Good pizza- didn't get the one I thought I had ordered but that's down to me, didn't realise until back at the hotel and luckily I have no allergies. Well cooked and tasty

Great service with amazing food and great value for money.

Pizza this time was a bit hard and not a lot of flavour. Prawn cocktail was full of lettuce cucumber tomatoes and red onions and about 10 very small prawns. £4.50!! Very disappointed as it has always been soo tasty in the past.

Thought we would try you guys for something different - ordered chicken dippers for the kids, selected the sauces we wanted, ordered 2 pizzas and chips, selected additional sauce that we paid for garlic & herb - none of the sauces arrived, checked in front of the driver - he couldnt care less, he just shrugged and said what do you want me to do, call the shop, which i did and was told they would deliver the sauces IF they were passing that night, surprise, surprise, they didnt arrive. It was the principal of it, my kids didnt have sauce to dip the chicken in and we didnt have the sauce we paid for, very poor service, and we will not be back. Not even so much as an apology. Will stick to STAR kebab in Yaxley, so much better and always piping hot.

We’ve been using Papa Luigi for years and I did feel that over the last couple of years they cut down on the quality and quantity of toppings, and the pizzas were not really a patch on what they used to be. However, as a family of four we ordered pizzas on Saturday, the 17th of February, and whoever the chef was at 1745, that day, you should keep him because the pizzas were the best we’ve ever had from you. I had to leave you this review because they were so good, not just generous toppings but the pizza dough was really good too, so if they’re like that consistently, it will definitely be on our weekend take out order every week. Only problem is you’ll be so busy with orders if you continue to produce pizzas like that as you’ll keep a growing loyal following, however we always collect from you for the deals anyway so delivery time doesn’t affect us. Thank you very much, you are the best chef whoever you are.

Best takeaway I could get the quality of the food is amazing if there’s ever an issue they always sort it out they have really good customer service always give me the correct order when being ordered no problems at all thank u papa Luigi 🍕🥙🍟

I ordered the food on uber eats and unfortunately it left me in bed with food poisoning the day after and missed work. Strongly don't recommend

Very disappointing, not sure what’s happened to the place, all 3 pizzas ended up in the bin with just 1 or 2 slices gone

Took 50 minutes to arrive. Initially given the wrong orde (which was hot) . Luckily the driver hadn't left when we realised so he swapped the puzzas. Our pizzas were luke warm and dedpite paying extra for additional toppings they were scant to say the least. Virtually no cheese either. Salad was good. Very disappointing. Second time this has happened recently. I won't be ordering again which is sad because I've ordered from them for plus 20 years and I have usually been full of praise.

Simply I loved the pizzas from here but tonight the 2 pizzas we got delivered were by far the worst pizzas I have ever had, and the fries way over cooked. Sorry but never again after that experience

Very disappointing. One of my favourite pizza delivery places. Tonight it was cold, scarse toppings and the salad was so small it was silly. I also had to phone to chase. Maybe don't order on a Friday. Normally great but today it was shocking

Had 2 for £12 with 2 toppings Use 2 be 12inch & much topping for £10 shrink flation or what Roughly 10inch hardly any topping shocking wont buy anymore

What happened to you? We were regular customers and your pizzas were amazing. But the last three or so times we ordered have just gone from minor to bad. This last time over an hour taken to get here, multiple extra toppings missed off, super doughy not cooked through and cold. The pizza even tastes completely different plus don't think that it was as big as it was last time and ordered same size as previously. This will be the last time we order from you.

Without doubt one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had - soggy and floppy base like a thick pancake, cheap and nasty toppings and the cheese is not real mozzarella. I ate 2 slices of a 12” pizza and threw the rest in the bin - suffice to say, I shall not be ordering from here again.

Order 3 12inch pizzas there arrived over 2hrs late cold and not even deep pan like I ordered. Rang them up all there said was can you hold the line.Then there promised me a free order to then say no we can't do that and then put the phone down on me such rude staff. I've been a loyal customer for years but after this I'll never order from them again terrible service.

Pizza was very very oily could not eat it

My daughter order 3 pizzas and chips the order came with 2 pizzas and chips so we rang to say order that came was not correct ,so they said we will send anothet pizza straight away,45 minutes later no pizza ,so I rang up to enquire where it was they said on way,no apology for messing up our order ,which if they had took 2 seconds to look at order they would have noticed the order was wrong very poor customer service and obviously taking too many orders,me and my family had to eat at separate times,which defeats the object of having a take away.

Really disappointed this evening, waited over 3 hours for food, several phone calls, they said the food had been delivered, it definitely hadn't. Finally the food arrives and we are sat eating when I recieved a phone call basically calling me a liar and the first lot of food had been delivered here. I am not a liar. We order from here all the time but won't be again after tonight.

Very unpleasant customer service, man taking my order said he does not have any large burgers or he simply did not know the difference between 1/2 and 1/4 cheeseburger, didn't order in the end man didn't seem bothered maybe because he couldn't handle simple order of 2 large cheeseburger - don't waste your time

Papa Luigi claims to have invented every aspect of the modern day take away pizza. Though he's still figuring out how to deliver food that isn't soggy, and might possibly send you into a coma, and not good kind.

Took almost 2 hours for my delivery to arrive on a Thursday afternoon. Both pizza and chips were over cooked and lukewarm at best. Used to be good.

Ordered a chicken burger and chips. Awful!!! No option for salad or sauce. Came with some manky brown lettuce and a pretty much a full tub of mayo smothered all over it. Chips and bun were that soggy they weren't even edible. Meat on the pizza was cold and the pizza itself was so overdone! Used to love ordering from here, don't know what's happened but won't be ordering again.

Went friday some staff were more interested in the crash was told to wait outside no issues with that lady said we will tell you when the foods ready waited about 25m vic come out said your kebabs are ready they have been for 15 mins got home was stone cold note to self dont go there again fuming wasnt the word

Order no 14, ordered on 26th December 2020. What an absolute disappointment! £5.80 on a donna kebab, old cold meat, grease covered and very very small, as in 4 long pieces of meat and a ton of old grey wet salad and a cardboard pitta! Will not be ordering again and I suggest you save your money!

Absolutely awful tonight, what a disappointment.. We have ordered a good few times from here and has always been good. However we spent nearly £50 tonight and it turned up late with half the order missing including the extras on the pizza and side orders.. My husband rang to see what had happened not even to ask for the rest to be delivered and the lovely girl, who was polite BTW asked if he would like to talk to a manager, yes was the answer and he came on the phone moaned that he was busy and laughed.. What a shambles, glad to see your customer service is up to par. Would not recommend..

Don't try talking to the owner/manager. He will just ignore you every time. Guess his customers are beneath him. Foh staff are friendly enough tho.

Been using Papa Luigi for over 20 years but on a collection service. Tonight I rang for delivery at 10pm orderd £27 worth of food was told delivery was 30/40 minutes. 1hr an half later after ringing twice it turned up cold ended up chucking half my order would of been the hole order if I wasn’t so hungry. Disgusting customer service on the phone.

I ordered chicken kebab to home and the chicken was still pink inside, so I call them and ask for replacement. After sometime they deliver my new kebab and my suprise chicken is still pink. I call them back saying that again the same issue and they start to tell me that they checked every single piece and everyone of them was perfect. And they will not do replacements anymore... Of course because they're closing up. After this I will never order there again.
