restaurant. Food was lovely and one memberof staff stood out!... Mark is an exceptional server... he is funny, polite and extremely welcoming. I was in the worst mood when I arrived as my partner had been a miserable git.. but mark was hilarious from the minute I walked in... I will definitely come back if he's there!!! What an amazing human

Excellent service, great food. A lovely evening had by our family.

Lovely bright room, very jolly host. Reasonable price,and not a long wait for the food. I had lasagne which was quite tasty but either the pasta or the mozzarella seemed rather chewy, not the best I have tasted but still good. My lemon cheesecake was delicious. My husband had Chicken Cacciatore and my grandson had pizza. Both were enjoyed, surplus was wrapped to take home with us. Overall a pleasant experience which will be repeated when we’re next in the area.

Took a friend who hadn't been before. Thoroughly enjoyed starters but sadly mains not so good. My friend had pepperoni pizza & wasn't impressed & my calzone was ok but not as full of filling so lot of empty crust that I didn't eat. Waiter was brilliant though & very attentive, he didn't charge for the pizza

Went for food here which was great, perfect for allergy options. We was sat quite close to the kitchen in which there was a lot of arguing and discussion happening between the chefs and the other staff. It was rather uncomfortable sat trying to have a meal with this in the background. One of the staff I believe her name was Lisa, was over heard on multiple occasions talking down to the young lads working in the kitchen. Overall think the staff could have kept whatever was going on until the end of the night, hats of the two young chefs who kept there cool.

We were welcome by 2 members of staff who were exceptionally caring, shown to our table, chatted with us before telling us about the menu. Service was amazing the the person in charge, Jodi I think they referred to her as came over before we let to make sure we had enjoyed our visit. All in all excellent throughout.

Came for my husbands birthday. Mark made it extra special! his customer service is outstanding! He’s a truly lovely man! Also young girl sorry don’t know her name. (Long dark hair) also gave great service!

Bella Italia Peterborough are so lucky to have a server like Mark. He goes above and beyond. He is kind and friendly. He went out of his way to help assist with a disabled women I was catering for. He spoke to her directly instead of through me, which made the young women feel seen and heard. I have met mark before and thought was an asset he is to the team.

I had a wonderful experience here, the staff were all so friendly especially Mark who served me. The food came out very quickly and all piping hot tasting wonderful. I would highly recommend eating here.

Never had a bad meal here. Yes its a chain, but the food is amazing, and always great service.

Pleasant enough visit, food was nice. Dessert menu was very limited due to changing over a menu which was disappointing. I think in future if changing menus etc that it should be a complete swap rather than limiting what customers can have.

Husbands birthday from start to finish was amazing! The service was incredible - especially the birthday singing! The girls and mark were incredible. Food was hot and tasty, we all had 3 courses (9 of us!) no issues at all with any of it. Drinks were prompt and tasty. All in all an amazing experience. Thank you so much. We will be back!

Mark in particular was very friendly and always is every time we go. Even if the service is slow he makes sure we have a good time! The food is always great but the friendliness of the staff is top drawer

Recently had a meal at Bella Italia as a Birthday treat. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. A lovely man called Mark looked after us and honestly the man needs a pay rise he went above and beyond, nothing was an issue even with a fussy 4 year old. The birthday singing was an added extra we loved, Thankyou once again!

From the moment we walked in we was looked after perfectly. The guy showing us to our seat was excellent and went through the menu and chatted a bit about the food. The food was superb we really enjoyed our experience and will return.

Excellent meal on Friday and our server was brilliant. Absolutely charming and provided great service which was particularly impressive as he was the only server for the whole restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the set menu was good value for money. We will be back soon.

Visited today for a quick bite to eat. Food came out quickly and was very tasty! Our server Becka was friendly and her service was spot on! Will definitely visit again.

The food overall was disappointing - we ordered garlic flatbreads to share (states on menu as sharing for 2) as starters and they charge £8 for half a garlic bread! It was a round garlic bread cut in half on 2 plates. When we questioned it being half we were told that is the size it comes. The main courses were ok, but we couldn’t use a voucher as there were more than 6 of us (6 adults and an 18 month old baby!). To top it off we couldn’t pay with American Express as they don’t take it. Overall not a great experience and we won’t be returning. Becka was a nice waitress, so deserves a mention.

Very tasty food, nice big portions. Our allergy notes been followed through the ordering process. Becca, our waitress was kind and caring, checked on us couple times if our food was ok or if we needed anything else. It was our first time in Bella Italia Peterborough, but definitely we will be back soon!
